Hello i am ankit pandey subscriber of airtel number ([protected]). Suddenly airtel deleted my number from their data without any prior information and when i asked them about the issue they said airtel number is not exist in our system and their are no way to get back your number .
This kind of service i wasn't expecting from airtel.
Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible because i am facing too much difficulty it is my main number .

    Hi this is Atif Jamal khan.
    I am from Mumbai India. Currently im living in Dubai.
    Case-
    Due to not much use of India Sim i didn't recharge my Airtel sim. And i didn't see also that the network is not there, today i see that no network is there and a text msg that your sim is deactivated. Kindly recharge it to activate. So it did a international recharge after a moment i did againa one recharge of 1 mnth pack.
    But still my sim is de -active.
    All my documents and id verification are coming on this number only

      I am here in QATAR and my Indian Airtel sim card number [protected] is not working since 15 days due to which I am not receiving any sms or OTP messages due to which I couldn't able to do ant transactions kindly help me out.

        I'm outside India and was changed my sim ([protected]) recently 3 months back..now again network tower is ina ctive all of a sudden..this is rubbish service from Airtel..which we don't expect each time..I thought to port my subscriber

                  Airtel promises high-speed data and that it is the fastest 4g network but on ground it is the same lowest the worst 4g, it's 4g is slower than 2g of bsnl ping is always high network is always really really slow i complained about this to airtel site a lot of times all they do is reply after three months that problem is fixed but not a thing changes

                    Hi, I stay abroad.My Sim card is not working anymore it seems to have damaged I have Airtel international roaming activated on my mobile. My bank accounts and other accounts are related to that number so I recharge it on a regular basis. To avoid my elderly mom standing in long queues I sent Mail regarding this to which they replied saying I have to register my email ID with them through phone call 121 or message so my basic question is when my Sim card is not working how can I call or message them. Still I tried but I am not getting verification code due to network issue so how can I verify my email ID. I again made them and requested them to verify my email ID through Mail only And resolve the issue once the issue is resolved I will do the needful and register my mail by calling them or through message after which so they stopped responding to me.

                    Now I’m helpless I can’t ask my mom to visit Gallery again and again because this is not an issue that they will resolve in one go she’s almost 75 now. I don’t understand one thing why they make people visit Airtel gallery to resolve small issues like this when they can resolve it digitally. What’s the use of this platform then🙄

                      Prior to coming to Dubai last month, I had recharged my AIrtel sim with IR pack costing 799 Rs with one-month validity. When the validity expired I recharged again the same IR pack but my sim lost the network.
                      This sim is registered to my bank and mail id so for signing into my account I need a verification code which I am unable to receive. I request Airtel to resolve the network issue in my sim as soon as possible.

                        I made my payment against the bill, ([protected]) consumer name: Kailash Chand before due date (23/03/2022). But got no reflected in their system and showed my bill amount as pending. I made my payment through Airtel payment bank and it successfully transact and deducted the amount.
                        I raise my issue to both dhbvn and Airtel payment bank but got no response from them either. amd many times i go the dhbvn department but he said what do we do.
                        So I request you to resolve this issue of mine and look into this matter. I attached the screenshot of payment transaction and my bank statement screen shot proof.

                        I DONT ANY SOLUTION PROVIDE TO AIRTEL BANK SIDE AND NOT RECEVED ANY REFUND
                        PLEASE HELP ME SIR AND I ALREDAY GOING TO DHBVN DEPARTMENT HE SAID THE PAYMENT NOT COME AIRTEL BANK SIDE PLZ CONTACT TO BANK PLEASE RESOLVE ISSUE AND PLEASE SEND MY REFUND

                            As promised I didn't get internet for 2 days.after which I decided to disconnect airtel broadband connection.this was within a month .and so they were supposed to refund the amount . Starting the were attending my calls. They asked to wait for 45 days. Disconnection was done on January, now it's March, till now they are just giving some excuses and cheating me.Now their employees are misleading me with wrong information s.i feel cheated.my money is with them.this is shameful for Airtel services

                              I've had no network on my postpaid connection for the past couple of days. I tried to raise a complaint on their useless and ridiculous Thanks app but of course it doesn't work. I'm stuck in an infinite loop where I click on the option "Unable to make or receive calls" and it says I should call customer care. When I call customer care, it says I need to register a complaint via the thanks app because they need accurate location information....

                              When i recharged of rs 2798 it was showing that i have got vip subscription of hotstar. but now this is not working. I was not able to see ipl and other hotstar vip feature. When i called airtel care they told me you have to recharge separately hotstar vip subscription. But they have not mentioned this before recharge. Why they are misadversting.
                              i want to airtel provide me hotstar vip subscription for 1 year.

                                  Broadband Number :[protected]

                                  I am being harassed by the Airtel retention team after I requested the disconnection of my Airtel Broadband. I have been getting at least 3 calls every day for the last 20 days asking me the reason for disconnection and them trying to give me alternates. I have clearly stated and pleaded with them that I am disconnecting as I will not be in the country for a prolonged time. Instead of doing this, I have been getting calls everyday from different agents asking me the reason for disconnection and actually not disconnecting the service. I have no dues left with Airtel and this has become a clear case of harassment.

                                  Airtel please do the needful and disconnect my service. Even if I return to India, I am not going to use your services because of this harassment. This is not how you retain customers.

                                    On 29th March 2022 and 31st March 2022 I had recharged my airtel numbers for rs.99 . ( 2 different numbers) Both the times, i paid using gpay and the money got debited from my account but the recharge was not done. This is highly disappointing. I want a refund for both.
                                    This must be done as soon as possible
