Sim card stolen along with mobile phone. Mobile phone - motorola moto gturbo (Black colour) got stolen at 00:40 hrs on 08th oct 2017 at bengaluru near diamond district, below flyover opp nandini hotel.
While i was walking home at diamond district from restaurant, two miscreants on two wheeler snatched mobile from my right hand while i was talking to my home.

    don't send fake messages

    Not a single retailer in Patna is upgrading my 3g sim to 4g. They need 150 Rs. for this upgrade.
    Why company has send messages that before 9/10/17 anyone can upgrade their sim from airtel retailers free of cost..

    Not happy with your service we have given request for our landline no[protected] shift on 27/9/2017 now after 11 days over still it is not shifted your response is not clear and now your person is telling that we can't get same no instead of old no take new no we are using this no from last 15 to 20 years so we can't change the number because of all this we are loosing our business

      This is to inform you that i want to cancel my airtel broadband and airtel landline becuase of

      1) very poor connectivity
      2) only 2 mpbs speed available from last three years of service
      3) call dropping
      4) at the time of bad whether service is got disconnected and also it will solved after two days only

      Please accept my cancellation request and do the needful

        Hi so called airtel team,

        I have using airtel from past 8 years. Only reason is for coverage. It was nice till 2 years back. From then there is no signal qaulity in hyderbad kukatally area and in my village poreddypally.

        You claimed that you are getting high speed data even in evrest, or some hill areas. Why you people running after fake digitized adds, come to my village and try to open google.com page or try to call when you are with in the village.

        No internet even i have unlimited data 4g plan, cant u even provide 2g with your so called infrasture? Jio is better than airtel in terms of network coverage now and call quality, data speed.

        Weak almost nill signal inside homes.

        Despite so many complaints, every person whom i know are facing network coverage and no internet problem with airtel.

        Are you people are sleeping, wont listen to customers?

        Soo many friends of mine are already fedup with complaing and moved to other networks, some are even shared their experiences in facebook timeline.

        Really shame on you guys.

        You people defaming airtel. Infact already defamed.

          I had done mnp to airtel on 28 sept 17 and done recharge of rs 397/- under this recharge airtel was offering unlimited local & std calls and data1gb per day for 84 days.

          Surprised to note that out going calls to landline numbers not working. Moreover, after 3-4 days data/internet was not working. I contacted call center over phone, they said there is some technical issue in my area and internet will resume with in few days. When i asked that will you extend my service pack for this period he said it cannot.

          I asked for out going landline calls, he said unlimited calls does not include landline calls.
          How it is, i do not understand?
          Beware of such happenings by this company

            I have talked to one o[censored]r customer care executive i have rcorded that call that is hilarious i have not got any solution yet i have just asked for offers for which he has answered i dont have any knowledge about this and talked veey rudely im a loyal customer of airtel and im geting this in reward i hope some team is there for this feedback
            Very disappointed...

              So normally the data disappears like 5 mb per hour so i can bear with that but now recently i checked my daily usage i had 295 mb. Next thing i went on to browser new page and then it wasn't working then i checked my balance it said 0 mb like wtf? First of all, the 120 mb per day rip off is bad enough and then all of a sudden this 300 mb is bad. My number is [protected].

                I got my no. [protected] Recharged with Rs. 135 on[protected] after checking my offer. The offer was of 550 free minutes for Rs. 135. But after recharge I got only 450 free minutes. It is cheating with the customers and violation of customer protection act. Please take action against such cheaters. In hope of kind favour please.

                  I have booked a complaint on network coverage and internet connectivity issue for my location. But no actions taken still. I am so irritated for this issue. Every issues their customer care services not at all taking it serious to solve the issues. I don't know i am the only customer affected these kind of irresponsible services by airtel or many. Very poor services. Airtel is becoming the worst network nowadays.

                    I've recently recharged with rs399=70gb (1gb/day) + unlimited local and std calls for 70 days
                    I also inform you that i'm aware of the limitation of 1000minutes/ week
                    My 1000 min o[censored]nlimited calls starts from every saturday as i've recharged on saturday but today is saturday but im unable to make calls
                    I'm getting unlimited calls per week starting from every saturday but today i've made calls to my family and friends but suddenly my call is disconnected and today is saturday by now i have to get my next 1000 min but it was not given
                    Please help me with the issue concerned

                      Mobile number [protected]... Few days i recharged with 399 the airtel valid for 70 days..70 gb... Unlimited calling... I also have 450+main balance... I called after 399 recharge i m not getting 4g data signal... The customer care executive told that with 4g sim only possible... U may get 3g signal like that... After few days my total main balance deducted... I again called asked for 70 days validity... The executive told that without 4g sim u may charged... I appeal to airtel authority... If that is the case they must inform to customer immediately dedication main balance... But they didn't inform... Cheap tricks to make profit... I appeal to return my main balance back to my number... I may file a complaint to trai... If issue not resolved

                        Worst services by airtel
                        I have taken airtel secure plan and raised claim on 2nd sep 2017 and after long followup yesterday i. E 06 oct i have received msg from one assist that your phone will not be repaired because the current market value is less than the estemated amount of repair
                        And you can take either amount as per market value or unrepaired phone.
                        What faaltu statement given by airtel.

                        I have not taken this airtel secure services from insurance provider.

                          One package of international roaming for usa amounting 3999/-was taken and the same was used on 31st august, 2017 however as per airtel internet started on 22 nd september. It is appropriate that my package was for one month and was to start from the day o[censored]se in usa.in any case 3999/- levied second time is unjustified and illegal since my package was in force till my return to india on 21st september. Nortel should revise bill & further i have not given any requests for extension of the package.

                            My number is [protected] i lost my sim card few days ago so i tried to block it instantly by calling to 121 but it keeps on saying press this press that but never connects to customer care services. With all dew respect please resolve this and provide a block your sim option and i really appreciate if you even provide port option. I additional to it there is no signal in mangalpally area it comes under ibrahimpatanam jurisdiction check the tower.

                              Village godianpurwa chausa, post dalpatpur, thana rewsa, distt sitapur up 261205. Since last two months network is not available in my village. I have complained so many times but problems not solved yet. My mobile no is [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc but not able to call because even a single signal not coming in whole village. All persons are facing big difficulty when we are trying to call. I have to go another village then only signals are coming and can make a voice call. So please solve this network problem as early as possible. If you will try to call to any person's no it tells that not reachable in my village.

                                We've registered for this so called scheme introduced by airtel called "insurance claim" which replaces your handset in case of any accidental damage for which we shall be paying some amount per month. Recently i fell down from my bike and my mobile touch screen got damaged. Bearing in mind that i've insurance for my mobile, i applied for airtel insurance claim through one assist. They first asked me to upload documents and followed the same through their website. After 2 weeks or so, they found out mismatch in the documents uploaded and the name of the mobile owner (Who is inturn my father-in-law). I cleared the issue by producing a letter that the mobile has been gifted by my father-in-law and sent a mail along with his id proof stating that the mobile was gifted by him and hence the name appeared. I almost followed up rigorously (Everyday) with them as they asked me to send mails 3-4 times. After i'm done patiently with them, i finally got a call from them after 2 months saying documents are verified and pickup person would come and pick the mobile for replacement (After which it takes around 20 working days for the mobile to get replaced). It's been more than 10 days that i got a call from the concerned airtel person and still nobody turned up to pick the mobile. Impatiently i called them to know the status and to my surprise, i came to know that the documents are still in pending state after i've uploaded and got my documents verified. When i walked into the nearest airtel store, i met a person who is undergoing the same complaint that the documents are still in pending state even after 2 months and that moment i decided to show up their irresponsibility towards their customers and how they're looting customers on the name of "insurance" when they're are not bothered to resolve customers' genuine troubles. Kindly help me out on this! I just got vexed up following up with them.

                                    When i select 3g/4g network in my phone the network is not stable there is always up and down of signals but when is set my sim to 2g network signal is stable. I think that it is my phone issue but when i insert jio sim 4g network are full and excellent, so it is your network problem please fix it or slove. So i can able to use my airtel sim at 4g network. Please slove this problem

                                      I have been trying to connect with airtel / one assist teams to know about the status of my mobile handset.

                                      My handset was picked up by the one assist person on 16th september for getting it repaired. On 18th september i got the email from 121 that the claim has been rejected & basis that the handset would be returned. If the handset is to be delivered it has to be by 21st september latest by 2:30pm since i am permanently shifting to delhi on 21st september (I have a flight at 4:30pm to delhi). I have been my life an airtel customer nd has never ported my number or my dth (Customer id [protected]). My sincere request is either deliver the handset by either by today or by september 21st 2:30 pm or please make arrangements to deliver the same at my delhi residence which is "f-18/f-1 dilshad colony delhi 110095". I am trying to make requests to all of you people just because of my situation and it seems you are all adamant not to consider someone's request, someone as loyal of being there on mobile network since 2006 and likewise with dth.

                                      The above mentioned are my email exchanges with airtel starting september 18th. I have been mentioning this clearly that i would be shifting to delhi permanently form kolkata on september 21st and now it is october 7th. I don't have my handset till date
