Sir i recharged my airtel mobile no and then from airtel app i use family share to share data with family member, and my whole data is transferred to family member and not i am not able to use that data. And they are saying that you transferred data buy i share it, but share and transfer have differenc.
They don't provide any guidance about family share process to consumer on their application before shearing.
Last time i also use this family share that time me and my family member both are in condition to use that data but this time we don't.
There is huge difference between transfer and share
Transfer means you are giving someone whole authority but in share you also have authority on that product and you can use it when you need it. And in airtel app they says family share it means me and my family both can use that internet data which i shared with them.

So i just want resolution of this matter and want my internet data which i shared with full rights.

    Airtel has the worst internet connection... Before 5 days i have recharged my airtel number with 399 offer but it seems to be working more slower than 3g speed i called cx care and they are telling the problem is from side.. I have checked all the things but it not works... Before that i was using jio there was no problem in that network.. Now it seems jio has the best internet not the airtel... Airtel just says but jio proves it.. Very dissapointed with this company i am using airtek from last 6 years not expected this...

      I tried recharging my prepaid no.91*****107 through airtel website on 29 September for Rs.998 but the transaction failed and money was deducted immediately from my account. Even after 14 days my money has not been refunded.

      Well I dont have time and energy to pursue this complaint further . if they dont refund my money within three days i will bid them goodbye as i am beginning to think their competitor JIO would be a better option.

          My airtel number alloted to someone else
          I have been using my mobile number [[protected]] for past 7-8 years. I recently was out of station and changed my location. When i inserted the sim it showed inactive, although i use to recharge it regularly and make a call from this number. I came to know my number is allocated to some one else. My point is how come in this much short duration you can allocate my number to some one else? This number is update in all my bank accounts, demat, pan detail, aadhaar account. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. How irresponsibly my 7-8 years old number was allocated to some one else. After this long service i did not expect airtel to act so irresponsible which put me at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number.

          I have ported my aircel number to airtel and inserted my new sim after 7 days.I have called 59059 for televerification process but there is no option for it.They keep blabbering about hellotunes, cricket, music etc.As a result, I am not able to activate my sim card and use it.Kindly fix this process.
          Please closed my sim because i have lost my phone.
          Coustmer do a recharge and amont ducted from debit card but still no return and the recharge was also unseessful return him money as ducted as fast as can the consumer pay with Airtel wellet and still his balance not refund
          Location:Champhai, Mizoram. In this region network is very bad. Any internet cannot be used here. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
          I converted my Airtel 3G SIM card to 4g. I received a message that my sim will be activated in the next 24 hours. But, it is not working and it is more than 32 hours now. My Airtel sim number is [protected]
          My airtel sim with lifetime incoming facility has been assigned and allocated to someone else. All my bank details and whatsapp account and personal documents are linked with it.
          Airtel has made me handicapped. I am almost gone. They ruined me to rags.

          I am assuring airtel that either fix it within 7 days or I will not cry alone. I will shake all the things unless they get me my status back.

          They have infringed my fundamental fights guaranteed by the article 19, 21 of the constitution of India.

          I will definitely seek the remedy guaranteed under article 32 of the same.

          Please please and please do it expeditiously and immediately.

            Dear team,
            I visited airtel store at agra sanjay palace on 6th oct.17 for getting my number port to airtel that day itself they got my number linked to and charged 19 rupees for number portability but today its 16 and till date the number has not been ported from docomo to airtel so today again i visited the store in order to resolve my issue so the representative over there told me that all the docomo and reliance numbers are not getting ported they are gettinhg cancelled so in order to get your number ported to airtel you first have to get it ported to post-paid and then after 6months get it to prepaid. Is this the customer service you people are giving to customers?? When i am asking for prepaid connection then why they are providing me post paid. Why?? Really very very disappointing. You people are just doing marketing and playing with customers money in order to generate profit through post paid connection. If this will remain the same i will never recommend anyone to use airtel. I thought o[censored]sing airtel but now i hate it. Digusting. Negative rating for your service. Will definitely write the same on your official website so that everyone should know how much games are being played by the company.

              Date of incident : 16/10/2017please note that i have first recharged my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] with rs 399for 3grecharge data pack. Amount got deducted from my sbi account (I used paytm). But i did not get a confirmation that the recharge has been successfully done and page was not geeting loaded. I waited for 15 minutes. Then i tried again doing same recharge, it got successfully recharged and i got confirmation also for the same. After few seconds the first recharge has also got confirmed. Now my concern is that both the recharge are for data pack. Please if you could refund the second recharge of rs 399or you could do the talk time recharge of rs 399. It would be really very appreciable. Your customer support number is always busy, and when i spoke to customer representative he said we cannot refund or convert to talk time. But by mistake service provider fix the name as pankaj kumar in place of rakesh kumar as aadhar card with dob and father name is showing correct but only name change.                     Dear customer service team,

                    I wanted to complain you regarding the issue and herrasment which my family faced due to your misbehavoiur and reply on the airtel connection which they are using. I was using the airtel connection no. [protected] which i had asked the customer service agent to deactivate. They have not done their role and now sending me cummulative amount for non usage of the service.

                    Any now the team is harassing my family members who is using airtel connection by deactivating his internet and sms service.

                    I would need that company like airtel can lose it connection by deactivating other no. This is an corporate no. And this type of approach would effect his work for which we are going catch airtel liable for the loses.

                    I had given complain to them on March and till June I had not got any solution and later getting an revert from them that the connection issue would be resolved by November at that same movement I had asked the customer service agent to deactivate the No. If I am not getting services then why should I pay the amount. Later in September the collection team started calling for the payment and now connection of my family members they have started deactiving. This is not fear in the case of the Airtel company.

The amount was debited from my airtel payment bank account, but didn't get credited in my friend's account. Please look into this problem. This is not the first time the app has done this type of transactions. Please make sure you people slove this problem of mine.

                          So many time i complaint against regarding in airtel helpline no 198 & 12118 but the airtel is not resolve our complaint internet speed is very down in particular area i got speed only 10 to 15 kbps in 3g & 4g mode also and other location good speed 300 to 500 kbps so many time complaint his customer support team but they will take a complaint but no any befits any complaint

                                    I have recharged my airtel 4g mobile with 399rs for which company was offering 70 gbs data for 70 days and unlimited calls local/ std. An sms from company also showed that the offer is activated. But when i checked last in my airtel app it showed 28 days validity instead of 70. I felt cheated. Airtel customer service does not respond to my calls.
                                    My mobile device is 4g enabled and the sim also is 4g sim. So there is no way airtel should be changing the offer plan. Which was intended for 4g handset + 4gsim.

                                        This is a 4th month i am not received my e-bill.

                                        Tell me how many months you people wants me to beg you with your ugly service.

                                        I can say airttel has very poor technical team and very very lazy leadership team in the world to taking 4 months to solve my query and still continues.

                                        Fix my issue asap. Otherwise i will mpn with all my airtel numbers to jio / vodafone.
