I am an airtel postpaid user in mumbai and shifted to hyderabad. Submitted porting request 2 months back. Went to airtel centre, did aadhar verification in person thrice as the request was getting expired for some reason unknown even to them.

I am getting billed on roaming for no fault of mine. For the last 2 bills i am getting billed 2-3 times of normal bill. No one in airtel is helping. I am forced to pay these bills and now i am forced to look at jio as an option. But before that i want a refund of these amounts as it's their issue which is delaying my transfer to hyd.

Need help to escalate this to tribunals or trai or some body who can help

    Hi, i am manikandan.
    My cell is latest lenovo 4g supported mobile.. I am very very apset about airtel service...
    I put rc for 4g pack rs.399.
    1. First i directly went airtel office and registered complaint.. They said today evening will ready like that. But still not ready,, that is 5 days before..

    2. Next day i spoke to customer care, they. Said 24 hours maximum, it will clear like that, but still not ready. Now 5 days completed..

    Why, do like this.. Airtel words not true...
    Also 3 g data too struggle... Very sad..

      Airtel advertising fastest network in india. But all other networks are better than airtel.. I all ready tested in my area..
      1st thing airtel launched 4g in my area in 2016.
      But.. Here actual problem is tower maintenance.
      The engineers who are worked for airtel... They are doing... Some illegal activities against airtel network..
      Engineers of airtel are not maintaining their towers in correct way...
      They are showing.. To the airtel.. Just fake records.. I also working in telecom department..
      So that i know all whats happening with the activities of airtel engineers doing in the sites..
      Airtel.. Network.. Sites are allways down in my area..
      But.. They are showing network map.. (In systems..in computers) its all working in good condition and all perfect.
      It's not also in my area... Its all happening in the hyderabad city.
      So please take action against that type of engineers...
      I allready complaint on customer care more than 45 times.
      And mailing to concern officials.
      They are giving reply. But they are not resolving my problem.
      So please do take action against airtel network

        Sir I have recharge 399 plan on 8aug17 it plan provides 1gb 4g network per day but from last 3 days to the network is not providing 1gb internet per day but without using any network they had showed complete use of 1gb network per day, customer care no also not responding plz respond

        I have ported my number to Airtel, for their 4G good services, but the speed of internet is very low.In television, they always show that they have the highest speed on the internet over then JIO also.

        But I am very disappointed with their services.
        Airtel broadband people not allowing me to deactivate my Broad band connection .I have paid all bills nothing is pending but still they are not deactivating it .when i called to customer care service they are putting my call in hold and not answering my call.

          As i got call from your fraud call center that we will port your vodafone number to airtel and i was ready to port this. One of your fraud exicutive come and took my all documents and 100/- and said after some time sim will get activated but not and after 20 days got another fraud call from your call center ki ab start ho jayegi then again exicutive came and took all documents and fingerprints but still not started what you want from me tell me i am a respectful customer of vodafone somehow i am ready to convert my number but you aren't.

          Today I travelled to UAE and got Rs 99 deducted as roaming activation charges. I'm currently using a prepaid Number.

          Since its a prepaid mobile, there should be no roaming activation charges. Request company to clarify why the charge is made and request them to reverse it immediately.

                Sir,

                Airtel is frequently 'activating' some 'services', which i didn't subscribed to. No idea about these services. Without my consent they themselves deducting balance like rs.35 for seven days etc. And asking to deactivate the service if i don't want it. Even if i deactivate the service, the amounts deducted are not refunded. When i searched google, i am surprised by the no. Of similar complaints. I'm a prepaid customer of airtel for the past 9 years. They have started looting money in this form for a long time. Iam reproducing the messages i received below.

                By looking at the above messages, you can figure out the modus operandi of the looting being done by airtel to its loyal customers. You may not notice the content of these messages as it appears like spam messages, so customer tends to ignore them. But by closely looking at the messages, you can calculate how much sums of money they are auto debiting your account without your knowledge or consent. You will not get any such service but the amount will be deducted from your main account.

                I didn't subscribe to any of the above mentioned services by myself. I didn't initiate any such transaction. Hence i want that airtel should provide me full refund of the money airtel have deducted from my account, in the name of all above services

                  On my airtel app. I[censored] click on 5%cashback on recharge ad then they request u to choose plan then payment option. But they're not required for mobile number. I[censored] have money in your wallet. Your recharge done in your mobile number. But we want to recharge another number. Then u call customers they are also make u fool. For ex. I'm already have a recharge of 399 on my number then from my airtel they recharge me 348 from my airtel wallet. When i call to customers they are making me fool. The customer says that u (I) are receive this benifit in your mobile as 1 gb per day bt i'm using already 1gb per day then i say him for this. They say that 399+348 both are have same 1gb so u can use only 1gb per day. Firstly they recharge wrong and then say u cannot use your 348 plan bcz u have 399 pack. No problem. But where is my 348 rupees. No benefit. Galat recharge krte h koi benefit bhi nhi dete ye bhi koi baat h

                    I'm customer of airtel network and my mobile number is [protected]. I was facing 4g/3g internet problems. My mobile supported to both 4g and 3g services. I called couple of times to airtel customer care but there is no proper response from their side. Actually i recharged 4g data pack but i'm getting only 2g services. This is not a fair, i paid double the amount but i'm getting less services from airtel.

                    I want to block my sim card since it was stolen. And then I want to register with same number again. What should I do?

                    Purchased hotspot, getting 2G speed.

                    Followed up with customer care for a week making over 30 calls, listening their trained vocabulary.Most horrible customer service i have come across.

                    Least bothered about the concern.Eventually had to switch to other network.

(Housing board colony mungode road, nalgonda 508001) not only in my colony but i experience bad network at my work place which is in between the town where all minor networks is also providing good internet except airtel...                           I'm gorav, someday back my phone got damaged & when i submit the claim airtel team rejected my claim, reason mentioned that airtel insurance is applicable if there is gap of 15 days in between policy purchase date & 1st damage date. As my phone got damaged on 9th day. So i get fixed the problem from 3rd party on very next day.
                          Unfortunately my phone again fallen after 15 days & shockingly again screen got damaged on same location like earlier which was fixed.
                          So i submitted my claim with airtel but again they rejected by saying "reclaiming for the same damages for which claim already rejected."
                          I want to ask airtel team is the mobile phone cannot break from same place. Phone is not having the brain like you to play with money of people. Nobody damage their property by own it is done by accident and you cannot.
                          Airtel fake promise.

                              Original sim was having network issue, hence raised complain to customer care, they suggested to get new duplicate sim. Purchased new sim after that it is not getting detecting. Same sim tried in another phone still same issue. Then tried another jio / vodafone sim in my phone it is working fine. Went to airtel office got one more new sim and checked still same issue. When we call customer care no one is ready to respond and giving false information as my phone issue. Please some one check and resolve this issue.

                                I have recharged my airtel number with rs 399 (Unlimited local + std call and 1gb/day for 84 days) on 24 august 2017 via my airtel app but i have been charged for my voice call.
                                So i will appreciate if you look into my problem and solve as soon as possible or else i would prefer full refund.

                                  I was having number [protected] of airtel mumbai. Due to non payment they have suspended this number within short duration.in spite of. Many request they are not giving me this number in service. My all contact are linked to this number only i am always ready to pay for it. I was regularly visited gallery for putting the number in service but they never responded me the number [protected] to put in service again. I am always interested to get the number back in service.

                                    I have been using airtel number from more than 4 years. It has come to my notice that i am not charged as per mentioned tariff. This has happened to me for 3rd consecutive times. I have called customer care as well regarding the same, but problem was not resolved.
                                    I have raised complaints to nodal officer as well.
                                    He has provided me false information. None of the concerned person are helping.
                                    Its a big scam from airtel side, where they are charging customer incorrectly thinking customer will ignore such behaviours.
                                    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I like to port my mobile number [protected] from tata docomo to airtel. I have submitted port id and all documents (Aadhar no, thumb impression etc through online) to airtel on 14th august 17. Still my number has not ported to airtel after 10 days. I have contacted airtel customer service regarding this issue but they are saying that they have not received documents yet. I submitted documents through online and i got confirmation message from airtel that the porting request received. Can you please help me regarding this?

                                        Customer care services is more worst... And network is also more worst... Not good reply and satisfaction answers are given by customer care authority...
                                        When i activate plan rs399 then network is very slow.
                                        When i call to customer care services...
                                        Then not satisfied answers are given by they...
                                        When i was talking they disconnect my call...
                                        My problem is about internet speed...
                                        It slow than 2 g network...
