I live in sawai madhopur raj. In raj vihar colony our internet speed is slow I recharge 4g but the speed is slow and network is very poor please check and repair . I have complaint of internet speed and network problem . Any app doesn't open because of bad connection....

I had enrolled airtel secure on 2nd september and now my handset is damaged and i want to use my insurance to repair. So i had called customer care for knowing the procedure but they told me that ny airtel secure is not active bit now i saw my airtel secure is active please help as soon as possible...

It has been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel.

I never have been careless in my handling of the phone, you can check the condition of the phone. It is still has same new finish. However, i was never aware that slipping of phone as to be some specific occasion until i heard that my claim has been rejected due to it was slipped and fall down on the road. What a rubbish statement ever...br...

Even after sending multiple reminders and calling at their given number "400". The listed problem is not resolved.

They claim to give 100% cashback.. But nothing is coming as cashback. Even multiple reminders sent but every time they are asking reference number and more details, even thigh sent in 1st mail.

Need resolution.
