I'm not able to send message... It's getting failed wat may be the reason i have tired to contact airtel customer care... But i am not able to contact the customer care... I'm oly getting others services... Pls tell me a solution... The customer care service also doesn't not help me to sort out the prob... I'm just need to know why message is always getting failed to send... But you guys need a summary of 350 words... Tell me wether i'm writing a essay writing competition or registring a complaint...

    I have a postpaid connection of airtel past 5 years. Last month i visited to thailand and activate some 1100/- international roaming pack. Through out when i was at thailand i use internet. But when i come back there was a bill of 6500/- for internet only. But at the time of activation customer care team was not informed us that 3 gb is available at 1100/- pack. I am a hotelier and i have employee of 180 members. All of my employee has airtel if my problem was not solved then its guarantee i will take serious action against airtel and port all of my employee sim to other network

      My airtel no [protected].. My name is ramesh kadam.. My sim card is rejected from last week it informed me that we are going update your number for 4g update. Suddenly no network is displaying on my phone. It the prime number for me. Please contact me as soon as possible. Because it is very important for me to keep this number maintain for document purpose. Though i m sick so i can't go for service center

        Hi sir,
        Recently i recharged my mobile with rs 399 package with unlimited out going and 78 gb 4g. When i am on roaming it is not working. Again i have to recharge. It is really no meaning. Having ad one india one network when i leave state net work not working is really cheating. It is not mentioned any where when we recharge the offers which doesn't work in roaming. Just see other network jio it works all over india. Airtel should clearly mention about package other wise it become vheaying

          Subject - in-appropriate customer service experience for dth service.

          Hello to whomsoever,

          This is to bring you in notice the very bad experience of the service provided by you for dth.
          I had a no signal error issue with my airtel dth repeatedly for 2 months (Jul & aug)
          In july i raised the issue and the same was resolved in more than 4 days time after so many follow up in call.
          Now again same is happening with my issue been forwarded and deadlines been skipped more than 3 times. At first it was said issue will get resolved next day by 1pm than it changed to 3pm and next same got changed to 48hrs... That means after logging complaint issue is still not addressed and is extended to 4days now.

          I am really very disappointed with the customer service provided and the pain i have to go through to get it resolved. (Customer care ppl - manisha (Senior), shilpa, arvind

          Following are few names i remember who attended my call and gave me many answers including my area is local and that special engg will be there and all.

          Also i have received the sms with airtel service engg details (Uday - +91 [protected]) who never pick up the call.

          I am truly thinking of discontinuing your service from nov'17 (Since i have paid for year) and will see to it that same mistake is not done by my fellow friends too..

          Just need a favor to look into this matter seriously for atleast you come to know the loop holes in ur organization pls.

            Fraud people are available everywhere...
            I got a call from airtel operator that we are providing you 349 plan with 21 gb 4g data... I was agree with him... And ported my 4 corporate numbers from vodafone to airtel... Its been 10 days but no data has been credited in my account... I force him to provide me data as soon as possible because these number are for business use... He with my knowledge changes my plan from 349 to 499... Without my verification... Its a total case of fraud... I call him for this but his phone is switch off now... I want a restrict action aganist him... His name is amit dhiman... Contact no mentioned below...

                Ppl from airtel came spoke to me about portability service they asked me to do few steps got 350 from me and left. Wen he just left i called the number from the bill that i dont want the service becuase i still dint finish with vodafone billing cycle. I was threatened from a rep from airtel store saying that we ill see how u will get the refund. This is totally not right. 350 is a hard earned money. I lost all the respect i had on airtel.

                Hi..I have recharged for rupees 349 through my airtel app bt for first time it shown as error so I did the process again but at last double amount has been deducted. I need the amount back to my account or else keep the same for next month. Please help me with this.

                  broadband connection frequent disconnection/router range not addressed

                  Got the airtel broadband connection on 1st aug 2017.
                  The technician came and installed the router which comes with connection.

                  Problems reported to airtel:
                  1. Router range is not reachable from other rooms in apartment
                  2. Frequent disconnection happening (Atleast 3-4 times a day)
                  3. After 10-12 calls to customer care, finally this was registered as a complain after 3 weeks.

                  I am a prepaid airtel customer. Yesterday evening i received a message that dindoclub services have been activated and rs.35/- was charged for the same.
                  I have not authorized any such service to be started.
                  Also i have not got any response from company regarding complaint no ot[protected].
                  Please look into matter and refund my money at the earliest possible time.

                    Daily apps tollfre no & company office phone no all redy out off service...

                    I'm using airtel from more than 2 years and now after upgrading to 4g i. E., lte i frequently facing the network issue in my internet calls and others. I'm being forced to use other carrier if you guys cannot provide me a good service then i'm bound to switch to other. Please do smth asap.

                      It shows roaming symbol. I asked customer care they told this is Chennai sim card so it's shows roaming symbol. And they told can't change the circle.
                      I bought this sim in coimbatore. So please change my circle.

                      Hi team,

                      I have recharged my number today twice.. However airtel has deducted money for 2 or 3 paid services which i never subscribed myself. I tried to call customer care at 121 however could never found an option to reach customer care executive.. Please refund my money ₹30 and ₹15 which u have deducted without my consent.. This is very frustrating since u have no right to deduct amount lime this.. Why the hell u do all such cheap and illegal things and thn give no option to speak with customer care... Just return my amount asap... U hv no # right on my money... I dn want to subscribe to ur nonsense services.

                        Unwanted services are being activated on my mobile number [protected] without my consent amd balance is being deducted from my pre-paid number. I never asked for any such services. Please look into the matter and put a do not disturb in my mobile number so that no service is being avtivated. It would be a great help of you look into the matter so that balance is not deducted from my number.

                          I am having airtel post paid number. On 24/8/17, one message came to my mobile stating that "modelmaniaw" is activated and rs 35 charged. If i want to deactivate message 'stop'. Immediately i gave sms to the given no 'stop'. Reply message came staying that my request is considered and they have deactivated modelmaniaw service. So far rs35 not refunded. When i enquired local airtel store, front desk assistants and store in charge expressed their no awareness of this service. I need the refund and this unauthorized service not to be repeated

I went to near airtel care center but they were reluctant to help even. My email id and other account get blocked as otp is not coming. Please resolve this problem.                               Dear sir, i am writing this mail here hoping that you will look in to complaints and i hope you will sort it out.

                              The problem is, i am facing continuous internet drop since 15th july 2017, most of the time i lodge the complaint. But this problem has not yet resolved on top of that airtel technicians /service engineers are making fun of me. Since 27th august 2017 to till day i dont have the internet. I have escalated this matter airtel managers (4 to 5 managers, vignesh, nirmal and mr. Khan etc etc) every one assured that they will sorty is out also but all gone in to waste. Hopefully you will look in to this matter and sort it out without any delay.

                                I am very disappointed by airtel prepaid service i have recharged on my prepaid airtel number [protected] on date 31/5/2017 of 149/-. I had a offer at *121*1# saying that a2a free calls and 28 gb 3g/4g data for 28 days @149 rs.in that offer it is also mentioned clearly that if you recharge today then you will get the same offer for 12 months. I've used that offer for 3 successive months but somehow after 3 months that offer has disappeared. I called to the customer care but they didn't solved my problem. I hope you will solve my problem. Else i am going to port my airtel number to another service provider.

                                  In my airtel number they charged a bill amount of rs 1721.56 and they said that the bill is internet useges while their application (My airtel app) showing i have free data of 15.1 gb and when i use internet they deduct data from the remaining balance

                                    I recharged my airtel no [protected] with the amount of 349 for 4g data and unlimited calling on 29th of august 2017. I got free calling but data pack showing zero balance. There's even no any toll free no where we can directly talk to any customer care regarding this.
