I have purchased an airtel prepaid sim with frc of 449. The plan goes like this 1gb of data per day for 3 months and unlimited calls. And it applies only for 4g handsets, i got that sim for my one plus 3 and inserted in ipad mini 2 for a week first 2 days it worked properly and then i didn't get network access for a week later on i called to customer care people and asked why am not getting the internet access, he said your device is not a 4g handset and the offer is not applicable for that.
I had a question for him when all the 4g sim cards works in the device why not airtel, there was no answer from his side and he concluded with saying this offer is not applicable for 3g handsets.
Then i changed sim card to mi note 3 it worked well and then to some nokia basic mobile and then to mi note4, i have changed the sim to 4 devices, my plan was working good and yesterday 27/9/17 changed sim to ipad mini temporarily and today when i took back and inserted in my one plus 3. There was no interest access in my device when i called them they said the plan is cancelled as i have changed the device. And replaced sim into non 4g handset that is ipad mini. When i asked them that i did the same thing last month nothing has happened and when i called your representative they didn't say anything as such for that they said no sir you haven't changed the sim earlier... Yesterday it got updated so your plan got cancelled. My question to them was why it didn't get cancelled earlier when changed to other devices and why now... They don't have the records that i have changed my sim to other devices... If you loose your mobile or sim card how can we trust airtel people for tracking our device... If they don't get proper data in their servers then if the thief is using airtel sim in our device then how can we get the details... They are unfit to run a telecom services and they are careless about customers problems he is telling like sir you should be happy for using benefits for free... He is not at all ready to agree his mistake

    Today i read a news if mobile connection is not linked with adhar before feb 2018.. Mobile no will be closed by company... Right now i am out of country for 2 year.. I will back in india next year dec 2018.. I have 1 airtel postpaid connection on my name.

    Now you tell me how i can visit myself physically to any airtel outlet for linking adhar with mobile???

    And if i will not link my no with aadhar, company will close my connection. They all are using their no since 2009.

      Sir my 244 rs netpack has 70 days validity and I put my net pack on 01.09.2017 but it ends by today. It ends by only 28 days and how it is possible? I want the remaining data for 244 rs. Please kindly help me and solve this issue.

        This is to inform you that some fraud transaction is done on my icici credit card [protected] (Currently Blocked after the fraud transaction)

        Details are below for the fraud transactions:

        I got a fraud call from this mobile number: [protected] at around 4.16pm as calling from Icici credit card for small verification for redeeming my reward points.

        After few minutes I started receiving messages about the fraud transactions.

        I am a middle class working person and this fraud transaction will severely impact my financial conditions and hence request you to stop this transaction and please initiate refund into my credit card account.

        I sincerely look forward for your assistance.

            I have registered a complaint on 10th august, 2017 regarding network issue, complaint no. 78521280. Till now i didn't receive a call regarding the progress and everytime i call you, the airtel customer reprensentative says i have to wait and they can't assure the time to resolve it and also told me that it will take approx. 6 - 8 months.

            When i decided to port the number to idea, they called me and told to wait for 4 days, i decided to do so and waited for 15 days but it was not solved. Again i decided to port to idea and they again called me and told to wait for 4 days, today is the 10th day but it has not been solved.

            I can't make calls from my home, everytime i have to go to my flat terrace to attend or make calls. They are such irresponsible. And when i told them that i can't use my data pack due to network issue and to reduce my bill, they told me that network issue will be solved in few months but have to pay bill everymonth in a rude way.

            I have the recording of all the calls i have made to the service centre.

              I have been trying to deactivate my auto renewal data plan of rs. 179 for the last 2 days by dialing ussd code, "*121*12#" and requesting for to deactivate pre-booked pans. But all the time it shows, "sorry we are unable to process your request at the moment. Please try after some time."
              What the # is this?? First, i never wanted to opt for auto renewal but you cannot choose the pack without auto renewal and secondly when you want to deactivate the auto renewal, the service doesn't work... #ing airtel trying to loot all o[censored]s... Die airtel... Die you #!!

              Airtel is auto renewing my data pack from past 3 month. I hve no active plan in *121#, online, airtel app, complained to their customer service many times ti request to deactivate they have even confirmed deactivation previous month still i was charged today. #quit airtel
              My airtel number [protected]. These guys are so cheap that i subscribed for a 3 day data pack but this pack was on auto renewal.Now this pack is auto activating on my phone sonce last 4 times and i am unable to stop it.There is no option to do so..
              I am going to complain to TRAI and take legal action.they have made a mockery of customer service.
              Guys please please take any other network but not airtel they are blood suckers.

                I have linked my aadhar details with airtel about three months ago. My indane gas subsidy amount was not getting credited to my bank account. When i enquired, i have been told by the gas agency that my subsidy amount is being credited to airtel account. I went to the airtel customer service center where i have linked my aadhar and i have been told by the staff that it is happening not only with me but few other customers. I was shocked when i was told that it is the company's policy to swindle away the gas subsidy so that they can give talk time to the respective number. I wish to bring to the notice of the concerned at airtel that it is a cyber crime to swindle away the amount without the consent and information sharing to the customer. I request airtel to immediately reimburse the amounts that have been swindled away thrice from my gas subsidy account. It seems that airtel is sticking to unlawful practices to increase their revenue instead of doing the right things. I, with good intention, wish to get my reimbursement within 48 hrs, post which i would take this issue to the cyber crime department, uaida and the central government. This also amounts to misuse of confidential information of customers to manipulate and steal away thier money.

                  As i have upgrade my airtel 3g sim to 4g sim. I have inserted in my new mobile gionee a1 and i have recharged with the plan of 244. But, its get very slow internet connection in main area and full tower in my mobile.

                  Previously i have used other networks (I don't want to mention that network). While comparing to your network the downloading speed is 3kb very very slow.

                  I try to contact your customer care but totally wasted my time to reach you.

                  It creates bad opinion about service. I am using your product upto 12 years but very worst response in your side.

                    I lost my sim card few days back. So day before yesterday i went to airtel store and got the new sim card for the same no.. It got activated after 24 hrs and i m unable to receive messages from anyone. I tried to text on that no. But the sim didn't received any message. Not even bank otp's etc.
                    I tried to contact customer care also but there was not any response from their side

                      I have made an international call to australia and airtel has charged a whopping rs 180 per minute and the actual rate was rs13 per minute. My bill came to rs4220, i have repeatedly called them for 10days and they have promised many times that the bill be be corrected but they didn't do anything and finally charged my bank account with the ecs payment of rs 4220, i lost trust with this operator, every person i talk to tells a cooked up story and no clear action taken

                        My self mr. Ulhas vichare. I have taken new 4g sim card from your
                        Andheri (E) airtel gallery, person over their gave me the card & told
                        Me that my 3g sim will be deactivate & 4g sim will get active in next
                        4 hours.

                        Its been almost 24 hours & my 4g sim is not active yet. My sms,
                        Internet service is not working due to the non supportable 3g sim.

                        I have been calling airtel customer care since last 2 days (My earlier
                        4g sim was not getting activated since tuesday). But, i failed to get
                        Any proper assistance from your team.

                        Just while ago i spoke with mr. Mohammad sharif pasha, who is
                        Supposedly senior of your one of the team. He was rude & mannerless
                        While conversation. Instead of giving me solution he irritated me with
                        Stupid questions & his low voice.

                        I sincerely need a quick solution to my problem. As my net is not
                        Working, my sms service is blocked & there are so many synchronisation
                        Issues i am facing.

                        Please activate my 4g sim, asap.

                          I am using airtel prepaid services, recently i have recharged the plan of 399rs which is gives me unlimited calls and 1gb data per day for 70days.

                          From the day one the data speed is worst than 2g speed, i did complain customer care, they have mentioned, network issue in your area, will be rectified shortly, and also recommend to change the sim as well, which i did,

                          However, the network issue still presents, and when i complain again, they says it's network issue we can't do anything, when ask for refund of the amount, they denied to refund.

                          Hence i wanted to bring to your attention, about the issue.

                            I have recharged my airtel mobile no. Using airtel payment bank, and as the offers available i am availing 50% cashback (Max. Rs.75) of the recharged amount.

                            I have done a recharge of rs.200 on 23 september 2017 but until now i did not receive any cashback.

                            So, i email airtel regarding this on 25 september 2017 but they have provided me with a cashback of rs.2 (I. E. 2%) and neither responded to...

                            I got an offer by airtel to my number([protected]) with unlimited calls +70gb for 70 days for any handset. So i recharged it with 399 even though I don't have a 4g capable phone. But I m unable to use Internet even though im getting 1gb per day. My trans id is 53747875 and I did my recharged on[protected]. My region is Northeast circle airtel. Furthermore I have asked to signed in IND airtel network but I am unable to sign in. Everytime I filled up my number the page doesn't load onwards. I will be highly grateful if you look into this matter.

                            I have called aircel several times and asked them to help me and stop any other number call divert to my number, but they did not help me, I m getting missile nous calls from unknown people on my mobile and all are saying that thy got missed calls from my side and on asking them that from which number did they get the missed call, than the reply is [protected], which is not my number. And this person had diverted his calls to me and giving missed calls from his phone to unknown users and when they call back the call comes to me . Please help me at the earliest.

                              The number [protected] are not activate timely we register the mobile on 20/09/2017 but in verification problem on your dealer problem the activation not completed some technical issue occurred the sim the gave email to company so on 26/09/2017 the sim are automatically activate but unfortunately i register the another number of defiant company so i want deactivate the number

                                Hi dignities,

                                I were using a number with airtel [protected] before 6- 7 months.in the month of february or march i got a bill of around inr 5670 regarding which i had asked the company to forward an explanatory mail to me but all the time i got the update saying that i had used isd callings. But in actual i hadn't made any isd calls. Further i had forwarded many emails to airtel and dignities like bharat bhusan and many others interacted with me too. And lastly then they stopped calling me. Now by today i received a call saying that the total due on my name is inr 8000 approx which i will have to pay for the number which i am not using since last 7-8 months. What a #!!!. Need a serious look after the same as i am a junior level employee and i can't afford to pay such amount.

                                  I am using airtel postpaid mobile bill. Since last few months my bill always incorrect and is up by rs 200 everymonth. Then i need to call them and get it corrected.
                                  This months bill is again rs900+ ideally it should be around rs.460. When i spoke to customer care representative they said i have used some value added service was started on it and now i have to pay this value any how.

                                  I am really not sure how come some service got started on my mobile and now they are forcing me to pay for it which i was not even aware of. Need help with this.

                                      I am an airtel user since two and a half years, i am currently on roaming and i have the 349 rs package, 1gb 4g/3g daily and unlimited calls.
                                      I am not able to make any calls, i can receive calls and i'm browsing the internet easily. Please help me asap. I am facing difficulty and i need a quick fix. Otherwise i may be compelled to switch network.
