Im ravis nishad using airtel[protected] at khortha village gorakhpur have complaint many time but they not resolving it its been 2 months. At the time of 4g wear not getting 3g or 2g properly looking problem n network issues occures can't call properly.

I opted for 4G upgrade sim online got it delivered and followed the steps to activate it.I got the message that my current sim will deactivate(go out of service) and new sim will be activated..its been 3 days and the 4g sim is not activated yet and my 3G sim is out of service..since i use only 1 sim i have problem talking now.Please activate it ASAP...

I have activated 399 rupee plan with unlimited calls and daily 1gb data on jun month. It went fine for first 60 days. After that call rate is charged when i call from my mobile. I checked with customer care multiple times and they said they will check and get back but no response after that. I feel i completely cheated with airtel service. Please provide proper reason.
