My name atish kumar acharya. I hv lost my sim and contacted to airtel store (Location pin 721401) on 29th august 2017 for another sim with same number. One employee named santanu gave me a sim and assured me that it will be activated by evening. Since then i m waiting for my sim activation. Every time santanu assured me, by evening it will activate. On 2nd sept i found that he activated my previous sim which was, i already blocked on the day i lost my sim ie on 28th august 2017. Is it the service of airtel

    I have 3 post paid connection, [protected], [protected] as mobile & [protected] as dongle. Last 2 weeks i am unable to use internet from above sims. I have lunched 2 complain (No. [protected] &[protected], discuss with customer care representative in several times and visited 3 times in airtel store near sakchi & kagalnagar.
    Still i am unable to connect.

      A person from letria marketing delivered the 4g hotspot device and sim. He told he will mail the receipt by end of the day. However, sim did not get activated and they don't pick calls also. They have blocked customer number. They did not send receipt for the device even after three weeks. There's no response from airtel customer care also. Very bad service.

        I have been associated with airtel network for a long time and our relationship has grown since years but this is very unfortunate that airtel has now employed the persons who are very rude, irresponsible, and illogical. On 2nd of september 2017 i made a call to the airtel customer care i asked operator for connecting my call to a so called senior official. But instead of satisfying or solving my issue he informed me that the data to my one airtel number [protected] has wrongly been added and it will be subtracted from my number. I asked him let's provide the same data to my other airtel number [protected] but he was hury and pretending i am fool. This behaviour of such a senior official is condemnable, very irresponsible and highly unfortunate. After all we are bonofide customers and should be treated well. I as a customer am not your legal property that you treat with insult the customer/a. Therefore i am going to port out both my numbers from airtel. I can't be associated with such people who don't still learnt any civilised language not behaviour.

          Its been a month i have submitted all the required documents to the airtel gallery in borivali west but the staff is very irresponsible to respond to the problem.. They gave me new sim card and told it will be activate in 2 days.. After that i have been there 10 times.. But everytime i get is the same fake response.. Come after 2 days and till date it is not activated.. Airtel has worst customer care service..

            Hi,
            I have two issue with airtel.
            1. I purchased digital hd setup box. They should provide edmi cable to support hd as i didn't know it should be given with it. And must be for hd quality. They didn't give any cable, i am using my own cable..
            Now they are saying, you should take that time.
            2. They call me and told there is a offer on your account for 3 months recharge free in 355/-, if you recharge with 355, then you no need to recharge till 3 months.

            Then i agree and recharge with same amount but noticed after recharge they changed my existing plan. And not showing all channels which earlier provided.
            They didn't tell me that after it they will change my plan. If they change plan then what is mean by offer.

            I wanted to change dish tv from airtel to tata sky but because of this offer i recharged it, but they changed my existing plan.

                I have seeing airtel's secure service reviews, and i'm hell afraid about whether they gonna serve me well or not, since it's been 4 days that i uploaded required documents for getting claim but company hasn't contacted me yet. Since my s8 screen has been shattered, i can't use it and can't wait much, and after reading reviews i'm not sure how can i trust them by giving them my phone for 10-15 days, when i know that screen repair or exchange process takes few hours that's it. Pls help. I can't risk it, i think.

                      My account settings were changed without any notice. This has happened many times and airtel has no way to escalate the case.

                      There is no one who listens to customer complaints. The policies are worst.
                      I have sent an email many times and they always activate incorrect list of channels and my issue is not resolved even after calling customer care senior executive.

                      We should take this company to consumer forum and save the other people from such a fraud.

                        From the last few months, the call quality on airtel has reached new depths. Most of the times i am unable to hear what the other person is saying. I am a student and i call my parents daily. I can't hear what they say clearly because half of their words are just muted. And it is just impossible to make sense of what they are saying because only a few words reach me. It's like solving a puzzle whose pieces haven't been made yet. Frustrating to say the least. Data speeds are worth laughing at especially when the "fastest network in india" is involved.

                          I have just ported to airtel. I would like to register complaint on poor customer service from airtel store, navalur, chennai (Near ags cinemas). The staff are providing the customers with wrong details due to which i had to face a loss of rs.700.
                          I would like to raise complaint particularly against mohan raj, working there. The way he responds to the customer is very rude and not at all responsive.

                            I went to the above mentioned air tel shop, to port my wife number from aircel to airtel no is [protected], my experiance is=
                            1. Absolutely unfriendly attitude the staff are i was told by a guy to meet the next guy he just walked away saying nothing. I also told the main guy this he just ok ok.
                            2. They did the porting and said after 6/7 days it will work on airtel service, we awaited over a week nothing happened.
                            3. Went back there they check and said may be due to some technical problem
                            It not done and in a very irresponsible way.
                            4. My wife has prepaid plan so i told them change to postpaid plan and took a plan of 650 and paid advance of 240/- they said in 6/7 day it will be activated.
                            5. After a week again nothing happened so we went there again, i was shocked when i was told some came to verfy and no one was at home.
                            6. I asked them why did you not inform us that so we could have told you what time to come and when we would be there or could have told the guard there was no proper responce again they just hush it aside
                            7. She then asked us when can they come so i said today saturday between 9 to 10.30.
                            10. Till now its 1pm no one has come.
                            11. They gave a receipt i wanted to call and check i was again shoked there is no phone contact so they airtel customers to go there every time?
                            12. I goggled there was a cell no but when i tried it says invalid no, can you imagine this.
                            13. Today we have so many options but i told her to take airtel but finally she with a contact for over 15days because i chose airtel
                            14. I am going to disconnect all my office connection and my staff connection from airtel, horrible experience.

                              My airtel secure claim was rejected with a given reason that the phone handling was improper! My phone slipped out of my wife's hand and u people are like, there should be an external factor which must the reason of breakage. Why? Is it necessary to meet with an accident with bus or truck for getting ur claim from your insurance company? In policy there is clearly written that""accidental damage subject to terms conditions definitions that damaged means to damage to the insured product due to unintentional drop or collision of the insured product" screw with your airtel secure plan..

                                It has been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel. I bought an airtel secure plan in the month of apr'17.
                                I never have been careless in my handling of the phone, you can check the condition of the phone. It is still has same new finish. However, i was never aware that slipping of phone as to be some specific occasion until i heard that my claim has been rejected due to i was standing in my drying room and i slipped due to y carelessness. What a rubbish statement ever...

                                May i request you to look into concern as after 10 days of rigorous follow up i could register my claim and after 10 days of picking the device, i have been told that claim is rejected. I have not taken this secure services from insurance provider and i dont want to hear their lame excuses. I am going to proceed with legal option if not taken my request seriously.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have changed my company and my company was kind enough to allow me to take company number along with. I had visited their peninsula, lower parel arc and have submitted all the required documents long back. I have also received new sim card from them, but my new sim card is yet not started.

                                  I have also tried to contact airtel several times from toll free number, mails, complaint option on their website etc. But every time i have received fake promises. Worst part is they keep sending me messages that they have tried to call me on number but i did not pick it up, and there are no miscalls also. When i asked them to provide their number if they are unable to contact me, there is no response on it. Such a shame.

                                  I am using my number for last 8 years and i can not afford to lose this number, if airtel is not interested to help me at least given me consent so that i will change my service provider from airtel to anyone else.

                                    Myself manoj chhabra. Airtel customer since from long time. I have taken a plan called mobile secure plan. My mobile phone slips from my hand and screen got broken. After more than a month time submitting all my documents and satisfying the insurance people with a lot of difficulties and sort of harassment like they picked up the phone from my house. After 15 days i receive a call from them about estimates. I agreed. But suddenly after a week i received a call from insurance or airtel that my insurance claim is rejected because it's slip from my hand. If it was broken in a accident than we can give the claim. Can i ask artel than why my phone was picked from my home when i already informed them about the incident. Are they making fool to the customer. I waited for about two months and got phone back with more damaged. Feeling very disappointed with such a poor kind of excuses by airtel. Waiting for the reply.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        I recharged my number-[protected] with rs 25 as it was showing in the offer box that they will provide me 56 minuts for 3 days but they only provided 145 mb 3g data, 4 days which is highly disappointing. I talked to the customer care to senior staff and the behaviour and the way of talking was even horrible. He was shouting and talking in the high tone which is not acceptable.
                                        This was acceptable with such a big telecom company like airtel. I will definately take action against it if my problem is not resolved... So pls help me.
