    Hello Airtel!
    I am in Ahmedabad Gujarat and I have 2 airtel sim cards. For the first simcard, I am able to do everything like call, data sort of things but for the Airtel Simcard, I don't know why but for the last 2 to 3 days I m facing the issue of the server being unreachable and I am not able to call anyone !! I tried many things like Restarting the phone, Changing the slot of the sim, Resetting the network setting, disabling the VOLTE, changing the network from 4G to 3G/2G, and also at the end Clearing the Cache and Data of the Phone app and during the all this process I restarted my phone but still, the issue remains there and I am still not able to call anyone!

    Please solve this issue as soon as possible !! and reply to me ASAP !!

    Give me the solution to solve this problem!

        I'm not receiving any sms on my airtel number.
        Few days before I was receiving every sms every OTP from other app also but now I'm not getting any sms nor otp..

        Plzzz fix this problem as soon as possible

          Dear sir

          Airtel has not been providing BB services and has been charging me for the same for months. I recently after getting frustrated switched to Reliance Jio and they have since then been harassing me with hefty bills.

          I had disconnected the services from my end. I got a call from Airtel and they asked me for an OTP. I gave it to them and they confirmed that they have disconnected. A month later they barred my mobile services for non payment and when I checked they said they have not disconnected my BB and TV services and will keep charging me till I don't clear all dues.

          I later spoke to their agent who advised I pay a sum of rs 3900 which I did and that should close the matter. Later they called me again and said that another 10000 need to be paid for them to unbundled my services. They are also threating to continue to Bill me for all services till dues are not paid.

          This is total bullying and illegal behaviour by this company. They call customer multiple times daily and harras them for payment and do not listen to what the customer has to say.

          They do this with senior citizens and I hope you are able to help us and also punish such companies and business practices.

            Refund issue

            I have a refund from the amazon of rs 1299 But the money is not credit in my account its more than 20-25 day. My airtel account no [protected]. Refund reference number by amazon is #[protected]. I try many times to call bank customer care service but it doesn't want to resolve my queries. When I call on bank customer care number then it say to me it not bank fault call on amazon. So l am trying
            5-6 but it says that talk to amazon...

              I have done recharges of Rs. 100 twice, one on 11/04/22 (through Amazon Pay) and 13/04/2022 (Airtel App). When I call on customer care @ 121 it says I have a balance of Rs. 163 something but both my outgoing and incoming calls are inactive. Airtel app is also showing zero balance. Really pathetic service.

                  I recharged my sim just 5 hours ago but when I make an outgoing call it says "insufficient balance to make call". I am very disappointed with the service, I tried reaching customer care but not an satisfactory answer was given. Now, what am I suppose to do now??

                    Tried to recharge for my sister's airtel number for Rs.106/-, via Airtel Thanks App wallet, i filled all the required information, bank account details, otp and amount got deducted and recharge failed message shown by airtel thanks app .
                    There is no facility in Airtel to talk manually with customer care . I am in huge loss .
                    Please resolve my complaint asap, as i am a poor person, i can't afford such losses.

                      My landline number[protected] I transfer 1050.00 by my bank account and this amount post in oct 2021 in this 22 months airtel charged me late fees every month still we are fight for this late fee charges .                               I am anbusekar m I am from karur, I have requested Airtel BB at my number [protected].
                              - I made payment for Airtel broadband on 26-march-2022 for broadband. details which I got while registrations
                              - your lead ID is 41-[protected]. our representative Arul manikandan at [protected] for help. Kindly dont pay activation fees in cash.
                              - your BB installation appointment with order ID 21-[protected]§1§1001 has been confirmed. Our Engineer Nagaraj.S ([protected]) will visit your place on[protected]T16:00:00 for the installation process
                              - As per above message one person came to my place and seen my place and went away still no one come for installation.

                              - Again got a call from Airtel customer(3-april-2022) they told that in you area there is no service we will refund money in seven days. its eighth day I didn't receive money.
                              - today I called customer care they continuously forward my number to supervisor they transfer to another like wise. now they told within 24 hours they will close connection and refund will be done with in 7-8days again.
                              I request you to kindly get refund my money

                                Refund against double recharge by mistakenly

                                Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 455 and had activated a pack for next 56 days.

                                Next using 'Gpay' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 479.

                                I contacted airtel for a refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

                                Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done through third-party app (Gpay)...

                                I Got a very horrible experience from airtel. I took Fiber Plan of xxx Amount but the Bill I Got from them was more than my plan. I never cross checked the bill before. I trusted trusted airtel blindly but they are not Trustworthy. This time only i checked the Bill because I took so called plan of 1099+ GST in which they mention 200Mbps worth Rs.749/- and DTH connection worth 350/- is included in this and GST is applicable after this. But the bill I got is something different. So I called helpline for the help i didn't get any clear answer and i was promised that I'll get a call back in 4 Hours and I didn't get any call back. again after 7 hours i did a call back, and again explained whole thing to the executive and at that call i was promised that i will get my query resolved and he Mr. Abish (Name of the executive) give me that date and time also that till this time my query will get resolved. But i didn't get any update also regarding this, i called again that time i was speaking to 1 girl executive she named herself purva chauhan which i think she lied because i told that I'm going to put a complain against her so tell me you name. She also misguided me regarding my bill and also when she was unable to get my point and unable to understand the query she told me that she'll arrange cb in 4 HRS. I asked her to either provide everything in written or at least i need a msg that i'll get a call back in few HRS.

                                The Best Part is that she told me that airtel does not provide anything in written. And their I totally lost my trust. I was very loyal cx of airtel still they cheated.

                                I have all the call recordings as proof with me and I'll raise a complain as well in consumer court soon If i'll not get any update on my problem attaching some Screen shots of my bill to make it understand very clear. #worstexperience #airtel

                                  I do not have any network on my airtel sim from last 2 days. I have recharged it as well recently. I am not able to connect to customer support as well as my airtel sim does not have any network
