I have 2 airtel numbers. [protected] which i stopped using and [protected] which i am currently using. I was doing a promotion of rs 399 on [protected] using airtel app and it was done for [protected] which was definitely an issue of app. I am the owner of both the numbers but airtel customer is not transferring the money from [protected] to [protected]. I have done recharge of rs.100 on september 11 th 2017 using airtel.in. On the same day, i get unsuccessful recharge message. But, it does not reflect in my account yet.
