I m not satisfied with the resolution of your customer care (Ritika). She does not resolve my query at the real time she answered me that (Jo marzi kro) and dont gave any resolution and disconnect the call. My internet is very slow down she gave me the answer that is your phone problem. Why with airtel no not with the other operator. On my airtel no [protected] internet will apear emergency. Why??? I am a consumer of airtel post paid mobile number [protected] and i am residing at b-4 nizamuddin east, new delhi, for the last 6 months i am unable to get any phone incoming or out going call from my residence. Ours is corporate rrvunl rajasthan postpaid mobile nos. We have ported from bsnl to airtel (4g) plan in march 2017. Since porting no/poor signal is receiving at stps plant and colony area suratgarh, dist. Sriganganagar, rajasthan. I having an airtel mobile post paid connection no. [protected].
Yesterday i received my bill and airtel charged unnecessary additional charges of rs.134 + 18% service tax in this bill in the name of value added services whereas i never used or purchased any value added services from airtel.
They also don't have any record of these charges. I request them for reverse the charges but they are not reversing...

My airtel recharges of rs.100, rs.50, 15 and 20 are mysteriously getting deducted without my making any call. This suspicious activity is going on unhindered on my nos.[protected] and [protected]. For the past one and a half months and even before that. The recharges were done at various shops in patna, dhanbad. This comes in the wake of another of my whatsapp nos.[protected] which was also being misused and had been requested by me to be stopped....

In respect to above subject i have to state that, i have paid my regular bill in advance as i wanted to map my no to bsel... After payment... Within a week airtel send me a bill bearing 5 times more amount... And follow up regarously for making payments... It has been told me that, other wise my bsnl no will be disconnected
