They show different thing while attracting us to do the recharge and give another thing. For example i recently recharged my phone with 247 (Ul calls +3gb data), calls are ok but the data for which i did the recharge is such a crap. They didn't mentioned anything about 4g & 3g and when i checked my data balance the data was divided into 4g & 3g, i. E 3g =1gb &4g =2gb. My phone doesn't support 4g, now tell me what should i do with that 2gb data, 247 is a big sum for me, airtel why do you play with your own customer? I have been using this sim from 2011.
Please stop this fraud acts or else i will throw away my sim after the calling facility gets over.

    I was unable to get internet connection on my phone for last 2 days. Regarding the problem, i went to the nearest airtel store to get it sorted out where the store manager misbehaved with me and started hurling abuses. Do not claim to be the best service provider in the country if you cannot provide even the basic service. When i asked the manager his name, he started abusing again asking me to get lost.     I am amrut koli using airtel digital tv with customer id [protected] since 5th september 2017 dth is showing no signal message when i contacted to customer service they told that they will arrange technician visit and for that i have to pay rs 150/- for which i denied as i dont think i should pay because i have not done any mishandling and foult is in airtel dth kit then why shuld i pay any charges?

    Since then i have mailed regularly to airtel customer care and every time i receive call from diffrent executive to whom i explained my complaint (Atleast 3 to 4 diffrent exexutives) after their call i receive text msg from customer care stating technician visit have been arrange and he will visit your home however when i contact to technician they told they will not visit at free of cost.
    Finally on friday i received a mail from customer care stating that my customer will be attended free of cost and same i reconfimed with technician number which i received in morning he told me that yes your visit will be done free of cost and fixed appointment of 6.00 pm
    Accordingly as i am working 8.00 am to 8.00 pm i told my dad who is senior citizen to stay at my house so technician can visit

    But when i contacted same technician in the evening he told me that he will come only if i pay him and for free of cost service he will check with customer care and after that he dud not call and not bother to pick up my call.

    I have never experienced this kind of patheic service no cordination between customer care who is agreed for free of charge service after follow up of four days but technician denies for free of charge visit

      Parties involve: Hemant Memoria resident of S-4/102, street no.-4, Old Mahavir Nagar, New Delhi 110018 & M/s Bharti Airtel Limited.
      Summary of Case.

      On 28th November 2016, I have written a mail to Airtel to stop the service of my broadband of account number [protected], (the copy of which has been enclosed) & asked them to make my full & final bill up till that date & revert me so that I can clear my dues. But Airtel did not stop the service (as reported by them). I did not use the number after my request dated 28th November 2016. In the month of January, they generated the bill of Rs. 5578.48 & asked me to pay the bill up to January. After the period of November, I have not used any of their service in this time period but they are charging their carelessness on me & forcing me to pay for the services that I never used.
      On 28th march 2017, I again wrote a mail to them to close the matter ( the copy of which has been enclosed) but instead of closing the matter they sent me a legal notice regarding the payment for the services which I have not used.

      Kindly see the matter & help me regarding the same.

        Sir i have made a recharge for a amount of rs 349 for the number [protected] on 8/9/2017 first time the transaction was not processed so i have the second transaction but the amount as been debited two times in my mobikwik wallet kindly check and revert or extend the month two times for this recharge and i am very disappointed of this type if we made a transaction for the same amount please stop one payment to process because network issues or there so kindly refund the amount to my wallet

          I have done int roaming in airtel postpaid only after taken my sim for 5days... After coming from abroad i got a bill of appx 140000 which is jus unimaginable... If a credit limit is set then how could they can give such a huge limit to any of his customers and that also just after 5 days of new sim... Even after having a int roaming pack i got such a shocking bill... This airtel are jus cheating their customers... Jus beaware of this

            How can you distinguish between airtel 2g, 3g and 4g? I mean all three are the same in terms of speed.. Slow and useless as hell. And the funniest part is even after submitting so many complaints none of my problems have been resolved. I'm so done with you people and your # services. Seriously you're the worst. Your company should have been sued long time back.

              . Bad network: i recently changed by sim from 3g to 4g, later on while making call my network is getting lost and upon dis-connecting call i am getting full network. This is happening to almost every call, which is most frustrating because important call and emergencies are suffering.
              2. Bad customer service:
              2. A. While making a call to 121 or 198, there is no idr menu to lodge complaint about service.
              2b. Upon calling to 121 or 198 i am selecting option 1 for mobile services in that idr response is press 1 to know balance and press 2 to next menu, but even after pressing 2 it telling my balance and dis-connecting call, its so irritating.

              For all above complaint i have relevant scree shoots and call recordings

                Upgraded to a 4g simcard today. The old sim was deactivated after receiving a message stating my new 4g sim is now active. But, both the simcard aren't working now. Waiting for hours in vain. Why does this company give false advertisements about their services. Also, there isn't an option to connect to it's customer care executive through airtel prepaid number

                  Even after complaint by phone, network issue and 4g speed issue is yet not resolved on my number.
                  I have done recharge of rs 399. Means 1 gb everyday.
                  But, due to slow net, sometimes like 2g... Not unable to use 4g speed and loosing most of the data everyday.
                  Fastest network is it?
                  Once during the complaint, i was informed that in my area 4g not set yet, then why offering scemes to recharge with...?
                  Why showing 4g in header? But no speed.
                  Should i accept that in the name 1gb everyday, lots of cheating is being done.
                  Apart from that, it is a long journey to reach to customer care representative on 198... By clicking lots of numbers?
                  The so called fastest network, at this moment, while writing, not able to open airtel open network link???
                  How far is to good by not providing the complete benefits for the paid amount.???

                    Signal quality in this area is very poor. You can install your mobile tower to enhance signal strength. Can talk about modalities. Thanks plzz fix it as soon as possible.                       I wanted to convert my postpaid sim into prepaid and i submitted my request with all documents at airtel store in samalkha haryana on 30/08/2017. They took 250 rupees from me telling it my postpaid bill and additional 130 rupees for the new prepaid sim. Till now my request has not been forwarded by them nor the 250 rupees been credited to my bill. Again they callled me on 08/09/2017 and told me to credit extra rs.50 as my pending postpaid bill. Moreover they are not issuing any form of bill for the payments made by me towards them of rs.250 and 130. They are just maintaing a manual register for the payments and i doubt if they had made that entry for my bills in that register also. Please look into the matter as its the case of harrassing a customer and extortion o[censored]ndue money for him.

                          I was using a airtel prepaid sim till last two weeks. My sim suddenly out of nowhere started to show no service. Went to airtel store. They said i will have to make my phone postpaid. I agreed and submitted required documents. Now they said the verification team will reach at address given. But it has been 1 full week they have not turned at the desired address giving silly reasons. My phone is off since 2 weeks now and i am helpless. Airtel should take care of this as i have been a loyal customer since almost 10 years now.

                            Dear sir,
                            I really request you from my heart please give me final call for what is going on regarding my airtel number, i have already complaint number of times to you but you are directly closed my complaints without notice.
                            I have registered complaints on 25 aug - po[protected], on 29 aug - po[protected], po[protected], po[protected], on 30 aug - po[protected].
                            And now all complaints are closed without notice by call, sms or mail.

                            If i talked with customer care they are using unprofessional language, calling for remaining rs.16 payment and not call to solve for my network problem.

                            I want to file case in consumer court against airtel network, please guide me.

                            All customer care are not taking network issues seriously, they are talking and just attend customers and not taking any actions.
                            sometimes I found If i want to call some one in urgent basis, You need too try to call upto 30 min, or more than 100 times, also you can not call to airtel customer care.

                              I have registered for airtel secure plan for rs. 79 pm. On 14 aug i have raised a claim since then, airtel is just delaying the process. Initially, they said that my documents were not uploaded, although i have uploaded many times, the same documents are visible on 3rd party insurance partner's website, but airtel is denying that documents are not uploaded.

                              I have bought the phone along with a laptop so the entire amount goes above a lakh, hence again a silly excuse and lame reason that you haven't billed separately. I am tired of calling and chasing airtel for the claim. I have been emailing ceo, managing directors and all still no action.

                              Just for sympathy they will call only once, and after that no call if the customer cannot pick up. Fed of their lame excused and irresponsible behavior. Initially i have been committed for 21 days, which got over week back, still, am waiting for help.

                              Finally, a person connected and said i need to provide a document saying that i m the rightful owner, i asked that person to send me email id and he agreed to send me required details but that person vanished and m still waiting for the call. I am ideal to sit in front of the phone and see when your call comes.

                              I ill be waiting for a week, after that, i am compelled to seek a legal solution.

                                Hi!

                                This has reference to the airtel broadband service at our place bearing contact#[protected]. We got this broadband connection installed on 28th july 2017. Within one month, the line got disrupted and we have not been able to receive calls or access the internet service. The same was reported to the airtel customer care for restoration on 5th september 2017 at 4.30pm. They got the complaint registered at their end and shared a sr# 87313996 with us for further follow up and also guaranteed us to fix the issue within 48 hour time. A field engineer named mr. Tamil called us from [protected] who also visited the site the same day evening to diagnose the problem. He identified the problem and informed us that the cable beneath the road is cut and hence, the phone line is not working. He also confirmed that a service engineer shall visit the site the next day and get the same fixed. However, time passed by and no one came to restore the connection. We kept following the customer care regularly but every time the customer care had the same answer for us that is “we will fix the issue in 48 hours!” and they had no clue whether the service team is working or not to fix the issue. On 6th september, we kept calling mr. Tamil frequently but he did not respond to any of our call. As tamil did not respond to our call, we contacted airtel customer care to find out the status of the complaint and heard from mr. Anbu, who introduced himself as the manager, that the internet problem is prevailing across chennai and that he shall not be able to confirm us the deadline to restore the connection. Next day, somehow got connected to mr. Tamil, over phone but from a new mobile number. Once again he assured us that the connection will be restored by end of the day and no one turned up this time as well. Have discussed with mr. Tamil today but i am not sure whether he will resolve the issue or not.

                                Most of our work is online based and without internet we get immobile. I request airtel team to consider this matter as a matter o[censored]tmost importance and resolve it immediately.

                                  I have recharged the amount of 147 but got 500 mb.. I contacted customer service. They havent got any resolution at all. Always asked me to wait. Very poor customer service and company is scamming people. They advertise the one which they cannot provide. Seriously will port out the number soon from this company. Please take action against this company. Airtel management is very poor. They call themselves as fastest network. They are poor and its 4g is also weak. People are being misleaded and are advertsement are thrown to market without proper implementation of service. A cool person will also get frustrated when his or her money is being considered as lost.
