I have raised complaint again and again wo the customer care of airtel. But there is no reply.
1st i am unable to call customer care as what ever selections is being asked is in kannada which i don't understand.
I have asked multiple time to change my language but no action has been taken yet.
2nd i have recharged for 349 on 19th aug 2017 which gives benefits o[censored]nlimited call std/local and 28gb net for 28 day. But from 9sep itself my balance got deducting. For the same i wasn't able to call customer care as my language is kannada i raise to port my number, so customer care people will call them self to ask the issue. When i received call from them a person asked me to raise a complaint in calling to 155233.
What the hell is this. I am frustrated with airtel.

    I have requested for porting from chennai to telangana to the same airtel network. After activation call to 59059 also i am not able to make any calls. I have kept porting request from your airtel customer service center in srinagar colony, hyderabad. I have been waiting since 2 days to activate my sim. Calling your customer service also but not at all responding properly and issue is not solved. I have faced worst customer service with airtel. Kindly rectify the issue.

      I am using airtel 4g internet but when i connect to 4g network it does not even work. So i was using 3g internet but experiencing s*t speed i did not even get 2g speed i am experiencing it from atleast3 months i have also called the customer care but they say 'ok we will fix it after 30 minutes you will get india's fastest airtel internet ' i was using airtel since i got a phone i was thinking that this is the best network even i did not bought jio because i thought this is the best network but airtel dissappointed me i think i have to stop using airtel if this could not resolved

        Sir, i am having airtel postpaid connection of mobile no-[protected], to my account 10 gb data is offered by airtel company & same is reflected at airtel mobile application & i am using same data every month, only 1 month have not charged for internet, after that suddenly they have charged in rs.500/- on aug-17 & rs. 500/- on sep-17 bill respectively, after requesting & visited to airtel center & they are not willing to reversing of amount. Hence kindly help me and instruct to airtel company for refund the same & lodge a complaint for doing fraud things to the costomer by wrong guidance.

          I have procured an airtel home wifi connection dongle no [protected] on 26 aug 2017, and paid an advance of rs 3000/- for period of four months of service to be provided, the connection has been non functional since 01 sep 2017 and in spite of repeated complaints to the air tel customer care and vist to the air tel store and service provider the company has not made any efforts to restore the services and rectify the fault. This has resulted in considerable loss to my work.

            We have paid the amount rs.1000 for the broadband connection and the airtel guy from sector-35, faridabad told us that our connection will be set up tomorrow or the day after that. But it's been a week since that and no one has contacted us regarding the router and connection. We tried calling the same guy but he has been avoiding our calls and when he picks up he makes excuses everytime. Please do something otherwise people will lose faith in your company.

              I have already escalated my complaint regarding billing issues however still not received any revert.

              The reference numbers are mentioned below:
              1) reference number is po[protected].
              2) reference number is po[protected].

              I have changed my plan and airtel has charged me exorbitant data charges of rs.3200/- wherein my data usage is quite less as i have wifi at home. I have escalated the issue however did not receive any revert yet, got a call today from customer service for payment so asked them to resolve the billing issue however due to line disturbances call got disconnected and post that no revert from them.

              Request you to intervene as i am quite sure it's an error due to plan changes, i have infact gone to a higher plan so this charges just cannot be possible.

                Dear Sir, I have airtel wi fi device with sim number [protected]. I recharged this device through sbi net banking on 04.09.2017 for Rs. 345.00. The amount has been debited from my account but the device has not been recharged. Please revert the amount back to my account.

                  I have done recharge through airtel app to my delhi number [protected] through sbi debit card vide transaction number[protected] on 10/09/2017. After doing the recharge the balance is shown in my airtel app but there is no nwtwork in my mobile. I called the customer care who informed that the number has been allotted to some other person because it was not used for more than 90 days.
                  Now, i want refund of my rs 60 because if the number was disconnected then how it is displayed in my airtel app. If it was allotted then why it is shown in my profile of airtel app. Moreover, i was never informed by airtel that my number was disconnected.

                  Kindly resolve the matter and refund the money in my sbi account.

                    I have been using airtel's prepaid number *598 for the last 5 years. For the last 5 months i was not using this number since i had to travel frequently out of country, but i made it sure that the sim is in working position. After some days sim didnt work, it displayed "sim card registration failed". I thought that my sim card must have become faulty since i had not used it for months. So i call to airtel's customer care to get a duplicate sim card. There airtel's representative told me your no status is active and says me' go to the nearest airtel office and give your id there and we will issue new sim card for the same your old number. That the number has been disconnected and has been installed on some new sim card, hence i cannot get this number back. Today my sim number is issue for other person. The reason they gave me is that "you've not received any incoming or outgoing call in the last 3 months, so it got disconnected". I 've this number on my visiting cards/i card/atm/irctc web site and lots. More than 1000people/clients have this number. I feel completely devastated. I need this number back at any cost. How can airtel disconnect this connection without any notice? Even if i was not using this sim card they do have our e-mail id, residential address, alternate number. Cant they even sent one notification? I feel really cheated. How can i get my number back? Please help

                      Sir,
                      It has been a horrible experiences o[censored]sing your sim for the last few months. I have been not able to use the data at all in my phone. If you provide me the data for five minutes for the next five hours you disconnect it. I suppose to use 1gb data per day and i am unable to use even 10 mb data per day due to no connection.
                      Therefore i request u to sort out the problems as early as possible, because it affects my studies very badly
                      And if you can't rectify my problems with regard to your sim i may have to the higher authorities.

                      its almost half a day is over that i have filed the complaint and there has not been no action taken over it.

                        Airtel postpaid provided free promotional data of 2 gb for three months. According to the airtel's data carry forward policy, it was carry forwarded to the next month. I recieved several mesaages stating the same and the myairtel app showed the same status. After the end of the cycle, i, was charged a hefty sum for the usage of that free carr forwarded data. Approaching customer care is like talking to a wall. Their method of functioning is very opaque and they don't disclose any details. For that matter, i'm still trying to talk to an accountable person. But i will not shy away from dragging airtel postpaid to consumer court, trai, or state court for that matter. So if any airtel exec reads this, please be advised. Resolve this with dignity, or lose face.

                        I faced the same issue.. cheating customers with carry forward data and saying that was not free. They why did you you guys carry forward instead of just cancelling the left over data. Shame on Airtel .. cheating people..

                          Hello sir, i tried too many times to deactivate my account. Multiple times i email at [protected]@airtelbank.... Please please deactivate my account. I am facing too many problems due to this. I also contacted to the airtel customer care located at zhopadi canteen in ahmednagar. They told me to contact customer care executive at 400. When dialing 400 number there is no option to deactivate this account. I also tried to search option in aitel payment bank application. There is also no option available. Please help me to deactivate my account - [protected].

                            I am an airtel customer and i recharged my dth connection for rs. 350 through online payment method. Transaction was failed and amount was deducted from my bank account. I haven't received the refund till now. This is so disappointing and i want the money back.

                              Hi my name is hasan i have port my number from reliance to airtel and documents submitted on 30th august and my reliance sim is deactivated on 6th september and till today dated 10th september airtel is not activated my number while taking to customer care mr. Karthik asked me to go to the nearest airtel retail outlet and ask for new blank sim as the sim which is is given by their excutive mr. Prasad serial number is not matching with updated sim serial number in back end when i went to their outlet in vidhyaranyapura first their tokon machine was not working after some banging on machine it started working and i got my tokon and my number was 8 and after wait for more then 1 hours finally i reached to the concern customer support person his name was ashok when i told my story to him he said you have to submit your all documents once again and the process will start from beginning and it will take 72 hrs to get activate your number when i asked him this is your company's mistake and everything is already done as i talk to customer care they said on new blank sim you can update my number then he said no it is not possible then i come back and please be informed i don't have any other mobile number i asked my friend's mobile and again called to customer care again after 1 hrs discussion they suggest me to do the same as they said before again next day i went to the rt nagar airtel retail outlet and submitted all documents and got new sim their also working persons was irresponsible and unprofessional as i waited their for two hrs and done all formalities and they promised me it will be activated within 3 hrs then too it was not activated yet and i again called to customer care this time mr. Shabbir was handling me and again same story he started we talk more than 1:30 hrs and i land up with same conclusion my sim number is wrong, please help me to come up with this issue as my all account is linked with my number and my parents who are 2900 kms away from me can't reach me from last 6 days they ll be worried and i am working in fmcg sector as marketing executive i have several superior bosses whom i can't call and inform about all this they may think i left the job or may be i am not available in market because of this airtel negligence i may lose my job and because of all this i can't transfer my room rent, i can't pay any bills my all otp comes to my number which is deactivated from last 6 day as i said. I want to file case against airtel because of their mistake i am suffering from too much tention, why they barred all calls if someone delay to pay their bill for 1 or 2 days because of their personal issue or something who ll componcet me as i am suffering from last 6 days...

                                Sir, the mobile number which i have was non functioning when i tried to make a call on 7th september, on visit to your nolambur airtel office they told me that it is registered in name of someone else from kanchipuram. I have submitted my personnel details to airtel office annanagar, 3rd avenue, when i visited that office.
                                I informed your office in nolambur about this issue. I was told to go and verify in that office. This office i found does not function now. I want to know why and how it is registered in someone else's name. What has happened to all our old documents which we submit to your office on our visits.

                                  Dear team airtel secure,
                                  Most respectfully i would like to share my experience with your team.
                                  I had purchased a insurance for my phone, samsung j7 prime from airtel secure, and incidentally when i was at my office my handset fall from the table and a little spot came on the edge (As you can see in the picture attached) but the handset was perfectly in working condition and touch was working, i was not willing to claim for insurance initially but on my friend advice i submitted the documents on airtel app, i had mentioned my true story of the incident that happened along with the pictures of the handset. After one week of submitting the claim i got the confirmation from airtel secure that the claim is accepted and there agent would come to pick the handset with in 20 days, but the agent didn't appear even after 25 days and when i complaint again they send there agent on the 28th day ie. 8-aug-2017 and took my hand set.
                                  I was waiting for my handset back, one fine day on 17th aug i got a message from airtel secure that your has been rejected, i was literally socked and called the customer service but they failed to give any information about it and asked me to wait till further notice, i had made numerous calls to customer service in the next four days but got the same answer that there is no information regarding rejection and at the end i got a message that my handset has been dispatched.
                                  Finally on 23rd august i received a courier at my office, i was not at my office at that time so the office boy received it and when i opened the box there is one more shock waiting for me, the display of my hand set was fully broken and when i tried to switch it on i failed to do so.
                                  I visited the airtel store and booked my complaint and also typed a mail to customer service but failed to get any response. Even after one week they are asking me to wait.
                                  Hope you would provide some solution to my problem.

                                    There are lot of issues or complaints with airtel. Your service is so irritating. Firstly i am unable to call in specific area where i live but i am able to use internet with good speed. Secondly i have contacted to 198 and 121 for complaint regarding this but no any contact happened. Its so bad.. My address - shivaji park, sambhaji nagar, chinchwad - 411019

                                      I have not activated such services...

                                        Hi, i have raise a broad band request and paid the amount 700 to agent on january 15 2017. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain. But haven't got any response. I am also requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel broadband or 4g service (3g service is not good near mp nagar bhopal than why 4g) to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying it.
