I have Air tell sim based DTH card. But recently I changed the TV and it don't have provision to do. They are requested to get the setup box and HDMI cable. I tried lot of channel to reach the air customer support, but things are not resolving. Please help quickly?

    From last 2 days I am experiencing Cross Connection when attempting to make a call, What happens is when I try to call someone for example my father, he receives the ring, when he picks it up, he doesn't hears my voice but the call remains connected and on my side, instead of hearing his voice, I hear conversation of someone else on another call but they don't hear my voice.

      Your salesman said that xtreme broadband is available at my area and charged 3536. Later the technician visited my place and informed that connection is not available at my area. Now sales man not picking up my call.
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      How they will connect with me.
      still waiting.
      This is not resolved since 3 days. Money isn't refunded and the order still not cancelled.

          I did an Airtel recharge on 10th March 2022 for my number [protected] via UPI Payment Phonepe. The UTR number is[protected]. The amount Rs 455 was deducted from my account but it was not refunded back to me.

            Yea my data of 299 have 2gb data per day when ever I used my data i had limit in that but nowadays it's not like that I am not using much data but its showing 50per data complete and 100per data complete I have my exam i need some stuff to get in internet but as for this really I can't able to use my internet this is too much of it

                  I have a complaint against Airtel, Telengana, Hyderabad.They promised me 24 hours installation but almost 72 hours passed, and it's not done. I have paid them upfront at the time of booking itself when they promised me the 24 hours installation. Their support is terrible, they keep saying that they're arranging callback, but nobody reaches out to me. Initially while booking, I was given a Sales contact, Arun Kumar. He is extremely unprofessional, never picks up my calls, doesn't help me at all. I cannot work as there is no wifi even after paying for it, and it's a huge inconvenience for me and my family.

                  I have now asked Airtel to cancel my order request as I am now resorting to other broadband providers. Now Airtel team is not acknowledging my order cancellation request and still telling me that their backend team will be contacting me within 72 hours even though I have made it very clear that I want to cancel my order request now and want them to process the cancellation request and initiate refund.

                    I am an Ex-ServiceMan 83 years old and getting harassment calls from Airtel. I had a data service from Airtel for 4 months and did pay for that upfront. I took the service in Sept 2021 and cancelled on Nov 30 as I did not need it anymore.
                    Note: I had already paid for 4 months which I am not asking for refund

                    I got an confirmation email from Airtel that the service was cancelled.

                    Now ( in March) after few months, Airtel is calling me to say that the service was never cancelled and asking me to pay until March. I can forward all the email chain.

                    Need your help to resolve this issue with Airtel

                      Dear Sir / Ma'am,
                      I am using airtel sim (No.[protected]) for the past 11 years.I am working in qatar and was still using this sim for all my transaction & official purposes in india.
                      All of a sudden the network seem to be disconnected (from 01/04/2022) without any notification. Since this no. is registered to my bank account, i cannot transfer any funds online.All my transactions even family support will halt because of this.

                        Airtel sent me a message about offers on my dth connection after recharging the given amount they cut out my some channels and asking to recharge again to continue those channels, I have all the proofs regarding this case screenshot, call recording whatever they said.

                          There's poor network range in the area where am working, hence plan to port in to jio from Airtel, when I try to get UPC, getting error like "UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.", inspite of clearing all the dues.

                                I am getting repeated calls from airtel dth for offers and asking me about why I am not recharging my setup box. They are continuosly calling from different different numbers many times a day since 4-5 months. I am really tired of telling the same reason to every call.
                                My father’s friend took my number just to recharge his setup box now he is no more and they have moved someplace else. Now we don’t have any contact with them.
                                Now I will lodge an FIR or will go in consumer court against airtel. I have recorded all the calls telling them to stop calling me by explaining the same reason to everyone.

                                  Since yesterday my airtel mobile number sim is not working in UAE. It only shows emergency calls. I tried manually choosing network but neither Etisalat nor Du is registering this sim. I am using this airtel number for over a few years now and suddenly this has stopped working. I have sufficient data, sim validity and calls and messages balance on my sim. But still it has stopped. My banking and all other India connections to services are disrupted and I need urgent solution to this. I have also noticed many many other customers have similar issue.

                                    I am an NRI working in Dubai and Visit my native in India once or twice a year. I am using airtel same number since more than 10 years. Mobile phone no is +91-[[protected]]. i have already recharged roaming and it was working 2 days back but now it doesnt indicate any mobile network in UAE suddenly. Now I am about to complete my continuous stay of 6 months outside india getting this SIM card from Airtel and hence I wish to use it and top up further to keep my SIM active
                                    * I was facing same issue 1 year back and I changed my sim card when i visited to india and it was working since that time now recently got same issue again after 1 year

                                      I am in Sharjah and till day before yesterday I was able to receive OTPs but today my sim shows No service. I am trying to manually select my local network provider but I am unable to do so. I had recharged my talktime today and still I am unable to receive messages.

                                        Airtel junction box in the apartment parking area is causing inconvenience with lots of hanging wires. This is installed on the main wall inside parking area without permission.

                                        One hanging wire hight is so low that it can cause danger to people.

                                        Even though informed Velacheri Airtel Office (Chennai) multiple times, there is no action taken.
