I was promised that a broadband line would be installed in my Mumbai home with someone calling for information in 24 hours and installation in 72 hours. In spite of daily calling after 72 hours and escalating the issue to floor supervisor this has not been addressed.

I am told that it will be handled in 24 hours and no one calls. Every time I call to check this is a 30 minute conversation while they trace all the details.

As a long time Airtel user in Delhi, I have had an excellent experience. But the Mumbai team is totally unacceptable.

    I just want to complain you fraud service provided by airtel or airtel promoters.
    I am living at hinjewadi megaplolis sunway-pin-411057 (Pune) maharashtra. Although i already had broadband
    Connection but for cheaper 4g rates & good network speed i get interested in airtel 4g.
    You airtel employee 0r airtel promoters promised me plan for 6 month in which you
    Need to pay 3000 inr he will provided me 4g hotspot dongle & daily 1gb 4g data for 6 month.
    I get lured by this attractive data plan provided by airtel. I asked him for demo in my premises
    A-14 flatno-502 meagaplis sunway. On 27 aug-2017 your employee (Wear the airtel t-shirt) name rishi iyer (Mo no [protected]) has called me
    And said to me that i am coming for installation for 4g hotspot he has installaed the connection by
    Providing me fake demo & taken the 3k rs as paytm. He called to some of your senior (Probably he has
    Make the fake call) & said to me that my 4g connection get start working in half an hour. As airtel is good brand so i had trust him & paid the money.
    Since then my life become hell although my connection get activated but i am not getting 4g speed in my premises.
    I called in your cusotmer care several time & the worst thing is that no body is able to sort my issue.
    Even they are not able to understand the issue all the time they are diverting the issue to different department.
    I also visited to your airtel authorised center at hinjewadi but they are also not able to understand &
    Sort out the issue. Also you do not have any special contact no to handle 4g hot spot issues.
    My question is that why airtel which good brand in the market spoiling there repution by providing such
    Kind of fake services or promoting there services by fake & fraud promoters.
    Now i have only one hope left to escalate the issue to senior authorities.

        I have recharged my airtel number with 399 offer which is for 84 days unlimited calls and 1gb internet /day for 84 days on 31st aug'17. But i got a message that it is valid for 28 days till 27sep'17 only after recharging, what is this? What should i do to get my offer completely. I request to get my plan for what i hv done the recharge for. Ihave attached the offer given in the app and the message i recieved after recharging, tell me what should i do. Will i get my money back or will i get my complete offer as told in the description.??

          I have airtel broadband connection of 999 plan, for this plan they should give me 40mbps speed but they are not giving. I took the connection in june 2017 at that time the provider told me that the maximum speed is 16mbps so we will provide same speed now and in coming months it will improve then automatically it will change to higher speed but know they are not responding to my complaint so please take action against them and tell them to give my money back

            मै, डा अवधेश कुमार शर्मा, वर्ष 2007 मे airtel (Bharti airtel limited) का broadband कनैक्शन लिया था जिसका उपयोग मै 12 मई 2017 तक किया और bills का भुगतान नियमित करता रहा। 13 मई 2017 से मैंने एयरटेल की सेवा लेना पूरी तरह बंद कर दिया
            सेवा लेना बंद करने के पहले, बतौर अग्रिम, 24 अप्रैल 2017 से मै लगातार airtel को मेल करता रहा कि आप अपनी सर्विस disconnect कर दे तथा 16 मई 2017 के बाद bill न भेजे पर उनकी तरफ से न तो कोई जबाब आया और ना ही उन्होने कोई कार्यवाही की और लगातार bill भेजते जा रहे है मैंने 16 मई 2017 तक का उनका भुगतान कर दिया है तथा स्पष्ट रूप से सूचित कर दिया था की 17 मई 2017 से कोई भुगतान नहीं करूंगा क्योंकि उनकी सेवा लेना मैंने 13 मई 2017 से ही बंद कर दिया जिसका प्रमाण उनके पास है
            24 अप्रैल 2017 से लेकर अबतक मै लगभग 25 मेल disconnect करने के लिए भेज चुका हूँ जिसका कोई जबाब नहीं आया ।आज दिनांक 31.08.2017 को airtel executive से बात किया गया तो उन्होने कहा कि आपका कोई मेल हमे नहीं मिला है
            मेरे पास प्रमाण है की मैंने disconnect करने के लिए उनके निम्न सभी मेल आई डी मे एकसाथ लगातार मेल भेजा है –

            24 तथा 27 अप्रैल 2017 को मेरे द्वारा भेजे गए मेल का जबाब 28 अप्रैल 2017 को आया कि आपने फोन नंबर /अकाउंट नंबर नहीं लिखा है जबकि मैंने लिखा था फिर भी 28 अप्रैल 2017 को ही मैंने उन्हे details भेज दिया । इसके बाद एयरटेल का न तो कोई मेल आया और ना ही कोई सूचना मिली
            मेरे सभी मेल को नजरंदाज करते हुए एयरटेल 17 मई 2017 से लगातार बिल भेज रहा है तथा दबाव बना रहा है कि भुगतान करे।
            मेरा मानना है कि airtel ने अपनी तरफ से समयानुसार कोई कार्यवाही नहीं कि जबकि मैं 24 अप्रैल 2017 से तथा बाद मे भी लगातार मेल भेजता रहा अतः 17 मई 2017 के बाद उनके द्वारा भेजे जा रहे bill के भुगतान के लिए मै जिम्मेदार नहीं हूँ
            मेरे द्वारा भेजे गए मेल की कुछ screenshots तथा उनके द्वारा मिला एक मेल का screenshot संगलग्न है।

              After a huge disappointment from the so called self-claiming fastest network in india, airtel, i have finally decided to get my connection terminated.
              I have been trying to terminate my airtel connection via mails since last one week, but did not receive any reply from airtel.
              I visited airtel customer care centre, but there also i was returned and asked to send a mail which i have already tried. I have tried sending reminders too.

              Can some one help to get rid from airtel?
              Also i don't want to pay rental from the day i asked them to terminate my connection.
              Can i lodge an fir against airtel for cheating customers?

                I bought a new airtel sim and also recharged it with 399 promo on 29th july 2017 which gives unlimited call n data for 84 days. But on 25th august suddenly they started deducting balance for using data and call. Then i made complaint through various methods like calling customer care and giving mail. They resolved my problem on 29th august. My complaint id was cwrch[protected]. But again from today they started deducting my main balance whenever i make any call. My no. Is [protected]. Now i want a solution they have to give my 399 rs back or have to solve my problem by extending the validy.

                a fraud person called me with the number [protected] with name amit mishra. he asked me card details with the one time password and cvv no. he was saying that he will return my money back. i had argument with him and disconnected the call. what all this happening?

                  I'm an airtel broadband user, a/c no.: 11478242. I upgraded my plan from 2 mbps to 40 mbps in june 2017, but since the beginning i'm not getting the promised speed. I rarely get a download speed of 1-2 mbps on some days and that too is inconsistent and rest of the time the speed which i receive is worse than what i us to get when i had a 2 mbps plan. Apart from this i'm also suffering from frequent disconnection of internet and it takes some time to connect again.

                  I've complained about it many times and all i've received is assurances. Every time they say that it was a back-end issue and has been resolved but i'm still facing the same problem. I've also provided the technicians with the video of slow downloading speed and even they've witnessed the slow speed and the problem disconnection firsthand but yet they have not resolved the issue. All they do is call me next day asking if the problem has been resolved or not.

                  Airtel is not providing me the services for which they are charging me, so in other words they are duping me.

                  I'm attaching the last e-mail i sent to them on 23rd aug. 2017:

                  I'm a airtel broadband user (A/c no.:[protected]. I upgraded my dsl plan from 2 mbps to 40 mbps in june 2017 but since the upgradation i'm facing speed related issues. On a good day i can get d/l speed of 1-2 mbps approximately but on other days the speed is worse than what i use to get in my 2mbps plan, which makes me wonder i[censored]pgrading my plan was a wise decision or not. I've filed many complaints regarding this and even visits were made for the same but every-time i was told that"its a back-end issue and will be sorted out"but never was. I've also provided the technician with videos of the speed and even he witnessed that poor speed while he was here on visit but till date my problem has not been sorted out. Apart from this, the other problem which i'm facing is that the connection terminates automatically and takes some time to reconnect, even for this i've been told repeatedly that it is some problem related to the 'settings of the modem' and that they have been taken care-off and would not bother me again, but i'm facing that problem on daily basis.

                  This whole indecent makes me wonder why i should continue using airtel's service because i'm not getting what i paid for and on top of that half of the time there is no internet connection because the modem is trying to reestablish the connection.

                  Please tell me what you can do to rectify my problem within a considerable time period otherwise i will have to think about other solutions like surrendering my connection and even telling other people not to get an airtel connection.

                      I have a postpaid connection of airtel past 5 years. Last month i visited to thailand and activate some 1100/- international roaming pack. Through out when i was at thailand i use internet. But when i come back there was a bill of 6500/- for internet only. But at the time of activation customer care team was not informed us that 3 gb is available at 1100/- pack. I am a hotelier and i have employee of 180 members. All of my employee has airtel if my problem was not solved then its guarantee i will take serious action against airtel and port all of my employee sim to other network

                          Recently i recharged my mobile with rs 399 package with unlimited out going and 78 gb 4g. When i am on roaming it is not working. Again i have to recharge. It is really no meaning. Having ad one india one network when i leave state net work not working is really cheating. It is not mentioned any where when we recharge the offers which doesn't work in roaming. Just see other network jio it works all over india. Airtel should clearly mention about package other wise it become vheaying

                            Hello to whomsoever,

                            This is to bring you in notice the very bad experience of the service provided by you for dth.
                            I had a no signal error issue with my airtel dth repeatedly for 2 months (Jul & aug)
                            In july i raised the issue and the same was resolved in more than 4 days time after so many follow up in call.
                            Now again same is happening with my issue been forwarded and deadlines been skipped more than 3 times. At first it was said issue will get resolved next day by 1pm than it changed to 3pm and next same got changed to 48hrs... That means after logging complaint issue is still not addressed and is extended to 4days now.

                            I am really very disappointed with the customer service provided and the pain i have to go through to get it resolved. (Customer care ppl - manisha (Senior), shilpa, arvind

                            Following are few names i remember who attended my call and gave me many answers including my area is local and that special engg will be there and all.

                            Also i have received the sms with airtel service engg details (Uday - +91 [protected]) who never pick up the call.

                            I am truly thinking of discontinuing your service from nov'17 (Since i have paid for year) and will see to it that same mistake is not done by my fellow friends too..

                            Just need a favor to look into this matter seriously for atleast you come to know the loop holes in ur organization pls.

                              I got a call from airtel operator that we are providing you 349 plan with 21 gb 4g data... I was agree with him... And ported my 4 corporate numbers from vodafone to airtel... Its been 10 days but no data has been credited in my account... I force him to provide me data as soon as possible because these number are for business use... He with my knowledge changes my plan from 349 to 499... Without my verification...                                   Ppl from airtel came spoke to me about portability service they asked me to do few steps got 350 from me and left. Wen he just left i called the number from the bill that i dont want the service becuase i still dint finish with vodafone billing cycle. I was threatened from a rep from airtel store saying that we ill see how u will get the refund. This is totally not right. 350 is a hard earned money. I lost all the respect i had on airtel.

                                    Got the airtel broadband connection on 1st aug 2017.
                                    The technician came and installed the router which comes with connection.

                                    Problems reported to airtel:
                                    1. Router range is not reachable from other rooms in apartment
                                    2. Frequent disconnection happening (Atleast 3-4 times a day)
                                    3. After 10-12 calls to customer care, finally this was registered as a complain after 3 weeks.

                                    As a solution, i asked technician to install the router in some other place than putting it in the corner. So, he said he does not have long wires to do that.

                                    Post which i have already raised another request with airtel to send a technician with a longer cable and install the router correctly.

                                    Even after so many calls, complains to customer care, the problem is not being resolved. Its over 1 month now, we are facing this issue since day 1 of getting this internet connection with such a bad customer experience.

                                    Please help in resolving this soon. Thanks.

                                      I am a prepaid airtel customer. Yesterday evening i received a message that dindoclub services have been activated and rs.35/- was charged for the same.
                                      I have not authorized any such service to be started.

                                        I'm using airtel from more than 2 years and now after upgrading to 4g i. E., lte i frequently facing the network issue in my internet calls and others. I'm being forced to use other carrier if you guys cannot provide me a good service then i'm bound to switch to other. Please do smth asap.
