Hi,
I have changed my company and my company was kind enough to allow me to take company number along with. I had visited their peninsula, lower parel arc and have submitted all the required documents long back. I have also received new sim card from them, but my new sim card is yet not started.
I have also tried to contact airtel several times from toll free number, mails, complaint option on their website etc. But every time i have received fake promises. Worst part is they keep sending me messages that they have tried to call me on number but i did not pick it up, and there are no miscalls also. When i asked them to provide their number if they are unable to contact me, there is no response on it. Such a shame.
I am using my number for last 8 years and i can not afford to lose this number, if airtel is not interested to help me at least given me consent so that i will change my service provider from airtel to anyone else.
