I am an airtel postpaid user i have filed a complaint at airtel customer support for massive call drop at my residence locality on date 23.07.2017 with reference number 78023417 and again i complained about same on 05.08.2017 with reference number 78408382. Both the complaints are at hold till now even after two months no improvement in network quality has been observed. Network is so worse that i am not able to talk properly to any other mobile network at my home location for even a 30 seconds. Please to something about it since operator is not in any mood of improving their network quality.

    Sir/mam,
    Some airtel offices in kohima are charging rs. 50 - 200 for aadhaar linking. This is a daylight robbery. Since i know that its suppose to be free of cost, so i went to link my aadhaar card but and i refused to pay i was told that the line is down. It seems the line is up only for those people that pays money. I mean, how can i pay for something that is free of charge? Please suggest some ways to tackle this situation.

        For availing airtel broadband connection for my residence i have approached the airtel showroom in trichy. After certain queries about my location and submission of aadhar, pan photocopies, i have paid rs.1000/- (One thousand only) through my atm card on 4th may 2017 to airtel. Later their executive called me saying that there are some technical issues and wiring issues which common people can't understand. I have contacted the showroom where i paid rs.1000/- for a refund request. They replied that i will get my money back after 3 months. Now its sepetember 13, 2017 which is beyond the time limit as they said. I want to know the reason why they have not refunded it back and what about the interest of my money which is simply stagnant in other's place for no purpose. I need my money back.

        Airtel customer care is still contacting me for broadband connection which they cannot provide in my area. I wonder what a great communication they have within themselves, instead of disturbing a customer those many times for a work which can't be done, can't they do something useful. Airtel should be ashamed for such poor communication team.

I raised complaint on 22nd August 2017 till date there is no response from you people. Filing case in consumer court will not pay any payment for this month till the issue get resolved.

            I have tried getting new 4g sims thrice now, each time i try to activate, i get a message that the new sim is now activated, it tells me to restart the handset but as soon as i restart the phone, it shows no network. If i put back old sim again it still works.

            I have been trying to reach airtel support but they keep saying there will be a call back but no response occurs.

            I have been an airtel user for 7 years, after all this frustration i am planning to apply for a number change and deactivate my number. But they are unwilling to listen to this at all, since my number is postpaid number they will keep sending the bill.

                  Sir,

                  This is to informed you that past six moths we got weak airtel network in our locality. Some times shows no network coverage, emergency calls only possible in that time. My family have six number [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Here many airtel users are facing the same problem. We already complained many times. Two times request for port ack no. Ad192531 dt 23.03.2017 and ad132381 dt. 25/08/2017 the airtel network team contacted and told me that "we will come very soon and solved the issue", every time registering the complaint the airtel executives call back and repeat the same thing. I also sent open network report mail. But unfortunately the problem is not fixed

                  So kindly please reconnect the network problem in our locality as soon as possible. Or provide me signal booster

                    Excellent customer care service they don't hear what the problem is, directly disconnected the call
                    Customer care message me that if you recharge of rs 💯 then 💯 tt will get i get rs 82 recharge with in 15 min when message sent the customer care executive says that there is no scheme about this they behave rudely
                    I want to port my no as soon as possible
                    Within 15 min your scheme change
                    With in 15 days my no with change
                    About 76 no are there in my co of airtel
                    All will be in tata docomo or jio

                      I have been an airtel postpaid customer for the past 10 years and all my family members use airtel services. Offlate, i’m facing lot of issues with airtel due to network problem. I’m not getting network at my home (Kuniamuthur, coimbatore) for the last 4 to 5 months (It was working fine prior to that). I have spoken to several customer service executives, raised several tickets (Not sure of the status), but nothing improved. Once a rep from erikson came to my home, checked the network signals and confirmed that it is worst at my home and he said, he would submit the report to airtel. Even after that nothing has changed and its getting worst now. No use of having huge data when 4g network is not loading.

                      Most of the time when someone try to reach me, they get ‘not reachable’ answer. At times, even i’m not getting network for emergency communications. I raised a ticket # 76916417 on 13/6/2017, 77330196 on 29/6/2017, 78896330 on 24/8/2017 and 78908878 on 25/8/2017 for the same network issue. Everytime i speak to your customer service executives, they raise a ticket, says networking team will contact me in 2 days, but nothing happened. I don’t know what happened to the status of all these tickets.

                      I need this networking problem fixed at my home immediately as i’m getting ridiculous service from airtel. Not sure if this is how airtel would treat a long standing loyal customer

                      I'm currently at Chennai and Coimbatore Cheran Maanagar is my home town. While I visit my home town I face lot of issues with Airtel network, especially 4g connectivity and voice clarity. My mom and me planning to do MNP to some other network soon.
                      We are paying the network and what's the use of network sucks...

                        I m really very much frustrated with your supervisor behavior on call i would like to bring this to your notice i had issue with recharge and benefits as there were false details provided on call so i raised that to your supervisor in return i didnt get any proper ans other than bad words, rude, no respect, abusive, it is sad to know that your supervisors need to know to whom they are talking to and you people as a company owe to us and i am paying for the service i am not asking something for free when it is my right i need it.
                        Even after recharge false details provided.

                          I had downloaded airtel app, by that channel i went to refill my pre paid balance account. I got a offer of 399 for 84 days. So i paid online from my credit card account month ago. Yet i had not received balance in my account my mobile number [protected]. Then i went to airtel gallery to lodge a complaint. They checked the account and replied i had not paid any payment. I am waiting for my statement to come. To claim. Plz do a need full favour. They cheat people. Even reliance jio had not paid my port payment.

                              I didn't expect this from airtel,

                              I am subodh kumar sahoo and
                              [protected] is my number, on august 13 2017 i had recharged my number with 899, it was an offer on my number for 84 days which had been given 2gb data/day with unlimited call (Tnc apply)
                              I had checked this offer on my number best offer by ussd code *121# and also called to the customer care to assure about this offer, one of your customer service executive assured me and told me that this is a best offer on my number and if i recharge with 899 on or before 14 august 2017 and if my handset and sim is 4g then i will get the above benefit, i was known about my phone and sim were 4g but for the assurance i asked him that my phone and sim were 4g or not, he told me that i m using nokia 3 it's a 4g handset and my sim was 4g activated and i will get the benefit of 84 days on recharge of 899

                              After that i decided to recharge it and open my airtel payment bank and the 899 offer was also shown there in my number best offer like the screen shot i have taken.

                              After recharged with 899 i got the message
                              "recharge done on[protected]:42pm, mrp:rs899.00, gst 18% payable by company/distributor/retailer, transid[protected]. Open 100fci bank ac get 10%cb*t&c"
                              "unlimited all local + std calls +3.5gb/day on 4g handsets and 6gb for other handsets for 28 days. T&c apply."
                              And when i checked the data balance it's showing 6gb data valid till 9th september 2017, i was got panic by seeing this and called to customer care one of the agent laudge my complaint by giving "thank you for contacting us. Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile [protected] has been resolved to your satisfaction. Your ref. No. Is cbnrv[protected] registered on 13-aug-2017 13:09" reference number,
                              But i didn't get any confirmation / call / message for the serviece request status.
                              So i decided to call again and i had made a call on 31 august, and on 2nd september, and your agent told me that i have got the offer benefit and it's weaver date is november 11
                              But on 9th september my offer benefit was weaver and my main balance were deducted, i decided to laudge a complaint but one of the senior executive/team leader checked the offer history and told me that this offer had never given to my number then how could i get the benefit,
                              After a long conversation he agree to laudge a complaint on wrong information given, and he told me that after listen the audio recording, they call. Me back..

                              Here is my question if you are not capable to give any offer benefit to the customer then you gives assurity and cheated us.

                              I was using 2 jio sim but when i seen the 899 offer on my number i thought to recharge it but my friends pull me not to go through airtel, because airtel has so many terms and conditions, but i know that airtel net speed is better than jio so i decided to go through airtel, but it was my big mistake to chose airtel, you are cheated on us.

                              I only known that aircel is a fraud company, but now i realized airtel is also like aircel...

                                  I had taken a pack for 2999 for my visit in u. K. For 3 days. They sent me a bill for 66k inspite of me using wifi at dubai airport. Airtel is looting people and not even having a resolution for it. All that they have provided me is a complaint number 79371027. My credit limit is 14, 600. How did they alllow it to increase to 66k. After repeatedly talking to customer care all that they told me is that the bill is due to my usage at uae. How is that possible for 2 hours? Also my bill usually gets generated on 23rd of every month since this month i had not received it on that day i called airtel to check why and their customer support member told me they were having issues with bill generation and that i would get it in a few days. And when i got the bill in the first week of september they sent me a bill of 66k. So much for paying my bills on time. Airtel who the hell do you think you are fooling.

                                    I recharged for 100 rs talktime and immediately 4 services were activated on my number. My balance became 0 in 2 minutes. Services were : gamespindw, videostore, red chillies, gamescentre. I have to deactivate them as soon as they are activated. I dont even know what to do with tbese and where and how to use them. It's been around 30th time this is happening. Whenever i recharge the same things happen. I want full refund. I am a student and it is difficult for me to recharge in first place and then this happens. I want refund for this time and every other time i was cheated.

                                      When i make a call to toll free no, they make charged (12/09/17), for this am made call to customer care, without providing any information, they cut call and after again made call they transfer to another department (Land line), later also they cut call. Am losing time for simple information. When recharge my mobile as they said all local and std and landline and customer service. Later if i made call my balnce is getting deducting.

                                      Airtel is saying that fastest network, but never it is. Very slow and worst service.

                                        I am user of airtel postpaid ([protected]), currently i am using a 99 rs rental myplan. For this month i have received a bill of rs 31221.14. When i have checked this bill details i have found that airtel have charged all this amount on my data usage, although i have also a data balance of 11gb.

                                        I was totally shocked by seeing this huge amount (31221), usually i am getting the bill of around rs130.

                                        I have already talked to airtel customer care and launched a complain in this regard (Complain no:[protected]. But i do not get any corrective action.

                                        Since my bill due date was yesterday (11.09.2017), please check and correct this bill amount by today only.

                                        Else i will go to the consumer court against this problem.

                                        I am using this mobile no since 2008, this type of mistake is not accepted from company like airtel.
                                        This thing effect the loyalty of customer toward's airtel.
