My name is sumit kumar, i use to live in raigarh chattisgarh. Back on 10th august i got a call from airtel executive asking me to port my number to airtel and told about the new offers, i got convinced and gave him the required documents and details on whatsapp, she asked me i want to port in postpaid or prepaid, i said prepaid.

After 2 days i got a call from raipur, he said he is going to verify my address as i applied for a airtel postpaid sim, i made him clear that i applied for prepaid.
I call back to the girl to whom i gave the details and briefed her that i got a call for address varification, she said "sir by mistake aapka postpaid me process ho gaya hai postpaid le lo"
I clearly denied and told her to cancel the process, she said ok as address varification nahi hua hai to process khud se cancel ho jayega.

And after 2 days i got msg from airtel that my request has been processed and my number will be ported, again i called her and she said sir process v ho gaya hai.. Sorry.

And my number got off!!!

I use to live in raigarh which is 250kms away from raipur, she never told me that she is calling from raipur,

After trying a lot i never got a chance to speak with airtel customer care as ivr gives lots of options!!

I wrote matter to facebook page but they are also not helping.
I'm attaching all of the screen shot, please help me out

    This is to inform you that i have been using the sim card (+91-[protected]) of your esteem company airtel for a very long time. As we all are aware of it that today scenario there is a lot of competition between the companies regarding their scheme and satisfaction of their customer. The bluff done by your company is that i have recharge my mobile with amounting rs 399 on 30th july 2017 and the scheme told to me was that i will be getting 84gb/day and local &std calls are unlimited for 84 days but on 27 august 2017 my balance got deducted by your company. When i have told the local authority regarding this problem they said that they had spoken to the zone office and check the same and as per them the same pack is activate on my number and practically it is not active on number my bal is getting deducted when i turn on my mobile data with airtel. So i request you please look into the matter and oblige me. I hope u must have heard that small drops of water make sea and ocean. You must be thinking at last i will leave your company and move to some other service provider but it will effect your company but not very huge loss but little effect will be there and the day will come it will affect the company a lot, if your company will keep doing like this. I hope you will listen to your customer and oblige him. One think more if the matter is not resolve here then i will compel to complaint about this to trai and the last option is consumer forum but i will fight for my right. Whether it take even years and years if i m honest and its my harden earn money by me i will get the justice.

      I usually opted for data packs of smaller values RS.9, 29 and so on and had no problem with data speed a or connectivity.But few days ago I recharged for 349 unlimited data (1 GB Daily)and calls, However I am facing with issues related to data connectivity (though network is good) even before using 100mb. Pathetic trick to counter jio

        I am getting repeated messages and phone call to register my mobile phone through biometrics to link it with aadhaar. I have already registered my phone number with my aadhaar card which is clearly mentioned therein. Under the circumstances, why should i go to nearest airtel centre to link my mobile with biometrics? Airtel has been known to provide the mobile numbers to various marketing agencies who frequently intrude our privacy. Under the recent supreme court judgment, right to privacy is my fundamental right. Hence i do not want airtel to register my biometrics for aadhaar link as i apprehend that my privacy may be in peril if i do. Since i have already registered my mobile number under aadhaar which is reflected in my aadhaar card, i do not think airtel can force under the name of government to register my mobile under aadhaar again. Please intervene.

          Sir i have facing a networking issue on my airtel number from 23 auguest 2017. Because of this i am facing so many problem. I was complaint twice time about to airtel complaint ref no.[protected] but there is no any solution from company. And also i got bill from company which is include other charges as per not my plan. Higher charges charged by company.

          My Two-2 Sim in AIRTEL But Last 25 Day Not Working Outgoing Call & Incoming Call, i am 2-(Two) Time complaint Airtel Customer care but problem not Solve. My Location is Lonavala Kusgaon BK.

            Hi, international roaming is not working in usa. The number is active for more than a year.in june 2017 the service was suspended and reactivated in july 2017. This is a post paid number, (My plan-199 - mh). When called, customer support asked to send email however no response to the email. Also, no effective answer from tech support team. The escalation process is not effective, i never got call back from them. It is frustrating that even after requested to escalate to sme to resolve the issue, there is no proper response.

              Hello,
              I was adding money in my airtel payment bank card i chose online banking and then once the payment was made it redirected me back to the application page and there is displayed transaction failed however they deducted money from my bank account and the money didn't get added to airtel account. Then i mailed them regarding this and received an automated reply stating that they will reply back in 1 working day and it has been more than that and still no response from them.

              Money deducted - rs. 399/-
              Case number received from [protected]@airtelmoney.com - 707159

              When i surfed the internet regarding this i found out people all around are facing this issue and airtel is not refunding their money. And another thing i would like to mention is that there is no way of contacting them through phone because there is no contact number for customer service. We can only send them mails regarding this to which they will reply only god knows when. This new application of airtel is total rubbish, such bugs should be removed before launching an application and they are not even taking responsibility for this instead they are blaming it on the other parties, such as in my case my bank, and in other complaints i read they were stating that paytm is has received money however not adding it to your paytm account, etc.
              And onto my bank statement it has clearly been printed that the money got deducted by airtel.

                My phone balance has been deducted of rs 10.00 for activation of service video club on date 27 august 2017 vide txn id n[protected], which was not activated by me. Also the service is activated without my consent and it is been repeated time to time which is harassing by airtel.

                So kindly help me so as to recover my phone balance of rs 10.00 of my no. [protected] and also not activation of any kind of service further in future.

                  This's surendhiran r, im using airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] since 2006, im working in malaysia from 2012 and carried this number for my bank otp and other transactions

                  My number got deactivated on 07 june 2017, my father went to check with the airtel store in trichy within the grace period (19 june 2017 - 22 june 2017) but there was no proper reply from airtel store and simply "said will check and come back" and i reached india on 24 june and personally went to the airtel store and i got the same reply and they registered the complaint late on 26 june 2017, i told my situation that im will be back to malaysia on 02 july 2017 then they said ask your father to come, again the same reply from customer care “will check and comeback to you” till now no proper from customer care,
                  I made a complaint and send mail to customer care and told my issue, customer care guys, rather than trying to sort out the issue, always replying me with a default format mentioning the reason for deactivation. They them self knew it was not going to help me in any way. I further insisted them to sort this issue to escalated the issue to applet/nodal office, since then i had been talking to officials from applet/nodal office, guys from applet/nodal offices contacted me and enquired the issue. I had to repeat the same story over and over again. This is one issue i faced. Every time, when a airtel customer care guys calls, i had to repeat the same story. And those guys don’t follow up on my previous mails or what the previous guy talked to me, they simply send a reply mail with the same format and says will escalate to the next level
                  And i got a call from bangalore airtel customer care[protected] on 12 july 2017 the person said still the number is registered under my name and said will escalate to next level after that i got many call from different persons from airtel customer care but till now im not getting a proper solution and my number is not activated.

                  As my number is linked to pancard, aadhar card, passport, voter id, driving license, bank and other personal as well, im struggling now and unable to do my bank transactions and other things

                  As the airtel store customer care person registered the complaint late and im losing the number now.

                  Its been almost a more than 2 months im contacting the customer care and airtel store but till now i didnt get any proper solution for reactivation of my number.

                  Is it the way that you treating a loyal customer, no one in the customer care is ready to escalate the issue to the senior level/ next level / technical team because the “mistake made by a airtel customer care“ no-one has the responsible to solve the issue.
                  Daily i receiving call from different different persons from customer care they don’t know what was the issue an i need to explain from the fist and simply saying will escalate the issue
                  Just asking how many times you guys escalate my issue?
                  Asking why you guys stilling in customer care?
                  Are you guys sitting simply to waste customers valuable time?
                  Is airtel trying to push their loyal customers to permanently switch to other account?
                  The mistake made by a airtel store customer care till now no one is not responsible for this issue, i seen a worst response from the unprofessional airtel customer care
                  Why airtel is so irresponsible? Why don’t they understand that the mobile number is very important in todays. All the services like banks, aadharcard, passport, driving license and other social media’s etc are linked to a mobile number. Secure otp’s are send to the registered number. Having known this you should respond the customer as a priority and resolve the issue first

                  Kindly check this issue on immediate basis and help me to reactivate the number again as im in need of this number very urgently

                  Appreciate your swift reply and reactivation my number on urgent basis

                    Fck fck fck airtel. Airtel baghao, apna data bachao. I really disappointed every morning when i switch on my airtel 4g router to read the newspaper, i didn't even finished the first page and after few seconds start loading the web page is not available. Even it so fast the net was it is possible 1gb can be vanished within a minute??? Or it is just a fraud giving 1gb/day??
                    It's fine we're not demanding extra data on official use. If you can't provide us enough data with low prices then stop this plan, but don't try to cheat us by showing such fraud service plans. Be like jio and vodafone, even customer care are so good when i call them.
                    Airtel service is the worst service provider i've experienced in my life.

                      I am using samsung galaxy pop. My airtel no: [protected]

                      And for last 6-9 months no network here in usa. It simply says no sim and does not even work. It used to work in the same phone before and through at&t network. Now when i refresh for networks, it simply shows t-mobile and does not even list at&t. I have international roaming pack activated and been paying bills without miss. And still no service.

                      I have complained through phone calls and twitter messages but no help so far.

                      One of my friend also suggesting the same issue for him and it would be great if you could reach me at my usa number +[protected] to resolve this issue.

                          Very worst experience from airtel... To retain customers, airtel announced best offer 399 on certain prepaid numbers...in july'17... Validity of this plan 84 days 1gb/day and unlimited calls to all network... But suddenly they stopped this service in 28days... When i asked abt this to customers care... Sir this s common plan u were not suppose to avail and in future we won't send this type of common plans to u... He considered i m something special to airtel so they stopped this service for me... Pls don't play with customers... It ll spoil ur reputation... Try to commit wht u promised to the customers...

                            This complaint is against airtel. I am not able to recharge my prepaid mobile for the past 15 days. I have spoken to customer care infinite number of times and also been to the service center but the problem is not solved. I am just told that there is a technical issue with my number in it will be resolved in 24 hrs. But clearly it's not going to solve. I am paying extra from my pocket everyday for nothing. Any kind of compensation is denied from their end. This kind of service is unacceptable and i had better expectations from airtel.

                              My self shiva prasad i am using an airtel network i am facing airt data issue which start with 4g and comes to 3g automatically and drop don to 2g and no data net work. I raise and complaint on 1st august but without any resolve of problem and without any intimation they have closed the compalin and again i raised an complaint on august 8th and 11th no response fron any technician and no feedback and no approch from team.
                              I have around 15 calls. Every time i have spoke to them they ask me w
                              To wait for 72 hour then asked me for 48 hour they will make their technician. Till date from 1st of august but when i call them the askes me that they will put my concern on high priority. Please find the attached details of all my calls at how many times and how much i conversated with the customer care supervisor but no progress.

                                This is highly escalated issue regarding sim not working from last 30-35 hrs.
                                I have replaced the old sim from with new one as it was not working from punjabi bagh airtel office. I already send the message to sim activation team at 3 pm on 26th august 2017 as per process. But still my sim not working. I called several times and got reply your sim will be start in 4 hrs or in 6 hrs. I already discussed with mayank as he said your sim will work in 4 hrs as he is manager and escalated this issue to higher level. Also with saurabh gupta (Second line manager) and got same update your sim will be activated after 10 am in the morning on 28th august 2017.
                                If this is the procedure for sim activation then sorry to say i really depressed first time with airtel this kind of support.
                                Just think off how its painful for customer during this situation when whole ncr suffered a lot due to ram rahim case and mobile is so much important to get in touch with your family members.

                                I do not know how you will take this mail. But this is a request from my end to start my number otherwise i do not have any other option to disable this service soon and also i have to disable all services from airtel already 3-4 numbers running in my family and broadband, data card also.

                                Waiting for reply on high priority basis.

                                  Sir, i have submitted request to terminate my post paid account on 25 aug17, along with pending amount to be paid, which i paid in cash at your retail show room at saraswati colony at kota, rajasthan. Ialso made arequest for prepaid accontfor which sim card was issued and instructions given by your rep. Therafter nothing moved inspite of my repeated efforts to contact your rep. I physically went to your office where i was informed that my request to terminate post paid acct has been turned over and iwill have to continue with it, otherwise contact rep after 10 sep. Ifail to understand this sort of behaviour and inview of foregoing do not want to have any connection with airtel. Kindly terminate all my accounts and inform if i have to pay you any amount on alternate no [protected].

                                    Since 24th of august i have bought a new sim requesting to avail the same ph. Number which i had lost a few weeks ago. But upto tonight, 29th of august, my sim card has not been activated!!! I am feeling so frustrated as i really need that number since it is link to many accounts.

                                      I received a fraud call asking my bank details and i gave my details thinking that it was a call from bank. Later my sbi debit card was used to make fraudulent transaction worth rs 19000 txn#141339 pos [protected] on airtel money today 29/08/2017. I have made a complaint at the bank. Please do stop the transaction and refund the money as earliest as possible.

                                        I followed procedure for uograding 3g to 4g such as SIM (20 digits) to 121 but while conforming with 1 i got an reply that 'this is not an valid keyword' and i called care twice and no change it shows the same msg.i am very disappointed even after paying 100rs for 4g sim it doesn't work
