Network is not coming in airtel postpaid - [protected] mobile.

I went to gachibowli hyderabad airtel centre. Helpdesk guy has given me the new sim and told me that network will come after 2 hours, but now its almost 6 hours but still airtel network is not coming in my mobile. May i know what is the exact problem. Please contact on my email id - [protected]@gmail.com

    This is the address were we are facing super issues -
    "1930, sainath industrial estate, village - khoni, meethpada, opp.shri ram grey checking house, near aasara hotel, bhiwandi - 421302"

    THIS IS MY OFFICE LOCATION WHERE AM FACING HUGE ISSUES.

    Starting from 14th august
    you started upgrading your network into 4G (maharashtra circle) but let me remind you, your staff have just totally DEGRADED the network.

    I ported into airtel because i found your network better as i was able to make calls in every corner of my office.
    BUT from 17th aug, I am not able to make any single calls from my number being at this location instead of getting all the bars of network 50% times.
    ya i am able to recieve text messages and sometimes the internet 4G also works if there are all bars of network BUT I CANT MAKE A SINGLE CALL AT ALL.

    i gave 4 to 5 complaints on 198,
    3 times visted gallery on shivaji chowk and gave complaint,
    mailed 10 times at [protected]@in.airtel.com,
    talked to senior authority on 198 manytimes
    but yet there is no improvement in your network.

    SOME REFERENCE NUMBERS OF COMPLAINTS ARE :-
    79522603, 79043494, 78713818, ETC..

    AFTER CALLING 20 TIMES IN CUTOMER CARE FOR THE SAME ISSUE, they gave me a number [protected].
    I called on this number, but call doesn't gets connected they say its a wrong number.

    ALL the times 198 executives said wait for 2 days network will get proper but its 2 month now there is no improvement of even 1%

    now teme if i cant make any calls being at office location than why should i pay you monthly rental 349/- ?????
    without using units i have to pay the company 349/- per month ???
    just wavier me the rental of both the months. because this is wrong as i am not able to make calls being at office. obviously i cant move out on road outside evrytime to make the calls

    the executive of airtel gallery in our area simply says that all the network work is done but the customer care speaks the work is yet going on..
    to whum i should believe ????
    i request you to please provide me wavier of rental till you don't improve your worst network because i don't have that much free money like rich people's..
    The money is earned by alot of hardwork so i don't feel i should give you money cz am not able to make calls just because of your fault.

    once before a month i got a call from your company stating that a survey person will be coming at your location but yet i din recive any calls from the same.

    its been just 2months i have ported from reliance or else i would have ported into vodafone directly rather dan being harrased by your network pluss paying you monthly rental of 349/- per month for not making any calls from office location.
    i just want wavier of my rental or some amount dats it and main i want you to make the network work atleast.

      I am on international roaming effective 12 th august 2017.
      However, i notice from bill dated 24th aug that i was billed the amount of rs 3999 which is for a month. I have also been billed the same amount for ir in bill dated 24th sept, 2017.
      Since i used ir for only about 15 days in the billing cycle 24th july to 23 aug, the billed amount should have been for half the amount.
      Please review and reconcile and convey to me by email, earliest.

      Prior to posting my complaint here, I attempted to fill in Feedback at the Airtel portal but the competed feedback did not get posted and the portal does not provided an email ID for posting customers' complaints and gives only Contact phone numbers.

      I have deposited bill for the period August - sept. 2017. I did not received receipt. Please mail me receipt of my post paid bill of mobile [protected] for August sept. 2017

        Unable to call anyone from my phone since this afternoon.
        There has been no intimation of any sorts as to why this has happened.
        The incoming calls and messages are working fine however I cannot make any phone calls - not even to the customer care and even the MMI codes do not work.
        Its quite frustrating to not know what exactly is the issue.

        There has been no response(no acknowledgement either) to 2 of my detailed emails to [protected]@in.airtel.com.

        The only information I could collect was the screen shot uploaded here.
        Deeply disappointed with the service, kindly fix this asap.

        I emailed twice to [email protected] on 26-09-17, I got a call and reply from the customer care executive following day, they said it would take time until 4th October to resolve the issue however it got resolved on the same day i.e. on 27-09-17 around 6-7 PM. I don't know why it happened though the issue is resolved now.

          I have installed the app in my phone but when I tried to make a payment of my electricity bill it showed me that my account has been blocked and now I feel that my money has stolen. Do something for me. To explain my problem I have to say that when I tried to pay my electricity bill the message shows that my account has been blocked please unblock my account so that I can pay my bills. Thank you

            I am an airtel digital television subscriber and i generally take annual packages with the company to get saved from every month recharge.
            The company claims that if a customer gets a annual package recharge of 12 months will be given to the subscriber. 12 months = 1year= 365days.
            But to my dismay the company is doing a fraudulent activity of giving the customer a subscription of 360 days only. Without stating it anywhere.

            On inquiring the customer simply states that it is our company policy to count only 30 days a month. Then airtel should state it somewhere in bold letters about it.
            Complete fraud company. Cheating customers.

                I was trying to contact airtel customer care from last few days and unable to connect. I was using 121 and [protected] as well but after dialing these numbers after basic instructions nothing is happening, instead of getting call contacted i am getting n number of messages for airtel app.

                I dont know what type of quality airtel is maintaining if a user is unable to contact ccare then why airtel is claiming the best network in india.

                  I have not used my broadband services for approximately a couple of months. But i am being asked to pay rental for the time i did not use. I did not know that i had to call and cancelled. I did that as soon as i knew about it. It is not fair to expect me to pay money for the time i did not use. Landline number is [protected]. Which i have not used too and have cancelled now.

                    I paid an amount of rs 1200/- on[protected] at airtel office situated at pattambi, myladi communications, silver plaza building. Still today[protected] the amount is not accounted and outgoing calls are stopped by the company for not paying the bill.
                    I have complained to the said office three times, they informed me that it is due to some system complaints and normally it will take one week to get credited,
                    Now 2 week has gone and still they are not accounted

                      Today i buy a new airtel sim having no-[protected]. When i insert sim in my phone i receive a sms your mss charges is 1.00 then i calld him so company do not respont me. Again try to cll him finally he received my call then i tell my money was deducted from my main balance why. Then he cut my call again 4 times i tried too call them but he did not resppond my call.

                        My number is not receiving and texting messages from 4th sept. Till date. I complained so many times but company didn't respond. On 4th i upgraded my sim from 3g to 4g. From that day onwards my sms services is not working. Some network service person also visited a week before but they did not solved my problem. I'm facing so much problem as my kid's school notices also comes through sms.

                          We have port our 4 number from idea to airtel for better service from om communication, near raj kamar enclave, delhi road meerut (U. P).
                          We have not receiving signals, no 4g internet working from first day.
                          The plan we have ask for is 649 unlimited but we have received sms of rs 2400-00 of all 4 connection.
                          We have not received any bill.
                          Service provider is not taking our call, when we go to there office they talk very rudely ask us to leave the office without any complain.
                          We are in very much trouble, kindly help us.

                          We have choose airtel from idea with very much expectations but due to above said om communication we are regretting to choose airtel.

                            But reacharge not received and not refund money.

                              Can anyone please take this email into consideration and let me know whats happening with airtel?

                              From 17th september i am on calls to customer care, shouting on emails and getting calls from airtel regarding network issue which never gets resolved till now?

                              I have already wasted my presious time on calls and responses still internet is not working so i made request for cancellation of my connection which is again a problem for you guys?

                              Why why why?
                              I will go to consumer forum and register a case of mental harrasment socially through calls and emails.

                              Please bare us we customer are only making your business run, dont play with us atleast.

                              I will see what going to be next please mind this.

                              Stop making fake calls and promises, its really a worst customer support faced through network servce providers, very poor and inefficient staff and not at all helping services.

                                Not able to access data though i have 30gb available and raised sr 79782019 yesterday morning but still problem not yet solved, so i called up to know the status now they are saying complaint was register with some other name mistaken so i need to do fresh;y again and that will take 24 hrs to resolve, now i got massage from airtel customer care that i cannot avail any value added services

                                  My alrtel payment bank a/c no [protected]. I have updated my wallet ac to airtel payment bank on 14//9/17 by depositing rs 100 cash and transferd rs 10290 for payment of electricity bill later came to know that my date of birth mismatch so i can't to debit transaction. They told that link your adhar card to the account through biometric i. E go to airtel dealer make thumb impression. Then i do the same i call coustomer care they told that mail us your adhar card and proof of that you himself transferred rs 10290 in airtel wallet account. I mail my airtel credit statement and self attested adhar card to them
                                  After making so many mail and talk to senior managers in coustomer support till now problem is not resolved
                                  They give only me case id six digit numeric no. They himsef create it and himself close it whether problem is solved or not. The whole coustomer support and backend team do not know anythig first they hold you on phone after that himself cut the phone
                                  I request other persons not to submit any paise to airtel payment bank
                                  Also guide me how i can take my money back from fraud airtel bank.

                                      I'm frustrated about the pathetic customer service that airtel is providing. First, their network is very bad and i don't get mobile data connectivity most of the times. The network is very slow, when i get connected. Then, one of their executives called me and suggested that i form a family plan and add my family members number to that. I did that but the billing became very high. So i wanted to opt out of it and they said i could do that only thru myairtel app. But i was not able to remove family members out of family plan thru the app it showed message that the feature is not enabled and i must call customer service to do that. I called customer service and raised request 3 times to remove the family plan but it never got done. Then i asked for plan change but then they stopped my mobile data. Again i called customer service, they put me on hold for more than 35 min and then disconnected without resolution. For change in plan, why should my mobile data be disconnected and why would they disconnect my call without giving proper resolution. Airtel doesnt bother about customers and their billing is false.

                                        While recharging a pack of 499 for daily data of 1 gb, it was disclosed therein that the handset should be 4g, now i am not avail the benefit of same as the service provide also seeks that the sim should also be 4g.
                                        If that was the case then why this was not disclosed to me at the time of recharging. This amounts to decieving customers by not providing sufficient information.
