I'm gorav, someday back my phone got damaged & when i submit the claim airtel team rejected my claim, reason mentioned that airtel insurance is applicable if there is gap of 15 days in between policy purchase date & 1st damage date. As my phone got damaged on 9th day. So i get fixed the problem from 3rd party on very next day.
Unfortunately my phone again fallen after 15 days & shockingly again screen got damaged on same location like earlier which was fixed.
So i submitted my claim with airtel but again they rejected by saying "reclaiming for the same damages for which claim already rejected."
I want to ask airtel team is the mobile phone cannot break from same place. Phone is not having the brain like you to play with money of people. Nobody damage their property by own it is done by accident and you cannot.
Airtel fake promise.

    3 days before I got a message that VIDEOPINDW service has been activated @ Rs15.0 for 3day(s).Txn ID N[protected], 23Aug17 09:37.     I didn't even opt for this then why this has happened to me?
    I deactivated the service. Now today again I got the message.. I want to ask why do you activate any service without customer acceptance. I want my money back.

      Original sim was having network issue, hence raised complain to customer care, they suggested to get new duplicate sim. Purchased new sim after that it is not getting detecting. Same sim tried in another phone still same issue. Then tried another jio / vodafone sim in my phone it is working fine. Went to airtel office got one more new sim and checked still same issue. When we call customer care no one is ready to respond and giving false information as my phone issue. Please some one check and resolve this issue.

        I am a airtel customer and my airtel number is [protected].
        I have recharged my airtel number with rs 399 (Unlimited local + std call and 1gb/day for 84 days) on 24 august 2017 via my airtel app but i have been charged for my voice call.
        So i will appreciate if you look into my problem and solve as soon as possible or else i would prefer full refund.

          I was having number [protected] of airtel mumbai. Due to non payment they have suspended this number within short duration.in spite of. Many request they are not giving me this number in service. My all contact are linked to this number only i am always ready to pay for it. I was regularly visited gallery for putting the number in service but they never responded me the number [protected] to put in service again. I am always interested to get the number back in service.

            I have been using airtel number from more than 4 years. It has come to my notice that i am not charged as per mentioned tariff. This has happened to me for 3rd consecutive times. I have called customer care as well regarding the same, but problem was not resolved.
            I have raised complaints to nodal officer as well.
            He has provided me false information. None of the concerned person are helping.
            Its a big scam from airtel side, where they are charging customer incorrectly thinking customer will ignore such behaviours.

              I like to port my mobile number [protected] from tata docomo to airtel. I have submitted port id and all documents (Aadhar no, thumb impression etc through online) to airtel on 14th august 17. Still my number has not ported to airtel after 10 days. I have contacted airtel customer service regarding this issue but they are saying that they have not received documents yet. I submitted documents through online and i got confirmation message from airtel that the porting request received. Can you please help me regarding this?

                Customer care services is more worst... And network is also more worst... Not good reply and satisfaction answers are given by customer care authority...
                When i activate plan rs399 then network is very slow.
                When i call to customer care services...
                Then not satisfied answers are given by they...
                When i was talking they disconnect my call...
                My problem is about internet speed...
                It slow than 2 g network...

                  I have been facing network issues for a long long time, after making several complaints, i was informed by the technical department that the tower near my house has fallen down since 3 months. He told me that i would receive 2g network from now. All these months after paying for 4g for 2 device i am told i will get 2g which is also not available.

                  I have 1 sim in my phone and the other in the airtel 4g wifi dongle which i purchased from them. Both the connections are postpaid.

                    I recharged internet balance for 400 that is 3gb a day but my net is very slow that i can't use atleast 1gb. Sometimes network signals are not coming at all. Please fix my problem.net speed is very low. This is all spam your cheating customers by giving many offers but they are not real. My airtel plan is 3gb a day but u wont let us spend 3gb by slowing net. This ur plan isn't it

                      I talked to customer care ececutives and registered my complaint 10 times but all in vain..
                      Worst speed of 3g, 4g not working and hell lot of call drops..

                        Since from last 25 days i am not able to get the signals properly. Several times calls disconnected.
                        I complained to airtel customer care, they have issued new sim at rs.25.00 on 23.8.2017. The same problem occurred. Again complained to airtel customer care. There is no response from them. It's a very bad experience and service from airtel. Due to the bad service i m not able to book the taxi and even i m not paid payment through net banking.

                          I have recharged my number with 399, in which i was supposed to receive 1gb 4g data per day for 84 days but i am receiving 3g data only. I am using it on oneplus 2 phone which is 4g and i have set the data settings as 4g also. But i am receiving only 3g signals everywhere in the whole city. Other company's 4g sim working fine.
                          I've set my device's network mode to automatically switch between 2g, 3g and 4g, using your apn settings (Airtelgprs.com) for internet, but problem is still there.
                          Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                            I recently port my prepaid number from vodafone to airtel with the thought that airtel network and data is better then any other service provider.
                            But to my surprise, airtel network is pathetic. My phone goes offline very frequently. Sometimes it is as frequent as 2 to 3 times in a minute.
                            As per trai, i can not port my number before 90 days and i am stuck.
                            Why there are so big advertisements when you can not provide network in places like noida.

                              Your authorised distributor at karimnagar (Tower circle branch) has demanded me an unofficial charges of rs 125/- for upgrading of my sim card from 2g to 4g. Please take action against him and make him to pay my money back with penality. He is cheating the hundreds of customers this way everyday. Please take suitable action agains him as soon as possible.

                                I am staying in adajan and have visited the office about 10 times, tried to contact them to get my dongle working a month has passed without using the dongle and am asked to pay a bill generated though i have not been able to use the dongle. Your people does not attend my calls and finally again a new bill be generated. I have been asked to pay rs.500/- and get my dongle activated but till date no body has the time for elderly persons like me. I had met them and told them about my problem and that i have been using airtel since mar'2004. No body is interested in rectifying my problem. Kindly do needful or else i have to stop all my airtel connections

                                  I have taken airtel connection 5 years ago. But today when went to link aadhar with my phone hand set, the executive says the number is not in my name. Sir, i have submitted my pan card, voter id and bank pass book etc. At the time of taking the number from the airtel shop. All these years i am using the phone. Suddenly the company anounces the same was not in my name. If that is true, what they have done to my documents submitted for getting an airtel connection in prepaid category?
