I have on 17th of october 2017 at 3 pm requested your customer care staff that my land line and broad band ([protected]) should be kept under safe custody for a period of 3 months. The staff noted name and number and said that the connection would be cut within half an hour and i would get an sms. As nothing happened, again called around 5.30 pm and told everything. He said that my request has been accepted and i would get an sms within half an hour. Till today i have not received any communication. Please let me know the position of my request and send a mail ([protected]@yahoo.com).

    I, sushil patil, open a new shop (Klass electronic) in chirner uran and i want to starts airtel sim and demo, but here local distributor create issue for documents, (Documents he want is gumasta, noc, adhar card) shop aggrement but why he want all this document) i, start jio, he have taken only adhar card, the distributor have 2 brands airtel&idea, i told him i will starts from other then also he create problem, and i also spoken with tsm but no support.
    Please help,.

        I converted my sim from 3g to 4g on 19th oct 2017 but the 4g sim is not registering on the network since then. Also i have booked a complain on airtel portal on 21st oct 2017 with ref. No. - pr[protected] which they close on 22nd oct 2017 without any intimation or contact. The no. ([protected]) which i converted to 4g is an important no. Which i have been using since last 5yrs and i cant afford to loose it, so kindly look into the issue and resolve it asap.

          I manav jagani residing in mumbai wants to block my airtel hotspot simcard as they are charging unnecessarily without using it.
          They are not even receiving the calls from their end.
          I have been trying from when and then they call for the payment of the bill to which i have not used any of the data.

          I have all of the records of the call to which i tried many times but none of them were received.

          Please seek to this as soon as possible

            After a string of emails being sent back and forth full of questions and false promises i still haven't got the amount that they falsely credited twice. It's been a month since all this happened. A payment was made on 25th sept and the amount from my credit card was again debited on 30th sept. When called i was informed to send an email to [protected]@airtel.com.
            It's 22.10.2017 today and i haven't still received my money back and they have generated the bill for this month. The audacity!

              I bought a new prepaid connection with a plan of 1gb a day and unlimited calling for 520rs and they said it will be activated in 4 hours its been 14 hours now my phone is activated but my account balance is low and i m unable to make calls or use internet, i bought the new sim from kharghar airtel store sector 12. If you cant activate the plan instantly why do you accept the payment in cash instantly. Unexpected from a company like you. Moreover when i called their customer care it says jis se sim lia unko contact kijiye.. Irresponsible customer services..

                I am using airtel prepaid number. All of a sudden i am not able to recharge my airtel prepaid number online.

                I use this sim in dongle. I mainly bought this for using it for internet alone but due to this is issue i am not able to perform my business as usual.

                I have contacted customer care several times but they are not responding properly.

                Please solve this issue asap.

                  Just ported the number. We can see the network and can call but it is showing that the number is invalid. 59059 is unreachable. It gets disconnected again and again. Customer service also unreachable. Can you please help with any alternative way to activate the card. Need to activate the number quickly. Please reply. Alternative number [protected].                     * i am not able to send the outgoing sms to any other number, which is making a big trouble in my day to day life usage of sim
                    * i have went to airtel service centre twice in past one month
                    * first time they said that we have send complaint it will be resolved by next day, but same problem extended
                    * second time they said that they will give me a new sim with the same number, but same problem occurs with the new sim also
                    * how many times i have to go to the service centre for this problem
                    * please resolve my problem as i am not able to do my bank trasaction because this is my registered mobile number for the bank account

                        Hi,

                        I am using rs 309 plan, which gives you unlimited local and std calls plus 1 gb data per day.
                        I want to know why my balance is getting deducted on outgoing calls while roaming. It was not mentioned anywhere that this tariff pack will not work while roaming. Also according to airtels press release for national roaming, it says that there will be no premium on outgoing calls (Below is the link, also attached)

                        Please help, feeling cheated on this.

                        I called to customer care through tedious ivrs service, and after investing my four hours on ivrs, i came to know that my balance has been deducted towards rs147 data pack. I asked customer care to refund it but they refused to do so. Please refund this 147 amount also.
                        (Customer care representative ubhay, senior advisor, 121). He does not know the national roaming rules of airtel india and was not co-operative at all.

                          Recently i've been the victim of fraudulent or misuse of my aadhar details by airtel. I have gone to a retailer store to link my airtel no. With aadhar and doing so the dealer opened a airtel payments bank account without my consent. So all my gas subsidy amount is getting deposited in payments bank. There is no option to close the payments account and customer service is unresponsive about this.
                          This is very unethical behavior from such a reputated company. This way airtel is cheating many uneducated people.

                            I, abdul kalam khan of jamshedpur, purchased a new prepaid sim of airtel #[protected] on 14th september 2017 using my aadhaar. This was a new connection and the retailer advised me to recharge it with rs. 449.00 with which i am supposed to receive the facility o[censored]nlimited call both local and national and internet facility for 84 days. This was verified to me from the advertisments etc.

                            I recharged my number with the said amount and started using the connection. I must say the service was very good in terms of connectivity call quality etc. Till 17th october.

                            On 17th october 2017, my outgoing service was barred. I was not able to make calls. So i called your customer service, and the agent who answered the call told me that this is puja (Diwali) time and normally the free calls/sms etc service are discontinued so you might be facing some problem, please try after some time your service will be working fine.

                            I waited but my service did not got restored. I called again on 18th ocotber, and agent who spoke to me told me that your number is not linked to your aadhaar so your number is blocked. Now my question was when my number was activated using aadhaar, how come it was not linked to sim/number.

                            Well to ease the matter, i went to the airtel store located in bistupur, jamshedpur on 20th october with my aadhaar to get it linked with the said connection. The agent there listened to me very patiently and checked the system and told me a new story that my sim is dead and i need to get a replacement sim to continue using thre service. (New sim is dead in a month time). Well i paid rs. 25.00 for the new sim and got it issued. I was told the sim will be activated in 4 hours and i can use the service as usual. I thanked the person and was relieved that atleast now my problems will come to an end.

                            But my good luck continued this time also, i was not able to make calls, so i again called customer service and now they told me my number is dead. I need to visit the store.

                            On 21st (Today) i went to your store at bistupur and they told me that my offer is expired because i have used 1000 mins of calls and i need to recharge.

                            I was shocked top hear this. This was not mentioned in any of your advertisments. There was no such clause or even conditions apply is written anywhere.

                            I wrote this email to you so that you may help me to get my service restored.

                              In our locality prtawal chow dist-mharajganj here is not working properly our 4g speed in my personal home we have 4 airtel sim we are your older user but due to this problem we think that we all stop to using your network if you will solve this problem soon then we will use other wise we will no option to use airtel network please solve fast.

                                  It really pathetic service provided by Airtel...They had deducted automatic International roaming charge of 99 rupees...without any notification..I need my balance back...they told me this is company policy...they are really hectic...bad service provided by Airtel...suggestion dont use Airtel. Please change your policy..

                                    Airtel - the fastest network as well as the high in doing fake promises.

                                    There is no centralized system to track everything.

                                    Payment, network, customer support, configuration support, field support, etc are managed separately such that no body related to any body.

                                    If we register a complaint to customer support, he will just raise a complaint. A network team will contact you again asking for the issue. He will keep that complaint on hold and then transfer to another person. That another person again calls and this process continues till you become serious.

                                    I have a problem with network at my area. For 1 month they have managed to tell that they are working on the issue. Then main story begins.
                                    After one month, i escalated issue to nodal officer, then they started calling and asked for my address. I gave them my address. For a couple of days, i got calls from 15 customer care people, asking for my address and they want to setup the tower and upgrade the signal. They asked me to wait for 72 hrs to get an update. I have waited for 1 week but still no reply. Then i again escalated the same issue and again he asked me the address and stated that, he is sending a team to do a survey. I really don't understand, why they need to do survey again, when there is an approval for server upgradation to setup tower. During 1st month, i was told that, survey is going on, so one month survey is just to fool me and updated some false status.
                                    Again, 10-15 people called me from airtel and ask for address, i have ignored those calls and they simply kept a message that, customer did not co-operate so the process is kept on hold. Immediately i called customer support and explained the same, they said they are not concerned about network issues and asked me to give miss call to another number, which, they will call me back in 2-4hrs.. I gave missed call and got a message that, i have requested for call back and will receive shortly. I have waited for 2 days, but no call.

                                    Then i again escalated to nodal officer, and they again called me and ask for the issue and my address. The same thing repeat.

                                    And again last week, i escalated the same issue to nodal officer, and he called and said that some field work is going and server upgradation process is in middle. I asked him, where field work is going on, he said area name, bangalore.
                                    I asked him again, which lane or cross are they exactly working. He again, told me the same (Area name, bangalore). I asked him, if he knows the correct location, where they are working. He don't know where the field technicians are working and they can't trace them itseems. So, customer support can't help us with network issues and network engineer don't know where his team is working on field. I really don't know how they trace the field technicians.

                                    I have been facing a lot of issues still, and when i ask to compensate for the same, they say that, they are not responsible for payment related things. If i call customer care and explain the same, they say that they don't have any update from network engineers.
                                    So finally, customer care can't explain network issues and status and the one who knows network issues can't trace their team and the network engineer is not responsible for payment things. It shows good team work for making customer fools end of the day. Airtel is growing big due to this team work and going down in terms of customer reputation.

                                    I have 25 emails written to customer support in 2 months out of which only 2-3 emails are replied and that too automated.

                                    I got a call from nodal office today morning and he said that, as i have used my mobile in rest of the time, i need to pay the bill. I told him that, distinguish the calls i do when am at home and outside. So, that i can pay the bill for only calls done outside my home. He said, i should pay full amount irrespective of network issue. Simply in one word, though there is an issue which they are not even trying to fix, i should pay the bill on-time.

                                    If i don't pay the bill, they will disconnect from services, and you can't even call customer care to ask for the reason. When i go to store, they simply say that, they don't have access to check if the number is disconnected. So, until you make a payment, you will not be able to know the reason and even though there is a problem at their end, we first need to pay the bill and then talk to them. And once you pay the bill, when you call customer care, they will just repeat the same words written on answer script what so ever the question you ask, just because they receive the payment, they will ignore us.

                                    Everytime, they keep telling that some work is going on. But no body aware what work is going on. They don't give access to the persons who can really explain the situation. We have access to only dumb fellows whose duty is to study the answer script from top to bottom.

                                    Airtel - shame on you guys that you have grown bigger in terms of money but not in terms of reputation. Come to market and see in bangalore how the network is.

                                    I'm sure this will not help me in any way.. And i even knew that, an automated or polite reply will be given to this for which they are professionally trained.

                                      *official complain*
                                      I am waiting since monday 17th october to have a broadband connection.

                                      After filling the form online i receive a phone call from one of your sales executive, sanjeev - phone number 73476755*. It was the 17th october. After few hours i received the visit of a person working for sanjeev, a good person but with a very poor knowledge of english language. I sign the contract proving the copy of my passport, the copy of frro registration, the copy of my visa, and my picture. He asked 3 months advanced payment, i was scared to be a victim of a fraud and i explained that i needed a concrete proof that he was working for airtel.

                                      He agreed to come the day after, with the technical team to install the broadband and to take the money. He left me without leaving any copy of the form, or leaving his number or leaving me a code.

                                      I was waiting the 18th, 19th and then the 20th i call sanjeev to ask about the technical team. He told me that i had still to provide documents. Why he didn't contact me to inform me that additional document was required?
                                      I had another visit from the guy who visit my flat on monday 17th, he ask me to visit his office in sector 38c to leave the additional document required. This morning i went to the office, i couldn't find the exact location, i call sanjeev. He was very impolite telling me that i had to leave the document in another office at sector 37, and then hang up the phone. I went to airtel shop in sector 37, i was about to cry. They told me that they are not in charge of broadband, then they call sanjeev who told me to go back home because his employee would come to my flat to collect the document.

                                      I went home, i wait one hr for sanjeev employee. He came, he collect the documets but he didn't bring the airtel form/contract i signed on the 17th. He took the document promising that he would be back at 2 pm to collect the money and to provide the contract.

                                      5:30 pm, he never went back, i am here waiting. I try to call sanjeev, as he did in the past, he hang the phone instead of solving the problem created by his infinite negligence.

                                      I spend the last 6 days at home waiting for airtel people. You have destroy my birthday day - 18th oct - and diwali celebration. I was at home alone for 5 days waiting airtel. Please inform me what i should do. I am asking for a sound punishment for your seller sanjeev. I am a manager and prof in indian academia, this person destroy the image of an entire company. When this thing happen in my office, the day after the corcerned employee is asked to resign.
