My prepaid airtel sim card was working fine till 1st oct'2017 and stopped working suddenly and not detecting on any phone and no service. I called customer care from my postpaid sim since i can't call from the prepaid sim for 3 times to report the issue and three times they had disconnected in between when i was speaking. Funny and sad thing is third time i told them that last two time support people disconnected the call in between but even then the third support people also. Third support person told the number belongs to delhi circle. I have no clue on this circle since i never travelled delhi to get this sim. I bought this sim in bangalore. I had too much of bad exp with airtel. I lost the trust on airtel service.

"Gate 2018: engineering mathematics has so many mistake. I could not get most of the ques because of these mistake. please take a responsible action to resolve my this problem.
I recharged for 399 of 70 days unlimited calls and 1 GB data but after recharging it showing for 28 days . This is second time happened to me. No is [protected] Karnataka pls solve it or please refund my money.

A caller from this number [protected] is abusive and uses foul language. He says he is calling from Airtel. The caller abuse and disconnects the call. The calls are Unnecessary and persistent. I am not a Airtel customer. And would not want to receive calls. Caller uses foul language words like [censored] u . Kindly take action.
The gate 2018:engineering mathematics hs so many misprint, i get confuse and time wasted in searching the right formula or solution.

I just got a new 4g handset and want to get 399 recharge for which I received a message .but when I try to recharge its showing 28. Day validity instead of 84. Please resolve
For the last 20 days my 4g dongle speed is very slow(i.e DL speed 0.5 mbps and UL speed 1.5 mbps).I have complained 3 times and also go to Airtel Out let for complaining but They refused to take complaint.Till date my problem not solved .Plz resolve or close my connection .Please call my contact no: [protected] because it is dongle connection.
New 4G sim does not activate till now...what is the problem

    Hi I recently got an Airtel Sim with 84 days unlimited calling and net. After working fine for a few days, there is no network signal on my mobile from today. The tower isn't showing at all even after restarting and resetting the sim and network. The affected sim no.is [protected] and my alternate number is [protected].

      so please as soon as possible block my [protected]. as somebody in missusing my no. at arount 12 am .

      I have a 4 G sim [protected] and daily 1GB plan. The speed is very low as 200 Kbbs. But the uploading speed is as high as 7 Mbbs. Airtel is a fraud company, cheating customers always. I request all to discard Airtel and move to better networks.

        On 20th september 2017 made the airtel post paid payment by using paytm.com.
        I lost the amount from paytm but airtel service not received the amount.
        Now no one taking responsibility, both side i have raised the complaint.

          Dear airtel india,

          We are happy customers who are with airtel since last 12 year. But since last 2 months we are facing a lot of trouble. Especially when we are calling on any up east airtel number. Like to ballia district. Because of this issue i am not able to make a single call to my parents. As they are also using airtel number. For other operator number we are able to make call easily.

          I complain to tamil nadu airtel customer care, so they are not able to resolve this issue. Apart from that i complain on twitter also, but unfortunately i did not get any reply from there also.

          Response: temporarily out of service.

              I have an airtel connection in karnataka now i'm in chennai both data n incoming call is working bt i can't make an outgoing call i recharged for 399 plan even i can't make call for coustomer care also try to solve problems as fast as possible i'm really fed up with this problem it's showing full network and 4g connection also bt outgoing call is not working

                We had airtel official come to our corporate office and check for 4g availability and after the application of airtel 4g wifi we have had several issues with speed and slowing of internet. The router would stop working every several minutes and would get back on track only if is restarted from the main switch. This has made us miserable of having this connection and have complained to airtel several times - in store, online offline but they still have not sent any of their engineers as promised by the store. Later we sought to facebook as a mean to connect to them and attached below is our communication with them. Please mark the date other details that they have confidently mentioned but have failed to follow up. We have got our old internet connection back and are now wanting to be fully refunded for the wifi 4 router. We are also liable for compensation for loss of business (Due to inactive internet connection) / unsatisfactory services and mental harassment due to lack of customer support and useful information in dealing with a long pending situation like this.

                  I am using a prepaid aritel 4g sim [protected] from past 2-3 months its internet speed and network coverage is getting worse... The internet speed is 50kbs only and i am not able to listen the voice of other person on call the voice breaks and the call decline on its own please fix this problem and the network is so so poor please gix this problem...

                    Airtel service is the worst. The network strength in my ph is full but the voice keeps breaking after every 2 seconds. The same is the case with each and every airtel user in my area. The only restriction with us is that we have no other option because there are only airtel towers in the area we live in. And due to the monopoly, obviously airtel is taking advantage of the same. There is no customer service and complaints are being closed without getting resolved. I feel like going to the court and filing complaint against these guys each time i make or recieve a call. Airtel sucks. Never seen such a bad service provider in my life.

                      I am holding a mobile no. [protected] of airtel. It is in the name of my daughter harika. But she has left to usa for a short stint and during that period many calls came to get it verified from nearest airtel for aadhar. Since, my daughter is not present they didnt agree. And suddenly they have deactivated the service and i am having a balance of about 390 in the prepaid. But, no one is helping as i approached many air tel customer case centres in shimla. I damn bather if they remove the servce, but they grabbed my balance amount also. Which is pathetic. Atleast ask them to transfer this money to my account i. E. [protected], need assitance either to activate it again or balance transfer. My dauther is not likely to return back from us atleast for next few months.

                        Hi airtel team,
                        I recharged my airtel no. [protected] two time rs. 198 on dated 13.09.2017 through my airtel app but both time transaction goes failed and transaction id - [protected] and [protected] respectively.
                        Both time my money was deducted so i call to customer care no. Dated 13.09.2017 as per him amount will be receive within 7-10 days but after ten days i didn't get my money back so i call again to airtel customer care no. 22.09.2017 and as per him money will be back within 2 more days but still i don't receive money. So i call once again to customer care no. Dated 28.09.2017 and they provide me a complaint no. - conrc[protected] and as per him money will be back on dated 01.10.2017 but still i don't receive money.

                          Dear team,

                          ₹399 airtel prepaid plan is not showing in the available plans. Hence last month also recharged with ₹349. But once the transaction is complete, i can see ₹399 is visible in available list. Hence airtel is only showing ₹399 plan, when i don’t require and they are not showing when i require (On last day of my existing plan).
                          It’s a clear fraud incase in case if that have plan, they should enable this plan every time.

                          Looks it time to switch to jio, i have been using airtel since 6 years.

                            My airtel prepaid no is [protected] and this number uses last 4 years. Aadhar card linked my mobile number and without my permission airtel company opening my saving account in airtel payment bank. And my lpg gas subsidy credit in airtel payment bank. I have contact a airtel executive but no response in this issue and no refund my lpg subsidy.
                            So please sir strictly action in airtel company, because not saving account open without customer permission.

                              I have registered port from tata docomo to airtel in this process docomo signal has been disconnected and to activate to airtel they need to verify details but they are not verifying it and they are not even responding in a correct manner saying activate yourself by online if you can.

                              It’s been 3 without mobile i have literally begged to provide atleast incoming service but they aren’t. Its affecting because in 2 days there is a marriage in my home and so many members, relatives calling to my number i have literally going crazy

                                We paid our prepaid mobile bill through my airtel app yesterday and later we received a message saying that the bill has been cancelled. The message included a link saying to retry. After retrying we received a message saying successfully transactions done and it also said the money will be credited to acc in 48hrs. Amount was deducted twice and still the internet isn't working.

                                Everytime online payment not works. and at my airtel store i said them to change my plan to lower plan they said they will but they have not changed and finally i ma charged at due date for my bigger plan only. i wasted my money

                                  I have recharged my number with rs.399 (After i crossed my home state) because there was roaming facility as well.

                                  I am now unable to make any phone calls.

                                  1) is there any support pack that i should recharge?

                                  2) is there something wrong with the plan?

                                  3) how do i connect with customer care?

                                  I receive no information from any of these airtel customer support platforms.

                                  I need to make phone calls asap. Please look into this issue.

                                    Hello, i am the airtel customer for the past 7-8 years. Due to some issues i ported my number to different network. Realizing that airtel is giving the services better now, i re ported my [protected] number to airtel only thinking to get the best services.
                                    Its been more than 25 days i am facing network issue near my locality and hasn't been resolved yet even after complaining to the team. Not able to talk on call properly nor able to use the 3g 4g network.
                                    No further assistance i got after having a conversation once. And when i traced my complaint i found it to be closed.
                                    Please do the needful else i would have left with no other option except to port to different network again and that too permanent.

                                      I’m sumit kumar sinha

                                      I converted this number from post-paid to prepaid and from that time, i could not able to recharge my number with any plan or top-up.

                                      I tried to recharge with my airtel app, many time i did recharge but it get failed always.

                                      I have enough balance in my airtel account.

                                      I am facing this issue since last 2 months and no resolution yet . i have tried reaching 121 or via email.
                                      no solution yet.
