I had requested for a new broadband connection online with airtel, got a call immediately from sales person from airtel showroom north usman road kodambakkam office and they have arranged a person called soundararajan to collect my documents from my office location. He came and collected all the documents and i had paid three months rental in advance to 500 rs worth installation free. After couple of follow up from me the engineer came and installed and said that i am given only 16mbps speed, since then i have been chasing everyone through customer care but no proper response and the speed remain same and they refused to take cancellation request also. I am frustrated to the core and would like to complain on airtel for cheating customer so cheaply and also refuse to respond to problems raised as well. Not sure how much support government is offering airtel but really bad experience in my lifetime. I would never ever recommend airtel broadband to anyone stay away

    Airtel asked disconnected time money when i ask first after many complaints accept there fault and just only deducted download app money which i did not used then asked sorry by email
    Then again asking all together money
    Really they can go and beg door to door rather than doing this here attached the e-mail which they send

      I recharged my airtel prepaid [protected] with re399 and i got 1 gb data per day & unlilited calling for 84 days...but after 28 days my pack had expired..while i told to customer care, he was unable to help me and cut my phone and stop the help service of my number..
      Kindly check my issue and short out my problem...

        I purchased a prepaid sim from a retailed through my aadhar card. But since activated i ham getting facebook notifications of some other user on phone. May be this number was being used by someone else before.. But even after one month the same thing is happening that means i am not the only one who is holding the same number. Evan when i make a call from the same number the receiver is shown some others name as caller (Truecaller). I am not able to understand the same. Hence i want to surrender the number.. What should i do?

        Pls give me augst 2017 month call out and incoming calls pls .. I'm miss one important no ... My no is [protected]
        My mobile missing and bank details and pan card number and vip number is back up files.
        I got prepaid to postpaid conversion done on 12th October and from then the data is not working. Complained to customer care and the retail office from where I got the sim. No response till date. Request your intervention please.

          I'm residing at navarkulam, pondicherry - 605008.
          In my area from last 3 months i'm not getting 4g connection all over my area, even i checked with my friends in my area, but in my working area rainbow nagar, pondicherry 4g connection is good. I have complaint 2 times in customer support but the issue is still not resolved. Check into this quickly.

            I have give request for convert from prepaid to postpaid even lapse of 5 days airtel doesn't activate my services. And same my prepaid services has been stopped. Due to this i have loss my imp calls. I have spoke with care representatives so many time they expand time day by day. When i gave the to nodal officer he will not pick my phone. I can put on twitter also they respond. This no connected in all financial services. I have struggled allot due to non activation of postpaid service

                Last 4 days my airtel sim was problem in my phone... I contacted coustmer care to complaint but no responce for me i changed duplicate sim yesterday 23/10/2017 morning 10:30 in store he said the sim will activate within 4 hours but today 24/10/2017 my sim was not ready... I lost my bussiness this 4 days because your airtel responcibility kindly responce me within 2 hours otherwaise you loss 11 airtel coustmer

                  I purchased new mobile with 4g. I got offer to recharge with 399/-to get unlimited calls and 1gb/data data for 84 days. I recharged with that amount. But i didn't get 84 days validity. I got only 28 days validity with 1.25gb/ data only. Please correct my recharge and extend to 84 days

                  Airtel is cheating the customers and earning the money by doing this type of fraud.its very shameful to the brand "AIRTEL" which is the number one in the market

                    After getting a flash message from airtel, i have done a recharge worth of 149 where i should get unlimited atoa calls n 1gb data per day for 28days. But in the same after recharge i m not getting the data facility.
                    Whether i call to contact center for support they behave rudely without any support n disconnected the call without​any information.
                    So i need some strong action to be taken in this n i hope that someone should call me from ur complaint department to solve this, thanks.

                    I didn't expected​ such support from brand Airtel n this also from Telecom.
                    Worst experience ever in my life from Airtel.

                    I know they r doing his job but at least they could have behave gently. Worst one.

                      Dear airtel team i I have recharged my number with 399 after receiving sms from airtel as "Recharge with 399 and get 84 gb 84 days". So my 84th day is 07 Nov 2017, but yesterday I received message for recharge by 24 Oct 17, which is 70th day. Why this type cheating??

                        Hello,

                        Since past 12 months i am calling an letting you know about the network related issue with my number [protected], which is not yet resolved. And yesterday they finally stopped the data services.
                        Whenever i turned the data it says your data is paused for rest of the cycle.

                        In this one year i speak to plenty of cce's but their behavior and attitude were ridicules. They were not at all helpful nor even responsive.

                        See the complaint below and dates as well for your references:

                        Suggest me whether i need to pay and continue with you, along with the issues or close my number or change the provider.

                        When i called today they said let us change your plan that might help. What the hell, how can plan changing will help me to get all the issue resolved.

                        As per my experience i know i am not going to receive any response here so i am putting the complaint on forum hoping that might help.

                          My airtel digital tv acc no is [protected]. We are using four connections of airtel dth in our home since last two years.in september 4th i upgraded one of my set top box to airtel digitel tv. They charged rs 1500 for new box and they took away my old box. Since very first day remote is not working and on our continuos complaints the remote was exchanged twice and even the set top box was replaced with new airtel digitel tv set top box. But till today date 23/10/2017 the problem remains the same and the remote is not working. We want normal set top box back which we had before upgradation and want back our money. It is such a harassment from airtel side

                            The recharge of 349 always fails on my number though other recharges seem to work fine.
                            I'm currently using the 399 pack.

                            The best offer for me is the 349 pack and though it used to work fine about a year back, it doesn't anymore.

                            Resolve this and respond asap.
                            Considering changing to other network providers but i will prefer to continue using airtel services.

                              I have airtel prepaid number [protected] of Bihar circle. I have recharged for rs 399 on 14.10.2017. But 4G services have been closed on this number. I am getting only 3G network that is UMTS network only which is worse than the 2G. Earlier I thought sim card may be defective and i swapped it with new sim twice but 4G network is not coming on this number whereas other 4G airtel prepaid mobile number of Bihar circle is working fine on my mobile. I requested customer care several times to enable 4G on this number but have not done anything except giving me assurance that 4G services will be restored within hour. I also filled out a complaint with airtel website but nothing has been done. As a last resort, I have put my complaint here hoping they will look into it.

                                दिनाँक 23/10/2017 को airtel payment bank
                                Account से सबसे पहले 199 रुपये का रिचार्ज हुआ ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी ने मेरी बातों का सही से जबाब न देते हुये फोन होल्ड पर साख कर काट दिया ।
                                ओर फिर 100 रुपये का recharge हो गया ।
                                उसके बाद बहुत बार नम्बर मिलाने से भी नही मिला।
                                और मेरे नम्बर पर बार बार एयरटेल ads की तरफ से fb, hello tunes, gana जैसी service लगा कर 21 रुपये काट लिए ओर refound मांगा तो मना कर दिया और ओर बहुत समय पश्चात फ़ोन लगा।
                                कृपया इस पर जल्द से जल्द कार्येवाही करे।

                                  I have been having network issues since January and I have contacted u guys multiple times even spoken to managers appellate team all have given false info and kept saying it will be fixed as soon as possible and this has been going on for 10 months now . I am not able to make call or receive or use data cause there is no cellular even when I am outside it’s like this 100m radium is out of service and u guys are not even bothered about it and keep asking bills from me and not compensate how can u expect someone to pay u if this is service is get … now today u guys have stopped my outgoing service all of a sudden because I did not pay however last time like 2 months ago I did spoke to one manager who gave me a compensation and I paid the rest of it this time he says he can’t and I have to pay full however that last manager told me that u don’t have to worry it will be fixed within 28 days which it did not happen but it even got worse people are calling me and I am not reachable and now even the miss call alerts have stopped which was there before plus some people are saying that it says my phn is switched off or busy lol … seriously nice way u guys are running your business I want my network to be fixed and my outgoing calls resumed this is stealing money from customer and I will take this to media and court if required … cause I can’t be having my outgoing calls turned off plus ur managers are simple lying pieces of ### to be honest and the appellate team is worthless …
                                  I have paid them since January now it's gone out of hand and they are taking advantage of it ...

                                  lol it does not work notifying them ... cause even their nodal / appellate team said nothing can be done network team is working on it and u have to pay even i[censored] don't get no service or else they will turn off my outgoing calls ...

                                    I went to the airtel showroom for the purpose of aadhar link of my airtel number [protected] in nandigama town.in airtelshowroom they collect the amount for aadhar link and they are very rude and hardly behave to me and other customers. Govt has decided that no amount payable for the aadhar link. They are collecting the amount from the so many people. Pls respond to this problem and taken action against who are running that airtelshowroom. Address is nandigama town, bar talkies road, pincode 521185

                                      I have paid Rs 500 for new airtel connection but connection for which i have requested Is not available in my area.My amount which i have paid is not refunded.

                                      Please see that amount gets refunded in my account as soon as possible.
