I am more than 2 years of airtel postpaid customer now opted to convert to prepaid, i have submitted all the documents they demanded on 2nd september 10:15 am and they have mentioned that once the postpaid sim lost its network insert the prepaid sim to use. I lost my network in postpaid sim around 5pm same day. But prepaid sim also had no network. I contacted the relationship centres and customer care and the twitter handles, none of them said me the exact issue.

Everytime i go and ask them, they mentioning 2, 4, 8 and 24 hours of tat to get activated but it's more than 50 hours over since i submitted my application. Nothing happening.

I couldn't do any bank transactions or personal contacts due to this issue. It's 12:10 pm of 4th september now, still i don't get the network in my prepaid sim. Please take necessary action against the company.

When I m calling someone somebody is saying that ki ur balance is low to call take 10 rupees loan and when I m appling for loan then they are saying ki prepaid service Kai 60 days tak u cannot buy any loan etc etc ..

Hi..This is Dhanashri my Airtel prepaid no [protected] I have taken new no but evertimes SMS sending showing as failed.
I am getting net work problem since last so many days, also i have 4g spped net pack but its not giving 100 kb also, i am paying freely 500 rs for month.so i want to cancel the connection
1 Aug is the recharge date and today is 28 from 26 I m not able to call . My pack is off 3 months
I am trying to upgrade to airtel 4G from airtel 3G. I have sent the 20 digit new sim card number to 121 and got the menu in reply. To which, I sent 1 in reply but then i received a message from 121 stating "This is not a valid keyword, please send HELP to 121".

I am not able to proceed.

I had activated international roaming for the number [protected] and [protected].. but after landing in Singapore it's saying that the outgoing and incoming calls are barred. I have already taken package of some rs 1100/-.
Please start the service as soon as possible.

    I recently replaced my sim to 4g but im not getting 4g services by complaining they are said that my mobile is not a 4g mobile how can they said like that im the user of my mobile.

    I am charged RS 35 without my permission on 24 8 17 for activating modelmaniaw service which no body in Airtel store clarified. I immediately requested stop service and was done.

    Problems with my network are not working properly in anywhere.
    suddenly my airtel connection is lost in everywhere..
    so, I am really disturbed about this problem & there is no help from airtel.

      This is karthikeyan (Mobile no: [protected]) from chennai and i have visited the airtel store which is located at navalur chennai (603103) at 7pm on 02/09/2017 for few things that i have listed below:

      Issue 1 - linking aadhar to my mobile number - sincere workers who were working at that store told that the linking has to be done only between 10 am to 5 pm and not after that (Why is that so?). One of my friend visited...

      I didn't receive the ebill password message at my number [protected] wii you please provide me. I send the message of bill so many times but every time i didnt revived the sms for opening the password protected file. You please send me the sms of that password protected file. Or tell me something what i can do to open the file to see the details of the file.

      My airtel digital package monthly rental is 315 per month and no english channel is available not atleast one.
      My neighbour is using local cable 150 montly rental and all english channel are available.

      There are so many call drops and congestion in network.
      My number is not having Rs 349 offer. Whenever i go for a recharge they tell that i dont have this offer and its only the Rs549 offer i have
      When most of them are getting this offer..i want to kno y this offer is not applicable to my number.

        For the last 2 day NDTV NEWS &NDTV lifestyle has been activated and rupees 30 was deducted for each service from my balance I did not activate any service 8n my mobile but i received msg stating i hav3 activated the serbic3 and money was deducted from my main balance.kindly look into the issue as soon as possible.

          I ported my no from vodafone to airtel & that was my biggest mistake.
          First of all they deactivated my vodafone no & took 4 days to activate airtel no.
          So, 4 days without phone.
          After the activation on 18th august i registered a complaint regarding the network problem & internet speed was very slow. Most of the time my calls getting missed.
          From 18th august to till date i talked to there supervisors & sent 4-5 mails, but every time they say within 72 hours your problem will be resolved.
          More than 15 days are gone & my problem is not resolved.

          Why should i pay them when they can't resolve the issue & i am requesting them to port my no back but they are saying minimum three months i have to stay with airtel & face this suffering.

            Hi, i have been using airtel dth from last 6 months, but during these six months faced i've lots of problem regarding airtel dth services.
            Sometimes all channel go away and some times some services are blocked due to inediquate dth setups. When i had purcashed airetl dth connection the recording services was free as promised by airtel engineers, but after 5 months same service is now asking for subscription fee for recording services to be activated.

            Such a pathetic experience with airtel dth, as they made false commiments to the customer for selling there cheap services and would never suggest anyone to have airtel dth services.

              Airtel dth is deducting 15 rs every month from my account in the name of idle maintenance service. The recharge is valid only for 28 days and not full 30 days. I had very bad experience with airtel dth service. The dth box does not work properly and there is no signal when a small cloud or rain comes. I am discontinuing airtel dth service and going for another dth company.

                My network automatically get converted to 3g or even 2g from 4g...
                The speed decreases too much...
                I have already complained more than 5 times for this issue.. Bt every time i call they will say dt we will resolve in 6 hours or 24 hrs or bla bla.. Bt still its been 2 weeks n my problem is not resolved...
                The company is ignoring it from a long time..
                Please take strict actions and resolve my matter asap

                  I recently changed my mobile network from bsnl to airtel via mnp. My bsnl sim was cut after 6 days and is showing no service yet there is no network on my airtel sim. On asking the retailer, he said the sim has been activated. I have tried every way possible, called the customer support, they said to wait for 24 hours and it's been 72 hours but there is still no network. Now they're saying to change the sim. What am i supposed to do?

                    I am living in sector 36c of chandigarh and i am facing problem with 4g signal in that area. Whenever i am making a call or using my data pack the call gets disconnected or internet gets disconnected. As per my conversation with airtel people and there suggestion i have upgraded my sim as well as my phone. But still there has been no improvement in the signal strength. I request you to kindly solve this network issue or otherwise i have to port my number.

                        I had lost my phone and immediately blocked my airtel sim card. I went to airtel store on saturday 2nd september 2017, and took a new sim card by showing my aadhar card. I was promised that line would be activated by 4 hours. When i inserted the sim after 5 hours, it was showing sim card registration failure. On contacting customer care, i was informed nothing can be done i need to walk in at relationship center from i bought the card needs. Visited said nothing can be done from their side it is backend issue. Everything would be seen after monday. When it comes to payment sms are send reminding us the due amount is pending, for service issue no one is responsible, worst pathetic service from a company.

                          I am ported from jio to airtel on[protected], after 3days sim activated but sim failed after 4days, i was complaint at airtel store at bhimavaram (Pin 534202), they sed sim failed u have to replace by 120rs cost, i did, but still my number not active still, your store staff replaced 3 sims no use, worst experience with airtel,. Many times i got airtel store but they tel we don't know if you want another sim we will give... Customer airtel no response simply tel go airtel store,

                            I recharge [protected] with 396 rs and 396rs twice by airtel app through inb and atm dated 23/07/2017 both entry status showing failed but ac not credited yet and 27/07/2017 recharge with 100rs by inb status showing successful and recharge on 03/08/2017 with 348rs by your airtel dealer and status showing successful. Actually my mo no is [protected] and i recharge in wrong no [protected] which is not present so please credit 348+396+396+100=1240 in my account or my phone no [protected] with immediately.

                                I m a woman. On 2 nd august's noon my brother in law died and all family members were taking him to village, i planned to go next day due to health problem and same midnight around 2 am of 3 august 2017 (It was same day but date changed after12 am) i was alone in my home and suddenly i was not able to call or msg anyone, (Due to airtel service provider who stops my accesibility at mid night), being scared i rushed to my neighbor, they made recharge of 349 rs (28 days validity), wen i come back to my home it shows "transaction failed" also i was not able to call anyone. As i was alone i was again scared then i started crying being helpless i went back to my neighbor and i called my husband from neighborhood's mobile that i m facing this issue. He was travelling with the dead body and around 3:30 he recharged again, soon after i got two different messages of conformation that
                                "the transactions are successfully done."
                                I called them and request them to refund but they denied and told me that they will combine both recharges and give me all the facility for 56 days but after 28 days they cut my internet and told me that they wont help me anymore.
                                This is truely cheating, please help and refund my one transaction amount rs 349
                                I m very honest at my point they cheated me also they left me into a very troublesome and helpless situation in the midnight without any intimation of cutting services and are cheating indian public, they must send an intimation message to every citizen of india that kindly recharge today we are going to cut your services why dont they have any software that automatically cancel one transaction out of two exactly same recharges. I can write and complain but what about other poor people who lives in village and are facing the same issue. Also requesting indian government that please dont allow telecom sector the cut services at midnight so that if a woman or anyone is alone at home or anywhere, they get all the accessibility to call and msg. They can cut services at noon 12 pm so that we can go to a shop and dont hesitate to ask for help in a day time rather than midnight.

                                  This is my moms postpaid number [protected]... I was recieving very high and wrong bill from last 3 months there fore i decided to switch from airtel postpaid
                                  To airtel prepaid.. I have submitted all documents of mother and they given mthe new sim... They told that after 2 days it will be activated... Now when my network is gone completely i decided to insert new sim... But after 48 hours also my sim is not activated till now... Plez help as soon as possible and make my mothers sim activated

                                      My broadband services are not working from last 2-3 weeks. Customer care is not responding. They are making false promises and not resolving the problem. Not resolving the problem. Daily they are giving new deadlines. Not giving any eta to resolve the problem.
                                      Technical guy is not receiving the phone. Facing lot of difficulties because of that. Pathetic customer care response.
