I forgot my mpin so i tried to reset mpin but when i proceeded with first name and last name and dob it shows account was blocked i tried many times it shows server problem try after 9 hours i cannot open my profile it asks mpin i cannot regenerate mpin because of my account got blocked so sir i request you to please help me unblock my account it is needed to me

    I am a scholar of pondicherry university and recently i ported by bsnl number to airtel postpaid. But airtel has very poor reception inside the campus and because of this am losing out on many important calls.
    This has been a constant problem inside pondicherry university and so most of the students prefer bsnl connection but then bsnl internet is very slow. So we are caught up in a dilemma. I need hi speed internet for my academic purposes and hence took the decision to port to airtel. I am happy with my airtel connection when i am outside the campus but the situation is just the opposite inside the campus.
    Please do the needful asap.

      Hi myself dr chandra mohan reddy using airtel postpaid number [protected].

      Since 2 months iam struggling with internet connectivity issues. Everytime they will rectify and again same thing will happen to me. I have to do multiple calls to airtel for the same.
      On each call they will tell same story wait for one day.
      Iam one busy doctor and wasting most of my time in calling customer care and they will keep me waiting for almost half an hour and will tell the same story wait for one day.

      Recently same incident happened to me
      I had raised the complaint against network connectivity issues two days back and still the problem not rectified and whenever i will call same answer wait for one day.
      Iam fed up of all these.

      Airtel is the most irresponsible network towards customers.

      Kindly help me with this

        The new tower of air tel company which located in village tundewal (Sbs nagar) punjab but company did not operate this tower. But this is a remote area. No network. We trying to talk company employee but they don't reply satisfied. So we requested to you to start this. Tower immediately weather it's no operate by you then we will port our 859 mobile no.in jio network. So we want operate immediately this tower. Thanks so much

            I live at assam, karimganj district where i used to receive 24hrs high speed 4g network so i recharged with an amount of 399 i. E. 1gb/day for 70 days... But since one month i am unable to receive 4g network.. Whenever i switch to 4g (Auto), the network shows 3g then 2g then data connection lost... Why so???
            Its been happening since last one month.. Please review my complain and try to fix it... My number is [protected].. My money is going in a waste.. Whether fix the issue or else return my 399 rupees.. Thank you.

              Please note, i am udayakumar. I have one connection for airtel prepaid my number is [protected]. I got one offer for airtel app, 399 pack-70gb, 70days (1day = 1gb). My mobile i will connect automatically data mb is gone 1 hour = 1gb gone automatically, i am not using any apps physically. I am complaint for airtel customer care so many time. He say your side is problem, your apps background running so mb is gone told. I am say already idea 4g internet using this issues not received my side. So your are fraud & cheating to me. I am totally disappointed this airtel company. This is very very bad service in our india.

              Please take any action this issue for your kind perusal.

                We are residing at arkatavemula of rajupalem mandal in kadapa district. We have poor airtel connection and signal strength is very bad in our area. We r very closer to the tower i. E., 100 feet. We r facing many problems with net connection. We have very poor connection. So i request u to please solve our problem as early as possible u can.

                  I took airtel broadband connection on 24-oct-2017 and raised a service request on 30-sep-2017 regarding my frequent disconnection of network. But still airtel network team unable to resolve.
                  After raising disconnection request i got a call from cancellation department and they gave commitment that we will resolve this issue shortly but still there is no progress.

                  I have some question please clarify

                  1) what is eta of resolving a ticket (Why my issue is not fixed last 17 days)

                  2) as per your service specialist this issue is from airtel due to low copper wire.

                  If you do not have proper infrastructure then why you are giving new connection?

                  3) some of your service specialist are saying you can call to 121 and ask for connect my name if issue will persist (Eg harish told me). While requesting service specialist to specific person they are asking we cann't connect specific person and disclosed our location. I do agree with business policy. Yesterday i called to your executive and he is saying i am from delhi it's not my scope and i will escalated to bangalore team. (If disclosing of address is not in your policy why this guy disclosed (I assumed this policy is for cheating customer)

                  4) why you do not have professional service specialist?

                    Filed complaint that internet speed is not up to mark and very slow in my locality.
                    First complaint raised on 13th closed on 14th without resolution.
                    Second complaint raised on 15th and got message that i will get update by 19th.
                    Still how many days airtel will make me wait i don't know

                    Cheaters contact# [protected] and [protected] are a cheaters public please be aware of him. Please don't share your credit or debit card details.

                    They told their names are Asish Metha ID# 109224 and another cheater name Deepak.

                    These type of cheaters are still alive in space and God will never forgive never forgive them.

                    May God punish them to the core.

                      My airtel mobile number: [protected], is showing "emergency service only", from the past 3 hours. I'm using a brand new samsung s8 plus. From the time i purchased this phone 2 months back, i haven't removed the sim. When i call airtel customer care, regarding this issue, they keep telling me that need to change sim, as it might have got damaged. I don't understand the logic, as to how a sim, inside the phone get damaged, with out taking it out. My s8 plus itself has no single scratch on it. Such an illogical explanation from airtel is quite frustrating.

                        I am shanker jagwani (Senior-citizen) from rajkot (Guj.)
                        I sent request to airtel" for portability of my 10 yrs. Old mobile no (R.com.) on dtd:21sep.2017 after 7 days (27th sep.2017) ireceived the msg. "activated your service" from airtel'... But i found.. Arirtel - network.. Is not available at my location. So i contacted various authorities of the company.
                        After many calls.. They sent to technician forhecking n' he reported me.."your issue will solve in 2 days". Bt
                        Up to 5/6 days no result. Again i called them many time n' requested to solve my issue.
                        Second time again another technician came.. N' same replied "will solve your issue as earliest. Every day i called them.. N'they same replied"under-proceedgre"...! This way 20 days passed... Bt no result till date...!!!
                        I'm suffering too much without my 10 yrs old mbl no... So i called them yesterday... N' forcefully told him to explain clear picture of my issue.. Then. Finally they told me.. (Verbly)
                        "your issue will not be resolve...
                        As per technical report : reapeter is needed for net work issue. Bt it's cost is 5 to 6 lackhs... Thus it is not possible for the company.
                        I said ok...!! If you are not able to provide me network then make me free to shift with another service provider. But they saying.. It also not possible."due to trai's rules... Lock-in - period of 90 days...!!!???
                        Sir... I surprised...
                        I do not want to shift with another company.., bt. When airtel" is not able to provide their network.. To me... Then how that rule applied to me sir...???!!!
                        What's my fault...in this.. Matter...???!!!
                        It's my 10yrs old mbl. No. N' my business is depended on that no.
                        If waiting period of 90 days i wait then from whum i claim that loss... Sir..??? Why should i suffer sir..??
                        So please... You are requested to do the needful in the matter... Sir.
                        I complent them very 1st day bt they did not registred. At last on 13 oct.2027 i received complent regtn. No by sms. As:

                          I faced the similar problem with Airtel. SMS showed it activated 70 gb for 70 days but when i checked it was 28 days.

                            My airtel sim is activated and linked with aadhar no., when i recharge the balance with an amount of 301/- from then i am facing the problem of call drops and even the outgoing calls couldn't do it. Please solve it. I am facing this problem from last 15 days, i couldn't do any calls, i incoming calls are working fine, my balance of 301/- is showing zero. Please solve it.

                            I got a call from executive rahul kumar explaining me to upgrade my plan to 799
                            I told will look into it without any verification or consent or proper confirmation call disocnnected quickly and then i received messege that plan has been upgraded.
                            Then i called air tel cu care and execute priyanka received the call and she took request for verification but no one turned up yet though as per executive complain was on high priority

                            This is really harassing from airtel withiout any confirmation or anything how can they cheat customers through spam calls.

                            Each month i ma getting huge bill amount though my usage is limit

                                I have taken a pre paid airtel sim card in hyderabad, india recently and brought to dubai. I am working in dubai and it is always an issue whenever i visit to india. The newly purchased sim is not working and says no service where as i was told it will be operational in all countries. Not sure what is the issue and it has sufficient balance and data package.

                                Appreciate if we can get my sim card working here in dubai.

                                  I am old airtel user i am having 5 airtel connections, my experience with airtel was good but from last two months there i experiencing continuous call drop even the doesn’t connect and in last two weeks almost every call is dropped.
                                  Regarding innternet it is very very slow it shows 4g, 3g but the data is mot transmitted i have wait for minutes to download or send short video.
                                  I have complained the issue but nothing is done so far and i am facing the even now.
                                  Please resolve the issue at earliest. I will wait for two-three days and if the issue not resolved to my satisfaction i will complain the issue to trai.

                                      I am trying to deactivate the above post paid sim 4g data for the past two months. There is no option with 121, 198 or through loging in to my account. Airtel having started this exploitation of its individual clients, others will follow soon. I want to immediately cancel this service; don't mind to give up the balance data available in my account, but wish to get out of this menace once for all.
