cheating on recharge plans

I heard on my mobile regarding a plan ie recharge with 399 and get 84 gb data unlimited calls for 84 days so i did a recharge after that i got 84gb for 28 days each day 3 gb this is airtel promise. So i called customer care and said i don't want this benifit either refund my money or give me benifit what i heard on ivr. They says that we can't do anything, i decided to change for other network so i did message for port i got a call from airtel...

Sir i'm using your 399 pack for 84 days @ 1gb per day. But today exactly at 2:40 pm when i'm using my internet a message came saying your last data use 0.56 mb and charging 5.36 rupees from your main account, but i'm using internet pack which is still active and also my today internet balance is more than 600 mb for today, so how can they charge my main mobile balance.
So i want my money back and guarantee this will not happen in future

    Before 2 week i recharge my airtel dth [protected] ([protected]) for rs.191. But it activated another hd addon. But i recarged for adding the amount to main balance. I already complained too much times. But no response from your side. Please register my complaint to airtel dth services and request for refund that amount to my account and deactivate the unwanted addon.

      Dear officer's,

      I am writing in regard of no solution provided by the airtel team even after continuous writing for the signal problem which now a day gone worst label and its shows the sick working of the group while not even providing the basic service for which they are not only charging but getting work license from the government on the basis of providing the proper services to their customer all the time.

      Its been almost another six months from our last conversation and in regard of the escalation of the signal problem at our site since last more then 3 years. As committed last by you people and even promising to install the tower nearby the area as you guys already got the place for the same!!

      Things has not been changed and getting worst even more day by day of getting no calls or drop calls and every time when we call on the numbers related with the location we have to hear one single liner "your umber is not reachable"

      Thrice the visit for the signal strength done in last on week time and in last two visit they mainly wanted to come and install the booster as approved by the team due to no signal at site!! But unfortunately they lied twice and even after confirming while asking twice for the reason of visit they done nothing!!

      Seriously shameful!! If this is how the airtel stands then you should need to rethink about value of words and commitment or else this kind of cheep practice will not take you anywhere and become further reason of your plunge from number claimed to unknown position soon!!

      Need resolution and solution as cant continue further with this message any more and need mobile signal at site without further lies and cooked stories.

      HOPE YOU HAVE TAKEN OUR CONCERN WITH "AIRTEL" THE TEAM BUSY IN MAKING UP THEIR LOST GROUND WITH NEW SET OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!

      HOPE THEY STILL HAVE SOME INELEGANCE LEFT WHILE TAKING WISE DECISION TO FIRST RETAIN THEIR LEFT OVER CUSTOMER WHO ARE HOLDING AIRTEL SERVICES FOR YEARS AND WITH WHOM THE TEAM MAKING FUN FOR YEARS.

      PLS FIRST PROVIDE WHAT YOU COMMIT AND FOR WHAT WE ARE PAYING FOR YEARS "SIGNAL" WHICH WILL HAPPEN ONLY AFTER PROVIDING BOOSTER AT OUR LOCATION.

        I recharged from the airtel website where it said i will be getting 1gb per day. But after recharging the sms and balance check says it is just 1gb per 28 days.
        I tried calling the customer care numbers (121, 198, 12181) multiple times cant get through to an agent. Some of these numbers are not toll free either, and i spent over a hour calling them. There seem to be no proper outlet to call and complain in airtel.

            I have mistakenly recharge wrong number through net banking
            i call airtel executive for same for rwfung but they said they have ni solution for it
            Amount was 794 Rs

              Hi,
              I, abhinav chaudhry, using airtel services on my phone received a message that i have been subscribed to ' gameclub ' service today. This has happened previously too but i ignored. I have been unnecessarily charged with rs.35. I am getting annoyed with these type of money making tactics they are employing as many people won't notice and they will continue to charge money for the services the consumer didn't even ask.

              I received a message to stop the service by sending message on 155223 which i did.

              But refund my money asap. I have been a loyal airtel customer for long but things are going out of hand from their side.

                I requested cancellation of my 4g hotspot. Customer care called me and asked me not to cancel and that they would give me a plan of rs 450 with rs 300 loyalty discount. I was assured that my bill would be rs 177 per month. However a different plan was activated and rs3807 was deducted from my account. The call was audited and airtel admits the mistake. Now they are not refunding my money. Please help. This has been going on for 1 month now.

                  I had requested to convert my prepaid sim to postpaid 499 plan. The executive came and gave a new sim with number[protected]u. Yesterday i got a message from airtel that address verification has been completed and conversion will start shortly. Meanwhile my old sim which was prepaid was stopped and there was showing no network so i changed my old sim to the new sim. The new sim is also not showing any network.
                  Now neither of the sim are working. This is sheer irresponsibility of airtel, they should be activating the new sim before deactivating the old one. I'm extremely upset with the service as i'm not able to make or receive any calls.

                    I want to swtich from airtel. The procedure says that i have to sent sms to 1900. But i am trying since more than 2 days to send a sms to 1900 from airtel but inspite of repeated attempts, it says message sending failed...! Even i balance and msg center no correct.

                      Dear sir
                      I have recharged mobile no. [protected] chennai zone for rs.199/- (All calls free and 2 gb data 3g/4g) from my airtel app ([protected]), but the amount of rs.199/- got debited from my airtelapp account but recharge is not done though it showed recharge is successful.

                      When i enquired with my wife she told recharge is not done.
                      Please request you to look in to this, i never expected this to happen from such a largest mobile operator in the country.

                        Airtel team,

                        Astonished by the response given by customer care team. I have been with airtel for more than 13 yrs now. I have been reporting signal loss and network coverage issue for last 2 weeks on open network help desk. They are reluctant to take complaint, just close the ticket saying it's poor indoor network.

                        For 13yrs never ever i got a indoor coverage issue from the same flat i am living around. How come from last 2 weeks i am getting was the question, the bunch of customer care fools are unable to answer.

                        With such type of service we have no other option to move to other service provider.

                          My main balance was deducted for rs 35 for some nonsense service which i did not opt for. Msg:-
                          Thanks for choosing modelmaniaw on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs35.0 for 7days. A/c balance: rs35 at 01:57. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223

                          Please explain this. This is not the first time this has happened. I don't understand why you have such nonsense and vulgar services. I need a call from you with explanation and reversal of my balance at once or else i wouldn't think twice to switch to any other carrier even though i m using airtel for past 10years of which i am getting fed up now.

                              I took broad band from airtel paying 6 months tarrif as your sales person had assured good service and speed. I am aghast to note that the net which worked for few hours had very low speed few bytes per seconds and stopped completely today. Though you claim 24x7 service one of your customer care says the complaint will be attended on monday only. You people are taking customers for granted. We wanted to work on net today and tomorrow but due to your lethargic service we will not be able to use net. I feel sorry about failing to note your ruse. People soon will leave you and may initiate legal action.

                                I as a consumer check my best offers on my mobile number :[protected] and found a date pack cost : rs 145 benefits 4gb, so i went to the retailer and did that recharge after couple of days my data balance left was : 424 mb so i switched on my data connection to utilize it but did not work, so i checked my balance again, data balance was same as 424 mb but my main balance amount rs 22 was missing, so i called customer service to know about my main balance and why my data is not working. A guy picked up the call and checked my number, he said i do have data balance but i cant use it because its testing data provided by the company. So i asked him did the company tell me before the recharge that after that data reachs 424mb its wont work. I do agree that the benefit given to me was used by me, but those 424mb showing up in my balance did not say that dont use it or you will lose main balance... I just want the company who i have been a customer since years provide me with zero information before recharge and after doing the recharge they say it was just testing of the recharge and now i cant use it, incase if i was notified before i would have recharged my number again, anyways the people who talked to me to resolve the problem where rude and asked me to send screenshots if possible and said if not then we cant do anything about it... Honestly thats unethical for a company for losing client values.

                                  Hi, this is mr. Y venkata rao from srikakulam having airtel prepaid mobile no [protected]. I lost my mobile today morning, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

                                  Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

                                    While doing bill payment for my no. [protected] through airtel app the amount of rs 811 has been deducted, but the recharge did not happened.

                                    I received a couple of messages from airtel that the transaction has been failed.

                                    Transaction ids:[protected] and[protected].

                                    Today is the last day for bill payment. I have email to airtel but did not got any response yet

                                    Please help.

                                      I am unable to make outgoing calls while in roaming. Incoming call is working fine. This is happening since past 2 days. I recharged a pack of rs.399 and it showed recharge successful. As soon as i call a number it immidiately cuts off without ringing or any voice recording being played. I am currently in bhubaneshwar and only have one sim. So i m not able to contact anyone via phone calls. This is becoming really problematic for me. Kindly help!!!
