Today, at around 3:15 p. M. I happened to come across a roadside vendor/ retailer/support staff of airtel, imphal. As incessant sms came from telecom authorities to fulfil the mandatory requirements to link aadhar with airtel sim, i was very much obliged to stop by and do so. After my successful completion of the linking process, i was asked to pay up a sum of rs. 50 as service charge for the process. I demanded a receipt from him which he refused by saying that he was charging the amount for the use of the biometric finger print reader and for the data charges incurred during the process. I was reluctant enough but later had to succumb to his demands. Even the bystanders too joined in claiming they too had also coughed up similar amounts for the same.in this regard, i'd like to ask the authorities to kindly send out squads/ surprise personnel's to look into the matter and to bring the situation under control lest it should invite legal notice to authorities in the near future.

    I am owner of airtel dth since 31 aug 15.
    In last 2 years, the set top box has already been changed twice.
    Last time it took almost one month and finally complaint on this forum that the complaint was addressed.
    Recently, i have lodged complaint on 03 sep 17 vide complaint no 65025547.
    On 04 sep 17, technician mr rajesh came to my house but could not resolve the issue. He told me to speak to his senior mr verma (I do not know as to what would i do on calling his senior). He also told me that he would return on 05 sep 17 but he did not.
    Not withstanding, i tried calling mr verma but there was no response from him. Mr verma, senior supervisior had no courtsy of calling back.
    I called up mr rajesh. He told me that he would call back in half an hour.
    But he did not call back.
    I registered a second complaint on 06 sep 17 vide no 65146305.
    I got a call from airtel that the complaint would be resolved by 1700h. But no one came to attend the complaint.
    I lodged an online complaint on 07 sep 17 vide no dt[protected].
    I got a call on 08 sep 17 again assuring that the complaint would be resolved by 1700 h but was not done.
    To my surprise, when i checked the status of online complaint, to my surprise, the status being shown as closed.
    The way airtel functions, only god save the customers.

      I phase problem of very low speed (3g and 4g) internet of airtel prepaid number in the area of imt manesar (Haryana) 122051 last 15 days.
      I made complaint 4 times
      But every time when i speak to airtel customer care executive he told me wait for 72 hours, but is no solution and i am still phasing same problem
      In this area my friends also phase same problem and getting no solution.

      When i check speed on http://www.speedtest.net
      Many times it's not getting network coverage while running test, many times it shows 0.3kb, 0.6kb or not stable.

      I had recharge on last 16 days ago after that i am regularly phase problem

      Please ensure that our problem is solved
      On urgent basis i shall be very grateful for this

        Recharged with 399 on 29-aug-17 as 84gb data valid for 84days from 14-sep-2017 as my previous recharge valid till 14-sep but upon checking by validity it is showing nov-6 as end date which is 70 days from 29-aug. Upon calling customer care who is very rude telling that my number don't have that offer and he is not ready to provide his supervisor number. His name is hari who said supervisor airtel's customer support. May i know the process to whom i can contact to get my money back or to get valid response from airtel?

          Today 09-09-17 i have been recharge my prepaid account inadvertently for rs.244 pack. I have contacted customer care and requested to convert the amount to my main balance. My complaint ref no is cexcl[protected]. The customer care executive told me as we can't convert the amount into your main balance because we have no provision to change. Once you recharge can't modify. Please do the needful.

            This is to inform you that there has been online fraud transaction from my father-in-law's sbi debit card no. - ending with 1162 against sbi savings account no. - ending with 2004 on 09/09/2017 to airtelmoney. Total amount of rs 19800 /-.

            Request you to pl take necessary action against above transaction & hold the payment.

            We have already informed the matter to cyber crime branch. Matter shall be taken up legally.

              I converted my mobile to pre paid from post paid, with the same number on 05/09/2017and paid rs. 449 for a plan on the 6th. Till now i have not been the connectivity. I was told that there was an administrative problem. Iam a 79 year old and tired of chasing the franchise, by visiting his shop, which is 8 km away. Other franchise of airtel refuse to help and my phone calls to the franchise, with whom i d alt with does not respond to phone calls.
              Can someone help?

              This morning I rang up the franchise Mr.Sandip Sanchet, as well as his employee cashier twice . Both of them did not answered my call. I got typical voice message to call back later !

                I have complained several times the network dropping issue from feb 2017 nearly 6 to 7 complaints there no action taken against this complaints. please solve this problem if not i will take this issue to the consumer court withe all the complaint locket numbers.

                  Hello team,
                  This number was in cug (Capgemini) monthly 299 plan.
                  So month of may i was planned to go for other network based on port option,
                  So next day i got a call from one of your airtel guy he told some plans, i was selected 349plan. (
                  Plan is for 349 monthly charges and you will get unlimited local call any number and data free and also you will get 50rs off for 1st 6months).
                  So after 3 days i got an msg like u have activated 1500 internet plan. So immediately i went mudalpalya airtel office and i was asked, they told 1500 rs plan is activated and call to customer care and deactivate it. So immediately i was called and ask them to deactivate it they told yes we are going too deactivated within 24 hours it will deactivate like that told.
                  So from past 4 months you guys are adding 1500rs every month in the bill cycle so why should i pay 1500 extra???
                  Now mobile bill is crossed more than 8000rs, who will be responsible for that?

                  One leady was calling me and talking nonsense she don’t know how to talk with customers.

                    Dear sir,

                    This has complaint reference no. 79307116 dated 08th sep.2017, registered at airtel.

                    I have a plan of mnp125 cug plan - mh, plus 1 gb, 3g/4g data free @rs. 100.00 for my air tel mobile numbder [protected].

                    The last bill which i have recived of rs. 8558.83. The billing cycle is shown as "from 05 aug 2017 to 5th sep 2017."

                    I have a internet usage of 1 gb however every month you are adding 11 gb as a free data, wihout my consent. I have a left data of 17.2 gb in the last billing cylcle.

                    However still airtel have biiled me rs. 8558.83, even though i have a left over data as well as credit limit of only 4200.00

                    The other one complaint is i was having as standing instruction for bill payment. Airtel billing perosn was oversmart, he has activated si before the generatiopn of bill, which i could not view on airtel app as well as airtel call center is also cannot give me bill yesterday. They have simply robbed my hard earned money.

                    Being a loyal customer to customer, i feel cheated. Please help to refund my bill amount immediately and issue a fresh bill with correct charges.

                    I would be waiting till tomorrow 10th sep 2017, after words i will be going for leagal action against airtel.

                    Please reply soon with corrective measures.

                    I have received a call from Airtel Customer care cell no. [protected], the person was yelling at me and abused. He was asking the my credit card details.

                    Please register a seperate complaint against the airtel customer care.

                      On the 8th august 2017, i recharge my airtel mobile number - [protected] with plan 799. As indicated in the app the plan gives benefits-unlimited calls, data 3gb/day 3g/4g, validity 70days (Image attached). But now airtel claims that the plan is for 28 days only vide complaint reference no. Pr[protected]. Who the hell would pay 799 for 28 days?
                      And now i realised after the recharge airtel send me a blank sms (Image attached). This is a clear case of cheating by airtel.
                      I want the benefits for the plan i paid be reinstated immediately.

                        I have experienced an awkward signal strength in my village for the last few months. There is a tower in our village but data speed is ridiculous. So most people are switched to jio and vodafone. I believe in airtel, so i urge to some modifications so that data speed reach to the level so that we proudly uttered that we are living in a country called digital india.

                          Call came from akriti sharma kolkata telling she is from bharti 4g airtel tower company asking aplot in my land and i agreed first they asked me 15000 for insurance second 50000 for noc and third 30000 for pollution. They send me mail offer letter, noc copy and agreement letter. Total i have paid 95000 through destimoney securities pvt. Ltd and now again asking 50000 by abhijit chakraborty from rtg airtel company for gst number to transfer in my account rs.10, 00, 000 for which i told him that i am not able to pay so i asked him to refund my 95000 he told me that it will not refund. So sir please tell me the solution to get my money refund.

                            My senior citizen dad had kept his airtel postpaid number in safe custody for 90 days due to an international travel. On his return (Within that 90 day period) airtel tells him that due to "technical issues" his number was returned to his previous carrier bsnl!! Guys, joking? It has been ages since he left bsnl and ported the number to airtel. Worse than the technical inefficiency is the customer service, they want my dad to go to bsnl showroom and activate it himself. He doesn't work for airtel, guys, he is your customer!! Treat us right first! Unable to contact customer care on phone since number isn't active, bad service in person. Want the number back. Never missed a payment date, got all emails and receipts in tact. I am not letting this go, airtel.

                              I converted my airtel postpaid number ([protected]) to prepaid 2 months before. Since then i could not able to recharge online. I have raised many complaints to the to airtel customer care, still the issue not resolved.. Every time i call customer car supervisors, they speak the same words, "the issue will be resolved within 48hours" and they don't have patience to listen to the customer. Such a poor service from a reputed brand.

                                My handset is 4g enabled and the net was working from past
                                Two years. From 8/9/2017 its net has stopped.
                                The net is not starting even after recharge.
                                Recharge receipt back massage also not given to me.

                                  They show different thing while attracting us to do the recharge and give another thing. For example i recently recharged my phone with 247 (Ul calls +3gb data), calls are ok but the data for which i did the recharge is such a crap. They didn't mentioned anything about 4g & 3g and when i checked my data balance the data was divided into 4g & 3g, i. E 3g =1gb &4g =2gb. My phone doesn't support 4g, now tell me what should i do with that 2gb data, 247 is a big sum for me, airtel why do you play with your own customer? I have been using this sim from 2011.
                                  Please stop this fraud acts or else i will throw away my sim after the calling facility gets over.

                                    I was unable to get internet connection on my phone for last 2 days. Regarding the problem, i went to the nearest airtel store to get it sorted out where the store manager misbehaved with me and started hurling abuses. Do not claim to be the best service provider in the country if you cannot provide even the basic service. When i asked the manager his name, he started abusing again asking me to get lost. Another female employee of the store was also involved and there were a lot of people present.

                                      I am amrut koli using airtel digital tv with customer id [protected] since 5th september 2017 dth is showing no signal message when i contacted to customer service they told that they will arrange technician visit and for that i have to pay rs 150/- for which i denied as i dont think i should pay because i have not done any mishandling and foult is in airtel dth kit then why shuld i pay any charges?

                                      Since then i have mailed regularly to airtel customer care and every time i receive call from diffrent executive to whom i explained my complaint (Atleast 3 to 4 diffrent exexutives) after their call i receive text msg from customer care stating technician visit have been arrange and he will visit your home however when i contact to technician they told they will not visit at free of cost.
                                      Finally on friday i received a mail from customer care stating that my customer will be attended free of cost and same i reconfimed with technician number which i received in morning he told me that yes your visit will be done free of cost and fixed appointment of 6.00 pm
                                      Accordingly as i am working 8.00 am to 8.00 pm i told my dad who is senior citizen to stay at my house so technician can visit

                                      But when i contacted same technician in the evening he told me that he will come only if i pay him and for free of cost service he will check with customer care and after that he dud not call and not bother to pick up my call.

                                      I have never experienced this kind of patheic service no cordination between customer care who is agreed for free of charge service after follow up of four days but technician denies for free of charge visit

                                      No senior authority intrested to address the complaint

                                        Parties involve: Hemant Memoria resident of S-4/102, street no.-4, Old Mahavir Nagar, New Delhi 110018 & M/s Bharti Airtel Limited.
                                        Summary of Case.

                                        On 28th November 2016, I have written a mail to Airtel to stop the service of my broadband of account number [protected], (the copy of which has been enclosed) & asked them to make my full & final bill up till that date & revert me so that I can clear my dues. But Airtel did not stop the service (as reported by them). I did not use the number after my request dated 28th November 2016. In the month of January, they generated the bill of Rs. 5578.48 & asked me to pay the bill up to January. After the period of November, I have not used any of their service in this time period but they are charging their carelessness on me & forcing me to pay for the services that I never used.
                                        On 28th march 2017, I again wrote a mail to them to close the matter ( the copy of which has been enclosed) but instead of closing the matter they sent me a legal notice regarding the payment for the services which I have not used.

                                        Kindly see the matter & help me regarding the same.
