I recharged my airtel prepaid phone with rs.100 full talk time recharge pack on 23dr august, 2017. The txn id is[protected]. After submitting my card details the money was deducted from my account, but recharge failed. How can i get this resolved? The full talk time pack was available only through the website and/or airtel app. It was not available through retail shops. So i had not other option but to recharge online. I wish to know if i can get a refund or the required recharge can happen at a later date.

    I am a student of class ten and my phone is pre paid. I only get rs100 a month for recharge and i got one done today, august 23 for the same amount. I just received a message saying that rs49 have been deducted from my phone for activating some midnight masala service. Not only do i have no clue of what this service is, i didn't even activate it. My amount is rs33 now without making a single call or message. This is unacceptable. I need a refund because i'm only getting a limited amount of money for recharge. My phone number is[protected]. Please look into this and respond as soon as possible.

      The above was for shifting request. I clearly mentioned that if you have 8 mbps or more speed then only i will shift or else cancell the connection. They said at new address they have feasibility of vfiber and can provide upto 24 mbps. Person who shifted the connection no +91-[protected] confirmed me the same. So i asked rather than shifting the 2 mbps connection provide me vfiber at once. They said unless shifting request complete they can't take another request. After shifting done still no internet and i called more than 15 times to customer care and also called the above number, no one to take care. That person provide me another person's number [protected] (Vinay) called him and told him the issue and still no solution. On floor manager yesterday told that by today afternoon i will get call and issue will be taken care. No call and no solution. Raised another complaint 86759566 and still no solution. Just tired with this airtel...

            I recharged my airtel number, from the karnataka circle with a rc 349. This was after numerous plan suggestion texts from airtel. There was no note on how it does not work on roaming.
            Furthermore, mumbai is a roaming free network, which is why i thought the rc 349 would work. The customer care numbers don't work, and only after scouring the net did i realize that the rc isn't valid for roaming.
            Look into this. And please include complete details for such offers, especially if you're going to spam text all the time about special offers.

            I would very much like a refund.

              I've opted for airtel bill plan 649 in mar 2017. I'm getting charged 550 rs extra since apr 17 till date for 2 extra boosters. I've no clue why the boosters are added. It doesn't show in my plan in airtel app or in airtel website. But it shows and charged to my monthly bill.

              After many calls to airtel they haven't revoke it from my bill. Today again when i called they said this will only be revoked in aug bill not from apr till date.

              I want the money to be refunded to me as it was illegally charged to me even after follow up calls.
              I've recorded the phone calls to provide the proof.

                I have been using my mobile number [protected] for past 7 years. I was recently using my single sim phone. Recently when i inserted the sim it showed inactive, i came to know my number is allocated to some one else. My point is how come in this much short duration you can allocate my number to some one else? This number is update in all my bank accounts, pan detail, aadhaar account. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. How irresponsibly my 7-8 years old number was allocated to some one else. After this long service i did not expect airtel to act so irresponsible which put mt at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number. Thanks.

                    I have made recharge amounting to rs. 100.00 on today i. E. On 23rd august, 2017 through airtel mobile app. The recharge could not be successful but the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                    I have received following message at 01:56 p. M. From airtel team:

                    Your airtel mobile * online recharge txn id[protected] of rs 100.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.

                    (Mobile no. Intentionally hide)

                    But after that no message has not been received yet about successful transaction.

                    I request hereby to refund the amount or make the transaction successful.
                    Please do it asap.

                        I have been associated with airtel with last 10 years and i have migrated from airtel mumbai to airtel gujarat and have cleared all dues dt 16th july2017. Airtel has raised a bill summery of inr 2727/ with a payment date of 30th august without any breakup and details and the same is not available at their myairel account.
                        In my openion total billing amount has to be as follows
                        1. Mumbai circle approx 20 days 499plan (Upto 30th june)=rs.330/ (Approx)
                        2. Mumbai circle approx 20 days 649 plan (Upto 21st july) =rs 430/ (Approx)
                        3. Gujarat circle approx 21 days 499 plan (Upto 10th aug) =rs 340/ (Approx)
                        Gst (18%) =rs 200/ (Approx)
                        Total estimated bill value =rs 1300 (Approx)
                        Airtel to revert back current bill and revise as detailed approximately

                        As of now myairtel screen shot shows balance payment Rs2737 with due date 30 august, instead of Rs1300/ Resolution suggested by us for final payment of INR1300/ is yet to be converted in bills with one week time for understanding and deposition of same. The issue is unresolved.

                          Hi team,

                          Reg: its regarding my 4g connection bill amount refund.

                          I have taken 4g connection (Number: [protected]) sim ([protected]), when i am taking sim they informed me once after address verification you have to call and confirm the address to customer care number then only it will get activated.
                          Because of my personal reasons am in out of town for a few days. I called customer care and asked about bill cycle when it will get activated they told me the day when u start using data from that sim, the day will be the start.
                          Activation. But i didn't activated or used any data for that number still
                          Bill got generated. Then i talk to customer care (Name:asha date:20th june 2015 around 6:30pm) she understood my problem and informed me to pay the full bill and later every month call to customer care and give the account number ([protected]) they will give you refund amount to your postpaid mobile number ([protected]) bill.
                          And same day she gave 200+ refund to my mobile number ([protected]) bill.

                          Again i got call from customer care about 4g connection cancellation they asked me for the reason, i told i lost sim and i don't want internet connection now. So they told me to take same number in prepaid. I informed them i have already airtel postpaid but still somehow she told me take prepaid connection.

                          Then month 26th july 2015 i called customer care to remind about refund amount (1650) to my mobile number ([protected]) bill and i gave account number ([protected]) for reference. She told me she will send it for process it will take 48hr time. And same time she informed me that sim ([protected]) still active bill 600 will come, so i asked her to cancel the connection immediately.

                          27th morning i got a call from customer care asked reason for cancellation i told above story and asked her to wave-off 600 amount since i told i lost sim and they not informed me that if i don't take prepaid, postpaid will active and bill will come. After that she told me she can give 200+ wave-off from 600 and talk to customer care they can help you. So evening i called customer care again and asked for wave for sim ([protected]) they given 300+.
                          They given wave-off (600) in 27th&28th june is second time and its not related to (1650), but when i call customer care they are not getting my problem. They are confused with this.

                          So they are still not giving refund amount to my mobile number ([protected]) bill from amount 1650 i paid first time.

                          I felt my self as happy customer for airtel and when asha promised we will give 1650 refund, i felt very good about myself begin as a airtel customer from last 4 years since they are helping me when i am in need.

                          But 15-20 days i have called and went customer care for this refund around more than 15-20 times and now i felt very bad and lost hope about this amount.

                            In my airtel bill for the period: 05-jul-2017 to 04-aug-2017 bill no:[protected], reflecting as international sms to the number:[protected], 5 times. Details is as:

                            05/jul/2017 02:20:[protected]
                            05/jul/2017 14:44:[protected]
                            06/jul/2017 07:15:[protected]
                            23/jul/2017 11:13:[protected]
                            23/jul/2017 13:29:[protected]

                            But i haven't send any sms to that number and i have no idea about that number. When i checked online the same number found for fraud in other service provider too. I guess its a fraud from the company. You have charged 25 rs for 5 messages, 5rs per sms. I want this to be solved.

                                My postpaid bill was hiked to 900 rs more than regular bill amount. Upon reached customercare couple of time i was getting suggested that, i have enrolled for value added services, so the bill has jumped to 688 rupees and the same vas i have deactivated last month. Spoke to nodal officer and got some amount waive off. Now again getting issue with mobile data connect. Unable to access it. Reached customer executive who has no idea, why did it happen, and asked me to wait 12 - 48 hrs. Spoke to nodal officer again and they also suggested the same. Pathetic service i am getting from airtel now a days. Just want to know, i[censored]nable to provide the reason on why it happed, what exact service you are providing and don't know when the issue will get resolve. Reached nearby airtel show room there, the executives are just passing my request to a lady who is busy in addressing everyone's request except mine. My entire family uses the same airtel services, i[censored]nable to provide the service properly let us know so that we can switch to another telecom service providers.

                                      I am using airtel dth for past 2 months. I have activated star vijay hd as offer from airtel in discounted rate. Validity 30 days. I called customer care they said the channel will come continuously even after 30 days and normal rate will be charged after 30days. This is unnecessary charge. The channel should get deactivated after 30 days. When a offer made for channel it should come only for 30 days, if offer continues they can continue the channel or else the channel should get deactivated automatically. Otherwise its a trick use hd channel at higher cost. Please make necessary changes immediately. Thanks

                                        Sir, i am praful sudhakar pachpor sub regional employment officer, ncsc for sc/sts, govt. Of india, nagpur and incharge of surat office, originally from nagpur having airtel prepaid 4g connection no. 0091-[protected]. I lost my mobile today in the morning in surat, gujarat hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

                                        Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.
