call forwarding issue

I am an old customer of airtel and had most supported airtel than any retailer done here. On[protected] i decided to divert my incoming call to my another vodafone number for my convenience. But after diverting i noticed that call is not diverting and service provider telling (In which phoen we dialing the no) "you are not dialing valid number", i called customer care and complained to them. Then customer girl told that this facility is not...

Dear sir/madam,
My name is sharvan kumar. My airtel no. Is [protected]. Two years ago i was port this no. From airtel - rajasthan to airtel - karnataka. Everything was fine but last 6 six mont­hs i getting some pr­oblems. Whenever som­eone calls my no. It­'s says that this no. Is not exist. Also i not able to send or receive any sms and showing some error codes. I have comp­aind serval time but issue not fixed. As per costomer care l also changed sim ca­rd. But problem is solved. Please try needfull.

    I am using airtel 348 rs plan with 1 gb /day since last 4-5 months and it is always observed that as soon as i recharge for 348, airtel send me msg that 399 plan for 70days or 84 days is available but when again my 348 rs plan expire and i want to recharge 399 for 84 days, it is not available, its a complete cheating and fraud activity by airtel to chwat customers. I m not a fan of ambani and his policies but jio has taught a good lesson to these cheater companies.

      Hello, in my airtel app, it is showing wrong data plan of other service provider, before i came to know it, i recharge that data plan two times and got wrong benefit whereas other service provider gives the right one, my request to airtel that show the right info or don't show the plan of other sp, don't confuse the customer, as the fault arise from airtel's side, i want my amount refund. Thank you.

        My pre-paid mobile number is [protected]. I have done a recharge of rs.349.00 on 14th august 2017, transaction id is 24267160. This plan offers unlimited all local+std call & 1gb/day 3g/4g data with 28 days validity. This offer stopped just after 9 days on 23rd august 2017 without any intimation which is supposed to continue till 11th september 2017.

          I have been a satisfied customer with airtel since long time. But i regret to inform you that nowadays i am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network reception. The handset’s network indicator shows full signal but i cannot make a clear phone call. This unwanted obstruction posing lots of inconvenience for me.

            Hello sir,

            4g/3g data in airtel is not working from past more than 3 months.
            Every month i am paying for 4g but data service does not work all the time when i want use at the place i am present at that moment. I have raised complaint for the location of my office and home where i am facing this issue.
            They always say our team is working and and our engineer will come to your place to meet you and check. Their engineer never come to meet me.
            . Airtel customer care representative always gives false assurance.

            I am not paying to airtel for service when they want it work.
            Airtel data service should work all the time when customer need.

                Sir,
                My office is situated at sbi campus, near gpo indore where approximately 200 officials are working but everyone is facing the network issue when they use data. Always it is working on 2g network and works very slow. Maximum time mobile shows e data instead of 3g or h.
                I request you to kindly do the needful otherwise i have to port the number to other company

                  My name is ravindra and my airtel number is [protected],
                  Without my consent a service top doctors online got activated and debited rs. 21 unnecessarily.
                  It has happened with me before with another auto renewal service celeb zone. Airtel did nothing for that too..
                  I am using airtel since last 10 years or so but not seriously i m losing faith in it. Please look into the matter else yet another number will be ported to jio.

                    /this is in ref to my previous complaint here it self in which no. Is mantioned wrong. The actual no is [protected].
                    My complaint is that on 5th julay i had recharge balance by rs 648, validity of 70 days. Althogh on 19th aug. My phone was blocked for want of balance. Consequently i was compelled for another recharge of 648 for 84 days validity, on 19th aug.
                    I demand for refunded of last recharge of rs.648, as it was forced recharge adopting unfair means

                      I've a 1499 rs recharge plan which provides 1 gb 3g/4g net with rs55 recharge for 1 year. I generally recharge it with' my airtel ' app and get 1gb instantaneously though the app shows we get 220mb data. On 23rd 00:40 am apprx i've recharged with 55rs through message as i've run out of data but got only 220 mb data and 55 rs have been deducted from my main account balance.
                      I've called the customer care and they told that only through retailer and mobile app will i get 1gb data but through message recharge iam entitled for 220 mb data only. Why this discrepency of recharging the same amount
                      Nowhere did they mention in the app or educated us regarding this discrepency.

                        Mobile no. [protected]. A plan has been recharged on this no. Of 349 o[censored]nlimited calls n 1gb data per day for 28 days. Expiry date of this plan is 11th sep 2017. By mistaken a rechage is done of 349 on this same no before it's expiry. This recharge is done on 23rd august 2017. Can you please help me out what will going to happen with this either it will continue after the expiry of previous recharge or not??

                          Dear sir. I have 68 gb data in my mobile, but i am not getting. On 15/08/2017 called to the customer care they told within​ 78 hours issue will resolve but still i am not getting that. When i called to the customer care they take half an hour time to speak with me. So many times i called to them but my campliant not resolved. Lot of harrsment i taken from them. They are not giving proper customer service. I loss my one week time and i loss my work. I need some penality from them. Kindly help us

                                I lost my airtel Sim card and now I want a duplicate sim on that number.When I went to Airtel office they are refusing to give a Sim on that number.They are demanding Rs 2000 for that sim.So how I will get my lost Sim card number.I want a new Sim on that number but they are saying I need to link my aadharcard.When I am saying to link my aadharcard they are saying we will not link it.They are demanding money of Rs 2000.Please call me on this number [protected]

Se pickup ho gaya tha or 14 july ko apke pass deliver ho gaya tha fir 20 july ko mere claim ka confirmation aa gaya tha uske baad mujhe airtel se msg aaya tha ki ap 256 rs. Pay kijiye wo bhi maine usi din kiya tha fir mera ko bola gaya tha ki apka phone 15-21 din m thik ho jayega fir maine 31 july ko customer call kiya unhone kaha under process h fir mujhe 1 august ko phone aaya customer relation officer rajjan ka unhone muujhe commitment kiya 4 august ka but nhi aaya fir maine 10 august tak daily phone kiya mujhe yahi answer mila ki under process fir mujhe miss aanchal ji jo noida branch m sr. H unhone 2 din ka commitment kiya fir mujhe phone aaya ki apko14 august ko evening 6:00 pm tk phone mil jayega but nhi aaya ab mera wo no jisme ye plan registered tha [protected] ko bhi airtel ne band kr diya or abhi tak wo no.                                     Dear sir, i, one of the customer of airtel has already paid all my due amounts but my sim is not active despite all my efforts (I approached the nearby airtel store) its been around one month. They say that if you dont use a sim for consecutively more than three month it will get deactivated automatically... So my problem is (I) why are they taking so much time issuing a new sim
                                    (Ii) i had subscribed for 199/- p. M when i got this sim but after using a few month it automatically got upgraded to 499/- without taking even my consent.. Can they even do that if not i want my money refunded
