    Hi team,
    I am getting double charged for the internet connection in the monthly bill. This issue is going for last four months. But not been resolved. One strange thing and shocking thing was they told me that so many numbers are tagged under my name that is why i am getting double the amount in the airtel bill. How come so many number first can be tagged and collecting the bill amount for that. This itself a illegal activity. After they agreed the mistake also they are not showing interest in solving the issue other than calling after every email to [protected]@in. Airtel.in. I had spoken with appellete team, managers everyone. But no body took responsibility and solved the issue.
    I explained the issues with nearly 20 guys and mailed nearly 30 times. Just getting some standard template as a reply.

    1) i want my billing to be corrected.
    2) remove/disconnect all the numbers what and all tagged under name without my knowledge.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have recharged my above mobile ([protected]) for Rs.200/-on yesterday (05.10.17) thro' my friend's internet. The mobile no was correctly given and the net account also debited. But, no balance has been reflected in my phone. Please check the matter and inform.

      A guy from myntra called up at 13:36 on 10/10/17 saying that i have won a lucky draw which includes some expensive gifts. To avail this he asked me to purchase worth rs 4000 or above. At 18:44 another no rang up he asked the card details including the otp no. Falling in the trap i disclosed the otp no and he has debited an amount of rs 20000 at airtel money.

        Hi, i ported my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel when airtel approached me mentioned 25 gb data for each month & excellent network.
        Now 100% calls are getting dropped & coverage is very poor.

        I was promised of 25 gb data each month & in invoicing i can find only 1 gb data is given & i have been charged for all extra usage.

        I dont think airtel cares about customer but can someone look into this?

        I am trying to send sms from my airtel number but it failed everytime, i can recieve sms anyways,
        Airtel provides extremely poor network. While charging customers for 4G, they provide 2G internet. Most phone calls also end up getting missed due to disturbed network.
        Extremely dissatisfying service.
        Airtel really provide very poor and pathetic 4G netwrk everywhere..Their service is not fully served. Better to port to other.

          Today, i have received call from number, saying that they are calling from lok adalat court as a case was filed against me for outstanding airtel bill and they have sent me 2 notice (Which i have not received).

          I have been using bpl connection for very long time which got ported to airtel connection (After bharati airtel took over bpl) but after marriage i had to shift to another place.

          A few months back my mobile having airtel sim got lost somewhere in house itself and so i lost all connections.

          I called multiple times to customer care to provide me new sim against lost but didn't got proper response from customer service provider.

          Im still very surprised that how this much outstanding was shown on the unused sim.

          Also want to know that why they are calling now whereas airtel could have called me earlier to pay outstanding on my alternate number

          Now some one called me saying that she is from lok adalat that they have sent legal notice twice and have i received it.

          Also the airtel guy threatens me to appear before lok adalat for any explanations

          If this is not from lok adalat, am surprised how a company like airtel use these kinds of methods on their customers who are using airtel services from many years.

          Appreciate your help on this.

            I raised connection request ticket on saturday 7th october 2017. One of the guys from airtel called me and said, they generated the appointment request on your address for the same day. Even after 5 days, i only got calls for appointment scheduling but they didn't visit till now.
            They are not confirming whether they can deliver the plan or not.

            This SIM was missed for 6month but I forget to deactivate that SIM at that time.but now somebody's using my number.so plz ddeactivate that number as soon...its my humble request
            There is no proper signal in Gachibowli near Radisson hotel.facing this problem since 1 month no progress. Service is very bad these days disappointed!

            Airtel is having world's poorest signals today in greater Noida, india. There is absolute no signal in phone and even on my wifi. My office is ruined - my job is at stake. I am very very upset with airtel and feel it a very big mistake of my life!

              I'm on international roaming since july'17 and i confirmed with airtel customer care if i should convert my number to prepaid from postpaid to avoid overcharging of bills. Following are my issues:
              1. Team misinformed me that i will get a bill of only rs 149 per month for using postpaid number, with which i will be able to receive sms and number will remain active. And no surprise, i received a bill of around inr 6000.
              2. Team continuously ignored my emails knowing that i cannot reach them physically. On asking senior management's contact details, no response was given. When my fiancée reached out to them, they reduced the bill amount on their own to 1800, which is still too much as compared to what i was supposed to pay
              3. My number has been deactivated and i am always a international tollfree number. Is it not common sense that if you deactivate someone's number, they can't call you back
              4. When i gave my international number to contact me, nobody reached out to me
              5. Even when this dispute is on, airtel is charging late payment fee charges to me. Are you kidding me, i am not even using your service and still i am liable to pay these charges??
              I have a count of 59 emails exchanged between the team and myself in last 1 month and this is my last try to post it here. I would reach out to regulation authority if you guys still don't resolve this issue.

                Dear sir / madam, i am dr vasudevan. I am a airtel coimbatore prepaid customer. I am not able to send outgoing sms. There is no problem in incoming and outgoing calls. I visited many times in airtel store and have called 121 so many times but the problem still persists. [protected]
                Please urgently resolve my issue. I don't know why this is happening. I am really fed up with this issue. It is difficult at times if i can't send sms.

                      I decided to port my number, bt airtel provider rejected my request because of my outstanding bill amount, and they sent me a bill of rs. 475 everytime they say abse u ll nt b charged for sms, and everytime they charge me for sms... Airtel netwrk is the worst network ever, plans ko dete ho jio ko dekhkr pr apni service ko toh dekho, bade aaye jio ko takkar dene wale...

                        My complaint registered undercogcl[protected] is not resolved as per a sms sent. I have complaint 15 days back and was told it will resolve by 28th sept., long lapsed. Today morning i was told 48 hrs, n recieved a msg promptly that issue is resolved? Absurd to hear this. We are harressed that this is the only provider who has coverage issuses. I am in ntc house ballard estate which has no coverage when we enter the building. If i need to check messages it has to be on the road? I have lost a lot of clientale during peak season. Is airtel going to fill up this gap???

                          I shubham sharma using airtel network.
                          On 13/09/2017 i had applied for port. After that i received a call from airtel and had a talk with nisha pawar she asked whats the problem? Why you want to port.. I told her 2 complaint
                          (1) idea is offering good combo packs of net and call that was on recharge of 399₹ 1gb/day and unlimited free call on all network for 84 days
                          (2) not getting proper 4g network in my house

                          Then she told me we cant offer you same pack but we can offer you on recharge of 399₹ 1gb/day and unlimited call on all network for 70 days
                          Cause plan has been change and validity of offer is reduced from 84 days to 70 days
                          I said i'm ok with this offer. Then she said but you have to recharge with 399₹ within 24 hours and then i made recharge in few minutes with mean of airtel app.

                          Second problem was 4g network issue in house she noted my full address and told we will be checking it.

                          According to recharge i should have got validity of 70 days but my validity is over and today (11/10/2017) i have to pay for net call and everything according to 70 days validity should be upto 22/11/2017

                          I call airtel customer care today (11/10/2017) on 11:27 a. M and had a talk with senior executives sandeep malviya. He told me that there only one cause of portablitiy is mentioned over here that was network issue at my place and no offer is mentioned. I told him this is not my problem that she has not mentioned offer i'm fool that i will recharge for 399₹ when i'm getting same offer for 349₹ she must have offered me thats why i had recharge for 399₹. Behaviour of sandeep malviya was also not good
                          I'm unhappy with airtel
                          I have paid for net and call i should get it this is my right

                              Airtel promises to have the best mobile data and as per their advertisement ookhla has said that their connectivity speed is the best. It is a lie. I have airtel connection and using mobile data. The speed test shows not even 1 mbps speed for upload and download. How come airtel promises to be a good network provider when there are so many issues with them.

                                Please solve my complain according to data network and signal problem because many users are complaining about it but no any solution and no any query solve abou 4g data network.
                                Mostly telecom company high and secure signal but airtel is no data signal properly and not secure so please solve it because if we go to other company then you call us so please take action fast.

                                    When i send my new airtel sim number to 121 it says not a valid keyword please send help to 121.

                                    This makes no sense at all. Online its just asked to send this sms and then wait for the old sim to deactivate and the new sim will work in 4g which is not helpful.

                                    Airtel network is going pathetic day by day. Here in rabale the 3g services as well do not work. I was told 2 months back that the issue will be resolved but is still the same.

                                    Please help and advise!

                                        I tried to change my network to airtel postpaid connection through corporate offer. When i raised request one of executive (Kumar p - ne0003) called and asked he need to do verification and he cant collect docs directly and i need to whatsapp. I sent all documents through whats app and i got a call from one more executive asking for some more docs through whatsapp. After a day i got a call from same executive (Women) that executive kumar p will handover me the sim. Kumar p called me after a day and said he will drop sim at my residence. That day i did not receive sim and when i called he responded rudely that he is busy. Next day he said it is raining. Next day he said he is sick. Next day he said to his manager that i am not picking call though i did not call me at all. Everyday his manager used to promise me that i will receive sim 100% that day and everyday turned out as false promise. Executive kumar p was so rude and he used to harss me and shout at me everytime. Now, my old network is disconnected and i do not have airtel sim to use. What a pathetic and disturbing experience i got. Seriously, someone can harass so badly to their customer like this?
