My mobile number is [protected]
The recharge of 349 always fails on my number though other recharges seem to work fine.
I'm currently using the 399 pack.

The best offer for me is the 349 pack and though it used to work fine about a year back, it doesn't anymore.

Resolve this and respond asap.
Considering changing to other network providers but i will prefer to continue using airtel services.

    I have airtel prepaid number [protected] of Bihar circle. I have recharged for rs 399 on 14.10.2017. But 4G services have been closed on this number. I am getting only 3G network that is UMTS network only which is worse than the 2G. Earlier I thought sim card may be defective and i swapped it with new sim twice but 4G network is not coming on this number whereas other 4G airtel prepaid mobile number of Bihar circle is working fine on my mobile. I requested customer care several times to enable 4G on this number but have not done anything except giving me assurance that 4G services will be restored within hour. I also filled out a complaint with airtel website but nothing has been done. As a last resort, I have put my complaint here hoping they will look into it.

      दिनाँक 23/10/2017 को airtel payment bank
      Account से सबसे पहले 199 रुपये का रिचार्ज हुआ ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी ने मेरी बातों का सही से जबाब न देते हुये फोन होल्ड पर साख कर काट दिया ।
      ओर फिर 100 रुपये का recharge हो गया ।
      उसके बाद बहुत बार नम्बर मिलाने से भी नही मिला।
      और मेरे नम्बर पर बार बार एयरटेल ads की तरफ से fb, hello tunes, gana जैसी service लगा कर 21 रुपये काट लिए ओर refound मांगा तो मना कर दिया और ओर बहुत समय पश्चात फ़ोन लगा।
      कृपया इस पर जल्द से जल्द कार्येवाही करे।

        Hi,
        I have been having network issues since January and I have contacted u guys multiple times even spoken to managers appellate team all have given false info and kept saying it will be fixed as soon as possible and this has been going on for 10 months now . I am not able to make call or receive or use data cause there is no cellular even when I am outside it’s like this 100m radium is out of service and u guys are not even bothered about it and keep asking bills from me and not compensate how can u expect someone to pay u if this is service is get … now today u guys have stopped my outgoing service all of a sudden because I did not pay however last time like 2 months ago I did spoke to one manager who gave me a compensation and I paid the rest of it this time he says he can’t and I have to pay full however that last manager told me that u don’t have to worry it will be fixed within 28 days which it did not happen but it even got worse people are calling me and I am not reachable and now even the miss call alerts have stopped which was there before plus some people are saying that it says my phn is switched off or busy lol … seriously nice way u guys are running your business I want my network to be fixed and my outgoing calls resumed this is stealing money from customer and I will take this to media and court if required … cause I can’t be having my outgoing calls turned off plus ur managers are simple lying pieces of ### to be honest and the appellate team is worthless …
        I have paid them since January now it's gone out of hand and they are taking advantage of it ...

        lol it does not work notifying them ... cause even their nodal / appellate team said nothing can be done network team is working on it and u have to pay even i[censored] don't get no service or else they will turn off my outgoing calls ...

          I went to the airtel showroom for the purpose of aadhar link of my airtel number [protected] in nandigama town.in airtelshowroom they collect the amount for aadhar link and they are very rude and hardly behave to me and other customers. Govt has decided that no amount payable for the aadhar link. They are collecting the amount from the so many people. Pls respond to this problem and taken action against who are running that airtelshowroom. Address is nandigama town, bar talkies road, pincode 521185

            I have paid Rs 500 for new airtel connection but connection for which i have requested Is not available in my area.My amount which i have paid is not refunded.

            Please see that amount gets refunded in my account as soon as possible.

                  I had ported network from aircel to airtel but after porting i didn't get 4g speed as claimed by airtel ' fastest 4g speed' one of the reason to get attracted towards airtel. I am totally disappointed by airtel's services. Even though i have lodged complain but didn't get satisfactorily response. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Mene is number pe 23 september ko 399 ka recharge karwaya tha. 399 k recharge ki jankari mujhe 121 k best offers se mili thi. Jo k abhi bhi mere number pe ye offer dikh rahi he. Jiska screenshot me bhej raha hu. Mene jo 399 ka recharge karwaya tha uski validity 70 days ki thi. Lekin meri service 28 din me hi band ho gayi. Complaint karne pe company se bola gaya ki vo offer 28 din k liye hi valid thi. Ye pura galat he. Mene sab dekh k recharge karwaya tha. Offer pe saf saf 70 days ki validity likhi huyi thi.
                    I want my money back or give me full 70 days validity

                      Hi,
                      This is t s s p k l murthy. This is with reference to device request no. 2445520. I have claimed my device as i have subscribed to airtel secure plan. My device was dropped from my pant pocket and display was damaged. Now airtel was telling that, it won't comes under accidental damage but it will be under negligence act. So your device cannot be claimed.
                      I have not find any point in airtel terms and conditions about negligence act. I have asked airtel to mark it and send where the point of negligence is mentioned in its terms and conditions. Also how can they say it is point of negligence but not accidental. I have asked them written confirmation regarding above points. But airtel is not giving. Their customer care executives are failed to explain what is accidental damage. Then what the he'll they are selling these plans to customers. I need every thing in written, to proceed in the court of law.

                          Firstiy i recharged with 99 with offer 500mb/day for 28 days and they fooled me by giving just 500 mb and then i talked to customer care and they are saying there is no offer such a type. After this i got offer 149 including 1gb/day. I also asked to customer care person and he said this is valid for my number and i recharged my number [protected] by 149 and i got only 2gb. And customer service person saying that there is no any offer of 149. What the # this company doing with us. Such a rediclious service by airtel. I just want to say such a # company.

                              I'm from hyderabad and i'm using 199 plan + 100/- booster (1.5 gb 3g/4g data free @ rs 100).
                              I don't know when i have activated that booster and unnecessary i'm paying the extra amount every month.
                              I want to deactivate this booster and i'm trying to do this from last 2 months. Either airtel portal or the local dealers are not able to help me to do this simple task.

                              Requesting the authorities to simplify the process of deactivation of all kinds of boosters/service packs.

                                Very poor network connection. No internet connection though the signal bar indicates 4g.
                                One of the representative said, it would take 90 days to get the issue resolved.
                                Request to refund the bill amount till the issue is resolved and proper network is provided by airtel.

                                I loged a complaint on 15th august 2017 and the issue is not yet resolved.

                                    Dear team, i took airtel secure subscription on july 2017. I was about to call, while coming down from steps and my phone's (Iphone 6) screen broken after falling down because of it's slippery back on august and so i complaint for on 14/08/2017 with device claim – service request # 2246861. First of all after submitting all the documents, they sent me several emails that my supporting documents are not attached. After several emails to 121 and device support team with screenshot they convinced that they had some problem at their end. After few weeks they pickup my phone and did an estimation that my iphone repair will be done in approx 26k, while iphone customer care situated at sky max, viman nagar, said it will approx 11800 rs. To get it done. After several follow up airtel secure team replied that they cannot repair it because it has been broken with improper handling, no one pushed me from front or behind and hence it will not be considered as an accident.
                                    From my point of view, i haven't thrown it by my own and it is fallen from me while coming down to steps, it must be considered as an accident. Someone can get an injury by falling from steps or bike/car, that itself is an accident.

                                      I have been charged with 250 rs extra every month. I need to call customer care every month its really frustrating and highly irritating. Every time they tell me your issue will be resolved, but it is not been resolved. I strongly feel they are trying to cheat customer. Every time they confirm this is issue from our end and they will resolve it next time and it is repeated very time.

                                        I am using airtel number [protected] for pre paid connection. However, network is very poor in my residence at no.13, iii (Sn), cpwd colony, seminary hills, nagpur. Neither i get net work nor data connection.
                                        I have spoken to one of your representative few months back, he said the issue will be resolved but the problem still persists.
                                        Please look into the issue and relsolve as soon as possible. Else i may have to port the number to some other service provider.
