I ordered an iphone 7 + 128gb on the 20/oct/2017, airtel did charge me 26, 000 inr on the same day, they promised that it will be delivered by 28th oct 2017, someone calls me on the 27th oct 2017 and says that the mobile is out of stock and will have to wait till 10th or 15th nov to get the phone, they also gave another option to cancel the order and the return payment will be done within 10 business days (Are you kidding me). I do not want to cancel the order i want the phone within the stipulated time.
They can charge consumers right away, not a small amount, but to return if i cancel will take 10 business days.

    The balance of my mother's phone was reduced with any reason there were 210 rupees and now there is only 161.9 rupees left i want to know the reason that for what reason the balance is reduced to 48.1 rupees if possible plz callyour regulae consumer

      No incoming calls and 4g internet services not available on my airtel mobile number for 5 days continuously. On calling the customer airtel service desk, no proper response. Issue started on 23rd oct and i was told that issue will be fixed by 27th 5pm ist. After 5 pm ist on 27th oct, the customer rep (Claimed to be the highest level of escalation, his name is manikandan - people should make note of it) said it will take another 72 hours. Incurred huge loss due to this attitude of the service provider. Still i've no clue what has gone wrong. Unacceptable!!

        I have airtel mobile connection no. [protected] (ncr region) since a long time. My sim is working since 7 or 8 days. No outgoing/incoming calls and sms also not working. I am residing at mohan nagar (ghaziabad). I went to nearest airtel store at rajendra nagar, sector-5 sahibabad (ghaziabad) to get it reactivate. But store operators couldn't activate it.

        Then new sim (on same number) was issued to me on 25.10.2017, at the cost of rs.25/- which was paid by me. I was told that it would be activated after 4 hours. After 4 hours i tried to get it activate. But i got a message "mobile network not avilable" on the screen. The i talked to customer care centre at [protected] through my second mobile sim. I was told that it has been reactivated again and it would work after 4 hours. But after 4 hours also the condition was same.

        Today i.E., on 27.10.2017, i went to airtel sotre again for the same work. I was again issued second sim and i was told that it would be activated after 4 hours, but after 4-5 hours the condition is same and my airtel mobile is not working showing the msg "mobile network is not available".

        You are advertising that your network is fastest network of the country. But how you can say like this as mobile sim can not be activated in 7 days also.

        Sir, please help me and activate my sim at the earliest because i am in big trouble and tension. I am a senior citizen and having hipertension.

          Dear sir

          I claimed my handset for accidental damage on 24/10/17. On 25/10/17 i got a call from one assist they asked for a declaration mail from registered mail id (Because phone number is registered on my sister, s name), my sister sent declaration mail to one assist with all details which were asked. But now airtel verification representative is saying that we are closing your claim because phone number is not on your name. Using phone number on any family members id is a general thing. My number is a postpaid number which i am using since many years.
          Who is paying bill airtel never asked, who is using number airtel never asked, who take phone insurance airtel never asked, but when time came to having the benefit of policy which i took and paying premium, it became a issue for not claiming the handset. I speaked with one assist customer care representative, they have no issue in this condition and are ready to claim.
          Please look into this matter and do the needful.

            I had taken airtel fixed line wi-fi connection ph. No.[protected] about 7 months back. Your company was laying under ground cable for wi-fi connection just under my main gate. I had also allowed your people to install junction box on my boundary wall which people normally don't do. I was assusered of excellent connectivity, high speed internet connection and best customer care service. For couple of months i was really satisfied with the quality of wi-fi service but for the last two months i am sorry to say that i find that airtel service is not only bad but it's hopeless. For last 17 days i have made atleast 20 complaints. I have talked and told my problem to mr. Verma mobile number [protected] and mr. Sandeep mobile number [protected] and was assured each time that it would be set right within 24hrs.. All the calls to both the numbers have been recorded with their knowledge i have also forwarded screen shots of the display on my mobile screen informing that my connection has been disconnected.in all i have mailed 19 photos including videos of the modem to mr. Sandeep on his above mentioned mobile number. I have also informed both the gentlemen that i will be constrained to take the matter to consumer court for harassment, mental torture and above all deficiency in service. My husband is 71yrs old and a heart patient and i am myself 66yrs old and suffer from back problem. I thought it proper to first bring this to your notice. Under the circumstances i request your goodself to kindly issue necassary direction to the person cocerned to set right the problem within 72hrs. Failing which i will be left with no other option but approach consumer court with yr grievances and also claim compensation from airtel. Sudha vyas # no.384, sector 12 panchkula

              We have taken a portal from vodafone for our company cug a month back and had associated with airtel but network coverage in our factory is very very poor. We have been keep on complaining about this discrepancy and till this time we have the same problem. We expect to close this issue within a day or two otherwise we are forced to take a decision for not solving network issues. This seems to be very tough but you have not satisfied the customer.

                Airtel has consecutively produced an error in my bill for the 8th time. I have repeatedly told them that there is an error and they assured that next time onwards this error will never occur but again the same mistake from this inefficient company.

                They have said that the closed user group in the postpaid family plan will be entirely free but since they are of the fact that the end user will not be checking the bill so they have failed to produce any discount on that and thereby increasing my bill amount and not for the first nor second nor third!!! But 8th time...

                  I don't know when i activated this service which swallowing my money once in two days. I tried to deactivate by calling customer care and all the way but they are not deactivating this service it is really a robbery of innocent peoples money and government should take serious action on this telecommunication networks. Please deactivate the above service on my number i am fed up with the financial burden.

                    I have been advised by a communication from airtel that my hpsubsidy amounting to165.48 has been deposited in my airtel bank a\c[protected], i may contact santosh communication, purighat, cuttack, for withdrawl. I visited twice tu sontosh communication, but he refused to paywith a pretex that he does not have any advise from airtel in this regard. Pl help.

                      It was on 28th of last month where i requested for a new broadband connection. I’ve been following up until last week and then i stop bothering. Till date no representative have come for installation. My ref no. 88761192.
                      When i call the customer support and then i hear (India’s leading network provider) is where i get more annoyed, since it’s not standing up to the mark of forget the best, at least average.
                      I have been your customer for more than a decade and i came on a leave of one month vacation from abroad. I had to recharge so many times (That too airtel postpaid - my bad) and today u r calling and asking y haven’t i paid my bill on time. Give me one good reason to do as u guys say. 10 years of being ur customer dint do any good to me then why the hell are you guys even into this business. I’m not saying more since i don’t want to lower my self esteem.

                        I am yet to get 349 rs recharge amount which was deducted on 14th oct for a failure recharge through airtel app. I had complaint for 3times and called customer care 2times already. According to them i am supposed to get the amount with in 3 working days. But still waiting for my amount. I am not sure how many times i need to call and ask for my money. Customer care service is pathetic.

                          Hi,

                          I have a corporate account with airtel. They suddenly changed the name of company in my bill without my permission. The new company name mentioned does not belong to me and i dont know how they attached that company name to my address. For last 4 months i have been following up to no resolution from airtel.

                          Pathetic service and very frustrating. Customer care reps speak like broken tape recorders. They say the same thing again and again without even understanding what we are saying. Similarly emails dont work. We get a copy paste of the same message even if we mail them a 100 times.

                          I am unable to account my bills as the name of company mentioned in the bill is wrong. I cannot take credit of gst.

                          This kind of response was totally unexpected from airtel. I will be porting out of airtel if they dont resolve in next few days.

                              I recharged number with 260 rupees on 29/09/2017. For the offer 1.5 gb/day for 28 days. But whenever i turn on my data, my main balance is being deducted. I lost 250 rupees in my main balance.

                              I tried many times to reach customer care. I couldn't able connect to customer care by given number (121, 123).

                              Even i went to airte store thinking i may get some details. But staff said they were busy busy and couldn't help that time.

                              Please help me out with this.

                              And make sure airtel has a complaint box in their mobile app and websites.

                                I am using air tel post paid no (81*44) from last 1 year, because of too much out stand bill every time, i have given request to airtel to migrate to prepaid a month ago, but it was not done. But un fortunatly in a qucik time, i suppose to travel to china country for more than 3 monts, now i am in china country, yesterday my post paid sim lost signal and checked in aitel app, it show as prepaid. I called customer care, they have told it is already converted to prepaid. But with out my confirmation before converting to prepaid, how they have migrated my sim?

                                    I have airtel sim [protected] the number was disconnected on 01/10/2017 due to non-usage of 90days.
                                    From the date of deactivation i have contacted airtel relationship center and also send a mail to [protected]@airtel.com they only make a fake promise daily that they will reactivate my sim but i still now my no not reactivated nd suddenly with rudely arc saying sim no longer available for you and i send a mail again to [protected]@airtel.com they still they are saying same thing so kindly solve my issue such a important sim that one

                                        Sir,
                                        I am GOURANGA DUTTA having an Airtel connection [protected], I have recharged the amount of Rs.399 and got only 70days validity. I recharged through My Airtel app and I got conformatio about 84days validity by recharge of Rs.399. I recharged the same but got only 70days. I called to 198 customer support and failed to get any appropriate resolution regarding my 84days validity. I also got the SMS about same and for your kind conformatin find the same from the attachment. But your agents are not giving me any concrete information and resolution.
                                        As per my view is concern the customer support agents are not so much efficient to serve the customers of Airtel. Airtel is one of the best network but having worthless customer support agents, you should be ashamed of it.

                                        Lastly my concern is that you just look into my issue and provide me the rest 14 days of validity and call me back after the resolution.
