I have been continously trying since two days to talk to customer care executive and also wasted my 3 to 4 hrs,
But they don't have any option to talk to executive. What is this nonsense?
My no. Is [protected]
I have a query regarding a plan they offered me, but once i recharged with that amount, now i am not getting what i was promised.
And now they are not responding

My airtelnumber [protected] is missing all the incoming calls. It always says that the number is not reachable. It started after converting to 4g. I spoke with customer service but was of no use. Now I am only left with an option of porting my number which I was using for past 5 years.
What the hell I call customer service but not responding anyone speed is too low net speed is zero what should I do we really helpless in other city

    Data services, no proper network, they are cheating by reducing network speed. Why your 4g services speed has become low. Are u cheating your customers or u really have issues with your services. Y u playing with our feelings... I[censored] cant serve us after borrowing money also please inform, i[censored] cant do your proper duties we have lots of network to serve us.

      Airtel is faking with promotional offers. It says only selective prepaid customers are given promotional offers. Airtel for counter attacking jio introduced a airtel 399 plan for 84 days. Im using airtel number for past 12 years and 399 plan is showing for me while recharge but the offer is only for 28 days. While calling the customer care they told your number has not got that offer. This means only few members are taken into the offer and others are asked to use the old offer 349 for 28 days. This is right opposite to the advertisement they are giving and what offer they are providing to customer. Give the offer or dont give false promotions. Please check on this false promotions.

        I am using airtel network since 10years with best services but here no signals now so faced lot of trouble so gave complaint to airtel costumer care with ref no ccdrp [protected] on 29-aug-2017 21:32 hours but not rectified yet and moreover they suggested me to go other network plz see to solve this problem as early as possible. I regularly recharged with 349 for unlimited calls and internet but here no signal connect call or net also so i felt unhappy with this network

          I had recharged my number [protected] for the Rs. 349 pack on 10th August. The recharge was for 28 days But instead on 7th September it got over and 90Rs were deducted from my main balance while internet was being used. There was no prior warning regarding the expiry of data pack recharge

            Dear airtel service providers,

            You advertising one offer and actually gave another offer, this is the chiting to customer.
            While checking best offer in mobile it shows 399/- recharge i will get1gb 4g data and calling for 84 days. But actually they are provided me 1gb3g/4g dataand calling for 70 days.
            It is chiting with me so please take actions on this if it will not done so i will take series action on it.

              Airtel india : i have requested for postpaid to prepaid sim migration request on monday with all valid document. My postpaid sim was suspended at 5.30. Now, i am not getting any network on both sims. ([protected]).
              How can you deactivate any sim in working time even have not activated the other sim? Frustrated from last 8 hrs. I have canceled my bookings, i can't make any transaction from my bank without otp.

                  Sir,
                  I had done recharge of rs255 through my airtel app on 24.08.17. It shown benefit of 3gb data (1.5gb extra). But i was provided with only 1.5gb data. Customer care told me that i was given 1845mb and 1256mb data in parts on the same day, i don't know what malpractices are going on. Feeling swindled with such a renowned company. Kindly resolve it.

                    I am airtel custmer and i am having new issues every months. This time my child number is charged separately in spite of paying yearly rental of 399 for child number.

                    I talked with airtel executive and he is not even ready to log a complain number, he provided communication reference number-[protected]. Airtel custmer care is saying since i have changed my bill plan, child number is removed from primary account and now i have to pay 399 again to add the child number. My mobile number is [protected].

                      I am also suffering same problem. Today morning, i got a message that namkeen pack has been activated & 35.00 rupees charged for it. There is another message for if you want stop then message stop to mention no. I want to know what is this & if telecom companies do this # type job then it hurt if you belong many years from this company. I decide to port this no. To other company service provider.

                        The bill amount of 7126 for msisdn:[protected]. My usual bill amount will be between 400 to 450. I have been told that 10gb data is free for 3 months. After this data service continued after 3 months. I have not given any official request to continue the data service also i have not got any notification or information regarding continuation of data service which is chargeable also i assumed that data service is free.
                        Now airtel is charging for the data service that they have activated with out notifying me.

                        Why airtel is activating service without notifying customer?

                          I have purchase airtel hot spot device from my office campus (Data card no is [protected]) and have paid rs 1500 on august 29, 2017 and requesting bill for same from august 29th onwards and they have not providing me bill kindly help on this. I have tried many times to contact to the person who came to give me hotspot but he is not reachable. I have paid 1500 to him and he said he will provide payment invoice in mail id given by me. Till now i didn't receive any mail and any payment receipt.

                            On 24th june, i had gone to airtel, chembur office for change of circle and they tole me that it will be done within 7 working days. Even after the first verification, it was not done, and i was charged for roaming. This was a screw up done by airtel, as confirmed by the manager there when i went once again on the 14th of july. I will pay the first allotment of bill, which is rs 1500 out of the rs.3850, but if my connection gets cut, i will take airtel to the court for harassment and money laundering.

                              Have subscribed to airtel secure and raised a claim for accidental damage. There was no screen breakage but the tower reception was frequently disconnecting and battery not charging. When claimed they said that for software related there is no claim and after multiple claims made them realise that it was internal hardware. They said they will check and allocate for pickup and then oneassist people called me to say that the claim is not valid and falls on cooling period and closed my claim.

                              I have made a call to customer care on the last day of cooling period to inquire what all covered in claim and the process to claim, but to my bad luck he raised a claim and i wasn't aware. When i raised a claim they said rejected and falls on cooling period which i havent raised.

                              Multiple people spoke and apologised that it was an error from their end and will allocate person to pickup but later called and convinced me that i raised a claim. To support my case have shared the screenshot of timestamp of calls aswell but no use. I wish i have recorded the conversations when they admitted and apologised.

                              Been 2 months already, spoke to 11 different people and wasted hours of time to make them understand the case and they close it saying they cant do anything further, as they aren't authoritative.

                              Been associated with airtel for nearly 11 years, have subscribed to this on the trust i had in them for years and also suggested my friends to do so. I deeply regret that now. This impotent kind of service was not expected from a brand which retained our trust since teen.

                                I had taken airtel dth connection since aug 19th -2017, unfortunately since when it is installed my mom was told that it will be started in next 2 hours time and new setup box was installed.
                                Till date 6th sept 2017 it has been not started, almost every day i had coordinated with airtel customer support team on [protected] every day i was informed that this will work within 2 hours time, some time within 4 hours or in evening 8:00 pm. Customer support team also did conference call with area manager, same story of dth not working was informed to him. Again he give same commitment in next 2 hours it will be resolved. Once i was told by area manager that i need to pay for one year which i did so still this is not working. I had paid rs 960 new multi connection charge+ 350 monthly charge + 1900 yearly charge for dth hd connection. Its useless still not working.

                                    Hi,

                                    I am experiencing that airtel is falsely consuming my data whenever i get a net pack it gets exhausted fast and without downloading and while not using internet for long it still gets reduced the remaining data. This is absolutely not acceptable.

                                    Kindly advise how to resolve it and how to check my instant consumption and per day accurate consumption

                                      Please i am requesting you to that i am getting disturbance from one vodafone no need to block that no. I already blocked from my mobile but still its showing rabbish bin and its laying in inbox. Please help me to block permanently. Because of this i am facing the problem in my family.
