fraud service - airtel

Ppl from airtel came spoke to me about portability service they asked me to do few steps got 350 from me and left. Wen he just left i called the number from the bill that i dont want the service becuase i still dint finish with vodafone billing cycle. I was threatened from a rep from airtel store saying that we ill see how u will get the refund. This is totally not right. 350 is a hard earned money. I lost all the respect i had on airtel....

broadband connection frequent disconnection/router range not addressed

Got the airtel broadband connection on 1st aug 2017.
The technician came and installed the router which comes with connection.

Problems reported to airtel:
1. Router range is not reachable from other rooms in apartment
2. Frequent disconnection happening (Atleast 3-4 times a day)
3. After 10-12 calls to customer care, finally this was registered as a complain after 3 weeks.

unauthorized activation of service with money deduction

deducting balance for unwanted paid services

I have recharged my number today twice.. However airtel has deducted money for 2 or 3 paid services which i never subscribed myself. I tried to call customer care at 121 however could never found an option to reach customer care executive.. Please refund my money ₹30 and ₹15 which u have deducted without my consent..
