On 24 aug i did a transaction of rs 349 for recharge of my airtel prepaid no [protected]. Using airtel app. Transaction was complete wit transaction id as - auth066438. For bharti airtel.
But now airtel is refusing of such transaction. Becuse of this i my prepaid balance was also lost and above all i approached thrice to airtel outlet and even sppke to the customer care executive. I only realised that your company is using such fraud app to fool people around and earn. Hence ur requested to check and do the needful. Else i will be forced to file under consumers protection.

    I was charged extra for consistent 2billing saying that you did not activated service and over used of said service. I am registered with myplan 299.in that i activated calling, data, and roaming plan for june-july billing cycle.in calling pack says all national and local calls free, despite of that they have charged me for landline call and in roaming pack according to them that was not activated i do not have proof for that.in july-aug bill they have carry forward me 9.6mb data as per their so called add
    Charged me extra for data usage. How is that possible? And landline calling charges extra. This guys make people fool

      Airtel took 1000 for new broadband connection and did not provide connection telling that connection is not available in my area. After multiple followups i provided required documents to refund the amount to my bank account.
      It is more than 6 months completed since i requested for refund and no refund happened yet.

      Below is my connection details:

      Transaction id:[protected]

      I have raised online ticket to airtel for refund with ticket id: aorbad45d.

      Below is the latest update i got from airtel team
      (I have registered your request for refund of rs. 1000/- and the reference number is 86466932. Let me assure you that the issue would be resolved within 6 days.)

      Please take necessary actions on airtel for this behaviour.

        I would like to inform you that some person with the name "mr. Dimbar marak" is using my phone number ([protected]) for his connection in airtel digital tv with id no.[protected]. Honestly, i don't know such person and i don't have airtel digital tv in my home
        Kindly please see and make corrections to this matter because i am receiving unwanted calls & sms every now and then from your service.

        I have facing poor signal quality and worst data speed from many months i have given a complaint to customer care but nobody cares about that.
        Someone called me and asked the credentials of my ATM, my money got deducted online and it is showing the OTHPG[protected]AIRTEL MONEY MUMBAI in my banking details. Please see the matter and resolve the issue.

            As i had ported my all 5 post paid mobile connection from the airtel comapay from the time of porting in last 4 day the service executive from the airtel have harassed me they had called me 88 times for the reason why i am choosing the other company they had harassed my personal and business life

              We are employees of cisf (Paramilitary armed police force) and residing at cisf complex, bypass road, mahipalpur, new delhi-37, now these days i along with more than 500 personnel are using airtel network in our complex, are facing poor network problem with airtel numbers, we hardly talk to anyone. So plz help us and set a tower or do anything for us as soon as possible. Thank you

                I was find the best offer on my number [protected] of rs197 recharge, 27000 local+std sec for 27 days. This offer is showing on airtel app and also airtel site.

                After recharge on 30/08/2017 4:12 pm of rs 197 i got 21000 sec only for 27 day for this i called to 198 from my number, there was mr deepak kumar this is airtel csr on 198. Deepak was saying we have no any offer like this and we can't do anything on this

                  Regarding the issue with airtel network, i am using postpaid sim and facing the network issue with mobile sim signal for past 15 hours, for this issue i did go to airtal office to check my sim on today 8/30/2017, the great team is sitting in infosys sez pocharam office, and i tell them, this is the issue i was facing from post 15 hours, then he checked sim and finally said, this is h2 sim, so servers are showdown and your sim got damage, it will take 4 days to recover, i have been using this network from last 2years, cause i relay the network. Here i am wondering with team sim damage, if sim is damage how i will get the signals with same sim after 4days and they did not provide any other alternative to me and not even they did not given any valid suggestions also, my dear generation people think yourself, if you are in my please and what about your influence with dump network, and they even not consider my request also, cause the request it self will take 4days to resoled. How will i communicate with my family and friends, but airtel is giving assurance to peoples with big.. Big advertisements to public, however airtel could you please resolve my issue asap or give me a better suggestion to over come this network issue, i am waiting for your reply

                    I bought an airtel postpaid sim card[protected]u). I cancelled the order because your customer executive rahat khan ([protected]) provided me no information about the plan. I cleared them on the verification call that i don't want to use this sim, please don't activate it and provide me the refund and the documents i provided to the customer executive rahat khan. So, he texted me a contact number vishaĺ ([protected]) saying this guy will refund the amount and the documents you gave.. From last 2 weeks this guy is ignoring my every call by saying that it is not our job to provide you the refund as it is our companies job.. I am calling him every second day.. He is rude, non co - operative and ignorant.. I am fed up with this attitude of your company.. Now the executive rahat khan, who provided me the sim is also not responding.. I called him 6-7 times.. Tell me how can i get back my money and documents..

                      Hello my bill payment is too high i have a plan of 499 postpaid n my bill is charged more than 2600rs. I am looking forward to call me as soon as possible. I am not going to pay the bill until i dont get a call. They say i have used my internet, but they always stop my data after 3gb, so i was expecting same and its unfair! I want to have a word with someone from airtel and want to know the problem for high bill.

                        I have an app of airtel payment bank in which my rs. 3, 000/- has been hanged due to debit transaction are not allowed since 29 august 2017.                           After few days my phone gets damaged.. I was standing outside my house suddenly a dog standing near me started barking on me.. I started running on road so my phone dropped from my pocket.. But airtel rejected my claim saying that it's a negligence by your side.. Please don't waste your money.. They are fooling people by giving huge ads on tv..

                            My airtel no is : 0-[protected].. I had recharged rs.399 on july 27th for offer of 84 days unlimited free calls and daily 1 gb 4g data. But from 12th night 10 pm i'm not getting data connectivity to my mobile till today, i had called airtel customer care/nodal officer about 10-16 times regarding this issues but the technical team was not able to rectify my data connectivity problem, even they asked me to replace the sim with a new one and i followed it, still the data is not connecting in my 4g set. Even through mail i had lodged a complaint but airtel has failed to rectify this issue. Kindly help me to get my rs.399 from airtel since they are not able to provide me the service for which i paid.                             I am using 2 sim of Airtel in a Single smartphone. 1 of it has network but other one doesn't have any network. I have changed the sim to another slot but, it is also not working.
                            Airtel PC secure software is unable to upload in my computer. Paying annual subscription continuously every year.

                              I have taken this broadband connection as i travel extensively and wanted to keep a watch at home... I was very happy with my tata dongle, unfortunately that was not supporting my cameras and on great reviews got airtel broadband installed as my cousins in the same building were very happy. Unfortunately since the time i got it installed it never worked as claimed... Complaints were made as and when i am back in city, they were prompt and usually engineer visits within an hour, unfortunately was not able to resolve it for more than a couple of hours which can be tracked from the system till now i guess after approx. More than 10 complains, 2 theft (Fir copy can be provided for one) and 3 - 4 burned modems engineer was able to find the fault in the underground wiring which has been there from earlier. I have been making all my payments all this while, once this was shared i claimed for my previous bills to be waived off as no services were provided and refused the close the complaint. Further to this my connection has been now disconnected and the supervisor at the customer care centre turns around and says he cannot help much on it. After this sad experience and wrongly claimed best connectivity i want a refund in full.

                                Hello sir,

                                I have a problem in cancelation.
                                Last february i bought airtel 4g hotspot ([protected]) from our nearest showroom (Urapakkam).
                                On that time, hotspot plan is on 3 month 8gb plan. I received the call from the showroom member, they told me that you have an offer sir. I asked her plan is on same number but they said offer is on new number. Then i ask her what about the old number she said after activation of new number, tell me the old number after you pay, we will cancel that. So i paid and send the old number to them.

                                After i send the old number, i call and inform them, that paid and send the number to their phone number (July 4). After 3 week. Bill generated in old number ([protected]). I paid the bill for the new number ([protected]). I informed this to your showroom. But they said to call me tomorrow, come later... I visit and call them, but they are not reply properly.

                                After inform to cancel i throw that old sim away. Now i got the call from customer care, you have mislead new plan can activate only within old sim. They said i will cancel the new number and use your old number.

                                Now i throw that away, i can't find it? What about the payment..?

                                Airtel really worst in custumer support...

                                Now i have the pending payment of old number rs 1000 something is generated. With rs 500 something in new number..

                                Solve this issue soon as possible otherwise i will reject airtel operator.

                                  My name is sumit kumar, i use to live in raigarh chattisgarh. Back on 10th august i got a call from airtel executive asking me to port my number to airtel and told about the new offers, i got convinced and gave him the required documents and details on whatsapp, she asked me i want to port in postpaid or prepaid, i said prepaid.

                                  After 2 days i got a call from raipur, he said he is going to verify my address as i applied for a airtel postpaid sim, i made him clear that i applied for prepaid.
                                  I call back to the girl to whom i gave the details and briefed her that i got a call for address varification, she said "sir by mistake aapka postpaid me process ho gaya hai postpaid le lo"
                                  I clearly denied and told her to cancel the process, she said ok as address varification nahi hua hai to process khud se cancel ho jayega.

                                  And after 2 days i got msg from airtel that my request has been processed and my number will be ported, again i called her and she said sir process v ho gaya hai.. Sorry.

                                  And my number got off!!!

                                  I use to live in raigarh which is 250kms away from raipur, she never told me that she is calling from raipur,

                                  After trying a lot i never got a chance to speak with airtel customer care as ivr gives lots of options!!

                                  I wrote matter to facebook page but they are also not helping.
                                  I'm attaching all of the screen shot, please help me out

                                    This is to inform you that i have been using the sim card (+91-[protected]) of your esteem company airtel for a very long time. As we all are aware of it that today scenario there is a lot of competition between the companies regarding their scheme and satisfaction of their customer. The bluff done by your company is that i have recharge my mobile with amounting rs 399 on 30th july 2017 and the scheme told to me was that i will be getting 84gb/day and local &std calls are unlimited for 84 days but on 27 august 2017 my balance got deducted by your company. When i have told the local authority regarding this problem they said that they had spoken to the zone office and check the same and as per them the same pack is activate on my number and practically it is not active on number my bal is getting deducted when i turn on my mobile data with airtel. So i request you please look into the matter and oblige me. I hope u must have heard that small drops of water make sea and ocean. You must be thinking at last i will leave your company and move to some other service provider but it will effect your company but not very huge loss but little effect will be there and the day will come it will affect the company a lot, if your company will keep doing like this. I hope you will listen to your customer and oblige him. One think more if the matter is not resolve here then i will compel to complaint about this to trai and the last option is consumer forum but i will fight for my right. Whether it take even years and years if i m honest and its my harden earn money by me i will get the justice.

                                      I usually opted for data packs of smaller values RS.9, 29 and so on and had no problem with data speed a or connectivity.But few days ago I recharged for 349 unlimited data (1 GB Daily)and calls, However I am facing with issues related to data connectivity (though network is good) even before using 100mb.                                         I am getting repeated messages and phone call to register my mobile phone through biometrics to link it with aadhaar. I have already registered my phone number with my aadhaar card which is clearly mentioned therein. Under the circumstances, why should i go to nearest airtel centre to link my mobile with biometrics? Airtel has been known to provide the mobile numbers to various marketing agencies who frequently intrude our privacy. Under the recent supreme court judgment, right to privacy is my fundamental right. Hence i do not want airtel to register my biometrics for aadhaar link as i apprehend that my privacy may be in peril if i do. Since i have already registered my mobile number under aadhaar which is reflected in my aadhaar card, i do not think airtel can force under the name of government to register my mobile under aadhaar again. Please intervene.
