Hi,

I had submitted an mnp request almost two weeks back (16-aug-2017) in airtel store, kadugodi, bangalore. Until now the porting has not happened. This is from vodafone to airtel.

When i call the kadugodi airtel store person mr. Govind, he is either not picking up the call or being rude. There is no way to know the status of porting request. Not sure what to do and how to proceed further.

I had complaint about network issue at online and customer care 3times... Customer care operator said me that convert your 3G sim to 4G... So on the request of operator i converted but stil i getting same problem. Give me reply as earlier as possible.

Even though the Airtel Network is bad, it does not get solved, but only talks about number one network, Airtel will be used if it is harassed, do not use Airtel.

This is inform you that you stated that airtel covered more than 50% area of India. It is seen from my mobile most of time are not coming coverage even Dighori area of Nagpur City. So I am unable to use your services and no use o[censored]tilization of air tel SIM. Please provide in coverage in my mobile.

On 14 July my phone was lost.so I blocked my sim and take a new duplicate sim from Airtel showroom.but the internet network is not coming properly sometimes is coming or sometimes not.so I request you to solve my problem..

    I do not how but i have this rs 9/- data pack which automatically gets renewed every month. You how much data it gives "a whooping 20 mb'. This would in seconds if you try to use it.
    I tried every option i e through sms, selecting replies auto sms. Their paid sms service. But till now there is no solution to end this auto renewal of airtels generous service.. I think they are panicked with jio and not getting revenue through right ways.
    Irony is that even customer care says there is no auto renewal on any value added service. They it must be"airtel store" (Don't whose company is this) however i tried almost all option but solace. I got de-activating service options also on few instances but once send sms there won't be any further reply of confirmation after that
    Can any one suggest how to get rid of it.

    Airtel Mobile Network (Voice and Data) is at its poor at our residence I am following up with airtel from past 100 days and they keep repeating the same message in 90 days you will have a new tower in your area but its 120 days I raised the complaint and still the same.

    I ported my aircel sim card to airtel. But when I inserted my new ported sim in my 4g phone it doesn't detect and if I insert it in a 3g phone it detects successfully. Why so?

      On aug 28 2016, i attempted to recharge my airtel no [protected] for rs 349.

      Although the transaction was unsuccessful, and the recharge did not occur, the money was deducted from my cub online account.

      The transaction number for the recharge is 00218905

      Please refund the recharge amount to my account since the recharge has failed.

        My network porting request via O1-[protected] has been rejected due to "This post-paid subscriber has outstanding payments dues."
        I checked my balance in My Airtel App as Rs. -25.40. Yesterday the customer executive also said the same.

        i am using a pack which gives me 1gb per day, but the speed is utterly slow. sometimes comments in facebook post takes 1 mins to load. is it not amounts to cheating. Vodafone 2g is loading faster than airtel 4g. you can reach me on my work number [protected]

        Every month whenever I making the payment, the payment receipt is not received in my mail, rather received the confirmation only.

          Customer care is very worst they say go to airtel show room...
          They are irresponsible #... They not guide me. They didn't inform anything...

            Hi sir

            I resigned from airtel on 22nd july 2016 and i submitted the epf withdrawal request form through courier to gurgaon office on may 2017 and i got message " my epf withdrawal request form is put on hold for some valid reasons pls contact hr activ connect team for further assistance.

            But im sending emails to hr activ connect team from jun2017 but still i didn't get any revert from them. Pls help to close loop this asap.

              Not having service since 6 days! Had visited airtel office and they had put my sim on other phone and tried making it work but it didn't! Then their superior on further inspection said that this is some h2 series sim and those are having trouble now!! He assured me that i would get my signal back in 24 hours but i didn't!! Kindly suggest what to do coz i'm a chartered accountant and this is the busiest time of the year and i have only one number!!

                      I have done a recharge of 449 on my registered phone number, according to the offer made by airtel, if your handset is a 4g set then the offer will last for 84 days, unlimited local and std calls, 1 gb 4 g data daily, or else offer will be for 35 days and 2 gb data only 3g. I am using mi redmi note 3 which is a 4g set yet my offer is for 35 days. Furthermore on talking to your customer care personnel available at 198, he simply disconnected the call arguing that my handset is 3g enabled not 4g. Such sort of behaviour simply reflects what moral values are revered to at your esteemed company.

                        I have recharged with 349 in which unlimited local+std calls and 1gb/day has been given as benifits but instead o[censored]nlimited calls i am getting only 300 mins per day. After recharging, the company sms doesn't contain any terms and conditions on per day basis it was only showing unlimited calls for all local and std calls but the customer care is saying that the terms and conditions is only 300 mins/day.

                            I went to airtel storein baghajatin station road, kolkata on 12/08/2017 at about 11.00 am for getting my phone account linked with aadhar. The person on duty asked me rs 20/- (Twenty), for linking.. Although i provided money as demanded, as i were not aware of charges. When i demanded a receipt he shouted at me that no receipt will be given. Recently i came to now the process is actually free? Then is it legitimate for airtel authorized stores to charge? What should i do now. Please advise

                              I am very fade up with poor response from airtel team. From day 1 when i port my number to airtel (Almost 150 days) i am facing extreme poor network coverage at my given location, i did some conversation with executive but everyone is saying that they are not able to help me out before 120 days as your team are working or searching some space for new tower. As there limit for 120 days is complete still they are not able me to provide even 3g network properly.
                              In the 4g era i am feeling like i am living in rural place where your team is not able to provide me even 2g services properly. I cannot understand how you are advertising that you are providing high speed 4g data as compare to other service providers.

                                My broadband was not working since 24th august, hence contacted airtel customer care who sent some vendors to replace the modem. However they did not configure the modem correctly and left saying there is an issue with my laptop and iphone. When i called them again, the vendor was extremely rude and said he has a 100 calls to attend and it is not his problem if the broadband was not working and if i wanted my problem solved i should make another complaint. I complained again and another person was sent, he changed the location of the cables and went away, no use since it did not work at all. Again i raised a complaint on 26 th, the same technician who came on 25 th came and tried something, but then my telephone line went dead after that. I have since called airtel at least 5 to six times and each time they say someone will come in a couple of hours but no one has turned up. This kind of a third-rate customer service is not expected from a company like airtel. This inefficiency and indifference in the attitude of the customer care executives has resulted in me losing valuable time and has caused me and my family a lot of anguish.
                                Airtel must be penalised for such behaviour and justice and relief rendered to customers

                                  cheating on recharge plans

                                  I heard on my mobile regarding a plan ie recharge with 399 and get 84 gb data unlimited calls for 84 days so i did a recharge after that i got 84gb for 28 days each day 3 gb this is airtel promise. So i called customer care and said i don't want this benifit either refund my money or give me benifit what i heard on ivr. They says that we can't do anything, i decided to change for other network so i did message for port i got a call from airtel...

                                  Sir i'm using your 399 pack for 84 days @ 1gb per day. But today exactly at 2:40 pm when i'm using my internet a message came saying your last data use 0.56 mb and charging 5.36 rupees from your main account, but i'm using internet pack which is still active and also my today internet balance is more than 600 mb for today, so how can they charge my main mobile balance.
                                  So i want my money back and guarantee this will not happen in future

                                    Before 2 week i recharge my airtel dth [protected] ([protected]) for rs.191. But it activated another hd addon. But i recarged for adding the amount to main balance. I already complained too much times. But no response from your side. Please register my complaint to airtel dth services and request for refund that amount to my account and deactivate the unwanted addon.

                                      I am writing in regard of no solution provided by the airtel team even after continuous writing for the signal problem which now a day gone worst label and its shows the sick working of the group while not even providing the basic service for which they are not only charging but getting work license from the government on the basis of providing the proper services to their customer all the time.

                                      Its been almost another six months from our last conversation and in regard of the escalation of the signal problem at our site since last more then 3 years. As committed last by you people and even promising to install the tower nearby the area as you guys already got the place for the same!!

                                      Things has not been changed and getting worst even more day by day of getting no calls or drop calls and every time when we call on the numbers related with the location we have to hear one single liner "your umber is not reachable"

                                      Thrice the visit for the signal strength done in last on week time and in last two visit they mainly wanted to come and install the booster as approved by the team due to no signal at site!! But unfortunately they lied twice and even after confirming while asking twice for the reason of visit they done nothing!!

                                      Seriously shameful!! If this is how the airtel stands then you should need to rethink about value of words and commitment or else this kind of cheep practice will not take you anywhere and become further reason of your plunge from number claimed to unknown position soon!!

                                      Need resolution and solution as cant continue further with this message any more and need mobile signal at site without further lies and cooked stories.

                                      HOPE THEY STILL HAVE SOME INELEGANCE LEFT WHILE TAKING WISE DECISION TO FIRST RETAIN THEIR LEFT OVER CUSTOMER WHO ARE HOLDING AIRTEL SERVICES FOR YEARS AND WITH WHOM THE TEAM MAKING FUN FOR YEARS.
