Let me start with one keyword "The best ever cheater is always AIRTEL" let me explain why. I bought a 4G hotspot dongle on Sep 1, 2017 for 3K. The airtel client said we will be activating the SIM within 4 hours, but it was not done. I called the airtel support and asked regarding that, they said the process may will take up to 24 hours, okay i waited for one day.. still no activation. And then again i called the support and their reply : "Today is sunday so it may activate by monday". I waited for two more days, yet no activation. After that i called to the customer support regarding the same issue... and now their reply is "we don't know the reason for not activating... search some local store and inform your issue". Okay i did.. now the local store people said... where u bought this, we can't help you !. Done. I threw the dongle outside and finished it. The frustration part or the tensed moment are if i try to call the support means, each and every time i need wait for more than 15 to talk with the support people, also i won't be succeeded by the first attempt.. it may take 3 to 4 times. Also the airtel support people convinced me to by their product.. And now am sucking every where for my money.
