        Hi,
        I am anbusekar m I am from karur, I have requested Airtel BB at my number [protected].
        - I made payment for Airtel broadband on 26-march-2022 for broadband. details which I got while registrations
        - your lead ID is 41-[protected]. our representative Arul manikandan at [protected] for help. Kindly dont pay activation fees in cash.
        - your BB installation appointment with order ID 21-[protected]§1§1001 has been confirmed. Our Engineer Nagaraj.S ([protected]) will visit your place on[protected]T16:00:00 for the installation process
        - As per above message one person came to my place and seen my place and went away still no one come for installation.

        - Again got a call from Airtel customer(3-april-2022) they told that in you area there is no service we will refund money in seven days. its eighth day I didn't receive money.
        - today I called customer care they continuously forward my number to supervisor they transfer to another like wise. now they told within 24 hours they will close connection and refund will be done with in 7-8days again.
        I request you to kindly get refund my money

          Refund against double recharge by mistakenly

          Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 455 and had activated a pack for next 56 days.

          Next using 'Gpay' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 479.

          I contacted airtel for a refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

          Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done through third-party app (Gpay)...

          I Got a very horrible experience from airtel. I took Fiber Plan of xxx Amount but the Bill I Got from them was more than my plan. I never cross checked the bill before. I trusted trusted airtel blindly but they are not Trustworthy. This time only i checked the Bill because I took so called plan of 1099+ GST in which they mention 200Mbps worth Rs.749/- and DTH connection worth 350/- is included in this and GST is applicable after this. But the bill I got is something different. So I called helpline for the help i didn't get any clear answer and i was promised that I'll get a call back in 4 Hours and I didn't get any call back. again after 7 hours i did a call back, and again explained whole thing to the executive and at that call i was promised that i will get my query resolved and he Mr. Abish (Name of the executive) give me that date and time also that till this time my query will get resolved. But i didn't get any update also regarding this, i called again that time i was speaking to 1 girl executive she named herself purva chauhan which i think she lied because i told that I'm going to put a complain against her so tell me you name. She also misguided me regarding my bill and also when she was unable to get my point and unable to understand the query she told me that she'll arrange cb in 4 HRS. I asked her to either provide everything in written or at least i need a msg that i'll get a call back in few HRS.

          The Best Part is that she told me that airtel does not provide anything in written. And their I totally lost my trust. I was very loyal cx of airtel still they cheated.

          I have all the call recordings as proof with me and I'll raise a complain as well in consumer court soon If i'll not get any update on my problem attaching some Screen shots of my bill to make it understand very clear. #worstexperience #airtel

            I do not have any network on my airtel sim from last 2 days. I have recharged it as well recently. I am not able to connect to customer support as well as my airtel sim does not have any network

                I have recently shifted to a property at dahisar (e) mumbai i am working from home so approached airtel Xstream 5g which was promising to give speed of 100 MBPS i agreed and they charged me 3 month in advance which i happily paid and within a week i started facing a lot of problems life router issue connection issue speed issue fluctuations and speed drop down.
                I have complaint to airtel almost 5 times and they have sent engineer but they were unable to resolve the issue.
                I was so tired of contacting engineers all day i visited to airtel store located in bhayandar i spoke the ambassador Amit who was helpless too didn't responded to my texts and especially the engineer head DEV in the name of customer service i would rate him -10 he is such a big liar started ignoring my calls my texts and when i tried contacting him from another number he attends my call due to this wifi fluctuation my job is at toss and they are not even bothered to help me.
                Dev had promised that issue will be resolved by 1 hour i texted him 2 hours later that i still didnt got the connection he didnt replied ignored my text completely and after 20 mins i saw him posting on whatsapp status when he got the know i replied on his story he turned off his phone! I am sitting at my balcony in the even so unprofessionally i have to manage my clients and its impacting all of my incentives and my login hours. Last month because of this fluctuation i couldn't attend my office for 5 days i didnt got any compensation for that neither a sorry.

                I would request you all not to take such service please.

                    Hello Sir,

                    I need your help in resolving the issue, I stay in UAE and have an Airtel India sim for all my banks' and tax filing purposes, I have had this number for more than 10 years. I have an issue with Airtel services, I have recharged for a year plan like I used to do every time, and have a balance of more than 900 INR yet my sim is deactivated and shows no service now. Luckily I had my father in law visiting me so I sent the sim with him and on his inquiry, now they say I need to be physically present to start the sim, this is unreasonable, and I don't understand why did the sim was deactivated even with an active package and a balance of 900 INR and this has caused my payments to insurance and all other services back home to be stopped. Please help me in this regard,

                                  On 31st October 2020 I have activated airtel payments bank fastag.
                                  But after 5-6 months 2200rupess were blacklisted and I cleared the Blacklisted amount and get the new fastag of paytm payments bank.
                                  But on 9th February 2022 Rs.15000 were credited in my account and all the amount was deducted in fastag and on 25th of march 2022 Rs.17000 were credited to my account and all the amount was deducted in fastag. I'm using the paytm...

                                    Refund not received in wallet after recharge failed

                                    I have tried recharge on 19 Feb From Airtel wallet. First i have add money from bank account to Airtel app wallet. Then I have tried prepaid recharge but recharge got failed. Money Deducted successfully from wallet but recharged not done. Till the time Refund not received in wallet. It is showing successfully Payment made for Airtel recharge.

                                    I have raised ticket both on Airtel customer care and Airtel payment bank many times....
