Sir, i am having airtel postpaid connection of mobile no-[protected], to my account 10 gb data is offered by airtel company & same is reflected at airtel mobile application & i am using same data every month, only 1 month have not charged for internet, after that suddenly they have charged in rs.500/- on aug-17 & rs. 500/- on sep-17 bill respectively, after requesting & visited to airtel center & they are not willing to reversing of amount. Hence kindly help me and instruct to airtel company for refund the same & lodge a complaint for doing fraud things to the costomer by wrong guidance.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Even my network gets suddenly disappear after a call so i cant make the other call i had to search for the network manually and then able to make another call
