    I had recharged my mobile on 4thjuly17 with rs.399 and by mistake had recharged it twice.in last week of july i could not make calls for 7-8days. I called customer care and enquired about the plan and was told that it was unlimited calls for 84 days and its last date will be 1st oct., double recharge cannot be considered, thats ok. Now since 28aug. I am told there is no balance. I called customercare on 1st sept. And was told there was some technical problem and call services will start within 4 hours. But no servce next day also, again i called customercare and was told that there was no balance. When i asked about the plan he said that plan is for 84 days but was not applicable on my number. How can the same plan be different for different nos. I want full 84days service.

      I received a message congratulating me on activating red chillies service and that 99 rupees was charged on my account.
      Here are some facts
      1. The service was started without any prior communication regarding the same on my phone.
      2. This is a case of fraudulent use of my personal account on airtel which is a criminal offence
      3. Either this malpractice has been done by airtel or its affiliates.
      4. I need written proof that i have not been charged the said amount or i will personally file a criminal complaint on this

        I have upgraded my sim to 4g network after that i place the sim to iphone5 then the only message pop up the screen with no sim card, to check the sim i place the sim to another mobile the sim is working properly, else i check the iphone with another sim that sim also working properly.
        So what is the issue with the sim card not working in iphone solve the problem fast because its my buisness sim card.

          Hi, got a corporate postpaid plan registered in airtel until last month it was put on a request for converting to prepaid from an authentic airtel store in r_a, kolkata, wb as required for not bearing the additional roaming costs anymore since the circle previously belonged to chennai, tamil nadu (Now put to change to kolkata, west bengal) to minimize the excessive billing of the postpaid a/c and sudden snapping off the network facilities (New bill cycle date to mid-july) for late payments previously. Now the last month of the payment for postpaid bill has already been dealt with, yet i am receiving anonymous calls from chennai regarding issuance of legal notice from high court by the party under payment dues and imposed fine of rs3k + which is neither fair not legitimate. This is the second time i am dealing with a similar consequence. I want to take immediate actions regarding this and terminate all further relations with airtel on this postpaid number#9*1. Even after the promise to activate the account within four days, at max, to the requested prepaid plan, still placing calls it is showing "not registered on network" even though there is visible tower (Maximum).

            Several services have been activated without my authorization and charges deducted from my account.
            The services that were activated were
            1.Video Store
            2.BiscootStore
            3.Miniplex
            4.spuulmovies
            I deactivated the services on the same day that they were deactivated, but the charges were not refunded.

              I visited your store near jyoti chownk in jalandhar and met mr yogesh and he asked me sir send on [protected]. I sent on that number. But of no use. Then yogesh sent mail to concerned department 3 days back. But again no reply. So do the needful and refund my security at the earliest

                my balance is zero now without using mobile net services. By mistake

                Airtel — airtel services reduced the recharge balance zero without using separate net pack

                Respected sir/madam,
                My balance was zero without using mobile net services. I have put separate net pack for one month on 11th august 2017. After one month separate net pack is over.
                By mistake i kept settings data connection on of airtel at 15th september 2017 where my separate data net pack over. You can check data usage or calculate by how much the person exactly operated or use internet on the mobile. You could have stop the net by giving message even though when data connection is on, or stop the net on mobile instead of keeping recharge balance zero. This mistake was repeated four or five times, otherwise i would stop using airtel services and go to other mobile services. Please refund my balance ie. Rs 193.85 or add in my mobile wallet very soon. Do not cheat the customer, as airtel is reputation company.
                Please do the needfull and take it seriously.

                a REMINDER is a Gudd Suggestion but...

                being a Customer or User it should be our responsibility too to Check that are we running out of data pack or not...
                We Can't blame a Company for Our faults..

                  On 23rd i had portal change from aircel to airtel. The team manager and an office staff named thomas came home and gave the sim took my thumb impression and got my adhaar number and told that my sim will be activated on 30th. But till yesterday ie 4.9.17 my sim was not activated.

                  They asked me to come to the perungulathur chennai show room and asked to change a new sim. They gave the sim and told it will be activated within 4 hrs

                  But till now it is not activated

                  Most urgent ;

                  I am in a most urgent situation. All my transactions are locked because of the otp number is this cell number. Medical urgency. Please understand and do the needful in activating.

                    Since last 1 week i am facing network issue. I m not getting network and my data pack is not working. On 26th august 2017 i reacharged for 349 which gives 1 gb data daily and unlimited calls. M unable to use data and cusromer service says that i am using data without data pack... I mean seriously!!!

                    Even after there basuc settings m unable to use data... Looks like i will have to switch from airtel now.. I[censored] can resolve the issue it will be good.

                      I had subscribed to a airtel dth hd set op box connection and a annual hd infinity package. 1 month back i got a call to upgrade to internet set top box for rs. 2500. I upgraded to it but am not happy with the product. Hence i called customer care to downgrade me to my old set top box. Customer care person replied that this cannot be done and so i asked them to disconnect my connection and refund me the upgrade amount along with the unused infinity package amount. The support person said that they can process the infinity package return but will not refund money for set box and that i had to return the box as well.

                      I am willing to return the box in exchange for refund which i understand is a sort of security deposit.

                      I have been chasing customer care for 5 days and would switch to another dth connection if this is not resolved. Can you please look into this urgently?

                        Before 2 days i recived a call by airtel customer care whose no is [protected].. They said me i[censored] recharge today ur dth with rs 1199/- u get 10 year free service by airtel its offer is providing u by airtel.. I ask them 2 to 3 times is it real they said yes its real.. To taking it seriously beacouse its a airtel call which is biggest leading company of digital networking.. I recharge my dth tv 1199/- but i doesnt get any offer.. I need quick action to this..

                          My mobile no. Is [protected], and on 04/09/2017 i recd msg on 9.49 pm that hotshots service has been activated @ rs. 35 for 7 day (S) txn id n[protected], 04/09/2017, 9.18.
                          Please note that i have not opted for this service, it has been wrong to deduct charges for unwanted service. I have deactivated the service at once, and recd. Msg at 5.09 am that this service has been stoped.
                          But what about my money, i request you to please refund me amount of rs. 35 wrongly charged by the company.

Now i want to ue airtel prepaid services instead of postpaid. But they are saying that they can't do anything now and forcing me to countine it for atleast 4 months. But i don't want to use this. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                              It's been a month and my issue on receiving signals is not yet solved. I received many calls from airtel stating my issue will be resolved but none is taken care. Im ashamed of saying that consumer complaint is such a waste, even though i made a complaint from this there is no use. I think everyone one is bribed. What is use of consumercomplaint.in, even after complaining from this govt registered one there is no action taken from airtel. They are not even feared of complaining in this site.
                              And my previous complaint are stated below to consumer complaint.

                              It's been 6 days i raised a complaint against airtel, but till today i haven't received any call or email from airtel regarding my complaint. Now i came to know after these many working days even after complaining in consumercomplaint.in airtel is not at all taking any action on my complaint. So the hope on government is also vanished from me in solving my issue. Even the government is not at all taking any action towards this. And my older complaint is stated below for your kind information.

                              I p. Saipavan with bearing airtel mobile number [protected] have recently ported to airtel in the month of march or april 2017. At first i recieved signal in roaming i. E in kerala but when i changed my location to goa i stopped recieving signals from airtel and they asked me to take a new sim from andhra itself. So i kept in "safe custody" to not to lose my number if it is not used for months. Last month i. E on julu 31'st i have taken a new sim from airtel store in vijayawada, it worked well till i crossed the border while returning to goa. I stopped recieving signal from 6th august as i just crossed the border of andhra pradesh. Here in goa again i have a new sim in local store nearby vasco and that new sim to stopped recieving signals as soon as i inserted it in my phone and it was showing emergency calls only. First i thought it was my sim tray problem but others sims from other networks are working in the same sim tray but not airtel. I have raised a complaint on this issue to airtel on 7th august 2017 but the actual complaint is registered from airtel 9th august and 11th august i got a response from airtel stating with a service request number 78555330 and our network team is working with the issue and it will be solved on or before 16th august 2017 but the issue is not yet solved and im not at all recieving any signals from airtel to my number and they are not even responding to my mails and asking me to wait.
                              And my question is???
                              1) will my isuue wil be solved or not??
                              2) how many days i have to wait for recieving signal???.
                              3) i dont want to loosed my number i. E [protected] since it was registered with all my bank accounts and all my contacts in my phone are used to this number.

                              Please consider this issue at most as i was not able to recieve any signal from airtel apart from emergency calls from the past 10 days. Please do the needfull

                                  Your 4g network is slow... I cant even the send photos through your network... It takes 1minute to send 1 photo with your 4g network... And please do not about the video sending.. Its the harsh condition for me... Even the browser is not working properly because of your poor range... It takes much time to open a web page... And watching video online is not possible for me because of your poor network.. I am fed from this all.. Please do something...

                                    For reimbursement of monthly bill, we have to insert gstn, kindly give subject number so that i can apply to my company for my bill.                                       I m residing at 30, punjab society, nr civil hospital, asarwa, ahmedabad-380016.
                                      I had done recharge of ₹ 399 on 1st september. But i was not knowing that my amount will go in vain. There is unavailability of 4 g network in my area. It's show 4 g on the top of my mobile. But it's working like 2g.
                                      I had also complained several times on customer care 12118. But the response was negative. They told me to resolve my complain within 72 hour's, it's more than 72 hours now.
                                      I registered my complain on 2nd of september.
                                      Take action as soon as possible.

                                        You claim to offer a 399 pack that has validity for 84 days with 84 gb, but you have made it available for only a limited set o[censored]sers.in simple words it is customized and available for only a few. Why announce such an offer when it is not available for everyone? Kindly let me know how the plan works! You are blatantly putting up a false marketing gimmick. Check into this and please be fair to all in terms of how your plans work.
