Hi team,
I am unable to access my internet (Very slow) from 17th aug 2017 and from that day i am following up with the customer care and they always say, we will get back to you and i did not hear back with any resolution. It is very frustrating and annoying that airtel team is unable to solve a network issue from 5 days. Today morning i went to airtel office and they suggested to change the sim and i changed it accordingly. But, still the same issue. I am thinking to take this to consumer court, as this has exhausted my patience level. I do not understand how airtel customer service can be so pathetic, when they own such a big network business.
I need this issue to be escalated asap and get back to me with a resolution.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
