Today morning i have top up my mobile no.[protected] for rs.65/- through net banking. Top up was done successfully and the amount was debited in my account. But the top up amount was not received in my mobile account. Kindly let me know the status of the problem. Ref no. Igacfldigo at 6.14 am today. Your immediate response is highly appreciated.     On 16th i went to the airtel store located in kaggadasapura main road, bengalururequest support to enhance compatibility of 4g dongle with macbook air. The representative didn't know how to go about it and when i informed that the technical team had said its possible to upgrade dongle settings to match macbook air i was told straight away told that the technical team had misinformed me.     I have taken a new 4g sim card of airtel. The offer was 84 gb and unlimited calling for 84 days. Today it's been 15 days that i have been using this card and all of a sudden i couldn't call. Outgoing calls had stopped working. When i contacted the retailer who sold me this card with so called good marketing skills said that he can't help me with this. Please help me with my plan. I feel cheated by airtel. The retailer said that unlimited calls give 3000 minutes per month and 250 minutes per day which he did not specify while selling the card to me. Also no terms and conditions were being mentioned. Also the internet connection gets disconnected. I have to disable my sim and enable it again. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. I trusted airtel and it can't cheat it's customers like this.

        80 rupees deducted in my main account for using 20 mb data used. With out my knowledge net work issue. My number is [protected]. I was speak mr. Subeer, nagarkovil branch senior officer. He spoke not for customer satisfaction he not response properly. I am not satisfied with your network. That money value not just like that. One day salary in village area. I want to complaint mr subeer. How to approach. If you satisfied me refund my money otherwise i will quit your network please guide me how to change. Thanks for your network using past years.

          I have not been able to make outgoing calls since 14 th oct 2017 on my airtel number [protected]. I have got my sim changed; got my phone checked and have raised a number of complaints at the airtel customer care. I have also visited the airtel store 2 times in the past 10 days but i am not getting a response from these bloody airtel customer support team. Everytime i make a complain ; these people just make an excuse to escape the situation by saying that the number will start working properly in another 24 hrs, by tomorrow ; etc etc. The customer care executives dont have a proper training and education to provide solutions. They are just sitting in the airtel offices and withdrawing free salary. Also the senior executives at airtel are bloody # with poor skills of solving the problem. They should be fired from their jobs immediately.. They have been trained to make false commitments and fake promises to the customers. They are # bloody experts in speaking lies and escaping the problems. The poorest and the worsest network at this moment available in airtel. Get my problem solved airtel or ill show you what an irritated customer can do! My alternate number is [protected]

            We have a connection [protected] which was taken at the time of inception of airtel in india. It was a post paid connection in personal name. We wanted to transfer this into our corporate account. We were advised to make it prepaid and then transfer it to the corporate account. Past 2 months the connection has been running as prepaid. We have made several complaints but till now it has not been converted to postpaid corporate account. Every time we are said that it will be done by evening or in 48 hours but it has not been done.
            We request you to kindly look into the matter and help us.

            Ported a sim from Vodafone to Airtel... Received signal also... But unable to register it for verification. If i call 59059, so VAS options are coming

              Hi,
              Some times previous day mobile net consumption is adding to next day daily 1 gb limit. Day before yesterday this is happened to me and last week i have observed the same. If today my mobile net consumption is 150mb, then airtel added this to next day consumption do that i am losing 150 mb of my daily limit.

              Though airtel on my number [protected] is giving 1.5 gb 4g daily but their speed is average 30-40 kbps only So it is very irritating when you have already paid 499 . And you have to think about your other network recharge. Please take strict action

                A recharge was done on my mobile for 5000, which was supposed to have been transferred to my paytm account, i spoke to airtel customer care ref no:cbnrv[protected], all they said is they can not help me and that i have to use the 5000 for their services only. This is outrageous, especially since they have no way of resolving the issue, i really hope someone takes notice and finds a way to help me.

                    Services like game pind, superstore, games centre, masti club, comedywalas, bhojpuri videos, were activated without intimationa nd charges were deducted, the same when came to know were stopped on 16.10.2017, but same again got renewed without my knowledge and charges were deducted from prepaid balance for mobile no. [protected].
                    Again today on 22.10.2017 charges of game pind, superstore, masti club has been activated and charges dedcuted.
                    There is no such message from me to activate those services.

                    It is stated that I have taken a SIM from Airtel No. [protected], it is regretted to say that the same has not been recharged since beginning through Airtel app as well as net banking and credit card. the customer care No. 121 has not been replied satisfactory, reference No. [protected]

                      I received a call from airtel executive from
                      Phone no. ‭[protected]‬. She asked me to update new billing plan. I refused the same with clear wording that i am happy with my current plan. She submitted a request to update my plan even after my refusal. Is this the policy of a reputed company? Kindly deactivate my plan and inform me the action taken against the executive.

                            Airtel is a # turd and useless garbage trash company. Lure us to pay for what they are not providing. I have activated 349 plan of 1 gb/day data on my airtel number and due to airtels # service my more than 500mb data gets waste due to airtel network problem. Airtel is a illegal and untrusted company which only knows to tell white false quality of its useless trash company in tv ads by luring us to pay for what they are not providing its a very shameful act done by airtel and must be taken hard legal action against airtel in jharkhand reigion particularly for not providing good service. Airtel must get ban in india for lime time for wasting our trust money and efforts for making us suffer for network for good network and services. Airtel lure us by new new offers only but never provide a good service which makes it worst of worst and garbage company. I request to all indians to never provide airtel land to establish a tower and service center for there garbage service and taking money from us without providing a service we deserve. I request to trai to please ban airtel in india and fine in millions of rupees for playing with customers faith trust and money.

                                I had requested for upgradation of my airtel prepaid no. [protected] on 13.10.2017 to 4g. I have a new sim bearing[protected]. As i entered the number and sent it to 121, i got an immediate acknowledgement that my new sim will be activated soon and the old one will continue till my new sim is activated. Its been more than a week and my sim has not been upgraded. Moreover i am not getting any assistance from your end.

                                  Hi, i got the 4g sim for my airtel connection. Ever since i got the 4g sim although i have all the signal but my no is always not reachable. I called in the airtel customer care and got a lame advise to just restart my phone which i already had tried multiple times. I was also advised that this will be resolved within 4 hours. The problem persists. Now i am looking to change my protal to other service provider. Take my feedback and don't even go for 4g sim at all it sucks big time.

                                    Very bad service by airtel dth most of times its show no signal error code from last 2 months when i switch on my tv. I also complaint for this to their technical support provider but issue is same..!! My surrounding weather always clears but signal error code is shown to my tv..!! My account id - [protected] please resolve this issue as soon as possible or i will complaint this to higher level...!!

                                      I am ks vadivel. I was having two aircel connections[protected] and[protected] for more than ten years.
                                      Some officials from airtel approached me with some new airtel plans.
                                      Considering the quality of service, i also decided to move airtel. I was clearly told there is no charges for port change. I was asked to make a deposit rs 300 per connection and was told it will be adjusted in first bill.
                                      Accordingly i have made a deposit of rs 600 (Two connections) vide receipt no 3326 dated 03.07.2017 and made the necessary port requests.

                                      One connection[protected] port changed in jul 17 itself and other mobile was changed recently with many difficulties by 23.09.2017.

                                      I received the first bill for mobile connection[protected] vide bill no[protected] dated 12-oct-2017 and noticed rs 300 charged towards service activation fees. While making port change airtel promised no activation fee for my surprised there is charges of rs 300 towards activation.
                                      Request you to see look in to this and reverse the charges as committments made by airtel
