I added 4100 inr in my airtel money wallet on account o[censored]sing it for various purposes online. However airtel money has frozen my account and not letting me carry out any transaction. On multiple emails they say that my dob doesnt match their records. To rectify and clarify, i have visited the airtel store, mailed my id proof thrice, raised cpmplaints, called call center multiple times, each time getting a standard reply that it will be resolved within 24 hours.
My aadhar card is linked to account and these fools tell me that my dob is incorrect in aadhar. Imagine telling the customer that his dob is incorrect. Whats more, they are not letting me withdraw my money back so that i can use it. I have been facing personal distress due to all this madness. Never ever add money in airtel money. They will not give it to you back, imagine the interest income they will make on all this locked up funds

Rubbish network doesn't know how to give quality of service. Shame on workers & owners of Airtel. Don't deserve to stand in market.
