Since last 4 days, i am having a lot of problem accessing the internet. On observing i found, the problem is that internet is working in the loop of one minute that it works for 1 minute then stop for another full one minute. I am not making it up the problem is literally as stupid as it sounds. This is so frustrating specially when in online conversations. Please see to it.
And why it is so hard to reach airtel customer care??...

I did two recharges on 28 july 2017, but it is not reflecting in my airtel account.
Airtel customercare telephones do not have option to lodge complaint. Also, reaching an executive is a big task, as the option is unavailable.
Once could get after long try, the guy did not respond well and hanged the phone.
My recharge reference as per receipt from airtel are below.

I cunvert my no.[protected] from post paid to preepaid on may 2017. After cinfermation no. Charged rs.200/-by me, but my amount credit to my bill a/c. Same day i contect to ur sale office, they aske me within 45 day amount will be refunded by cheque. After three month no refunded, pl. Just 3-4 days my airtel sim got activated with this idea number. Since i port my number from idea to airtel......

I had request broadband connection in my area gurgaon, sector 23 through the airtel portal HTTPs://WWW.airtel.in/broadband/ on 31 march 2017.

On 7th april 2017 airtel representative came at my place and asked me to fill the form and given the security money 1000 rs cash. He had given me form replica where is shown 1000 rs paid.

I just finished my call with one of the airtel representative, I have booked a 4G Sim card online, the representative called in the morning and asked the address. I confirmed the address and told the representative that I will be at home until 6 pm at home. I called the representative at 4 pm to check if he is delivering the sim and he never answered my call. I have already paid the bill amount of rs 984 for the month of july-2017. But i have not receipt any money receipt, hence i request you please provide the money receipt at the earliest. I am not happy with the 4g facility.. Was very more happy when i had vodafone, the internet facility was much more happy when i had vodafone, when u say 4g speed what does it mean? Please help me with this to get a good speed i did get the portability done from vodafone to airtel for the best internet facility & a good tariff. But i m not happy if you cannot get a good speed paying an amount every month. Need my solution asap if you cannot...
