      Airtel has deducted whatever the balance i had for one of the call where as i have activated an unlimited call pack and is still active.

      When i enquired about the reason for deduction they told it was a international call where as i called a number with +91*.

      After a lot of argument they promised me that they will refund the amount but till now i have not received it.

      I have the conversation recording with the customer care person where they promised me within 30 mins i will get my money back.

      If they don't return my money i am planning to file a consumer complaint in court. Pls someone help me to do that.

        I call 59059 and chose adharcard for verifation I subited last four digits and it asked for date of birth and I submitted the year. But it is saying like the information is not matching. I was unable do any call or recieve

          मेरे पास 6 सितम्बर 2017 को एयरटेल DTH टीवी कस्टमर केयर से कॉल आई और उन्होंने बोला की आज आपके लिए 151 रुपये का रिचार्ज ऑफर आया है जिसमें आपका टीवी 3 महीने तक चलेगा, पर टीवी एक महीने बाद ही चलना बंद हो गया है, एयरटेल DTH टीवी कस्टमर केयर से आई कॉल की रिकॉर्डिंग भी मेरे पास है, अतः आपसे प्रार्थना है कि इस सम्बन्ध में अतिशीघ्र कार्रवाई की जाये

            I have airtel postpaid cug card. But last saturday i.e. 7/10/2017 have changed it postpaid to pre paid from airtel office anand guj but still my card is not working . And i have so problem 'cause it is my old no so the my relatives and my office works and so much problems. So please sir i hardly request to you to do favourable to me.

                This is a complaint regarding unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of airtel employees at airtel gallery pinnacle business park mahakali caves rd shanti nagar andheri east, mumbai maharashtra 400093. They charged 500 rs for a recharge while doing porting of my number from kolkata to mumbai and the recharge didnt reflected even for a week. They gave their contact number which can be called if i face any issues but they purposely reject my call. Tried customer care also but no satisfactory response. I think i lost my 500rs. Please anyone planning to port to airtel think thrice and go for jio. And action should be taken against the staff at pinnacle business park as they don't even know how to behave with girls.

                  I have done twice re-charges of rs.399 on 10th jul (Orderno:[protected] and on 21st jul (Orderno:[protected] and got confirmation from airtel customer care on 21st jul regarding the validity is till 12th dec (84days +84days=160days). But on 30th sep validity expired and when i called customer care they agreed and confirmed technical issue on 30th sep and on same they said again on 6th oct, senior manager asked me to call again.
                  I waited for week again, but still my recharge not activated and i spoke with senior manger vijay & he is giving reason that "same amount recharge cannot be carry forward and it will only be carry forwarded if i would have recharged on same date and your recharge is not applicable now". I was shocked & asked him 1. If recharge was not applicable where my money gone 2.in their offer t&c, no where mentioned that same recharge should be done on same day 3. Why the two other senior managers promised me about the offer validity expires in dec 2017.

                  How many of them may be facing these issues with airtel fake promises & offers.

                  I recharged Airtel for 199 taka * 121 * 51 # and checked for 199 taka for 28 days and 1.5 gb net show but I got 1 gb and 24 days.

                    I've applied for number port from tamil nadu to karnataka. I was given a new sim almost two months back but network didn't come in that sim. Last week again i exchanged to get a new sim as they said it is a faulty sim. But the new one which i got now is again not showing network. There is no support provided and no answers. Both airtel customer care is asking to visit store and airtel store is asking to contact customer care. And i've been charged 850 for two months plan even if my number was not in service because of airtel. And it was my primary business contact number which caused me lot of loss financially. Still no network and no response from airtel. Phone nuber is [protected].

                      I have bill payment on dated 12/10/2017 through airtel app for the period of 24aug to 25 sept17 wide txn 341420 f&[protected] of rs.766 each txn. First txn is successful & second txn is failed.
                      But i have continue massage received your bill is pending. Please update my bill & returned amount failed txn in my account immediately.

                        I am on abroad tour from 9th. May'17 to 13th. Oct'17.
                        I have used my mobile comfortably till I left on tour.
                        During my tour, I have used my mobile with WhatsApp comfortably.
                        On return, I found it is not working on calls either side.But, WhatsApp is working normally.
                        I want the nature of the problem and it's remedy.

                          I activated international roaming for 10 days of rs. 2999 on 13th october 2017. I have also made a recharge of rs. 199. But it has not been activated on my phone.

                          I am in china and am not able to make an outgoing calls and an additional amount of rs 99 has been charged to my account.

                          I have tried contacting the customer service but the quality of treatment is terrible. I am extremely disappointed in the results.

                          . Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                            Airtel executive rahul sharma call m e on 9 oct monday and tell me offer recharge with 1660/- and get 12 month watching tv with value prime + start sport 1 (India vs aus cricket series). I had been recharge with 1660 and not got bot this pack value prime os ok but not show validaty 10 month and no star sport 1 on my tv.

                              I am an airtel customer ([protected]) for almost 8 years now with basic 3g services. Recently, the company started upgrading their services to 4g and since then they are forcing every customer to switch to 4g. They say the upgrading is optional but at the same time they are saying that the basic service of the sim will be stopped if not upgraded to 4g. I don't want to upgrade this number to any so called superior network. This number of mine is linked with every government and banking organisations and stopping service of this number will bring a lot of trouble to me. Your kind attention towards this problem and a solution for it will be highly appreciated.

                                My mobile number: [protected]. I have got new airtel postpaid connection with 499 plan 5 days back. Still 4g services are not activated yet. No proper customer service. Very pathetic. Don't believe the false fastest network advertisement.

                                I have raised an service request 4 days back. But still it is in open. Very worst service i have ever faced. Decided to go to other network. But they said it is not possible before 90 days. What the # is it?

                                So i have decided to file a complaint in consumer court, chennai.

                                  I am surendra dash bearing airtel fixed line number i have already paid the installation charges of rupees 500 but due to some technical error my connection was not possible and they disconnected the service. Now i am deserve to get my refund of 500 rupees where i am not getting, they are playing with me. Inspite of my repeated warnings they keep on playing so please help me with to get the total amount paid by me.

                                    I have been informed by airtel messages service on[protected] that in my contact no[protected] special value added service is active. So i immediately made messages to 1552230 to stop all the value added sevices so many times. Atfer one hour reply received that there is no active value added service on this airtel mobile number. But it gave me shock that message charges of rs 473/- was charged in my august-september 2017 bill by airtel company. It is totally wrong. So i made request to remove this messages charges and send revised bill to 121 airtel customer care. But the reply received is as this "" dear nileshkumar sangani,

                                      Madam/sir,

                                      I wish to submit a complaint against airtel for unauthorised disruption of service on my no. [protected].

                                      I have submitted a request for the conversion of my no. [protected] from postpaid to prepaid on 08/10/2017 at the airtel store in mantri square mall, bengaluru. On clearing all the unbilled amount, they deactivated my postpaid sim on 09/10/2017 itself. But they didn't activate my prepaid sim. Hence i was not in a posttion to make/receive any calls or sms. I missed many important official/personal calls. I was not able to do any online banking transactions. To sum up i really suffered a lot.

                                      I raised many complaints through the customer/ care, but was of no use. Even i escalated the complaint to their appellate authority. Still no resolution happened. Then i registered a complaint with national consumer helpline portal (Ref : 464140). After that i got my sim activated, after 4 days and incoming service got restored. But still my outgoing call/sms facilities are not working.

                                      The response from appellate authority is of no use and i hope there are not doing enough to get the issue resolved. Now it has been 6 days since the disrupted the service to my number without any reason. Hweversnotingttel store, mantri square mall, bangalore and customer care team lot many times. Still no resolution happened.

                                      To add, when i rang the appellate authority, karnataka mobile number displayed in trai website it's going to hyderabad. When i questioned the executive's reply was to ask trai to put the correct number. The landphone number is for fixed landline and postpaid only. I hope airtel's attitude for complaint resolution is clear with this. So i humbly request for your kind intervention to ensure the resolution of my complaint.

                                        I was using the network of another company and got portability to airtel hoping for a better network. Apart from it, i also got my number from 3g to a 4g connectivity hoping the results would improve. But airtel network is the worst a person could experience. Leave the talks of 4g, i don't even get 2g connectivity 😌. Above it no matter how many times u get a complaint registered there's no change. Worst worst worst... They loot the money in name of 4g data as the data for the month is hardly used up to the full content... The moral standards are getting down and the only reply u get on customer care is that the complaint shall be resolved in bla bla bla days...
