[protected] this was my number from last one year till last month and i was using this number as airtel payment wallet till 24th october 2017 while using other airtel number. Yesterday evening while opening wallet it asked otp which is going to other person who is using this number since yesterday as airtel given this number to other person but i have the mpin of that wallet. Now how can i recover my wallet?
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My Airtel no is [protected].it shows no service.please fix this issue

    Airtel is charging wrong amount on my postpaid bill, my airtel number is [protected], each month in "other charges" column i am getting "sms others" charged of 30rs, i have already discussed at [protected]@airtel.com but they are not providing any solution for previous months, this amount is adding since more than 10-11 months, i have shared bill number with wrong amount with them but they are useless.
    How you can charge a customer with fake details?

      Hello, i tried to make an online transaction on airtel of an amount of rs. 499. After providing my debit card details i have rs. 499 debited from account but the website has shown that my transaction has failed. I have tried it two more times but it still failed and each time i tried rs. 499 was debited again. So it was rs. (499x3). After that i tried again with rs.10 and the same thing happened. Please expedite your process as it has wasted my time and also yours. I am working 9 - 5 so i don't really have the luxury of time to deal with this. Please see through it and make necessary refunds. Thank you. The transaction id are as follows:

        I have placed order for apple i phone 7 32gb on tuesday 20th and made payment of 7777. Till now i have not received any call from airtel. I have placed order from vodafone prepaid to airtel postpaid and the no is [protected]. Regarding this i visited 3 airtel outlets but they r not educated on the this. Three times i have made call for customer care there also no response. Kindly do the needfull

        my iPhone 7 was supposed to be delivered yesterday that is 26-3-18 i made a payment of 11800 but i still haven't received anything.. i got no calls from delivery person on 25th .. please deliver my product or refund the amount.

          It is to inform you that i want to disconnect my airtel mobile #[protected]. I met with an accident in the month of august and lost the sim card along with the cell phone. Unfortunately i was not able to place a request for disconnection in person as i was hospitalised however a phone request for was paced. I would request you to consider this as my request and provide a revised bill with the late payment fee and service charges reversed. I will be happy to make the payment and settle the bill in the amount of ₹1000.

          I would also request you to train your staffs & associates on empathising on customers problem instead of threatening them

            In the past two months i have visited the airtel express store situated at sampige road malleshwaram, bangalore nearly 10 times for 2 reason, linking my aadhar card and getting a 4g sim.

            As this particular store is near to my office i wanted to get things done here, but whenever i visited the store i didn't get any solution from them not even once, all that i could get from them is a reason stating that "there is some technical problem and they couldn't serve me" and above that they informed that the problem is across all airtel stores, initially i believed them but after 3 to 4 times i tried a different store situated at basaveshwar nagar (Just 10 minutes after these lazy people claiming that the network is down), the basaveshwarnagr store linked my aadhar within 2 minutes and i inquired with them whether the network was down and they replied that airtel is never down.
            Since two days 23rd oct and 24th oct 2017 i was visiting this malleshwaram store for a 4g sim and the reply was same, i visited nearly 4 times in two days but in vain, then i got a new 4g sim within 5 minutes from kengeri airtel store situated near my home.

            If the staff here doesn't want to serve the customers then you should close the store.

              Complaint no of airtel[protected] mob no-[protected] name - sudhanshu kumar behura
              Complaint reg - handset not repaired since 2.5months and handset will be airtel custody in last 2.5 months. Airtel not responding many times i will clling airtel and mail to airtel higher authority, nodal authority and appeal authority many times and they were not responding. Every time they replay me our team is working this issue and solve it within 72 hours.
              Sir kindly give me solution for this issue my handset cost is-40000/- iphone-6 including original box and invoice and this phone under waranty period and airtel custody for repair since july-2017 so it is requsted kindly return all the items including handset. If not return kindly return the cost of insurance value to my airtel wallet.

                network problem in kharadi pune

                There is biggest network problem of airtel in kharadi pune area.
                In office premises we can not receive an important call and messages.
                Sometimes otp regarding any transaction taking long time that session itself got expired but not get otp messages.
                I thought this might be happen with me only, but while observing with other airtel users, we can not make any call and messages.

                Airtel is not providing fair data services. They are stopping data service saying data exhausted but how can it possible to exhaust with in 15 minutes with out any downloads or videos. They are even not providing any details to understand how data get used because if they give details people will know their cheating. Please consider this as public request to look into this issue and make sure they keep their commitment to customers in fair way.

Already 3 days passed but still no any reply from airtel local person say that we have no set top box from last 20days and we csnnot do nothing.. U csn do what ever you want.                     I recd. Offer Rs 244. That is Airtel to Airtel free local, std and 70 GB for 70 days. so, i recharged that amount.but Jo use. U deducted 1.25 per minute for locals. I really disappointed . I contact 198 so many times. But no response. Plz, do something

                        I got my airtel 2g sim from pradhan tower main road ranchi airtel store and converted to 4g from big bazzar ranchi main road from promotional store at outside of big bazzar

                          Hi airtel team,

                          This is to bring to your notice that, i have been ported 2 of my number (98xxxxxxxx31 & 83xxxxxxxx31) to your network from another operator.

                          At the time of activation i have been offered a plan corporate infinity 499 and infinity 299 plans.

                          But the 299 infinity plan was not activated and instead of myplan 299 activated on the number 83xxxxxxxx31. After much followup, i have been told that, corporate 499 plan need to changed first to change the infinity 299 plan.

                          Subsequently i have been raised request to change the plan to infinity 499 family on 22nd oct through ivr. I have been informed the plan will get activated in 30 min. Post that i can change my other number to family 299 plan. I have recd the plan change sms by 2.20 pm on 22nd oct and i have opted to change the plan of other number through myairtel app.

                          On 22nd evening around 6 pm, i have noticed that my other number 83xxxxxxxx31, was unable to browse the internet and checked on myairtel app, it was showing the family 299 plan was activated. So i checked my number 98xxxxxxxx31 and it ws showing pending for activation. I immediately given a call to customer care and informed the same. I was told that the plan activation is pending and will get activated by post 12 am 23rd oct.

                          I was constantly checked myairtel app and found the plan on my main no was still not activated. Around 12.30 pm i gave call to customer care and enquired for activation. I was told that the system activation done, but it need to be manually approved which is pending, so they raised a complaint 80464789 and told me that the case will be resolved asap.

                          Again in the evening around 6pm noticed that my other number 83xxxxxx31 was unable to browse internet and called customer care. I was told that your earlier complaint is still pending and will get resolved in 24 hours. As i have insisted for data connectivity, another complaint 80480397 raised and informed the same will be resolved in 24 hours. I have assured by customer care manager mr. Jimmy, that he will personally look into this and get it resolved at the earliest.

                          No reply received for sms sent to 121 regarding the status for both the complaint number

                          Can i get the update on when can the plan will be activated for both the numbers.
                          When can my child number able to get internet service? When can the clubing of both number will happen?

                          As per the latest update from customer care that my child number will get added only on next billing cycle.

                          Need proper explanation and update.

                                  I live in sawai madhopur raj. In raj vihar colony our internet speed is slow I recharge 4g but the speed is slow and network is very poor please check and repair . I have complaint of internet speed and network problem . Any app doesn't open because of bad connection.

                                    I had enrolled airtel secure on 2nd september and now my handset is damaged and i want to use my insurance to repair.                                       Hi,

                                      It has been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel.

                                      I never have been careless in my handling of the phone, you can check the condition of the phone. It is still has same new finish. However, i was never aware that slipping of phone as to be some specific occasion until i heard that my claim has been rejected due to it was slipped and fall down on the road. What a rubbish statement ever...

                                      May i request you to look into concern as after 10 days of rigorous follow up i could register my claim and after 10 days of picking the device, i have been told that claim is rejected. I have not taken this secure services from insurance provider and i dont want to hear their lame excuses. I am going to proceed with legal option if not taken my request seriously.
