After using jio high speed net. I trust my old service provider airtel to but the only thing i got is very bad response there is no one available to listen the problem very disappointing. Airtel is always a trusted brand but now i came to know there is no more any brand worst then this network. Facing too low speed of internet. Highly disappointed!

        Hi,
        I made a recharge of 399 on my number [protected].
        The offer stats that 70 days unlimited local/std call, along with 1gb 4g data daily for 70 days.
        But the same offer stopped working after 28 days.
        I called the customer care, they told sir u are not using 4g phone and 4g sim so this offer will work for you for only 28 days.
        I said this clause is not mentioned on any term condition for this offer.
        You should have explicitly mentioned like if you are not using 4g sim and 4g phone, then this will be valid only for 28 days.
        But there was nothing like this.
        Second point, airtel is aware which customer are using 4g airtel sim or not, then why the offer is coming on there number. Although airtel would be aware about the 4g phone also.

        So the whole point scenario is they are making fool of customer, cheating them.
        I called the customer care today (Navjot) she mentioned like - "ab kuch ni ho skta, and hum sari conditions term and condition m ya offer k sath ni rakh skte.." so basically they are cheating the poor people as they are not aware and then there money is wasted.

        If someone is not using 4g phone and sim, no recharge should happen on his number or the message should be loud and clear.
        The same offer they are giving in 199 also for 28 days, so they are earning the remaining 200 rs as a bribe or by making fool of customer.

        Kindly look into this as they are cheating poor people and making fun of their limited resources.

          I had got my two mobile number [protected] and [protected] adhaar verified. Next day i received a message that my airtel payments bank account is activated and that all dbt due to me is registered to be credited in airtel payments account.

          I have not opted or registered for any such facility. Only thing i did was to get my nobile number adhaar verified. I mailed to airtel at [protected]@airtelbank.com several times with request to close my airtel payments account and deregister me for dbt credit in airtel payments bank account. I also put in complaints in their website. No action has been taken by airtel yet.

          Activating airtel payments bank account on mu mobile number and registering the same for dbt creit without my consent is amlpractice by airtel. I want the same the airtel payments banks account closed.

          Update on the complaint.
          I recived a call from Airtel Customer Care. A very rude gentleman who does not know how to speak politely, told me that the Airtel vendor may have registered for the Payments Bank account on my behalf and that I should sort out the issue with him.
          It is not understood, why Airtel company is not taking responsibility for the situation they have put me in by their unethical conduct. If the company has appointed some service vendors for Adhaar verification, it is the responsibility of the company to impress upon the service vendor not to register the customer for unsolicited services.
          The issue is still unresolved while the company is trying to shirk responsibility.

          Update on the complaint
          Airtel is sending me mails asking me to share copy of Proof Of Address/Identity via email. Keeping privacy issues in view, one is reluctant to share copy of Adhaar on mail. In any case, the mobile numbers are already Adhaar verified. Necessary details, therefore, are already available with Airtel. I do not know why Airtel is insisting on sharing copy of the POA/POI on mail which I feel is contrary to Govt guidelines. It is a simple matter of closing my Airtel Payments Bank account which they activated without my consent. I beleive TRAI guidlines in customer grievances say that complaints should be resolved within 7 days. This issue is going on and on. mainly due to procastination by Airtel, for more than 10 days now.
          Issue remains unresolved.
          Apathy to customer grievances.

            Yesterday i was trying to use mobile data from my airtel prepaid no. The data did not get connected even for a second, however, my main balance got deducted from 85rs to 0. Airtel customer care did nothing to resolve the issue after repeated calls, instead stopped responding to me while the customer care person was still online. Extremely bad behaviour from their side.

              On 16/10/2017
              But it is not transferred but it's debited in sbi account and it's not credited to airtel payments bank account wallet i. E ₹310
              Please do something as early possible

                I was using vodafone before. I had 399rs plan with unlimited call and 15gb data. Later i got a call from airtel offering me 35gb data, unlimited calls and 100sms daily for 399rs. So i decided to do port for my number. But unfortunately after porting my num to airtel, offer which is said is no more available. I have been provided with 499 rs plan with 5 gb + 20gb (3 months).

                  unable to receive or send message from airtel prepaid number

                  Dear sir,

                  I am unable to send or receive messages from my airtel number.
                  I have been facing the issue from the day the number was purchased. I tried to update to sms service center number. Still couldn't get any help.

                  As i am living in abroad, i am unable to contact the customer care center.
                  Please provide a solution, on how to get my sim working.

                  I have been using airtel close to 10+ years, but lately experiencing lot of network issues on my 3g connection (After introduction of 4g by airtel). My data doesnt work or connects at extremely low speeds 10kbps or less. This is the case at many locations in hyderabad. I raised a cpmplaint in 1st week of sep 2017 and they asked me to try several settings but didnt help. They even asked me to try another device, but didnt help. Support guy told me that someone will call me back to resolve this.

                  After waiting for 3 days without any call back, i had to call airtel again only to get questioned if anyone called me or not. They escalated the call and some manager i guess, spoke to me and informed me that he will ensure someone will call me immediately and resolve my issue. Another 4 days passed away, but no one called. When i called again, i was asked to buy a new 4g phone and 4g service. Is airtel intentionally discouraging customers to use 3g through bad service to promote their 4g?

                  The 3g is so bad that i didnt have an option but to go for a new 4g device. I bought nokia 6. This looks much worse - network suddenly dies quite often. Atleast 3 or 4 times a day when i am using.in reality it might be happening more when my phone is is standby. This is becoming unbearable.

                  Early last week, someone from airtel tried to reach me, but they couldnt due to their own network issues (When do they realize it is their network because of which they were unable to reach me). I got the message and i called back and got the message that someone will call me soon. No calls for another few days and received one call today and the gentlemen says he was trying to reach me last week to check the status of my complaint. What status??? When i explained him the whole story, he told me that he will appriase his superiors on the issue and they will get in touch with me soon — may be next year?

                  I have decided to end this relationship (10+ years) soon and move to another service provider.

                  Couple of days back, another guy from Airtel called and asked me how the service is. When I raised my point, he told me that he will get back after checking the status but no call back again. Today when I called back Airtel to check on the status of my complaint raised in early September, I was told that my ticket is put on HOLD as they are working some network issues in my area. No communication from Airtel to me about this so far. Secondly the issue I am facing is not just in my area. I guess, it's high time to break this long relationship and move on.
                  Very Very Bad data service showing H+ and the speed gets not even of 2G. First time with Airtel and very bad experience but the voice seems to be fine.

                  I think in order to compete with other telecom companies and just to be in the Market airtel provides good plans but the data services is a complete waste no use had to use wifi instead of mobile data to surf internet.

                  I think airtel needs to understand that with good plans quality is very important. I'm not sure if the issue with the data will resolve or not.

                    I've ported my no. [protected] from postpaid to prepaid and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

                    Please resolve it as early as possible, i tried to connect customer care more than 5 times and everyone is recommending a different solution, it's very frustrating. I had never experienced such a behaviour from airtel earlier but this time it was terrible.

                      I am in receipt of bill dated 27/09/17 for the month of sept 2017 for rs. 1061.14.

                      It has been observed that retention discount of rs 150/- has not been given in the bill resulting in excess billing by rs. 167/-

                      I wish to advise you that "retention discount" was allowed to me for forever as loyal customer. Now a days we are getting offers from others internet providers at cheaper rate for similar or better package then the discounted rate given to us by you. However we still wish to continue with airtel.

                      You are therefore requested to issue revised bill under mentioned to me on priority.

                          I have been using my new delhi airtel number ([protected] for more than 13 years. I did all the payments which was due against the bill. I have traveled to europe for few days with special plan for 649 inr per day. I used this plan for 3 days but my bill was more 16000 inr without any justification airtel side. I never got any call back from airtel even after multiple complaints. And now my number is got suspended for last two months which actually disturbed my whole life. I being getting harrasment visit and pressuring call from retension department to pay forcefully the paymnet for 18649. Even though the fact airtel raised the last month rental to me even my number was suspended by airtel. Multiple times i asked to raise reasonale and actuall bill but their no hearing from airtel customer care and retension. Now airtel is giving me harassment by sending legal notice which is totally unprofessional. I am also approaching towards legal advise. The point here is not about the this small payment but airtel should raise correct and justified bill. Then am ok pay and like to mnp to some other operator. Feedback awaited

                            Unfortunately their speed on my 4G mobile is ridiculously slow. The thing is that this is happening in Malleshwaram, Bangalore which is one of the most busiest area of the city.

                              I am able to get calls and receive call but cannot your internet on my mobile when i am at my home. Which is on the fourth floor and top floor.. When i go to the basement and other places i am able to access. So please rectify my issue. Both my wife and myself face the same issue both o[censored]s use airtel network. This is heart of the city like bangalore

                                Sir i recharged my airtel mobile no and then from airtel app i use family share to share data with family member, and my whole data is transferred to family member and not i am not able to use that data. And they are saying that you transferred data buy i share it, but share and transfer have differenc.
                                They don't provide any guidance about family share process to consumer on their application before shearing.
                                Last time i also use this family share that time me and my family member both are in condition to use that data but this time we don't.
                                There is huge difference between transfer and share
                                Transfer means you are giving someone whole authority but in share you also have authority on that product and you can use it when you need it. And in airtel app they says family share it means me and my family both can use that internet data which i shared with them.

                                So i just want resolution of this matter and want my internet data which i shared with full rights.

                                  Airtel has the worst internet connection... Before 5 days i have recharged my airtel number with 399 offer but it seems to be working more slower than 3g speed i called cx care and they are telling the problem is from side.. I have checked all the things but it not works... Before that i was using jio there was no problem in that network.. Now it seems jio has the best internet not the airtel... Airtel just says but jio proves it.. Very dissapointed with this company i am using airtek from last 6 years not expected this...

                                    Well I dont have time and energy to pursue this complaint further . if they dont refund my money within three days i will bid them goodbye as i am beginning to think their competitor JIO would be a better option.
