I have made recharge amounting to rs. 100.00 on today i. E. On 23rd august, 2017 through airtel mobile app. The recharge could not be successful but the amount has been debited from my bank account.

I have received following message at 01:56 p. M. From airtel team:

Your airtel mobile * online recharge txn id[protected] of rs 100.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.

recharged amount-159(data pack), inb/[protected]/citrus payment solution.
Correct number-[protected].I have wrongly recharged to the above written number, which is actually incorrect from airtel online recharge official site as guest user .the site is "www.airtel.in"
Plz revert back my money to my bank account ....

I have been associated with airtel with last 10 years and i have migrated from airtel mumbai to airtel gujarat and have cleared all dues dt 16th july2017. My postpaid bill was hiked to 900 rs more than regular bill amount. I am using airtel dth for past 2 months. I have activated star vijay hd as offer from airtel in discounted rate. Validity 30 days. I called customer care they said the channel will come continuously even after 30 days and normal rate will be charged after 30days. This is unnecessary charge. The channel should get deactivated after 30 days. When a offer made for channel it should come only for 30 days, if offer continues they can continue...

I received a message from airtel that my no will be ported to airtel by 19 august 2017 @ 11:00pm.

I did recharge of 399 on 22nd july 2017 through myairtel app showing 84 days validity with unlimited plan. After recharge validity of 28 days was showing then i called customer care and she said that in this plan please dont see validity it will be auto extended for 84 days.

I raised internet network issue request with airtel number 121 on 6 aug and they assigned me two service request 78424116 and 78424341. Its still in progress and no one has contacted me yet to resolve the issue. I called the helpline number again today and now they say we will look into this.
