Hi, my name is .Ramakrishna Bharadwaja used idea sim and ported into airtel and when i am porting into airtel they given me promises like first 3 months you will get better bill with less amount etc etc then i'm tempted came to airtel but now they giving full amount and 18% tax they tell. they dont know before im taking they should tell about right things. im completely cheated by airtel.
if any one want to respond before call me first know about my plan and how i got cheated. then tell me reasons why happen like this.
I am taken sim in SR NAGAR branch and to take i waited 2 hrs.

final words i was given complaint that i am does not having signal no one responding i want to rollback to idea but they said that i need to wait upto 3 months. this is how making money airtel. please be honest. Do business properly dont think Indians are fools simply we leave you. upto i get solution i will post every complaint web site and i will continuously get to know every one having this type of issues

    Airtel make us to purchase new box as upgrade which does not match even previous feature and now no one responding as we have complain that we are not happy with features no one returning my old box.
    A. I was using "hd recording box" which can record channel and simultaneously i can watch
    B. But customer care propose to upgrade box as internet tv box along with recording channel feature but actually fact is when i am watching same channel only i can record i can't record one channel and switch to another channel which was my old box feature so help me to get me my old box

    A very bad experience of Airtel customer service. Being a brand you people don't know how to serve your customers. My DTH services are not working since 28th June 2018, now its 4 days; i, e. 1ist July its not been fixed now.

    I have called customer care 100 times, your executive fool us by giving false commitments and saying we will send technician in one hour two hours, by 2 pm, by 8 pm, but no one came to help us. I am calling you guys like fools from past four days and you people are not ready to help us.

    Very bad service, now as customer i will make sure to post this bad incident on every social media platform so that people would know how badly you treat your customers.

      On 25th august 2017 i had recharged my pre paid mobile connection for rs.150/- through airtel app. Txn id[protected]. My bank account debited but talk time not credited.

      I spoke to their customer care and requested them to refund the amount or credit the talk time. Complaint ref no conrc [protected] dated 28.8.2017.

      Till date no resolution.

          I m really in very much depression due to the no service on my airtel no. [protected] from the day i hv taken the service from airtel there is no network in my home specially i got fedup of this i want my no. To convert in prepaid gsm why should i pay bill when i m not have service in the whole month i didn't make a call.. From airtel because of no service.. Here is the screenshot attached...

            Today on 13th sep 2017. I visited airtel store, sangvi, pune to link aadharno to my mobile [protected]. There i got registered with my aadhar no and thumb impression. I got message aadhar link will be done in 48 hrs & informed by sms. But additionally without my permission they activated airtel payment bank account. I got sms about that. I called customer care 121. Talked to vidysagar. He said he can't close account. He told me to call on 400. I called on the no. But ivr is asking me for mpin change and no person to talk there.
            I am requesting please deactive my airtel payment bank account

              I have been using airtel from past 6 years. But sometimes i face the problem with online recharge. It happened to me before also.
              This time i have done a recharge of 29 (For datapack 115 mb-30 days) on 13 sep 2017. It was unsucessful and money got cut from my account.
              I would request you to look into this issue asap and process my refund.

[protected] due to some problem this no is closed from last 1-2 month now i want to restart this no again and want to change in prepaid plan but store executive said for deposit all due amount and reactivation fee 250/- and 1500/- advance. I am agreed to deposit all previous due amount but disagree to deposit advance amount and he said to if i don't deposit advance amount this no could not restart plz help me.

                  I happen to receive a call from an airtel rep from the number - +[protected] from some airtel office in kolkata, india. The guy calling had been offering me a plan of airtel postpaid, but i was surprised with the way the guy informed me i wasted his time when i asked him that i shall call back once i am free. I work in accenture (It field) and we are engaged in meetings, so i requested if i can callback later, but to my surprise i was provided a horrible response from the rep. When i asked his details, he said what would i do collecting his information? Is this kind of a service provided by airtel to customers? Its simply horrible and i never plan to switch to airtel or refer my colleagues to use it ever after such horrible service.

                  Take a look into it and train these # calling and harassing people.

                    I recharged my airtel no [protected], yesterday. 345 rs for ul calls and 1gb per day for 28 days. The amount is debited from my account and my number is not getting recharged. I complained yesterday, today got message telling that you hope this problem is solved. What should I do . Just give back my money

                      A few weeks back, i encountered a problem with airtel sim. It was no longer detected by any mobile devices. I went to service center that issued me another sim on 9 sep 2017. Though my phone now is able to detect the sim, this time i am not receiving any signal. I am getting error: cannot connect to network. I now notice that the sim is of 4g (128k), the previous one was of 64k.
                      As per the service center, the sim should have started working within 24 hrs. It's been 4 days now i am not able to get any signal.
                      When i tried to set the network connect manually, it shows: selected network (Ind airtel) unavailable. When i tried to do automatic setting, it says that your sim card doesn't allow to connect to this network. Is there any work-around? I complained earlier in your website. Your solution did not work.

                        I am an airtel secure subscriber since 16/07/2017. On the 28th of august i dropped my phone accidentally while picking it up from my bedside table and the screen cracked. I logged my claim with airtel secure. (Service request #2293204) i had to upload my documents at least 6 times before i could submit the claim. Even after giving the true description of the event they called me and told me that my claim is pending because the description is incomplete. Still i tried again and filled up the description in more detail and after that i was prompted to upload a picture of the sim tray. Now i am getting tired of this whole exercise and am beginning to feel cheated as they are just making me jump loops unnecessarily. Please get this sorted soon or i will have to file a claim in the consumer courts.

                          I have been a satisfied customer with (Airtel india) since long time. My mobile number is ([protected]) but i regret to inform you that nowadays i am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network reception. The handset’s network indicator shows full signal but i cannot make a clear phone call. This unwanted obstruction posing lots of inconvenience for me.

                          In this situation, i would request you to take necessary actions to resolve this problem as early as possible.

                            My airtel number [protected] isn't been used as i'm suffering issues from connectivity problem, my number is not reachable from past a week even after clearing bills on time, also have applied for family plan joining which isn't happened, and the store people are literally illiterate and cannot do their work, requesting the department to take strict action against such behaviour of company and its worst services against innocent customers

                              Is the only job of airtel is to continually annoy a customer? To pratice fraud and trickery to retain their customers? I has applied for airtel porting from haridwar to chennai circle. Thereafter, i visited the airtel store at tiruvottiyur some 10 times. I also called airtel customer care some innumerable times, where i was everytime put on hold for 15 mins, some even threatened not to listen n disconnect when my voice went a bit louder (Which is obvious in my situation). I am on roaming for the last 2 mnths, and i now sense this organisation as a complete liar. No reason can now justify the behaviour of the organisation, and that too for so long. I have lost my cool. Kindly look into the matter.

                                Its was the worst experience of mine with the airtel... Its customer care is too bad as its network... Okk there can be some problem in network but in customer care also poor condition... One week has been passed to my complaint but no action is taken... It is very difficut for me to use such network.. I cant even listen the song online... And dont even dare to ask for video... So horrible.. I m fed up from this... 😡😠ðŸ˜

                                  I have been overcharged for my previous month postpaid bill amount. More over my bill amount is different in the text message being received to that of the one displayed in the portal. Airtel is cheating its customer.

                                  Besides this issue, i have a current plan of 425 local+std wherein i have used only 209 min but ts been shown as overusage. Don't understand what these people really mean when i have balance minutes left and its been shown as overusage in the portal and being overcharged.

                                  Kindly look into the matter.
                                  Early response would be appreciated..

                                  Didn't expect such things from airtel.

                                    I don't even know what is this thing never subscribed for it, yet 5 rupees was being deducted from my account daily. I feel like cheated by airtel to loot money from me happened before also like subscriptions that we don't have an idea about. These people know very well on how to cheat customers and they don't hesitate to do it without any shame. Have been using airtel for more than 7 years and had many experiences like unsubscribed callertunes and other stuff that i can't recall. Regrets choosing airtel for my service.

                                      As i'm the post paid customer in airtel since 2012, i'm very much irritated on this service.
                                      As per the offer given to my number.. I need to get 26gb data every month. But from 2 months they are suffering me with their issues,, and i have been complaining them so many times but the response is very poor.
                                      Every time i'm raising complaint to their higher team, but the response is very poor. And this month i sent so many mails regarding my issue,, till now there is even no reply to my mails..
                                      So please provide me some proper justice with this disgusting network.

                                        From last two billing cycle my bill always created wrongly. My bill plan is 649 but last month bill is 1700+ and this month bill is 4600+ why are they creat is type of bill.
                                        And most important i am suffering from network problem from last 1 yr and i was complain about it many time but there is no solution about it right now. When was i call to customer care of airtel they always says that sir we are register your complain and it will be resolve in 3-4 working day but there is no action at all. Airtel is only making money. They have no heart for customers.
                                        So plz take action to this king of company
