Very poor network connection. No internet connection though the signal bar indicates 4g.
One of the representative said, it would take 90 days to get the issue resolved.
Request to refund the bill amount till the issue is resolved and proper network is provided by airtel.

I loged a complaint on 15th august 2017 and the issue is not yet resolved.

      Dear team, i took airtel secure subscription on july 2017. I was about to call, while coming down from steps and my phone's (Iphone 6) screen broken after falling down because of it's slippery back on august and so i complaint for on 14/08/2017 with device claim – service request # 2246861. First of all after submitting all the documents, they sent me several emails that my supporting documents are not attached. After several emails to 121 and device support team with screenshot they convinced that they had some problem at their end. After few weeks they pickup my phone and did an estimation that my iphone repair will be done in approx 26k, while iphone customer care situated at sky max, viman nagar, said it will approx 11800 rs. To get it done. After several follow up airtel secure team replied that they cannot repair it because it has been broken with improper handling, no one pushed me from front or behind and hence it will not be considered as an accident.
      From my point of view, i haven't thrown it by my own and it is fallen from me while coming down to steps, it must be considered as an accident. Someone can get an injury by falling from steps or bike/car, that itself is an accident.

      I want to sue airtel for this cheat and the harassment what what they gave me during service period and showing fake commitment in advertisement that airtel can take care of one time accidental damage. Kindly support me on this.

        I have been charged with 250 rs extra every month. I need to call customer care every month its really frustrating and highly irritating. Every time they tell me your issue will be resolved, but it is not been resolved. I strongly feel they are trying to cheat customer. Every time they confirm this is issue from our end and they will resolve it next time and it is repeated very time.

          I am using airtel number [protected] for pre paid connection. However, network is very poor in my residence at no.13, iii (Sn), cpwd colony, seminary hills, nagpur. Neither i get net work nor data connection.
          I have spoken to one of your representative few months back, he said the issue will be resolved but the problem still persists.
          Please look into the issue and relsolve as soon as possible. Else i may have to port the number to some other service provider.

            I am writing this mail with very pain and anguish that my service provider airtel has closed my postpaid sim without any prior information. I am a litigating lawyer in supreme court of india and other courts of india as well, thus without any prior information when i woke up in morning my number was showing "no service" instead of showing network. Since morning it is not available and due to which i have suffered irreparable loss as i cannot contact any of my clients, associates etc. This is highly unprofessional from their side to which i am complaining. The mobile number i am using is [protected]. I am continuing this number from last 5 years and is a very valuable customer of airtel still they have done this. A necessary action is urgently required in this regard so that they should not do this again with any of there customers.

                Dear sir/madam,

                Recently as per message received from airtel, i had submitted my adhar card xerox to warje airtel shoppee for linking purpose. Airtel shopee person (Sidharth) linked the mobile number with adhar number. After that i saw that without my permission my airtel money bank account was opened and my hp gas subsidy was automatically transferred to airtel money bank account which earlier use to transfer in to my saving bank account from government office. I was surprised, then i went to airtel warje shoppee and met sidharth but he told me that this is not done by us, this has done from airtel office.
                With out customers consent/sign if airtel is opening customers money bank account and without customers consent if they are transferring hp gas subsidy from saving bank account to airtel money bank account because we linked adhar number to mobile number then this is a serious matter and also a crime.
                Serious action has to be taken against airtel

                Myself and my wife both are having airtel sim cards. We had recharged our airtel sim cards in the month of august 2017 with rs. 399 each for scheme of 1gb data per day and full talk time for 84 days. But since last tuesday our data is getting finished in few seconds without use of netpack. This has been already informed to warje airtel shoppe to mr. Sidharth.

                Action has to be taken and we should get our data back in to our airtel sim account.

                    I received a message that the sim that i ordered online for my mobile for changing from 3 g to 4 g were not received till now although i received message from airtel that "dear customer, your 4g sim has been delivered at your premises. To activate the new sim sms sim ti 121 and enjoy 4g speed at 3g prices. For further assistance, sms get4g to 121.
                    I asked my postman and he said he did not get so how can he deliver.
                    I do not know where they delivered and what happened to sims.

Other sight my outgoing is stop today noon 12pm on wards, because your agent is not collect the billing cheque from me before 6days. So what can i do. Continue those number or not...

                        Airtel is the one of the poorest network in my city we can't use net and can't talk properly . And whem we try to call customer care we can't connect to them . Airtel makes us fool to say that it is the fastest network in india .

                          I stay at whitefield, borewell road. No one is able to reach me in last 2 months. This is a big business loss to me. I am terribly disappointed with your service & would switch to another n/w provider soon.

                          I also called customer care last weekend, but they told me to wait for 4 hours. Nothing happened after that as well.

                          One of the worst service experience i am having.

                            In march 2017 i had ported my airtel postpaid number to airtel prepaid, on my airtel account i had 846₹ extra amount which will be refunded after 3 months by cheque according to airtel customer care.in july received message from professional courier company that 'your cheque reached in solapur city & will be delivered in 2-3 days' till august i haven't received cheque so i raised complaint at local airtel customer care twice but now they are saying not able solve the problem & also not responding to my further complaints.

                              I have registered for dnd very long back. To be specific on 3rd april and got confirmation that the changes will be effective from within 7 days and yet i continue to receive ad message which i have subscribed to till date from companies such as foodpanda, the princeton review etc., why was dnd not in effect all this while inspite of getting confirmation that dnd is registered with "fully blocked" setting? Why was i still receiving ad messages all this while? Is this how airtel makes ad revenue?

                                In my postpaid bill it had 5 international sms charges 25 rupees... Its a known issue for you... Quickly resolve it before i pay the bill... Or i have no choice to switch all 3 numbers to jio... Already 1 number changed to jio and i have no issues doo far... Full of benefits...

                                  I belong to hyderabad and now i've come to jaipur and will soon leave for jodhpur. Due to roaming, i'm unable to make any kind of outgoing calls and this is really a problematic issue for me.
                                  I believe airtel does answer it's customers.
                                  Please solve my problem and tell me what to do. I really need to make many important calls.

                                    I have recently ported my number from vodafone to airtel in a hope that it is the fastest indian data company and i will get good services. But my expectations has turned upside down. Since i have ported my number, the data services were working decent except for the last 2 weeks in which i see that my mobile shows that 4g is working but the speed is pathetic. I tested the same on oakhla speedtest and the result was disastrous. So i have a request to the company to stop claiming that you are the fastest data company as you are not. Also i will be soon porting my number out if the condition prevails. I live in gurgaon and is having lot of trouble due to this. Both the numbers ported in airtel has the same issue. So anyone in ncr dont port to airtel, due to the schemes that they are offering. They claim to give leftout data back in next month. But what is the use if the download speed is 0.02 megabits per sec.

                                        I have an issue about tower strength in my locality, can airtel do something about it because there are many airtel users here and facing the same problem. So i thought about raising this concern to airtel as a high priority. We could not even contact anyone and facing a lot of call drop issues.
