I'm airtel postpaid customer. I have availed 499 plan where i get 7gb 4g data. I was rewarded with 10gb 4g data a month for 3 months for installing airtel tv.
Now i'm done with initial 7gb data and the speed of internet went too slow that i cant even open their my airtel app since 24th aug, 2017.

Airtel, being one of the largest networks in the country is simply taking advantages of its customers. This is the 3rd month when a random service called dindoclub got activated. This incident has happened twice before, but that time they cut it for something called gamepind. And now this. They randomly deduct money from my account, when i do not even use that sim on a smartphone.

Hi, i have placed a request to convert my postpaid no. To prepaid at an airtel store in pondicherry on 28th july. I did followup with the store as well as customer care but my request is not completed and nobody is bothered about to inform the status. Usually as per the provided the request will not take more than 48 hours which in my case it is more than a month and not yet resolved....
