We paid our prepaid mobile bill through my airtel app yesterday and later we received a message saying that the bill has been cancelled. The message included a link saying to retry. After retrying we received a message saying successfully transactions done and it also said the money will be credited to acc in 48hrs. Amount was deducted twice and still the internet isn't working.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Everytime online payment not works. and at my airtel store i said them to change my plan to lower plan they said they will but they have not changed and finally i ma charged at due date for my bigger plan only. i wasted my money

    Hi,

    I have recharged my number with rs.399 (After i crossed my home state) because there was roaming facility as well.

    I am now unable to make any phone calls.

    1) is there any support pack that i should recharge?

    2) is there something wrong with the plan?

    3) how do i connect with customer care?

    I receive no information from any of these airtel customer support platforms.

    I need to make phone calls asap. Please look into this issue.

      Hello, i am the airtel customer for the past 7-8 years. Due to some issues i ported my number to different network. Realizing that airtel is giving the services better now, i re ported my [protected] number to airtel only thinking to get the best services.
      Its been more than 25 days i am facing network issue near my locality and hasn't been resolved yet even after complaining to the team. Not able to talk on call properly nor able to use the 3g 4g network.
      No further assistance i got after having a conversation once. And when i traced my complaint i found it to be closed.
      Please do the needful else i would have left with no other option except to port to different network again and that too permanent.

        Hi,

        I’m sumit kumar sinha
        [protected] prepaid airtel.

        I converted this number from post-paid to prepaid and from that time, i could not able to recharge my number with any plan or top-up.

        I tried to recharge with my airtel app, many time i did recharge but it get failed always.

        I have enough balance in my airtel account.

        Please fix this issue. Its been more then a month.

        no. Its not so resolved. You gave me some steps which i already did and then only i made this complaint. I did tried to recharge as the way you mentioned. Below is the error message. Payment cancelled successfully. Airtel Payments Bank a/c update-transaction requested on 02-10-17 has failed. Temporary block of Rs. 20 has been released. I also tried with airtel app, and that too got failed.. No matter how i tried.. Always getting failed. ... Dear Sumit Sinha, Greetings from Airtel!         i have attached image as well.

        I don't know why such issue with such a reputed company.
        I am facing this issue since last 2 months and no resolution yet . i have tried reaching 121 or via email.
        no solution yet.

        if you can not resolve it, please let me know so that i can switch to other provider.

          I’m using airtel number since 2008, my personal number [protected], i recharge for 150 full talk time and i also recharge for special pack 399, recently they deducted my balance and it’s been now 28 rs is my acc balance, when i ask the reason to customer care they says it’s been charged for i meesage, in my mobile i message is off still it’s been deducting. They r not giving me the proper answer for my balance deduction.
          Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I’m using airtel number since 2002, my personal number [protected], i recharge for 448 full talk time and unlimited data pack. recently they deducted my 38rs.balance and it’s been now 52 rs is my acc balance, when i checked last deduction history:it is deducted for surfing internet.

          I dont know why they r doing this?

            We have purchased new sim on 29thsep oder no:[protected], was assured to get activated within four hrs. However, it is not yet activated (2nd oct, 8 am). We had spoken to customer service executives many times. After that we spoke to mr. Prasad [protected], but no use. Your customer service people appear to be dummies with no intention of solving problems but speak politely to fool customers. I regret to say that, your customer care is inefficient and disgusting.

              I recharged my number with 399 plan which states that we get unlimited calls and 1gb data/day for 84 days. Post recharge the benefit that i got was for 28 days only. When i called customer service they simply told that we can't help on this. Also when asked why they give false advertisement they said this offer is not there for all numbers. When i told i got the message they said that the offer might have changed by now.
              These people are least bothered and when asked to transfer complaint to supervisor they simply put on hold and later disconnect. Pathetic service. Not expected out of a company like airtel.

              As after believing on airtel i port my docomo prepaid mobile no. in airtel prepaid but the result is worst after doing recharge i got the same msg that ur no. is successfully recharged u got the benefits 1gb/day for 84 days but after checking on myairtel app it shows it is for 30 days only. & after talk with cc of airtel their response is like hell

                Am gugan from tamilnadu. I have lost my sim card [protected] and i can't able reach the customer care either please can you block the sim. Its very urgent i tried lot of time to reach customer care but failed can you block it immediately. I missed the sim in banglore, karnataka
                I didn't know the customer services online also. So please do the favour and block the sim immediately.

Airtel ur jst gvng a bad netwrk. I dint even able to upload my cv fr my interview. Airtel u sucks... Damn lazy, to resolve custmr prblm.. head ache aftr using Airtel.., 😫

                    My airtel dongle number : [protected]
                    I got this dongle connection from my company for on-call support.

                    From past 3 weeks, at my home, ramagondanahalli 560066, 4g network coverage is at worst. Speed shows 0kbps most of the times, can you believe this funny situation, thats it, nothing else required to convey.
                    This is total pathetic, cheap, cheating, shame service from airtel.

                    Kindly provide proper 4g network or refund my money then cancel the connection.

                      Since this morning, no matter which site i wish to open..it is being automatically redirected to airtel iportal. I dismissed the alert many times. But still its automatically being redirected to airtel iportal. Why are these offers being forced down our throat. I wanted to book a bus ticket for tomorow but i couldnt because it wont allow me to acces anythng other than airtel Iportal. Iam totally frustrated with this service.

                          I activated a data plan on my airtel number [protected], for 24 rupees and after some days they again deducted same amount from my balance without any notification and my knowlenge.

                          When i talk to their customer representatives they are saying that "sir there is information regarding the auto renwal which is return in small font i. E." terms and conditions apply"then i said"does it inform something regarding deduction and auto renewal" and they bluntly refused to pay back my balance.

                          Further, when i ask to transfer to your supervisor or someone who really care about their customers, they bluntly refused to transfer and said do what you can you will not get your deducted balance back.

                          Is this fare to dictate the customer money without their consent and using the service.

                          Please suggest and help!

                            Being an airtel postpaid consumer with mobile no.[protected] not getting high quality network, while complained they feel just sorry and did not rectify it neither given time frame to rectify the problem. 2g coverage also not available in my area. For last almost two years i am paying bills to them regularly but not getting quality network. I want high quality network in my area.

                                I have recharged for 399/- which provides 84 days unlimited calls and 1gb data per day. Within 28 days this offer has been expired and i lost 188/- from my balance. I contacted the customer centre they were not bothered about this complaint. I repuested to and talked to a senior person in ur centre still no concern. If this complaint too is not taken then i have to port from airtel bcoz other company provides similar services

                                  Airtel is not able to generate my upc number even after complaining n number of times. So it is requested to please generate my upc number, i doesn't wish to continue mobile services with airtel.
                                  I have already messaged 10 times on 1900 for port request and no reply is received. Its been 4 months i have ported my number from postpaid to prepaid.

                                    Yeha per network ke regarding bahut badi problum h naam ke liye to 4g lekin 2g se bhi ghatiya network h airtel ka. Idea is much better than you..
                                    Ncr me rehte h lekin network sayed andeman nikobar se bhi poor h.
                                    Bahut hi bekar service h airtel ki..
                                    Very very poor service provider ban chuka h airtel..
                                    Yeha kewal ek hi nahi sabko airtel network se problum h.
                                    Iska hal nikala jaye.
                                    Network ke photo bhi bhej reha hun aap khud dekg lena kitna acha chalta h 4g...
                                    Hasi aati h jab aapka massige aata h ki 4g speed..
                                    Es speed ko likhna chahiye ki belgadi ki 399 rupey m 70 din ke liye belgadi ki speed se data milega...

                                      I am airtel customer, as the airtlel propogate that they are the fastest customer, here is the reality, i have poorest network for internet browsing problem last month (1st september to till date now). Not only my problems all the customers same issue. So i requested please solved this problems and provide a good internet service. I come under this false promise of this company.

                                        Very poor connectivity - both regarding reliability and speed. Lodged multiple complaints during last 6 months. But nothing is improving. I can't depend on it. Support team and technicians claim that the problem was resolved for good; but it keeps coming back. Airtel acquired a bunch of crappy support folks and technicians who are good at one thing - telling lies. May be that's what airtel trains them on. I really got fed up with it.

                                        On top of all, still stuck with a plan providing max 8 mbps download speed while the whole world moved ahead.
