I am very disappointed for airtel customer man they are really disgusting...
Few days ago i took new 4g prepaid sim after few days it shows... Insert the sim... I approached to local airtel express shop to replace the sim... They said i must take postpaid sim... I insist i dont need postpaid... But they replied ok... Server is working come after few days... Whats the helll... Airtel is doing... These new 4g prepaid sim is worst... A lot of people are facing such type of problem... Your man providing damaged sim to the customer... I now i never give advise to anyone to take airtel sim... We are swititching to other one...

    I had 3 prepaid number [protected]//[protected]//[protected]
    I migrated to all 3 to postpaid.. Since the day i did this mistake i started having network problem though at the same address i m using one more prepaid and one roaming.
    I lodged a formal complain with ref number 79803908 on 26th after that i kept getting calls only to check whether the issue is resolved or not. No physical visit was made as promised at the time of lodging the complaint.
    Today when i got angry about all this nonsense the executive put a closed status on this complaint with note that i refused a network survey.
    I called ur customer care n after holding for over 30 min to speak to supervisor prateek and to my surprise he erased all data about this ref number n gave me other ref for the same 79933926. As of now both ref are showing no records.
    Totally disappointed and frustrated with this type of service.
    I dont know whether this complaint will make a diff or not but i m definitely goin to port the number to other network.

        Dear sir,
        I am a subscriber of post paid airtel number [protected] for many years.

        This sim card is issued at mumbai. However, i have moved to thiruvananthapuram and using it on 'roaming basis' since may 2017.

        It is unfortunate that i have lost my samsung handset containing airtel number [protected] and unable to find it even after all the efforts.

        I request to kindly block my lost sim card and issue me with a new sim card with the same airtel number [protected] and arrange to deliver it at following address.

          I was working at gates india pvt ltd at punjab & my corporate mobile no. From airtel was [protected]. After i left the job & shifted to new location at madurai, i wanted to port the no from corporate to my name & also from punjab circle to madurai circle. My previous employer has provided the noc on airtel prescribed format. Twice i applied to a local airtel outlet at madurai, but funny excuses are given to me. 3 times person from company verified my new home address even. I want to know why my no. Is not getting ported? 3 times i interacted with customer care but got only assurances.

              I am using a prepaid number of airtel and recharged it with rs.445 which offer me to use 1 gb data daily but i am not availing that.
              I have filed complaint regarding this with airtel but they haven't resolve that.
              Complaint number is cbnrd[protected].
              According to them i-phone 5 is not a 4g compatible handset while i am using this hamdset from last 2 years and using all 4g services as it is compatible.
              This is a 4g handset but airtel custmer care making fool by saying this that it is not.
              Kindly help me out regarding this.

                Dear sir,
                My mobile number is [protected] and i recharged 399 on august 12th but after some days 1gb per day offer not working in my phone money deducted when i browse data. Please resolve this issue. Airtel promised to give 1gbdata per day for 84 days. For more than 15days iam unable to use data. When i contact customer care they said to reset my 4g settings and restart the phone. Even then my problem didn't resolve. I went to airtel service centre to resolve my issue they said to switch to another 4g sim and gave new 4g sim. I did that too. But swapping didn't solve my issue. Iam vexed with all this and complaining you all this to offer good service with following minimum ethics and don't bother the customers with this cheap practices. They are loyal to you only because of your services. Don't make us disloyal to you. Please resolve the issue.

                  Rubbish eye washing service from airtel feeling so irritated with there irrelevant ads for fooling customers i claimed airtel airtel secure on 11th of september and they are informing that my phone can't be addressed because it was slip from hand i was with my 2 kids who are grade 1&4 whole bringing them from school it slipped which is accidental this is not first time always i had issue with airtel service they are cheater

                    [protected] (Karnataka region) is my airtel mobile number. I have been getting offers that if i charge with 399 i will get data plus free talktime for 84 days. I had been getting this message for months now. I even got a message yesterday and i recharged my number today but when i recharged my number i got it for just 70 days. I am attaching the screenshot of the message. Please look into this asap.

                      If someone wants to experience worst customer service he should call the airtel customer care executives. They talk as if they are bill gates, ego attitude etc etc always in a hurry of disconnecting the calls. No empathy no sympathy just wrapping the calls. No gesture of gratitude. Going to launch a complaint in consumer court. This is not why we are connected with airtel, we are not connected to disrespect ourselves by your foolish executives. I am having a small confusion about my bill so i called to the customer care and she was like as if i disturbed her and a direct no to everything.

                            I lost my mobile with airtel no [protected] on 26 sept at around 5.30 pm and immediately blocked the sim by calling the customer care no.
                            I went to the airtel store in janakpuri and got a duplicate sim which executive parameters informed would be activated after 24 hrs.
                            Next day when the same didn't happen i called 121 to be informed that due to technical problem i have to get a new sim. On 29th i got the new aim at around 11.30 am from dwarka sec 11 airtel store and was informed that the same would be activated in 4 hrs when i called 121 at around 8.30pm they told that it would another 24 hrs to get the same activated.
                            Such pathetic and unprofessional customer service from airtel.
                            4 days and no relief in sight.

                              I have airtel broadband connection started on july last nd from d starting of the connection i am facing the issues of frequent net disconnection and landline disconnection too.. I have paid 3mnths advance payment and they are nor providing facility and neither refund me.. They pocket my money.. They promised for 16mbps speed and giving 4mbps speed.. Plz take action.

                                  We are residing in raghavendra panchajanya, prashant nagar, near alwyn signal, miyapur, 500049, we have been experiencing very very poor signal
                                  In our apartment premises, and many of our apartment neighbours around 200+ connection users also facing this issue. Our request simply put on hold claiming some approvals required to fix this issue for almost a year.
                                  Even after raising multiple complaints they are simply closing the call by saying we need approvals. I don't understand airtel such a brand with high reputation couldn't able to fix this signal issue in the heart of the expanding city of hyderabad. Many of our apartment people also facing this issue.
                                  I request airtel to take this with highest possible priority and fix the issue.

                                    My customer id is [protected].
                                    I had recharge my dth account on 27th september 2017 with 180 rs, for 99 my plan+36 regional marathi+30nick+15 maintainance charge (?).
                                    Again on 29th september i got msg ur plan gas been changed and you need to pay more 66 rd+30rs maintaining cost.
                                    This is very bad this is happening twice with me.
                                    On phone no one replies.
                                    They just keep on saying i can't hear you or disconnect or falsely charges new amount.
                                    Kindly give valid explanation.
                                    This is disgusting and left us feeling airtel bharti is not worth this money and must go for some other provider.

                                      My mobile [protected] is charged with rd 399 for 70 days for 5hrs talk time plus 1gb data. But this phone not functioning in roaming. Why it is not functioning. I paid money what for. I airtel is not able to stand in market. Close your shop and go for nice sleep. I tried 10 times to speak with a man who can reply something. But all sleeping. Thanks. Airtel. Bhakti jio.

                                        I am a postpaid customer of airtel since last 03 years and i am already registered with your airtel secure plan for mobile damage protection.

                                        Airtel details: mob: gionee a1, imei - [protected], date of purchase - 11.04.2017, mobile no - [protected]
                                        Oneassist details: claim no. Sr#2324299

                                        On 06 sep 2017, 7:45 pm, my mobile was accidentally damaged. At my home (A-19, jain park uttam nagar new delhi) when i was working on my cell phone on bed, i was standing up from my bed and suddenly i slipped and due to jerk my mobile was slipped away from my hand and fell down at floor. Due to impact my screen was broken out. My mobile was in fully working condition and on before damage.

                                        I was already processed my claim from airtel site through online and also uploaded my all concerned documents at the airtel site and also oneassist.in portal on 09 sep 2017. And also i follow up my case continuously from 15 days and also i called airtel and oneassist company more than 10 times. But always they told me to wait for next 48 hours and always saying that "sir your case is in processing please give us some times".

                                        And after 16 days on 24 sep 2017 at 12:32 pm, mr. Mukesh gediya (Claim relationship officer) calling from airtel secure and told me that my claim was declined from airtel because of term & conditions. I have never seen such type of bad attitude and non-sense reply from a reputed company like airtel. Both the companies are making fools of the customers.

                                        So kindly resolve my issue and take necessary action as soon as possible, otherwise i will be gone to the consumer forum/court and filed complained & also lodge fir against both the companies airtel & oneassist.
