I am not able to make outgoing call and messages from my number since last two week.. My number is [protected] this my prepaid number... I have tried to call so many times on customer care every time they ask me to wait for two day.. Please solve the issue as early as possible as this my offical number...

My connection is not working from past 4 month. I complained about it SR no. 86947030 but they didn't respond us. And the bill is monthly issued .
I am in Australia now when recharge my balance going low automatically without any useage

    Sir, my post paid no is [protected]. i had received a sms stating that the bill details were sent to my email address. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. so kindly arrange to send the bill details to the correct mail address in future also. I had given the correct mail id . at time of getting a new sim.

      I am using airtel number [protected] for pre paid connection and for data connection. However, network is very poor in my residence at no.1/16, new no.36, 10th a main, shivanagar, rajajinagar, bangalore-560010. Neither i get net work nor data connection.
      I have spoken to one of your representative few weeks back, she said the issue will be resolved but the problem still persists.
      Please look into the issue and relsolve as soon as possible. Else i may have to port the number to some other service provider.

      One Mr. Rahul Sharma had called and he asking me to pay Rs.10 to increase network strength. I ask him give me a reason for paying Rs.10. He is unable to give me any reason and telling me to wait till the compliant gets resolved. Need any higher authority number for escalation.
      I want to know the reason and proper facts for this payment.

        Am vivek from karumathampatty, Coimbatore. My airtel number is [protected]. In my location the data speed was not fair. Even the speed was not equal to 2g . Poor connectivity and you simply made a loss for me . If the problem will occurs in next two days surely I 'll PORT the same number to jio.

            Sir/madam,

            With reference to the flood of messages that you have sent to mobile subscribers saying, “”link your aadhaar card to you number now to stay active! As per the government of india, this is mandatory to enjoy continued services”.

            With reference to the letter of department of telecommunications (Dot), union ministry of communications is inconsistent with law and hon’ble supreme court’s 5-judge constitution bench order of october 15, 2015. This department issued a letter dated 23 march, 2017 on the subject of “implementation of hon’ble supreme court orders regarding 100% e-kyc based re-verification of all existing subscribers” wherein it partially refers to the observation made in hon’ble court’s order of 2-judge bench dated february 6, 2017. The observation of the hon’ble court 2-judge bench to which the dot letter refers is at para 5 of the order. It reads: “in view of the factual position brought to our notice during the course of hearing, we are satisfied, that the prayers made in the writ petition have been substantially dealt with, and an effective process has been evolved to ensure identity verification, as well as, the addresses of all mobile phone subscribers for new subscribers.in the near future, and more particularly, within one year from today, a similar verification will be completed, in the case of existing subscribers.” after citing this part of the hon’ble court order, the letter will have us believe that “this amounts to a direction which is to be completed within a time frame of one year.” having reached this inference, dot has sought uid/aadhaar based verification of new mobile subscribers and re-verification of all existing mobile subscribers.
            We wish to draw your attention to the fact that dot has reached a flawed inference with regard to whether or not february 6, 2017 observation of 2-judge bench “amounts to a direction” or not because under no situation can the union ministry of communications establish that 2-judge bench’s order will prevail over the 5-judge constitution bench’s order.
            We submit that after the 9th june 2017 verdict of justice a k sikri headed bench of hon’ble supreme court on 12 digit biometric unique identification (Uid)/aadhaar, dot’s letter dated 23 march, 2017 has become invalid on three grounds. One, the letter is illegal as it is in violation of the hon’ble court’s 5- judge bench order. Two, the letter is inconsistent with aadhaar act, 2016. Three, the hon’ble court’s order of 9 june 2017 will prevail over the dot letter dated 23 march, 2017.
            We submit that nowhere does the aadhaar (Targeted delivery of financial and other subsidies, benefits and services) act, 2016 provide for and authorise “seeding”’ o[censored]id/aadhaar numbers in databases. The act provides for only two uses:
            1. Authentication, which means that biometric or demographic data can be sent to the uid’s cidr (Central identities data repository) to return a `yes/no’ reply to the question whether you are who you say you are.
            2. Ekyc, which does something they had said they would never do, viz., give the data on their data base (Except core biometric data – but they have no means of stopping any agency from collecting and keeping biometrics when it is given for authentication) to an authorised service agency.
            We submit that section 8 (2) (B) of the act is categorical that an agency requesting authentication “ensure (S) that the identity information of an individual is only used for submission” to the central identities data repository (Cidr) of 12-digit biometric unique identification (Uid)/aadhaar numbers “for authentication”. It does not authorise anyone to hold on to the number.
            We submit that as per the order of hon’ble supreme court’s 5-judge bench dated 15 october 2015, aadhaar cannot be made mandatory for the purposes of linking to mobile phones. This has been reiterated by the hon’ble court on 9th june and 27th june, 2017.
            We submit that the use of aadhaar for linking to other databases, retention, storage or publishing is not only prohibited and is a punishable offence under the the aadhaar (Targeted delivery of financial and other subsidies, benefits and services) act 2016.

            Inspite of all this chembur airtel center refused to process without biometrics

                I have on 17th of october 2017 at 3 pm requested your customer care staff that my land line and broad band ([protected]) should be kept under safe custody for a period of 3 months. The staff noted name and number and said that the connection would be cut within half an hour and i would get an sms. As nothing happened, again called around 5.30 pm and told everything. He said that my request has been accepted and i would get an sms within half an hour. Till today i have not received any communication. Please let me know the position of my request and send a mail ([protected]@yahoo.com).

                  I, sushil patil, open a new shop (Klass electronic) in chirner uran and i want to starts airtel sim and demo, but here local distributor create issue for documents, (Documents he want is gumasta, noc, adhar card) shop aggrement but why he want all this document) i, start jio, he have taken only adhar card, the distributor have 2 brands airtel&idea, i told him i will starts from other then also he create problem, and i also spoken with tsm but no support.

                      I converted my sim from 3g to 4g on 19th oct 2017 but the 4g sim is not registering on the network since then. Also i have booked a complain on airtel portal on 21st oct 2017 with ref. No. - pr[protected] which they close on 22nd oct 2017 without any intimation or contact. The no. ([protected]) which i converted to 4g is an important no. Which i have been using since last 5yrs and i cant afford to loose it, so kindly look into the issue and resolve it asap.

                        I manav jagani residing in mumbai wants to block my airtel hotspot simcard as they are charging unnecessarily without using it.
                        They are not even receiving the calls from their end.
                        I have been trying from when and then they call for the payment of the bill to which i have not used any of the data.

                        I have all of the records of the call to which i tried many times but none of them were received.

                          After a string of emails being sent back and forth full of questions and false promises i still haven't got the amount that they falsely credited twice. It's been a month since all this happened. A payment was made on 25th sept and the amount from my credit card was again debited on 30th sept. When called i was informed to send an email to [protected]@airtel.com.
                          It's 22.10.2017 today and i haven't still received my money back and they have generated the bill for this month. The audacity!

                            I bought a new prepaid connection with a plan of 1gb a day and unlimited calling for 520rs and they said it will be activated in 4 hours its been 14 hours now my phone is activated but my account balance is low and i m unable to make calls or use internet, i bought the new sim from kharghar airtel store sector 12. If you cant activate the plan instantly why do you accept the payment in cash instantly. Unexpected from a company like you. Moreover when i called their customer care it says jis se sim lia unko contact kijiye.. Irresponsible customer services..

                              I am using airtel prepaid number. All of a sudden i am not able to recharge my airtel prepaid number online.

                              I use this sim in dongle. I mainly bought this for using it for internet alone but due to this is issue i am not able to perform my business as usual.

                              I have contacted customer care several times but they are not responding properly.

                              Please solve this issue asap.

                                Just ported the number. We can see the network and can call but it is showing that the number is invalid. 59059 is unreachable. It gets disconnected again and again. Customer service also unreachable. Can you please help with any alternative way to activate the card. Need to activate the number quickly. Please reply. Alternative number [protected].                                   * i am not able to send the outgoing sms to any other number, which is making a big trouble in my day to day life usage of sim
                                  * i have went to airtel service centre twice in past one month
                                  * first time they said that we have send complaint it will be resolved by next day, but same problem extended
                                  * second time they said that they will give me a new sim with the same number, but same problem occurs with the new sim also
                                  * how many times i have to go to the service centre for this problem
                                  * please resolve my problem as i am not able to do my bank trasaction because this is my registered mobile number for the bank account

                                      Hi,

                                      I am using rs 309 plan, which gives you unlimited local and std calls plus 1 gb data per day.
                                      I want to know why my balance is getting deducted on outgoing calls while roaming. It was not mentioned anywhere that this tariff pack will not work while roaming. Also according to airtels press release for national roaming, it says that there will be no premium on outgoing calls (Below is the link, also attached)

                                      Please help, feeling cheated on this.

                                      I called to customer care through tedious ivrs service, and after investing my four hours on ivrs, i came to know that my balance has been deducted towards rs147 data pack. I asked customer care to refund it but they refused to do so. Please refund this 147 amount also.
                                      (Customer care representative ubhay, senior advisor, 121). He does not know the national roaming rules of airtel india and was not co-operative at all.

                                        Recently i've been the victim of fraudulent or misuse of my aadhar details by airtel. I have gone to a retailer store to link my airtel no. With aadhar and doing so the dealer opened a airtel payments bank account without my consent. So all my gas subsidy amount is getting deposited in payments bank. There is no option to close the payments account and customer service is unresponsive about this.
                                        This is very unethical behavior from such a reputated company. This way airtel is cheating many uneducated people.
