Hi team,

My name is praveen. And i'm facing some issues with my airtel 4g postpaid number. I'm able to make calls and receive calls. I'm also able to use my data and receive sms. But, i am unable to send sms. I'm able to send it through my docomo number. I have oneplus 5 handset (I don't think it is a handset issue as i can send sms from my docomo number). I was able to send messages a few days ago, but not since 2 days. The sim is in tray 1 and has reception. My phone bill is due in 12 days, so even that's not a problem. I have attached the screenshot of my device details as well. Kindly look into this issue asap.

    On 21st night airtel my network was disconnected i have called up customer care executive told to restartremove sim etc etcwait for 1hr may network issue in that area such response i got. 22nd whole day same story repeats evening i called up toll free number they told to replace sim i was in office i went to a store to replace sim card and it was told in 4hr sim will be active i waited but i did not started. I wasted my sat off sitting afternoon in airtel gallry but no proper response as per them some technical error and your sim is still not active you have wait for 8hr. Sunday i called up customer care again same story some guy spoke he told to wait for 4hr & gave this cr num 79769286 but after waiting not started. Today was working day whole day i wasted my time calling customer care till 4.00pm systems where not working than from 6 i am trying explained at least 4exective they disconnected my calls after keeping me on long hold at last i spoke with one executive he was telling me to wait for 8hr we will activate your service.
    I am wasting my time from 21st sep onwards till my issue is not resolved. I am borrowing phones from others just to call airtel customer care people started fun of mine only because of your service. I wasted my sat and sunday i was traveling to your airtel gallry from one place to other. Some say systems are not working you may check other store after reaching they will talk to some people and say it will be active in 4hr of time.
    Is this kind of service you guys give to a customer. My mom stays alone at home she was struggling to reach me because of your service.

    I want to know why my service was disconnected and who is going to compansate

      I want to close my aritel payment bank account. I will done many process like sending close msg to 51619 but no response from them.
      It is very important to closed this account. Because of this i faced many problem about my educational scholarship.. So plz closed my account as soon as possible...
      As on my addhar bank linked name is given as airtel payment bank and i need to change this because of my educational scholarship.

      I recharged an internet package of 1gb/day with unlimited calls and STD fot 70 days from an Airtel retail store but the message came with the package validity of 28 days.

      My name is Rajesh Kumar Airtel No. [protected]. I would like to bring in your kind notice that you opened an Airtel Payment Bank Account without prior intimation to me and my gas subsidy amount transferred in my airtel bank account opened by you.

      Its my humble request to please close my account with immediate effect so that my next month gas subsidy goes in my personal bank account seeded with LPG and bank.

        Dear sir / madam,
        I opened airtel payments bank account. But my account was blocked. No debit transactions are allowed since many days. I visited near airtel store but they are useless. I mailed but no reply. Worst customer care service. It is the most worst wallet or bank. Toll free no given but no customer care support only the computer voice. Negligence customer care service. I doesn't recommended airtel in my life time.in my wallet 710/- is there but no transactions are allowing error msg displaying while doing payment. Plz provide solution to this.

          The recharge was done on 24/09/2017 at 9:41:09pm. Despite this i am unable to make calls. This same problem has been faced by several other customers too as is evident by the complaints forum. Your continued advertisement of that plan is evidence of false advertising. Your not providing the advertised service is example of outright cheating. The call balance remains 0/- inspite of the recharge being successful. The message generated by your system states the provision o[censored]nlimited calls. This sort of behavior is liable to invite legal action. Please rectify this.

              After doing multiple mails to customer care, multiple visits to customerr care and phone calls too. my sms service is not started.
              custoemr care says that there is 4 hr. downtime 3 times.

              Please look into it on urgent basis.

                Dear sir/mam
                This brings to your kind knowledge that one of your executives couldn't be fulfilled their commitment to providing wave-off of rs 800/- as my earlier pending bill was approx 2000/- in which more than rs 800/- was included without intimation of plan covered, after conversation with your executives they committed to wave off rs 800/- as well as rs 100/- wave off committed by hisar sec.13 branch, as of i have paid bill of rs 1100/- but they couldn't wave off any amount due to which my number is blocked and now they have added monthly charges and create a bill of rs 1458/- without getting number in my use.
                Now your executives harassing me by calling every day as i have told them each and everything but they just demanding their due bill instead of providing the solution.
                I am sharing contact no. ([protected]) who committed wave off of rs 800/-, please take some suggestive step asap.

                  I am a airtel pre-paid user and traveling to us and did a 30 day rs. 4000 top up for international roaming. I have been unable to make outgoing calls and this has been a real mess. I would like to complain and ensure that i get my complete refund as i would not like to pay for a service that is not provided. This is a unprofessional service and airtel needs to pay for this.

                    There was network problem since 2 months calls are not connected and internet will be not usable waste of amount and time i can complaint so many times and i have received so many sr numbers but still not clear the complaint of network issue when it will be clear or otherwise the airtel numbers are go to other network present jio network is super fast and nice

                    In basic 2g mobile not get coverage of this...

                      Hi,
                      I requested to port my airtel number[protected] and got a call from airtel customer care number [protected] and i had talk with an executive named seema who asked me why i was shifting. After i told her why i was shifting she told me they will provide the same offer i. E. Rs. 399 70 days offer and sent me a message and asked me to get recharge done from a retailer who had a demo sim. I got my recharge done from a retailer with a demo sim and paid 399 inr. After that i got confirmation with transid[protected]. After that the message i got was ' "100 sms 1 gb/day, local std all call free for 28 days, t&c"check balance/tariff, dial*121# ; for best recharges, give missed call at 505 (Toll free) '. This is clearly fraud that they commit on unsuspecting costumers. This company is cheating customers, trying to compete with jio with fake offers. When i try to call customer care, i just get automated replies and can't even reach customer care executive. What should i do? Is there any action that can be taken against such fraudelent activities where they try to fleece the customers?

                        I had made an international trip on 14 july 2017.
                        Airtel deducted 100 rs from my main balance.
                        I received a sms for the same.
                        In message they mentioned that it is due to international roaming enabled.
                        I have never made any request to enable international roaming.
                        Without my permission they deducted and never asked for my input whether i want any such services or not.
                        I need money reimbursed for the same.

                          Last time i got a call from airtel executive and they promise to gave me a plan @399 which inculeds data 25 gb per month for life time and unlimited calls local and std and 100 sms and much more services. But when i port my number from vodafone to airtel they clearly denied the plan and and give worst service i ever had. They claim to be best network in india but really they are most worst of all. Since i have problem of network in my airtel sim all my important call are not connected. When someone call me its automatically disconnected and i got a msg from number whom so ever call u got a miss call from * number. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                            I had done a recharge of 146Rs on 19/09/2017 towards unlimited talk time of 28 days. Money got deducted but unlimited plan did not get activated. There is no way to call Airtel to resolve. Again today I recharged with 399 for unlimited plan ; again money got deducted from card but no unlimited calling enabled.

                              निवेदन पूर्वक कहना है की मेरा नाम- नितीश कुमार चौधरी है मेरा airtel digital tv id no - [protected]. इस id पे नियमानुसार मैंने rs - 899/- का unlimited dhamaka pack लिया बाद में three topup मैंने rs - 720 का extra recharge, date - 26 april 2017 को करवाया! ये सब टोटल रिचार्ज ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी से फ़ोन कॉल पे पूछकर मैंने टोटल रिचार्ज करवाया | इसके बाद मेरा पैक तीन महीन के अंदर ही ख़त्म हो गया जबकि यह धमाका पैक 1 साल के लिए था| जो समय तक नही चल पाया मेरे साथ धोखाधरी किया गया है जबकि इसकी सुचना मैंने ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी को दी और मुझे complaint number[protected] date - 23 sept. 2017 जो की मुझे कहा गया की 24 घंटे के अंदर ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी के द्वारा आपको सूचित किया जायेगा जो कि मुझे सूचित नहीं किया गया | अतः आपसे आग्रह है की इनके विरूद्ध उचित विभाग के द्वारा क़ानूनी करवाई की जाये एवं मेरा धमाका पैक को पूर्ण करवाया जाये |

                                Maine port ka request diya tha, airtel se call aya tha ki aap port na kare main apko usse better plan dungi isliye maine port nhi karwaya, 349 ka plan activate karwaya. Isme unhone bola tha ki unlimited call and sms per day 100 milega.

                                But bill me sms ka paisa include kar diya hai. Or mere no pe outgoning service band hai, pls help me sir.

                                  What use is a net connection that doesnt provide you with the speed. I have paid for lte speeds and was promisedaround 40mbps and all i get is kb's and thats also not stable. These people fail to provide connection a metropolitan city like chennai around prime zones o[censored]niversities. Tells me a lot about the promises they make, which at this point seem nothing but mere letters coming out from their mouth with nothing to back it up with. I have a jio dongle too and they did not promise a flying net speeds but atleast what they give is respectable and stable. Dont just spit out net speeds in ads when you cannot back it up. This is why airtel is losing customers and just so.
                                  I called up the helpline and as usual got a date extension and a complaint id, but we all know how that works. Never expected a major telecom company to be this ill efficient.

                                    I received an email saying that your claim has been rejected because of mishandling the mobile, where as mobile damaged accidentally not because of mishandling, and to cover the accident only i opted for the insurance. Even after paying bills on time and premium you are not serving me. My phone is not repaired by you which is already covered under insurance scheme of airtel.

                                    I replied to last email (See the trailing email) received from airtel regarding the non acceptance of my phone claim and till date i haven't received any reply on that. I also did not received any communication from airtel for returning my un-repaired mobile back. Surprisingly, today morning i received my mobile back and i was shocked to see it un-repaired and further damaged as well, all the parts are missing (Sin card tray). It has stopped working, when i submitted mobile it was working fine, expect the damaged screen now it is totally dead.

                                    Airtel has cheated me by giving false commitments on damage protection (By airtel insurance - premium already paid) of my mobile and also my mobile is totally dead now.

                                    It's been month i am not getting support for Airtel team.

                                    As discussed multiple times that this is Airtel responsibility to send me sim tray. i don't want any stupid solution.

                                    1) send me sim tray original.
                                    2) send me transportation cost to visit service center to buy sim tray.

                                    Please chose any option above.
                                    In my village we have 2g network which is very slow. please provide g network. its a very urgent necessity for all the people of my village.

                                    Airtel is just activating the services and charging without informing the customer. My number got activated with 5 services worth 189 (35+35+35+35+49) and it is showing in the Airtel app in the extra usage.

                                    I had added international roaming booster @2999 a 10 days pack, it has been added twice to my bill. I am unable to get guidance from customer care, I can still see the booster in my current plan . How do I go about this. Please assist
                                    I am helpless and been persistently calling Airtel customer care since last 25 days.

                                    Issue- sim ported from Vodafone to Airtel; Vodafone has sent a confirmation of porting; calling Airtel customer care since 25 days; all they do is wait for 24hrs

                                    Can you please help me with the issue
                                    NO update from Airtel till now.

                                      I recharged my prepaid mobile with offer rs.244 (Unlimited local call and 1gb for70 days) on 23.09.2017. Amount is taken by airtel from my main balance when i make call. Airtel is suppose to give free call instead of taking balance amount from main balance. I try to contact the customer care but i am getting unnecessary information from computer service.
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I am a airtel postpaid customer for the past 14 years. Of late the connectivity through airtel is extremely poor and call drops are very high. (Bangalore) the bills are extrmely high and detailed bills are not coming out in their website.

                                        Today i tried to port my airtel number to bsnl. Though i had sent 1900 followed by my mobile number at least 12 times in the last couple of hours correctly, i am getting the reply sms as "you have entered an incorrect code" all the 12 times.
                                        It looks as though they are intentionally preventing the customer to move out. Is the trai helpless? What do i do? I am helpless.
                                        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        My mobile number was changed from Aircel to Airtel. The number portability was completed on18th sep, 2017. Since then Iam not able to make outgoing calls, send SMS or dial 59059 inspite of recharging with airtel.
