I raised internet network issue request with airtel number 121 on 6 aug and they assigned me two service request 78424116 and 78424341. Its still in progress and no one has contacted me yet to resolve the issue. I called the helpline number again today and now they say we will look into this.
When they ask us for the bill payment we should not be late as then they will charge penalty. Then why not when we face issues like this such network operators should be charged for there lenient attitude
They make so called postpaid promise and they are yet to offer basic internet facility, i am paying for 4g and not even getting a 2g internet

    I have been using your airtel sim from 2004 but i did't get any offers. I am paying 349 for every month but one of my neighbor he bought new sim for time pass and temporarily use and he is getting free calls and free 1 gb data for 3 months with 389 rupes and i am not sure when will he thrown out the sim. I have been paying money from a long time for you and a good and old customer for you but why can't we use your offers and what wrong with me?

      I was getting a msg 84 days validity with 1 gb data per day and unlimited calls, with the 399 plan. So i recharged, but i am only getting 28 days of validity with total 1 gb data and unlimited calls for the same cost of 399. What's this... Can you tell?? What is the procedure to change mnp... Pls reply how to change this number into other network... However the network coverage is also very worst... Always it's showing 0.00kb/s when is in online..

        With the 399 plan, airtel is clearly showing discrimination among its customers. Many of the customers are getting 84 days validity with 1 gb data per day and unlimited calls, with the 399 plan. However, some customers like me are only getting 28 days of validity with total 1 gb data and unlimited calls for the same cost of 399. An uninformed customer can easily become a prey to this and loss his hard earned money.

        When i called airtel today and asked why am i not getting the 84 days 399 plan for my number, they said it is not just available for me as of now. Then i asked them to explain on what basis were they discriminating their customers like this. However, airtel didn't give me a satisfactory reply. Instead they just kept repeating that the 399 plan for 84 days is not available for me.

        So i asked them to raise a complaint on my behalf regarding this unfairness in their customer treatment. They refused to take any complaints siting that there is no policy to register complaints regarding the plans offered by airtel. They, however, offered to take a request from me to enable the 84 days 399 plan just for me, but did not guarantee that i will get that plan any time soon.

        On the off chance of the request getting materialised and works out for me, it is good. But it is not going to help other customers who are in a similar situation as me.
        So i request airtel to stop showing this unfair discrimination among its customers and provide the same plans to everyone, impartially.

          On 15 August there is offer of 70% cashback on recharge through MyAirtel app... So i recharge 399₹ pack on my number using credit card... Offer like unlimited calls and 1GB/day for 84 days... cashback is come to Airtel wallet... But still i don't get cashback on Airtel wallet... I called 2 times to customer care but they not able to solve my problem...

            I am unable to make any calls, an immediate response of call ended appears as soon as i try to make a call, i have a prepaid sum with a 4g phone and my plans validity exist till 30th august 2017 please do immediate action on this issue as calls are something primary i had bought this sim just about 3 months back and such an problem is so irritating making me doubt the reliability of the network so please take it seriously and take action

              non issue of itemised bill

              I'm using airtel from past 4 years and recently added 3 child nos. For first 4-5 months i received the itemised e bill and later on they stopped sending it for child nos. And providing itemised bill only for primary number. With this regard i requested for itemised bill for 3child (Add on) numbers but no one s supported even enquired with customer care several times from past 2months and even visited airtel outlet at kumar swamy layout)....

              Dear customer rep... We are facing poor signal in srirangamnewtown, 5th cross street, wimco nagar, chennai - 600057. I complained with local but it is not actioned properly. Kindly request you to check the signal issue. Here more than 200 connection available due poor connection people are changing their connection to vodafone and other network.

                We have already given disconnection request of data card no [protected] on 22 june 2017. After that i have paid full & final 1162 on 12 july 2017. But from your customer care executive feed detail that we want prepaid connection but did not say this if you have recording please send. After giving disconeection request you have not disconnnect our connect & you charged two months bill. We have plan 850 mpnthly rental but you have have increasesd 950 by your end & we do not have any information. I need solution as soon as earliest. When i spoke with there supervisor devi lal he also admit that one month we have charged extra in this they also charged two month extra bill. When i came to know then i visited it's branch then they provide again complaint no 78828373. 22/8/2017 they told that your account has been suspended.

                  Its been 2 to 3 times i have prepaid recharge done from online airtel site. Both the times i had taken unlimited talk time offer and both if the time i got message that recharge is successful, transaction id:[protected]. Its been 2 weeks i still havent received the recharge on phone showing balance low message. I have called several times but no customer executive ever attended whenever i called customer care. If i do not get a response within 2 days i will have to close the service.

                    Hello sir/ma'm,
                    I am shashank singh. I am an airtel prepaid (Up east) user. My mobile number is [protected]. I have recharged my mobile with airtel special plan of rs.399. As they (Airtel company) says its unlimited calling pack for all india for 70 days and also 1gb data/day for 70 days. According that there are 1680 hours in 70 days but airtel is giving only 50 hours in total 70 days. They says its there t&c. But they can't provide me their t&c link and even worst there are no t&c available at their website and also at airtel retail shop and airtel store.

                    Its airtel making fool their customer. Its very unfair for any customer, who doesn't know much about these cheatings done from airtel side.

                    Please give me solution for this matter. There are many of customer having same problem.

                    P. S.: for airtel, remove unlimited title from these plans (As 244, 348, 399) as they aren't unlimited plans. Its minute bound plans.

The airtel gallery staff at ulhasnagar-421003, section-17 are neither taking my complaint seriously nor taking any initiative for my sim card. I had already paid rs.100/- for sim.                         I am suffering from last 2 to 3 months that my airtel internet is very slow in the evening time and i had complaint many times that this is the issue when ever i call customer care they simply say that we are taking complaint about the issue then next day morning i will get a text message saying that your issue has been resolved
                        They will just ask the area where i have problem, i live in banashankari temple ward umarbagh layout bangalore 560078

                        Many times o approached airtel outlet but they will just skip and they ignore
                        I am using iphone 6s plus

                        This month i recharged 399 for 84 days validity and per day 1 gb
                        When i check the speed in evening download will be 0.22mbps upload will be 0.02 where in the morning i will get 12mbps

                        Could you look in to this resolve as soon as possible

                          I am facing network issue in july month but its not resolve now first they guys give me resolve this issue in 10 aug 2017 but still i am facing same issue when i call customer care team then now they guys give me next 3 month date and clearly customer care tell you can call any one but its not resolve before. Customer care team is not help full and this guys always say sorry we can resolve this early. This really very dis-pointed

                            Hi, this is mr. Nizamudeen from bangalore having airtel prepaid connection no. 0091-[protected]. I lost my mobile on lost saturday night, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

                            Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

                                I had paid rs 399 for airtel network connection the vendor told me that i will get 1 gb data on daily basis with good speed. But since beginning it has problem, the network is working - on and off basis. It has no speed even i can't able to open my e mail account. Its wort network i ever used. I think airtel is believing in looting the customer. They are taking money but on name of services they are not giving anything.in place of that jio is good at least reliance is providing their services genuinely. If airtel will go like this one day they have to shut their shop. Now i am thinking i lost my money in airtel and going to switch to jio by paying another chunk of money.

                                  I had use airtel postpaid service from last 2 year. I had charged 710 rs. Extra in month july billing for usage of this number 7888 but i am not call this number then why such excess billing is coming.

                                  Again face same issue for aug bill. Again charged 1508 rs. Extra in month aug billing for usage of this number 7888 but i am not call this number again then why such excess billing is coming.

                                  I am calling appellate officer (Wajida begam) she told me you pay this extra bill. I am told you i am not use this this number then why pay such extra amount. She told me i don't know.

                                  I have contact airtel customer service tried to know the reason of billing. Still now i didn't get any proper explanation from airtel side.

                                  I realy disappointed with airtel service.

                                    I have moved back to jodhpur from delhi and the network hasn't improved at my location. After checking it on open network there was only a single tower within 2km radius that too in a highly populated areas in the city. I have been facing this network issue for quite a long time in my area. The data speed is poor and call quality lags most of the times. It's a disappointment that airtel hasn't been able to establish a good network in one of the highly dense area of jodhpur. This open network scheme is no good until they resolve the network issues we had faced in past few months. I am looking forward to receiving a positive response regarding the issue we are facing.

                                      We got a aitel broadband connection from saravanan of vr communications chitallapakkam, chennai

                                      Vr communications has put a wrong details in the order as per the update from the field technician who has come to install the broadband link

                                      As per airtel tech only from vr communications can update the order but my calls to them go unanswered

                                      My airtel crf number is 4453049 and also i had logged call with airtel customer care for this issue
