I requested for surrender of my digital tv connection in the month of may, 2017. Company said they do not take away dish, set top box and remote, and since i do not have very less money in subscription account, there is no refund, and there is no security deposit to be refunded. My connection was apparently closed.

Despite repetitive emails, i still keep receiving phone calls for various promotional packages. I've the trail...

I have paid 1000rs for installation but Airtel denied connection and then in return they only paid back 500. I have dropped so many emails to them but either they dont reply or if reply they say that there is no record of transaction with me. I have shared with the picture of receipt the guy who came to collect money had given me....

Sir i recharge my mobile on 16 sep 2017 through my airtel app from my mobile. Finaly my recharge was failed due to technical issues but it debited my money from my bank account. I want my money back to my bank account. Up to now my money was not refunded to my bank account. What can i do?. Also your app doesnt showing failure transaction. Such a dirty and ugly app. I want my money back right now. Otherwise i can take severe action on you....

I have given complaint on 12sep2017, till now i.e 22sep2017 no correct response from airtel side, my complaint number is 87592778 . They are not solving the problem permenantly. I dont know when they will solve frequent disconnection problem, every day im calling airtel customer care, im fed up with there service now....

As i got msg from airtal, i went to a retailer for upgrading my airtel sim to 4g. They took 40rs for upgrading the sim. But airtel said that it is for free upto 25sept, when i said why you are taking money, they do not reply anything, just said we take 40rs for upgradation. If you all are airtel not interested in giving my cashback then please tell me and stop giving fake offers to attract users.. All your executives at airtel bank have such a casual attitude that they only fool around innocent users.. [protected] is my registered no. Sir i have paid a bill amount of rs 2440 from airtel payments bank to [protected] but the paent is given to [protected] which is and aircel number i want my money back immediately ihave the bill twice...

Airtel payment bank has debit freezed my account in the name of suspicious transaction. When i called customer care 1st they asked me to send my aadhar card and bank statement to the email [protected]@airtel money.com

Hi gud morng it s so disappointing tat u have staffs who do not talk respectfully to customers... Ths a complain for a store office n new bel road.. Plz teach yr staffs firstly sme respect how to talk to welcome yr customers like us if v are valuable as u keep announcing.. And descently talk to customers... Its so annoying... Plz note reg the abv complaint no one can take a picture even a sentence should b a valid complain......

I purchased a broadbband connection on sep 21, 2017 (Sim number [protected]) from airtel store at arenja corner, sector 17, vashi, navi mumbai. I submitted photocopy of my passport and pan card and showed original for verification. I was told that there will be a surprise verification at my residence. At 9.15 am today (Sep 22, 2017), a man came to my flat. He said he was from airtel and asked for my id proof. His general tone was very rude....

Salary issue
I am working with airtel pvt ltd under subham enterprise agencies since 21.07.2017 as collection executive in kukdeshwer. This is airtel collection center he processing also, where we dont have hr department who can solve our salary issues.
We are not getting salary sep and three month incentive pending.
