The list of calls made and received from my airtel network was leaked to an outsider without any prior consent. How can airtel internally leaked my personal information without any legal authority and i have been receiving threatening calls from unknown numbers. It is so easy to be cheated as there is no security and i doubt if there is any non-disclosure agreement signed by the employees. I will sue airtel for this as i am being harrassed. There is no safety with airtel when it comes to personal information. It is unbelievable how they can leak out personal info and scam people and harrass them. I will go to court regarding this as its a breach of information and falls under rti act of india and i want a resolution to this. I am spreading across social media so that people are aware of what is going on around them and this can happen to them as well, which is very dissapointing from one of the trusted network.

I am. Getting puk code in my mobile. As i had purchased this sim card about ten years back i don't have record of the same.
So kindly provide the puk code as early as possible so that i am able to use my mobile.
Presently it is blocked and i am feeling a lot of inconvenience because i cannot receive any call nor even any message_not to talk of sending any message or talking with any one

Hello team,
I have submitted application for conversion from postpaid to prepaid on 18th sep. On the same day i got a call from a customer representative that asking me the reason of conversion and i shared my issue. They have requested me to give 4 days to resolve the issue and also gave me some convincing offers. I agreed to wait for 4 days to solve my issue on some conditions that after 4 days if the issue has not solved then my application will be processed without any delay and without visiting any airtel store again, today is the 5th day and my issue has been not solved yet.
I contacted customer care on the same but they are saying that they dont have access to do from their end and kindly contact nearest airtel store.
If i visit nearest airtel store there is a huge queue and saying there is a server problem.
My question is that how much time i need to waste for this simple process of conversion from postpaid to prepaid? And how many times i need to submit the application for the same?
Is it required to do like a punishment if we use your airtel network?
I am the user of your network from past 10-11 years. I never experienced this type of service from your end.
Now could you please help me to process my application as soon as possible.

Sir, i am r. N. B. Koteswara rao bearing mobile number [protected]. I have this sim card in 2010. I was get portable to idea network. On[protected] my service was discontinued, i consulted idea customer service they said it was expired,, this number belongs to airtel network so you can consult airtel office. I also consulted airtel office they are telling that sim sard was in active, you can't get this up to 90 days. I humble request is to provide my sim card, because i am business man my dealings are going through this number. My alternate numbwr is [protected]

I am a resident of gf 2 durga residency, h. No 18-2/10-2, 8th line kedareswara peta, vijayawada 520003 and a subscriber of airtel prepaid connection bearing no. [protected]. I am not getting even one point signal in my house. Always i am forced to go out to make calls. The most unfortunate problem is with incoming calls. People are thinking that i am out of coverage area and are seriously disappointed. Some times signal gets suddenly dropped while in call and the other person is unpleasant of the situation.

In my airtel mobile app it clearly shows my bill plan is 450 rs montly rental. But each month i get a bill of 549 rs monthly rental. I complained about it every time to airtel customer care but they are not implementing the changes in bill plan. But i haven't send any sms to that number and i have no idea about that number. When i checked online the same number found for fraund in vodafne too. I guess its a fraud from the company. They have charged 1728 rs for that 5rs per sms. I want this to be solved... Are you guys making fraud. I am not willing to pay it if you will block me permanently.

I have recharged my sim with an amount of 349 for 28 days im not able to understand after having 3g/4g pck still im not able to access the net. The speed is very very low near to negligence. Your network connection is also very poor. I really think its better to switch for any other network such as vodafone as your problems are increasing day by day.

Your customer care department is formed not for us. They so much busy for looking any grieving customers. I am sure today i wait for your concern if you people not able to unblocked then consumers forum and court will knock your door soon. Your company dont underestimate the situation after holding such case i will file suit against your company and demand compensation as well for harrasment case and charge. Yesterday i have received a sms from 'ak-airrtv 'we receive your request for activation of mobile number *. The same will be activated within 4 hours'. But i have not request for any mobile number activation.

I have incorrectly recharged with 648/- i would like to cancel the recharge and i want a refund of the amount. Or atleast airtel could cancel the recharge the money and deposit my airtel bank.
Iam using a basic mobile and i don't use any of the services available on that recharge.

Kindly help me to sort this by cancelling the recharge and transferring back the amount to my airtel bank or refund to my bank account.

I have a post paid connection in personal name with airtel which has been transferred to cug.. Since last 30 hours my new sim not been activated... I have been detached from rest of world and faced many problems in the office.. My no. Is [protected]... I have contacted through our corporate coordinator with mr. Miraj ahmed of rourkela, odisha but he could not be contacted.. Even he did not responded..

I had recharged my prepaid number [protected] with amount 998 successfully from myairtel app but i didn't get the internet data on the specified number [protected]. Amount is also get deducted from my account. Please have a look into this.

I wish to make you aware of the horific experience i have gone through for purchasing a new wifi hotspot under 6 month advance rental scheme recently

I have learned today that the same has been suspended for 'address not verified'

Call made to [protected] at 6.50 pm today was of no use since they refused to take any request on phone. As informed by them my address has not been verified and i need to visit the nearest airtel store

My query is simple - shouldn't airtel staff visit my home to verify address? How will my visit to airtel store help in address verification?

I had recieved a call for address verification wherein i responded to all queries except one when the lady asked me to give details of the landlady as i am on rent which i refused. She then threatened me saying do you want the connection activated or not. I said 'your choice' but as a tenant i will not share any personal information of the landlady. And, my gosh the powerful lady has actually put the connection under suspension??

Isn't this amazing - the sheer power that now you go and visit the airtel store and beg them for reverification. This actually is audacious. Why cann't some one pay me a visit to verify that i am actually residing at the stated address

I have other airtel connections with the same address and all of them are clubbed in my airtel account. It is good to be process oriented but you can not become a slave to a rigid process

Now how do i take forward...

I am not visiting the store and go abegging - keep my 6 months rental as a gift for airtel csr if you wish

Would look forward to knowing airtel management view - the connection be damned
