From morning there is no network, like completely dead. I do not know how many times i have complained. The issue is not resolved.

      Iam oliver from chennai iam using airtel service since 2006 and done my recharge for rs.349 (Mobile no.[protected]) by using airtel app on[protected] order id:[protected] for 28 days validity, by[protected] i switched off my mobile data by 10.45pm and switched on by 6am[protected] for my recharge (Order id:[protected] for rs.349 validity of 28 days, but without my concern or usage of mobile data they deduct nearly rs130 in the name of data usage, so i raise the complaint to senior customer care member mr. P. Venkatesh and told as per my mobile setting it shows only 37.25mb data usage on[protected], but he refused to consider my complaint telling there is no option to return back my amount which was deducted by airtel, then i check with transaction history for deduction through sms its showing no transaction carried out in last 72 hrs. So i request you to help me to get my amount which was deducted without any reason as early as possible

        I use motorola mot g4 plus which is a 4g supported device. I recently recharged with inr 399/- pack which gives 1gb 3g/4g data/day for 70 days & unlimited local & std calling for 70 days. As soon as i activated this pack, my network quality dropped to worst. Now i cannot have a single call without call drop or mid - conversation distortion noise. Data speed is slower than 2g which takes ages to load even a simple google keyword searched.

        Airtel is the worst network in mumbai & fraudster too. Before this particular pack the network was quite ok. However i accuse airtel that to provide us with the longer run and competitive packs against reliance jio, it switches us to the poorest coverage they afford.

        I am highly disappointed in airtel. I am just keeping my patience high but once it is over i will definitely drag airtel in consumer court and will make them regret for their false commitments & malpractices.

          I have a balance of about 412 and im not able to utilize this balance to activate a special recharge of 399. This is so disgusting that i have to waste another 399 for that special offer eventhough i have enough balance for it in my mainbalance . I hope you understand my problem and expecting it to be solved quickly

            I am experiencing the worst network connectivity, network bar shows ok, but connection stops n comes. You all make promises to improve but you all are not improving anything. I need you all to come at my location and check the network i am dealing with. I called and emailed a lot but reply was "we will try to fix" and "they give a date to fix" but nothing is fixed. Its been a months i had this type of connection issues.

              not able to get incoming calls since last 3 days

              Hi sir, i am very angry from the network of airtel. My number [protected]. Past 5 years i am using airtel i am getting an bad coverage. We have lot of network problem in my village.

              I think you are not taking our problem seriously and hence kindly take serious/ urgent action to reducate this problem.

                Yesterday i recharged for rs 345 pack which said local std calls free plus 1gb internet 4g. There is pack of lower amount and higher amounts both which give internet of 1gb per day. I thought its the same. But instead it gave 1gb for 28 days. Which is really a theft and deceit. They make hundreds of packs and sometimes eg, rs 293 gives some service and rs 294 gives a lot more than that in just 1 rs more. All these packs are misleading. A simple person like me lost her money just that i didn't opt for rs 349 pack in which they give local std calls free plus 1gb internet per day for 28 days. Isn't it misleading and making fool of consumers. If i can spend 345 i can spend 349 also but this word jargon fools us. Pls either refund my money or take rs 5 extra and change my pack.

                  An unwanted service in the name of videstore has been activated on my postpaid airtel no. arbitrarily and my attempts to deactivate it has been futile, this adds on unwanted charges to my monthly bill.                     When i go to advance rental pack on the website, after selecting for karnataka then there are two options sd and hd, once i select hd channel, it gives a big list of packages what you offer under "karnataka-hd" if i ask for "south my family silver hd" recharge, you tell me that in this pack youwill not get hd channels. Are you making the costumers fool. Or is it a method of cheating..

                    And there is no detailed list of channels in advance rental pack link..
                    The name given in monthly pack is entirly different from advance rental pack, then how can we find the list of channels in advance rental packs..

                    The same i spoke cust. Care and nodal officer they are telling sorry..
                    And this is not the solution, and i have complained the same to cust care many a time the same issue, but there is no use...

                      Dear airtel (India's fastest network),

                      About 1 month ago, i faced a problem relating to my data usage.
                      My data balance (As per airtel app) - 5.9 gb
                      My data balance (As per *121*114#) - 0 gb

                      It took your team 5 working days to find out the problem but in vain. My billing cycle got renewed on the 6th day and i was allocated my monthly data of 8 gb + 6 gb (Unutilized data). Two days ago, my main data balance was exhausted and balance was:
                      As per *121*114# -
                      0.0 gb left out of 8 gb
                      2.9 gb left out of 6 gb (Unutilized data)

                      As per my airtel app -
                      5.9 gb available

                      But i was unable to use data.

                      I called customer care several times but all in vain. Following are the reasons/explanations/solutions given by the customer care team:
                      1. Restart your phone.
                      2. Switch off your phone - take out sim card-switch it on - wait 30 seconds-switch it off-put the sim card-switch it back on.
                      3. Change your sim card from the nearest airtel store.
                      4. Network issue, you'll have to wait for 2 3 days till our team get back to you. [ i have to wait without internet connectivity because of the problem in your network. Great solution airtel]

                      I have tried all of the above solutions multiple times (Also changed my sim card) but got no result.

                      In am living in a metro city, where nearly every work is done through data connectivity and as we all know our india progressing towards a digital india. How can you provide such pathetic service in a customer focused industry?

                      Here comes the problem for which i am writing this long story.
                      Porting

                      I decided to move on to other network and sent as message of
                      Port [protected] to 1900. [no reply]
                      Called customer care for this and they replied you'll have to wait for some time.

                      I have sent multiple emails to the nodal officer and airtel customer care but no solution provided.

                      Please airtel, please do not rip off your customers like this so that they may never come back to you. Please provide the unique porting code so that i may port my number.

                        I hv requested for shifting my landline no.[protected] to my new address and your customer care executive said that i will get new landline no. But the centrex no. 4458 will be same. And i got new landline no.[protected]. After that i have dropped mail for same centrex no. On 10/08/2017 and i got mail from your company on same day regarding you will get centrex no. Within 72 hours. But still i didn't got my centrex no. And i am calling to your customer care from six days and all are giving different answers and telling to wait for 24 hours our service executive will call you. I have spoken to your higher customer executive also but i am not getting proper response also. My centrex no is 4458. I request you to provide me within today. Or else seeing this type of service i have to go for disconnection for all my 10-12 landline n broadband connection.

                          I have got the message for airtel 399 plan for 84 days validity but when i goto my airtel app it shows that validity for 28 day's please kindly let me know whether i do reachage for 399 or change my network provider for false commitments and i had talked with customers care (Worst service) as they said we don't know if you got message do recharge they say and they have given reference id rmpto[protected].

                              I wanna shift from airtel to jio, i have sent sms port [protected] to 1900 several time for 2 months but did not get upc code. I even talked to customer care they said after 4 hours you will get upc, every time same thing (After 4 hours you will get upc)
                              I visited airtel store they did not help, they ask me to wait or come again, i had been doing this for 2 months.

                                Hello,
                                I was travelling from india to singapore for 9 days and i did an recharge of rs 1199 for mobile no. [protected], of an international roaming plan at around 9:40 pm on 5th august from airtel website but a message came that your transaction with id 883456 has been failed and the amount will be refunded within some time that was within 7 working days, i have attached the screen shot for reference and the amount was debited from my credit card. I called for airtel customer service and informed them about the issue and waited for around one hour before recharging the plan again. I had a flight at 11:00 pm from igi airport, new delhi to singapore so i couldnt have afforded to travel without the intl. Plan, therefore i recharged the plan again but this time two messages came for the same recharge and again the amount was also deducted for the same service that i cant utilize because the pack overwrites instead of giving the benefit. But i wasnt knowing that airtel serivice is so bad that it will play such for me. Please refund the amount as soon as possible because the two recharges were waste for me as i can consume the service once even after getting recharged twice by fraudulent ways from airtel. Please solve the issue as soon as possible because i have been facing many issues with airtel from some time otherwise i would be forced to port to some other networks in india. Also, i am thinking to forward this issue to consumer forum if the problem is not solved and the amount is not refunded within acceptable time limit.

                                  Pls reply. Pathetic service, no sms activated, wasye of time, online app very poor service, unauthrised charge, no activation of sim on time... Further delay in service... Useless no response, no timy action taken... Very unhappy wid service, unknown nd hidden charges deducted, no service, poor service... Very shameful... Will await rwvrt on this asap..

                                    I am an airtel customer. My number is [protected]. I have recharged with Rs.349/- on last Thursday for 1 month service. It's being a full week till the service did not started. I called number of times to the customer care they are saying that our server is busy. If I did a 1 month recharge and already I loose 1 week service. What kind of service you guys are providing to customer. And on top of that it's still not started. So I want to cancel that recharge. Refund me that Rs. 349/-. I really want to discuss this issue on phone. call me as soon as possible or I will put consumer complaints. Very bad services provided by airtel as well as Airtel customer care. so call me as soon as possible

                                      Hi,

                                      It is very sad to know that i have been with airtel since quite a time. Few month ago i opted for airtel secure plan for the protection of my mobile. Few days ago my mobile's touch was broken and camera stopped working due to the accident in lift my phone fell from hand. I raised a claim and handset was picked by airtel.
                                      I got a call from agent regarding estimate and all. I agreed to their terms and conditions and they were ready to repair the handset, suddenly i got a mail from airtel saying that "we regret to inform that your device claim of rs.6579.0 has been rejected by the insurance company due to improper handling | no proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property".
                                      Now i don't know what kind of reason is that, every one used to install screen protect to protect mobile's screen but still accidents used to happen and screen used to get damaged. I have opted services from airtel not from insurance company, airtel should be responsible for this not one-assist

                                      May i request you to look into concern as after 10 days of rigorous follow up i could register my claim and after 10 days of picking the device, i have been told that claim is rejected. I have not taken this secure services from insurance provider and i don't want to hear their lame excuses. I am going to proceed with legal option if not taken my request seriously.

                                      I got a call from airtel agent yesterday, she said that Airtel can't do any thing in this as phone is rejected from insurance company. And the offer she was offering me was " Please go to service centre and repair your device, if the estimate goes up by 6579.0 then we will pay the balance" why airtel is making fool i don't know. But this is ridiculous.

                                      Also i know that same rejection reason they used to copy and send to maximum customers as per i searched internet.

                                      Please look into this case.
