My airtel no. Is [protected], i did already experienced doing recharge of 399 on 17 june 2017. I did not know how it has been utilized, i hope your *121*2# isnt the right option to get to the details. It doesnt show the utility of the 399. On 26 aug '17, i had again recharged ₹399, it shows only till 22 september 2017. I do not get how airtel calculates 70day, let me know the calender details. Your estimed company's cc number never connects to executive agent to talk and clarify. Fyi, only on the day of recharge, it shows 1.2 gb on data balance later on not even a single information regarding the utility. I request, there should be availability of the details of consumers utility on daily basis. Based on calling, data and sms. Pls clarify me.

I DVV Suresh Babu recharged the ₹399/- plan on 31st July and in that you gave free local calls and STO calls but 25th August onwards I am not enjoying any free calls, so I request you to kindly verify the my plan

    Mobile internet is not working for nearly 2 months now. I always recharge with 349, now they have a offer o[censored]nlimited calls and 1gb/day internet for 4g/3g. So i went to make a complaint on there toll free number, there is no option like press 9 to talk to customer care executive.
    I want my problem resolved immediately
    Otherwise i am switching to another service provider

      Airtel services are a cheat as usual.. No customer service to talk to. And i was charged for an offer i didnt activate. My no. Is [protected]. And i also use a lot of net offers. Even when my net pack is active ive been deducted balance saying 'uve used 10mb from your main account'. Proper frauds... This has continues for a long time. I have been using airtel for the outstanding internet service provided. But, unnecessary charges have been incurred. Please check it and kindly take the measures required.. Rather than using fraudulent means to cut my balance.

        Dear mr. Mittal,
        I transferred rs. 674 rs on dated 22ndaug 17 with txn id[protected] against recharge of
        Customer id-[protected]
        But nor digital tv account is suspended from 23th aug-17 & till date i talked to your representative 5 times but not got any satisfactory solution & as per him due to wrong top-up payment is update hd service & he has already mail to transfer the payment in current service but till time problem not resolved. 2 times they misguide me and not share my complaint no.. Till now.
        Pls look into this issue & get it resolved asap otherwise i will no choose to go other service provider.

          I am airtel user i have only one sim card used no [protected] any other sim purchased not active in retailer shop reson is airtel company document bulk activation my document use 6 sim card activation my document so very foor and bad service in airtel company i am new sim card purchase in some time not activation. And airrel sim not usage is very problem so please my i'd proof document delete in my mob no [protected] in any other sim card user canceled emidetly action taken

            I asked for my airtel dth second connection to be disconnected and the same was confirmed by airtel over email and calls. However i am being charged for the second connection at rs 200 per month. I complained about this and after several calls and facebook requests, the same was stopped. However this has recurred and i am again being charged on a daily basis even though there is no connection. Please resolve and refund the. Amount immediately.

              I have been using airtel-connection through ubi-corporate plan since 2006. I had the experienced to have caller-tune of hemanta's famous song (Jhor utheche bowl batas...) till 2014/15. Suddenly the callar tune was changed and since then ihave been trying to iunstall the same song through tour online system. Number of times, i contacted your office but no effect. Even ubi failed to help me in the recent past.
              Now i will change the ownership of the mobile from ubi to my name. Necessary steps are being taken to complete the process.
              My humble request you to pl install hemanta above song to my caller-tune which has the enormous demand from my callers.

                  On my airtel app, it showed that airtel 399 offers unlimited calls plus 1 gb data daily for 84 days. But upon recharging i got the offer 1.25 gb daily plus unlimited calls only for 28 days. This is totally cheating offer airtel.. I don't feel value for money anymore with airtel.

                  Got the below message after recharge.

                  Unlimited local+std all calls (T&c apply) + 1.25gb data; for 4g hs+4g sim, get 1gb/day; val: 28 days

                    I am requested to you please resolve my problem, my incoming call not work.
                    Airtel voice msg - the airtel number your are dialing is temporarily out of service
                    I am facing last month. 24 july 2017 to till.

                    Outgoing working, sms working, internet data working.

                    Complete detail:-
                    1- 22 july 2017 my lost sim.

                    2- 24 july 2017 so i got the new sim and also work with in 4 hr, but my incoming call and outgoing call not work.

                    3- 26-july 2017 after that i called customer care and requested to re-activate my service incoming and out going and service will activate in 4 hr. But service activate only outgoing calls.

                    4- after one week i get to know that my incoming has not been started yet. I called a customer care then requested again but no body help out me, and suggest me please go to nearest airtel store, then resolved this issue. (Location airtel store mg road sahara mall gurgaon)

                    5 - august first week airtel store check my sim card and insert own phone then to check every service call diverts but no found any issue, and finally drop mail air-tel head office, and says 72 hr definalty your problem will be shortout.

                    6- 19 aug 2017, i called again customer care, then he says please re-issue again a new sim might be your problem be resolved,

                    7- 25-aug-2017 i had change new sim card but incoming issue not resolved yet.

                      I have an airtel connection since past 10years and the service recently is getting worst. I had lost my phone om saturday and hence disconnected my connection and took a new sim on monday. When the sim was issued, the agent from sakinaka mumbai airtel store did nt start my connection n send the request for activation of my new sim which did nt get processed. Later on visit to the store the agent issued me a new sim n informed i wil get connection within 24 hours... Today its been 7 days... M without connection. The process which takes 4hours is taking days n dont know till when as the agents are only giving false commitments that within 24 hours i wil get connectio

                        I have recently recharged my airtel no with 399rs plan on 20th aug 17 which promised 84gb (1 gb/day) and unlimited local/std calls. But suddenly i got charged for using internet from my original balance. This is not acceptable. I've lost atleast 60rs because of this. I can't seem to use the daily 1 gb net allowance. It's a 3g sim.

                          Hello team,

                          I have has been using airtel from decades. Recently signal and coverage became worst. And when trying to report to customer service never respond or no option to speak with executive.

                          Really irritating this. My number is very old so that, i could not change my number.

                          And recently 399 offer came but it is not working for existing customers... This is also one of the bad news for existing customers...

                          Please help to file case with airtel and resolve issues as soon as possible.

                            I am constantly having a network problem since the month of june. Immediately after making the call the network goes for 2 minutes in which emergency calls only appear.in the regard, i have been able to contact both airtel customer service and airtel store. I have changed the sim from the airtel store. But the problem still is the heinous of the disadvantaged.

                              I am living in krishna nagar, safdurjung enclave, new delhi-110029.

                              I was travelling to my permanent home in delhi on 25th august 2017 at around 11:00 pm from krishna nagar, safdurjung enclave, new delhi-110029. I was standing at green park metro station and talking to a cab driver to hire it, suddenly two boys on motorbyke came and snatched my phone and in a very speed they disappeared. I could not see byke's number.

                              Both sim are switched off.

                                Hi, i am using airtel since 2005 and recently i was asked to replace my sim card to 4g, i did as per their information but now in spite of staying in the heart of capital imphal, the speed of network is very pathetic or should say the speed is non less than 2g. I had requested several time to customer care and the reply was your complain had been recorded and would be rectified soon. Actually i was very fond of airtel service provider but from now on i won't suggest any of my friends to opp for this instead will tell them to throw away the sim and go for other service provider. Bottom line is pathetic pathetic pathetic service provider of present era.

                                  I am facing this problem since many months before. My airtel no. Is [protected]
                                  Which i have get ported to west bengal circle from delhi ncr circle in last year.
                                  But i am not able to recharge this number, my balance is zero, so all outgoing events e. G call/message are blocked, this number is working only for incoming events and that is also fails in roaming, because this is my oldest number and it is registered everywhere on web for many purposes, so i can not deactivate it, you are kindly requested to look into the matter and solve the problem, i also visited to airtel store in burdwan wb many times but all in vain.

                                  Please help to resolve my issue with this sim.

                                    I ported my number from kolkata to karnataka but currently i am unable to connect with 4g network where as 3g is working fine.
                                    My phone is 4g enabled. I was using vodafone 4g previously. It was working fine. After porting my number to airtel post paid i am facing this issue.

                                    I have contacted customer care several times but they could not provide any resolution to fix this issue. I am again planning to move to vodafone.

                                    Please let me know is there any resolution available or not..

                                      My airtel bill of july 2017 is given ₹5612.04 which is unexpected because i don't use so much of internet or calling. I only use whatsapp and it doesn't need so much of internet and from last 10 months you track my bills it's very normal usages.
                                      So i request you to please see what's the problem and solve it positively. Please do needful and to give proper bill as early as possible
