Not able to recieve calls or call other using my airtel no.
Was using joi sim before from past 3 months
So dont know from when exatly i got this problem.
I'm a graduate and have given my airtel no. For all my jobs offers
Please help me as soon as possible cause im not using my jio sim and my airtel is my primary sim
I'm not getting any call from 1 week in my area
When i go out of my area i get calls
I dont know whats wrong here
Please help me

    I have subscribed your handset claim protection in which my phone is supposed to be covered against accidental and liquid damages but regret to inform you that i have claimed on 12th aug 17 in against of accidental damage and upload all the required data on your website but still no action has been taken from your side and still the status of claim is stuck at stage-01 which is upload your documents. While i have uploaded all the data on the next day of claim.

    Once i also have received a call from one assist in which he said that there is some technical error thats why your status is not being updated but no need to worry with in a week our representative will be reached by you for next stage of process but as of now 12 days has past away but i dont have any single updates from your side. I also have raised complaint[protected] &[protected] two times to airtel to resolve my queries but i didn't get any single call from airtel.

    Urge you to kindly take a necessary action on this otherwise i literally have to lodge a complaint against airtel for their fake promises.

    This is a very bad experience with airtel to have certainly delay in their value added services!!

      I was customer with idea since 2011. During august 2017, one mr. Sagar ([protected]) contacted me over phone and advised me to change to airtel post-paid plan of 349. Mr. Sagar has indicated various advantages of changing my service provider. Accordingly, i have opted for mnp w. E. F. August 08, 2017. However, i have been facing various problems, such as connectivity and data issues.

      Now, i have come to know that my plan is fixed for 499 instead of 349. Further, visits have been made to airtel outlets at visakhapatnam at siripuram and seethampeta, to sort out the problems being faced by me. However, the issues still remain unresolved.

      Mr. Sagar has been assuring me that the issues will be resolved, time and again.

      Hope you will respond to my predicament, quickly, to refrain from escalating the issue to appropriate forum.

        I have a postpaid airtel connection, with corporate plan 199 which includes
        Free 700min local + std and 750 mb free data.
        My consume for calls and data will be within this category.
        But the bill will be getting generated for free calls of 700 mins along with the monthly plan 199. Each time i used to call customer care and report about this and they will waive the amount.
        And they used to say next time this will not happen. But the same will happen for next month as well. I have reported in mail to airtel customer care, but no use.

        After so many complaints even bill has been generated wrong. I have discontinued with my service for 1 number and other number has the same problem now.

          I have been charged for rs.399/- in which offer they mention local & std free for unlimited, and 1 gb data per day is valid for 70 days, but unfortunately data showing zero & they have deducted from my main account.
          Reverse my main account balance and restart my data pack.

            This is a complain regarding a business partner of airtel 'mira enterprize airtel dijital tv' located at kolkata, west bengal. They are a farce in the name of'business code of conduct'even after paying the full money for installing airtel dth, my aged grandmother who lives alone was issued an old sd box and it was not working. We requested them to change the box, again they provided us with an old sd box, which also was not working. Then when we complained again, the agency behaved very badly and abused us, saying that as you have not bought hd box we cant help you. We have paid 1935 rupees (They have not even provided the receipt). They are forcing us to buy hd boxes. Is this a business ploy of such a renowned company as airtel/bharti. I have many devices with airtel and have never faced such humilation. If the behaviour of your business partners are like this, i am sorry to say they give a very bad image of the company as a whole. Please take necessary action. If required i can provide the pictures of the old sd box as proof. Please help us in resolving the matter at the earliest as it is causing a lot of harassment to an old lady who just wants to watch some quality tv.

              Airtel night mare lost number in portability
              I had a prepaid mumbai number of airtel purchased in yr 2005. Since 2007, i have shifted to pune. This mumbai number is mentioned on my aadhar card as a ref., given at various places as registered mobile. As per new govt. Policy i needed to attach my aadhar card credentials to my mobile, else the number would stop working on 29th july 2017, i went to karve road pune gallery of airtel. The airtel official mr. Dinesh pakhare at the karve road gallery advised me to visit mumbai for this ordinary job, or as an alternative, transport the airtel mumbai number to pune. Accordingly i sent a port request from my smart phone... Which was received and verified by karve road gallery official mr. Dinesh pahkre and asked me to pay rs. 100 for new pune sim card. I paid rs. 100 and received new sim card. My old mumbai number stopped working on 3rd august 2017. But my pune sim card is not active till this date.in spite of several calls to mr. Dinesh pakhare, the number is still not working i made several calls to mr. Pakhare... And now, mr. Pakhare does not even bother to reply to my calls or messages. My old number is registered even for my aadhar card, it's a night mare caused by airtel that i lost my number from airtel mumbai to airtel pune portability. This is horrible service. I will never buy airtel again.

                Hi, i have called you guys more than 8 - 10 times in last 2 weeks. My number got no service before 2 weeks back. There was no intimation received from air tel, there was no message also. Moreover there was no payment pending due to which i had to go under such harassment
                Once i returned also i did not got any singnal. Already called twice you guys were not able to resolve it. I visited near by branch she replaced my sim and committed it will be activated by within 4 hours.. Somehow whole day waited. It didn't got active. I again called and commitment was given for next day. This was continued for next 4 days
                I came back to my base hoping if it will be resolved but you are unable to resolve. Again called twice.
                Again when i have called today and i am given response to wait for 4 days

                Being my official number not only my business is getting suffer also it was clearly waste of time and energy for no reason
                I have still not got any positive feedback from them.

                , I have did recharge of Rs-399/- on mob no - [protected] for 84 GB data and all calls free for 84 days after receiving SMS from you in jul 2017 but unfortunately on 22 Aug 2017 my service stopped by Airtel . Please solve my problem as early as possible because My family facing problem .

                I tied of complaining to nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com but problem not resolved about balance deduction for data charges and they know that on simple phone Internet can't be used so how they declare valid charge and deduct balance from main account and can't return it.
                Not able recharge through airtel money account i think this service is useless service . Warje office showroom is unable to resolve this issue.

                  Hi team,

                  I have been using airtel for really really long time. I had been recharging more than what the usual person does. I believe i do not get proper offers while i can see other people get better offers.

                  I do not see 399 plan for 70 days instead its showing for 28 days. I first of all do not see any proper offers for the number i own.

                  Either i want you to look deep into my issue and figure out what is keeping you guys from giving good offers or if this pathetic service still continues i am going to have to change to another operator.

                  I want help with getting good offers and if a new plan is rolled out say for example this 399, i would like to use it not just read some news on the internet and nothing happens on my end.

                  I received a call and I been asking the rep to talk in english and he hung up on me.
                  I am not receiving my bill copy by email on the email id provided to you. Kindly send me the email copy of my last two bills on my email id [protected]@gmail.com .
                  In my Airtel no one vas has been added by default for which I got 1290 bill in July and 1030 in August . I have not added that service .generate new bill for August and return my money back for July else I ll switch to another operator.
                  Sir please close my Airtel number [protected] because my phone is lost.

                  I am facing network issue, in between it switched from 4g to 3g and 3g to 2g...during switchover i won't be having any network access, even during calls network goes back and comes back hence leads to disconnection of call.

                    Dear sir, my father using airtel post paid connection, ([protected]) 1st time they gived thease number and, then same number they give another person, after so many struggle they give to this number, now they r telling mobil bill is 1600 sum thing, i said please send me the mobil bill detail to my email id = [protected]@gmail.com,

                    But 20 day completed still they are not sending bill details. My plan is 299.
                    3 month's bill 900 rs, but they are telling 1600rs something, my contact number is ([protected], [protected]) pls call me this number.

                    I had reduced my credit limit to Rs2000/- vide my mail dated 7 June, 2017. Inspite of this fact I had received bill for an amount of Rs. 8954.48 payable in four days. How it could be when my credit limit is of Rs. 2000/-

                      Complaint lodged on 16/07/2017 with reference number [protected] and same is not yet resolved, but airtel is smartly closed the complaint without contacting me..!! Then again one more complaint raised on 16-aug-17 with the reference number 78660802. Astonishingly, no one in airtel customer care service tries either to understand the exact issue or to solve the issue.! I am fed up with follow up and planning to switch to other service provider. However, if airtel wants to retain me, the issue has to be resolved within 24 hours of time and there should not be any charges for this period.

                      I changed my sim to 4g. From that day I do not receive any SMS. Pl help
                      Losing network every few minutes
                      No 4g only 3g and edge most of the time
                      Providing 2g speed even on 3g
                      Frequent call drops almost 90%
                      Received a message from airtel regarding sim upgrade bt sim is already 4g enabled
                      Also outlets deny providing upgrade sim
                      Worst service ever
                      I recharged online for 50rs through airtel recharge site and it said "unsuccessful" then I tried again twice and got the same message saying "Unsuccessful". But now i got messages saying money has been deducted. My money was deducted thrice and still my balance is the same. I recharged on 23/08/2017. My mobile number is [protected].

                        I am using this mobile number [protected] from past 7 years and it was suddenly cancelled i dont know how this number is spread all my contacts and my nri account my kids schools etc everywhere this is the only contact i have.
                        After a week it got activated my number to other i dont know how,
                        Then i called him & i requested him that this my number im using this number since 7 years please give to me back after so much i request he agreed the he went airtel office he cancelled, it is my humble request you to reactivate this number to me...

                          Hello, i'm using your network (3g pack) for the last 3 years. I have recharged for 3g pack amounting to inr.178 through online on 23rd august 2017. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank a/c. Till date it has not credited back to my account. The details of the failed transaction status are mentioned below for your reference. Expedite your process. Airtel data sim no : [protected] amount of recharge : inr. 178 date of transaction : 23rd august 2017 airtel transaction id : [protected]. Bank name : icici bank
                          Subsequently, i did a recharge for inr 178 through net banking on the same day; airtel transaction id: [protected]
                          This amounts to recharge of the same pack for the same period twice. I request you to kindly refund the excess amount of inr 178

                          I need 84 Gb data for my pack. Take action immediately.
                          Last month I recharged rs 399. 84 days pack but it expire with in 28 days. Please recover my problem otherwise I change my network.
                          Airtel Network is very very bad in rudrapur.all bhel customer are used airtel corporate plan. but all o[censored]s are cllosed airtel sim because in bhel area not found 4G speed is only found 3G mostly found 2G speed in this area all o[censored]s port your sim in other network .
                          I had call to requesting to deduct my data balance but the customer care was misbehave with me and this is what which is really, I don't like my data balance back.

                            After showing advertisement on television, and at shop, i port my number from idea to airtel, but i found there are many problems in airtel network when using, from date of start i regularly followup with airtel care on 12118 but they are always gives me fake commitment and after 40 days of service i am still facing same problem and they again need 60 days period, when i was launched complaint on 19th july they are not taken seriously and tolerate my request.
                            Sir, please give me approval of port my number to idea, i am ready to pay remaining 2 months payment but i don't want to use airtel service.
                            Because after 40 days i really harassed due to airtel service, i have taken 50, 000 loss in my business because i can't call to my clients on time.

                            Ex.- 1.) when you want to call someone you need to try to call him for 30 min. After 30min. Call will connect.

                            2. If you want to try pay any online payment, using online app like you tube. You need to special time to see 2 min video - in just 30min. Or 1 hr. On 4g network.

                            3. After this harassment, you want to call customer care you need to try this call for more than 100 times, and after connect to customer care they are give me some affiliate officer mr. Sahani's contact number, and after 40 days all they are useless.

                            Airtel is always is providing fake commitment, please ban this network. And please give me approval to port my number.

                              I was using the services of idea and got a call to port to airtel
                              So i have requested to complete the process and executive said process will be done by 24/8/17 and i have continuously did follow up but till now i haven't received sim

                              Now my idea sim is disabled and not in a position to receive calls as well
                              I don't understand the delay by airtel

                              I think i wil receive sim after generation of 3 months bill

                              Please look into the below and solve the issue

                              I'm really very much disappointed and frustrated with the service of airtel

                              I have ported to airtel and porting process also completed but i have not received sim

                              Even now if you call me to hanover the sim my phone is not working

                              I'm not finding words to express my anger
                              Definitely i will take this to senior management level with all the sources i have

                              I received a call from airtel and after interacting with customer care executive.. I opted for 499/- plan and via biometric procedure completed the port process at tarnaka store in the month of july, paid 300rs too, they said it will be added in the first month bill...

                              Store executives said within a week, port process will be completed and i waited for almost 20 days and went to store 6 times but port process is still on... After great difficulty i took my 300rs back and thought airtel is not interested in new customers

                              This month i received a call from airtel and again as a stupid i applied for airtel postpaid by submitting port code on 22/8/17 and have been told by executive that will receive sim by 24/8/17 and the same day airtel services will be activated... As i applied for portability idea gave me good offers but as plan is good at airtel i just moved ahead with my decision but as i expected till now airtel service not got activated and i didn't receive sim as well

                              Once again airtel proved that it is not required new customers...
                              I'm drafting this mail just to know whether your department is bothered about new customers or you will also make me feel 3rd time that my assumption is correct

                                I vivek singh of 17/6/2 vivekanand park bansdroni, kolkata 700070 bought and airtel secure plan after learning about it from a television commercial on 12th of july 2017. I dropped my phone accidentally on my table top onto the floor on 28th july 2017 and the phone screen was cracked. It was working fine only problem was that the screen appeared cracked like a spider web and small portion of camera cover was broken from the back side but it was all working fine. On 28th i tried to claim fro repair from airtel secure on my mobile app but the interface did not allow me to get this done then i called the customer service at 121 and was told that i can do it online at airtel.in, i tried that as well i did not find my pin code there so i called the customer care again and i was told that my compaints has been resitered and i will called in next 24 hours and someone will come and pick up teh phone, i waited and when i did not get any further responce in 24 hours i called again at 121 only to be told that no complain has been lodged from my end and they cannot do anything and i should visit an airtel store for further help. On monday 31st july i walked into the airtel store in jodhpur park and there i was told that airtel secure is an all togeteher different division and they cannot hel me but on some insisting he did register my complaint and gave me complaint number, after i that i recieved a call from one assist and they said that they sent me a link ipon my email id and i can register the claim theer and get all teh docs and photos uploaded, i did that and after 3 -4 attempts they said that my claim was successful registered and they will collect my handset from house, it was done on sunday 6th of august. After this i got an email saying that they have valued the estimated repair cost at around rs. 16, 974.00 and i called them back saying that it was way too much but they said that its been done by an authorized service center. On 17th of august i received an email saying that claim from declined for reason of improper handling and no proper care has been taken to protect the handset. Since then i have asked them few question and at times they have even failed to acknowledge my emails, 121 customer care said that they can only register complains regarding network issues and have no mechanism to register complain about any person or department and i should connect with nodal officer, nodal just repeats the same thing and failed to give any explaination on action taken about people who have lied to me and harassed me in this entire process. My old unrepaired handset is still with them and they are just running a scam, they did not verify or validate the condition of my phone at the time of purchasing the insurance but now they are said that proper care was not taken, i have asked them that what they ask for was never a prerequisite for buying the airtel secure. I hope i will get justice here.

                                  I arshia akheel, mob - [protected] and [protected], wishes to inform you that since 24th august 2017 my number [protected] has not been able to access the airtell cellular network.

                                  I had the first sim change on 24th august 2017 at the mehdipatnam airtel branch. It didnot work after the required four hours of activation.

                                  Then when i went back and complained they sent me to airtel service center, towlichowki, saying that this is a direct airtel service center hence they will help to activate the network.

                                  This service center instead of checking the why the network is not acessible on my sim has given me another sim. The second sim change was done on 26th august with the same result.

                                  Again on going back to the service centre instead of checking why the error is occurring they have changed the sim saying that the sim was damaged.

                                  A third sim and five hours of waiting on 28th august has still not resulted in activating my number. You should have a technical team person at each service center to resolve such issues.

                                  I have been going to airtel service centre 4 times in the last five days. This is harassment, they make me wait and wait and then give me new sim saying that it will get activated after 4 hours, i will have to wait.

                                  This number is important to me and i request you to please look into into this matter urgently and resolve the issue. How can three sim's be damaged, what is the material being supplied. Something is not right.

                                    I have been trying to get airtel broadband connection for past 1 year, yet airtel is not ready to provide connection to my street saying the connection box is full and those.

                                    I have tried so many times requesting and by submitting the documents the say it's under processing and you will get your connection and after few days they are saying they won't be able to pull the wires across the street.

                                    I'm not sure why airtel isn't bothered about provided connection to the long awaiting customers where the available connection is just 50-100m away from my street.

                                    Please look into this issue and provide me the new broadband connection.

                                      I recharged my mobile airtel prepaid number [protected] at morning near 11.30am through net banking of kotak mahindra bank for full talktime of amount of rs.260. Within few minutes i received the message from bank debited the amount of rs.260. But i have not received any feedback or message of balance recharge from airtel. I tried calling customer care to talk to executive. But after selecting proper option when i select for executive it says "you had selected wrong option". I tried this 5 to 6 times. Finally after disappointment i mailed a complaint to airtel at [protected]@in. Airtel.com at afternoon 1.31pm. After that i have not received my call from airtel but after few hours at 02.50pm i received a text message from airtel saying "thank you for contacting your issues got resolved" (Please find attachement). But infact their was no calls from airtel. How is this possible. Therefore again i mailed them at night after office at 11.33pm. Still no reply from airtel. Please help me getting my valuable amount of rs. 260.

                                        I have recharged the mobile no [protected] on 2oth August with Rs 244 scheme, which state to give unlimited local/std calls for Airtel to Airtel and 1 GB 3G/4G per day for 70 days.
                                        But the I am getting only 1 GB for 28 days and even validity of free talk time for 28 days only.
                                        It is fraud.
