Rude staff

I have installed a Airtel Xtream Fibre
It was working very good initially but now it has stopped working some Red light on Broadband is also blinking i tried to contact to the person who installed my router but they are being rude and denying to do the service
It’s been more than 3days i am without internet...

My Airtel prepaid is being used for last two years without any issue, even if I am in Roaming in UAE or randomly returns back to home country India. Whenever go for a vacation, I used to recharge for monthly unlimited plan like I did last time in October 2021. Wrong commitment by Airtel DTH sales executive

I had applied for Airtel Fiber DTH service and the sales executive committed that we have to pay refundable deposit of Rs 1500/- and whenever we return their setup box we will be refunded that 1500/- but now they are sending us bills although we are not using it due to the wrong commitment. Also they didnt told us initially that we can use only 1 service provider at a time. Now they are asking us to close all other service providers to use...

Broadband Complaint delay and rude behaviour with customer

I made a complaint through the troll free number regarding "NO INTERNET" problem at 12:30 pm on 4/03/2022. Complaint for poor network Coverage

I have been a satisfied customer with Airtel india since long time. Refund pending for INR. 656.0/-

My AirTel recharge failed so I had to recharge again. Money was deducted both the times, only the latter being a successful recharge. The transaction ID for the failed recharge[protected]. Please refund my INR., 656.0/- as soon as possible. Thank you....

Airtel Sim not working in Dubai for me

I have unlimited pack with 24 days validity left and I am unable to make a call to a bank customer care number.
Whule calling, it messages saying of insufficient balance.
I can make calls to other snumbers but not a bank customer care number....

My Service disconnected

I don't know which world they are in, without informing they have disconnected my Postpaid [protected] connection.
The worst procedure is :
I need to enable my IR pack in the app which does not working.
So I called to customer care automatic telle caller is prompting my mobile number to key in, I did the same. It is saying OOps seems to be your number not correct.

Broadband bill generating even when after disconnection

Airtel is continuously calling me to pay the bill even when I am not using their connection for past 1 month.
I should ideally pay for just one month but their bill has additional amount of one extra month even when they disconnected my internet in the beginning of February.
When i started this connection they took 3 months charge from me in beginning. So how is it even postpaid

Payment made but still added in next bill with late payment charges

January 2022 bill for [protected] has been paid and details have been sent to Airtel about mode, amount paid, date of payment .But Company is not willing to issue a correct bill for Feb 2022 after adjusting amount already received . Please forward thus to the custoner care of Airtel ....

Unable to reverse recharge

I hav recharged a no. With 479 by mistake and tired contact ing Airtel through different no. But im unable to tired sending WRR format also but lapu service is not available.No support is received and very difficult to vontact customer care. Tried to to send mail to airtelpresence but as the inbox is full mail is not getting delivered..I didnt expect this service from Airtel ..solve my issue...

Data is 0 gb on 1st of the month

I haven't used any data but it states that I have used 85gb. I am using this service from last 2 years I have never used half of the data. When I trying to call customer care number it's like visious circle. In app it only accepts certain category of complaint....

Connection Shift Request

I have shifted from Noida to Delhi and had placed request for connection Shift request. Everytime I call the client care they give me a service request and informs that am executive will call me back but I don't receive any call. I have been chasing them since 5 days and no reverts. Bill already paid but added in next bill with late payment charges

Adding already paid bill in next month bill
