I was given sim [protected] by company bank of baroda. I had given this number to all, therefore i requested the company to allow the number to be used and transfer this number to me (Suresh patankar). Although i was not using this number much i was getting big bill. I therefore visited your centre at mansarovar jaipur. They informed me that you change the sim from 3g to 4g and i shall have 2 gb free and bill shall not be much. Though i was not using this number, still the bill is around rs 1000. I therefore obtained jio sim and is using that.
Thereafter, i requested for change of plan, that is not done. I requested for changing the number in my name. I submitted letters from bank, still it is not done. Post retirement i am consulting faculty at manipal universiry bagru. I leave home at 8 am and reach back by 7.15 pm. Kindly advise me the process to change the service provider as i have been harassed a lot. I paid at least five visits. Now i shall be approaching consumer forum and trai with all bills and usage and the way i have been treated. Kindly advise for changing service provider as this number is required to be changed and the process will take some more time.

    I brought a new honor 6x phone from amazon which had an offer for 15gb airtel data for phone purchase. I download the airtel app and claimed but the data is not reflecting on my account. Also i'm in a plan off 455rs 70gb data uk call to all networks.

    Pleaselook into this issue as soon as possible.

        I have ported my bank number to airtel. And i got the new airtel sim. Moreover, i was supposed to call 59059 once i saw network in the airtel sim and my old sim stopped showing network. But once i called 59059 after i got the network in the airtel sim. It goes on about some services and my number isn't getting activated. Now at this precise moment i have lost network in my old sim which is my number for all official work, which i can't do anymore because it has lost network and the new sim isn't getting activated.
        Furthermore, i tried contacting airtel customer care. It is by far one of the most useless and redundant conversation a person can have with a customer care provider.in what world does a customer care service say "contact the bsnl customer care, we can't help you." it would have been better if i just stuck with my old bsnl sim instead of changing to airtel. Atleast they wouldn't refer me to another customer care. (When and if they do pick up their phone)

            I am writing you finally after failing to avail your service after 'n' number of times at your airtel store in gulbarga. My problem is regarding mnp, my number is 8600xxxxx0, i am applying for mnp since 3 months at your airtel store. Your employee named xxxxx (I will give give additional data, if you respond for my complaint) giving silliy reason everytime when i visit the store, even i submitted the documents required for the process 3 times. And completed the adhaar verification process too. Even today my number not got converted. When i ask for any detail he says, it is in process, we can't share our internal issues, the same reply every time. I got mentally harassed from 3 months. So, kindly look into the issue.

              Hi, i am a registered airtel postpaid customer with name tarun harish motwani. I have been receiving unsolicited promotional sms even though i have registered dnd. I have raised service requests multiple times to airtel telling them the exact name/number of the companies sending sms. Exact date and time of the sms as well (In the form available at airtel website to raise complaints for dnd).
              All my complaints are marked as resolved directly without taking any action on them. I want to ask how can you mark any request as resolved without taking any action. I called your customer care, and they said status is need more data! Who would tell me what more data do you need before marking them as resolved?

                We have a corporate connection with Airtel under relationship # [protected]
                Even we cleared all payment through NEFT & sending the details to the concerned team, Airtel is not applying the cash. Due to this the connections are barred. This has affected our business.

                  Regarding no services available on my postpaid connection.
                  I am using[protected] in home wifi device at my registered address in sector 23 a, gurugram. Services are not available since 8th october, 2017.
                  Have got my complaint registered on oct 11th, till date no resolution has been provided and services are not accessible.
                  - the only favor done by customer service is waiver of rs 250/-, which i am not convinced with.

                  I am not convinced with the resolution, as my plan cost is rs. [450/- + taxes]. Why should i pay even a single penny to airtel, if i am not receiving any of the promised services from them?

                  I have submitted my complaint to nodal officer delhi [nodalofficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com] as well, but no resolution or services have been received. Thereafter, i had received a call today, from +[protected] [airtel team member, sangeeta] who informed, she can't tell me by when can airtel resolve my query.

                  I prefer working from my home and my job is highly dependent on internet services. Due to this technical fault and inability of resolve the issue, i have to visit places to earn bread and butter, even when my health does not allow me. This irresponsible behavior of airtel is causing financial losses and is disturbing my health and piece.

                  As the desirable solution, i want airtel not to bill me for the entire period, i have not been able to access my services and apology letter for the inconvenience.

                  Below are the points conveyed on email to nodal officer, Delhi [Airtel]

                  1. Issue is yet not resolved and you are incapable of time-boxing OR providing any efficient estimate of time It'll take to resolve this.
                  2. You told me that you are forwarding my complaint to network team and they'll be working more aggressively on this.
                  3. My complaint will not be closed, till the resolution is provided OR the services are RESUMED.
                  4. Once the issue is resolved, I'll be notified via an e_mail OR sms by Airtel team.
                  5. You advised me that, once the bill is generated. I need to forward that to you and you'll get the bill corrected and I'll be charged only for period I'll be served by Airtel.

Now how can i recover my wallet?

                        Hello, i tried to make an online transaction on airtel of an amount of rs. 499. After providing my debit card details i have rs. 499 debited from account but the website has shown that my transaction has failed. I have tried it two more times but it still failed and each time i tried rs. 499 was debited again. So it was rs. (499x3). After that i tried again with rs.10 and the same thing happened. Please expedite your process as it has wasted my time and also yours. I am working 9 - 5 so i don't really have the luxury of time to deal with this. Please see through it and make necessary refunds.                             It is to inform you that i want to disconnect my airtel mobile #[protected]. I met with an accident in the month of august and lost the sim card along with the cell phone. Unfortunately i was not able to place a request for disconnection in person as i was hospitalised however a phone request for was paced. I would request you to consider this as my request and provide a revised bill with the late payment fee and service charges reversed. I will be happy to make the payment and settle the bill in the amount of ₹1000.

                            I would also request you to train your staffs & associates on empathising on customers problem instead of threatening them

                              In the past two months i have visited the airtel express store situated at sampige road malleshwaram, bangalore nearly 10 times for 2 reason, linking my aadhar card and getting a 4g sim.

                              As this particular store is near to my office i wanted to get things done here, but whenever i visited the store i didn't get any solution from them not even once, all that i could get from them is a reason stating that "there is some technical problem and they couldn't serve me" and above that they informed that the problem is across all airtel stores, initially i believed them but after 3 to 4 times i tried a different store situated at basaveshwar nagar (Just 10 minutes after these lazy people claiming that the network is down), the basaveshwarnagr store linked my aadhar within 2 minutes and i inquired with them whether the network was down and they replied that airtel is never down.
                              Since two days 23rd oct and 24th oct 2017 i was visiting this malleshwaram store for a 4g sim and the reply was same, i visited nearly 4 times in two days but in vain, then i got a new 4g sim within 5 minutes from kengeri airtel store situated near my home.

                              If the staff here doesn't want to serve the customers then you should close the store.

                                Complaint no of airtel[protected] mob no-[protected] name - sudhanshu kumar behura
                                Complaint reg - handset not repaired since 2.5months and handset will be airtel custody in last 2.5 months. Airtel not responding many times i will clling airtel and mail to airtel higher authority, nodal authority and appeal authority many times and they were not responding. Every time they replay me our team is working this issue and solve it within 72 hours.
                                Sir kindly give me solution for this issue my handset cost is-40000/- iphone-6 including original box and invoice and this phone under waranty period and airtel custody for repair since july-2017 so it is requsted kindly return all the items including handset. If not return kindly return the cost of insurance value to my airtel wallet.

                                  There is biggest network problem of airtel in kharadi pune area.
                                  In office premises we can not receive an important call and messages.
                                  Sometimes otp regarding any transaction taking long time that session itself got expired but not get otp messages.
                                  I thought this might be happen with me only, but while observing with other airtel users, we can not make any call and messages.

                                  Airtel is not providing fair data services. They are stopping data service saying data exhausted but how can it possible to exhaust with in 15 minutes with out any downloads or videos. They are even not providing any details to understand how data get used because if they give details people will know their cheating. Please consider this as public request to look into this issue and make sure they keep their commitment to customers in fair way.
