Dear sirs, after a year of being abroad on studies, i will be back to india next week. Therefore i have been trying for the past 4 weeks to get my sim card reactivated - with no sign of action from airtel. 7 emails and 8 personal calls to the client service, i am now here... Please reactivate my number

    I aM not able make outgoing calls but internet and incoming calls are ok but outgoing calls not able to make please resolve the issue or else to change to some other network this is a very big issue a person can’t even call to anyone while roaming this is a very big issue mobile number is useless for a person if he is traveling or going somewhere and he is stuck somewhere in problem he can’t even call for anybody’s help even if he is having AIRTEL MOBILE

      Airtel bank has locked my account. I wanted for unblocking my account. I have 51 rupees in my bank which are not debitable. So i request to unblock my account. I don't know about it that it got blocked after adding money to it. My airtel account number is [protected]. Please resolve my bank as soon as possible. So that i can continue my banking service for future reference s. Thank you and i wish that my account will get unblocked.

          Greetings.

          My name is capt bhuwan pratap singh, i'm presently serving in the indian army and i am a resident of gwalior, madhya pradesh. This complaint is in respect of my relationship as a customer of airtel gwalior. We have been customer's of airtel gwalior since 1999. We had a land line connection with airtel and as the times progressed we also had internet connection from them. The connection is in the name of my father capt viresh pratap singh, who is serving in the merchant navy at present. My father himself was a member of airtel from[protected].

          With this as a background i would like to express my displeasure on the way the company has behaved whenever a complaint has been made. My mother being the only permanent resident of the house cannot run around for meagre troubles regarding the internet connectivity. I would like to tell that airtel has been kind before but since the past few years their attitude has been different. Without making this a long story i would come to the crux of the problem.

          The internet connection has been continously unsatisfactory, and whenever a complaint is made a temporary solution is given, which falls apart in few days and the problem comes back to square one. The issue is that whenever there is a problem it is us who have to run around and make calls. My mother is mostly alone at home as i'm serving out of the state and my father sails outside the country for most of the year. We are always directed to make a call to customer care who usually keeps us on hold. Even when i personally made a call to a airtel person who deals with internet connections, he also directed us to make a call on customer care, stating it as protocol.

          I know this might sound like a cringe but this is not what a 19 year old customer expects. When i prompted them to get the connection disconnected they told my mother to come to the office and fill a form. What i'm trying to imply is that for last 5 year we have only been fire fighting, they create a problem, we run around and make calls to solve it. The problem has reached a level where i can call it harrasement.

          I would request that airtel gwalior be directed to disconnect our connection but they should themselves set the ball rolling and it should not be the case that my mother has to go to their office and do the required. A good company would ensure that, if not for everybody but for a 50 year old woman who has been a customer for more than a decade and also who's husband has put in his services for the same company.

          I would also like to point out that airtel has never misbehaved with us but has always been ignorant and indifferent to our continuous requests.

          We want to get away from this company which has a very big name but is no where close to it in terms of services. I don't know about the rest of the country but this is specifically related to airtel gwalior.

          I hope that you don't treat this complaint like airtel gwalior has done. I would also point out that we have always paid our dues and bills in time, which can be checked from our records. I don't want any compensation but redressal from this breach of trust, by getting this connection disconnected by directing them to do so.

          Even as you have stated that i shouldn't disclose my personal details, i will have to do so because there is no other option. My phone no is [protected] and my email id is bhuwan. [protected]@gmail.com.

          I sincerely request you to do whatever can be done ad if not please notify me about it.

              Sir my account shows working online card but i cannot debit any money after having credited a sum of rs 657. A message appeaes saying " Debiting is not allowed as the account has been blocked". If the account was blocked then why did it accept the credited sum ? Please resolve this asap

                Hello sir/mam
                This complaint is on supervisor named dhruva working as supervisor in bannerghatta, bangalore. I spoke him regarding balance deduction from my account. He started telling me illogical things saying that i used more data than the existing data so the balance has been deducted while the data balance was still 200 mb. He started behaving rudely and started saying that i had 203mb in my account and i have used 207mb so the amount is deducted from the account while i still have 200mb remaining in my account which is completely illogical. He was never in the position to help me out regarding this i hope you take right action on this regard.

                  I had got an international roaming recharge of ₹ 2999 an ₹300 respectively on 28th september 2017 from the airtel office itself promising free incoming calls, 250 min of outgoings and 3gb internet service. To my dismay any calls on my trip to europ were charged from my main account. I had even sent a mail to the customer helpline forum on this regard while i was on trip. I had faced lot of issues as no service was provided as promised. After returning i complained the customer care an they had been transferring my calls and responsibilities to other. While asking for the refund they fail to do so and even admitting that the fault was from their side they just say sorry. I want the refund of the international recharge pack done as airtel being such a big service povider is just tricking its customer without even providibg the service called for

                    I purchased airtel's 4g hotspot postpaid device from airtel's own service center located at revenue colony, subedari, hanamkonda, telangana location on 7th oct 2017 with the assurance from the store manager that there is ample network at our residence locality which is just about 150 mts behind the service center but i wasn't able to connect to the internet since day 1 and have contacted the service center, airtel's networking team, higher management all together at least 40 times but the issue hasn't been solved until now. I have already lost 11 days of my valuable work as of today (18th oct) and i still don't see any progress on this issue. Whenever i call their networking team, they say that the fix is still being done and same is the answer for the last 6 days. Neither they are ready to take their device back so that i can take any other isp nor they are actively trying to solve the issue that i am facing with their network and/or device.

                    I opted airtel because of the claims they make that their's is the best network and service provider in india but with this experience i really dont think any of their speedtest claims or any other claims are true...

                      I have ported my number [protected] from airtel maharashtra circle to airtel mumbai circle. The old sim got deactivated and the new sim shows signal bars, however i am unable to call 59059 to activate my new sim. I tried reaching out to airtel customer care multiple times however they have failed to resolve my complain. Please treat this as an urgent priority and resolve my complain at the earliest.

                        Hello,
                        I am rahul tripathi, i am using airtel postpais no [protected] from past 3 years my plan is rs 349 and my never exceeds beyond[protected]. My last outstanding amount was showing rs 481.

                        Suddenly it started showing me rs 14518.22 in my airtel application. You can check my usage and last three years bills.

                        This could be system error. Request you please resolve it asap

                        Actually yesterday i recharge my sim with 199 & 50, today i call to c.c(airtel) to deactivate voice pack, and all other pack, because its not working in roaming.
                        but now my sim is deactivated. plzzzz activate it. my mobile number is "[protected]"... plzzzzzzzzz its so necesarry

                          I have replaced my airtel sim to duplicate sim on 16/10/17 as it was not working. And from then i am not recieving any messeges and otps from airtel and other websites like paytm, irctc and i am unable to use 121 service for checking my balance. I am unable to use online services. And so i am not able to book my tickets on irctc. This is frustating. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                            I dipankar ghosh (Airtel no. *) wanted to pay my electricity bill (Wbsedcl) through airtel wallet on 17/10/2017, tuesday. My wallet balance was 9.85. But my payment was rs.2195.44. There was initiated a money adding process of rs.2186.00 to my wallet a/c (Transaction id[protected]. Bu then i added rs. 2186.00 through my sbi debit card (Transaction no.[protected] and i got a message "airtel payments bank wallet loaded successfully. Rs.2186.00. Txn id:[protected]. Date:17/10/2017 06:19, bal:rs.2195.85." after that the airtel money wallet showed a message that the transaction failed. But surprisingly my wallet balance was then rs..041, ie. Transaction failed but money was deducted. Now, at this position what do i have to do to recover my deducted money? Please help. I have also attached all screen shots of sms related to this problem herewith.

                            Before I am using Vodafone.now I ported to Airtel using last 20 days. worst internet service provider.i recharged ₹452 plan is unlimited calls & daily 1GB 4G data for 3 months.but internet very worst 2G speed also not browsing.compare with jio 4G it's coming only 5% speed very bad service.i called customer care also but he only convince every time not resolving this issue...

                              Recently i have upgraded my existing airtel sim to 4g after the company asked me that i will face disconnection if i don't do the same. On 16.10.2017, i have upgraded my sim and network to 4g on my existing number [protected] and the company and its representatives told me that the 4g connection will be activated within 24 hrs and i will be able to avail the benefits. Now on 18.10.2017 i am yet to avail any kind of such benefits for the upgrading i have done to my existing number. I have repeatedly contacted the airtel customer care executives but they are yet to provide any kind of solution. Every single time i have to provide them the same details about the issue again and again as their executives keep changing. Provided are the screenshots where you can notice that i am still on 3g network after doing the upgrade.

                                I have postpaid airtel number (94*886) in telangana state.

                                My complaint : although i have 25.7 gb of data which is getting carry forwarded from last month they have charged 384.16 rupees extra.
                                When i called to customer care they are saying your data pack is completed because of which we have charged.
                                But still have 25.7 gb data.

                                  Hi,

                                  I recharged my airtel prepaid number on17 th april 2017, on that day airtel was offering unlimited calls and 1gb per day for 84days. After recharge air was charging me for all voice calls and recently i realized that i am not getting 3g/4g data after 28 days. I complained the issue by calling airtel customer care and i also raised the issue on their website but airtel completely ignoring my complaint.

                                  If airtel is providing only the data for 28 days why would i recharge with rs.399? I completely dissatisfied with your service. If you can't promised services why do you advertise in media and then cheat customers.

                                      This is to inform that yesterday my phone left in auto - rikshaw by mistake. I tried several times on my no.in the phone [protected] & [protected]. The driver picked up my ph and told me that he will return by 12.30 am but after that he is not picking my phone perhaps change of his mind. It is therefore requested to kindly block my sim with immediate effect and issue me a duplicate sim card.in this regard, all communication may please be forwarded to my registered mail id only.

                                      Today I have received a message for porting from Airtel. But I have never requested for porting my number. And after few minutes I have again received a porting message from AM-AIRCLB. So I would request to concerned officials to take strict action against it.
                                      I was enjoying excellent 4G Network but suddenly today my sim shows no network. I have tried restarting the phone and remounting the sim card but none works!!!
