My handset is samsung galaxy j5 prime. I recently upgraded my sim to 4g and my phone stopped working. Unable to get any support through airtel 121 as ivr is only in local language and i am unable to change the language.

I had no problem with their 3g sim and should have not upgraded it. Is it possible for me to revert to 3g sim? I have tried changing the setting manually but it still says 'not registered on network'.

    I ported my no from vodafone to airtel.
    They deactivated my vodafone no on 14th august & told me that airtel no will be activated in 30 minutes.

    Till date my no is not activated & they sent a mail it will take 3 days more.

    Why they deactivated my vodafone no if they are not capable of activating my new sim.
    My banking service is not active from last 3 days & my work is suffering as i have only 1 no. ([protected])

      Airtel wallet account no. [protected] and case 664616

      We were planning to recharge from airtel wallet for that we loaded amount to airtel wallet around 399 rs but when trying to recharge it shows that your wallet account blocked.

      We contacted to customer care many times and also send documents again on email but no response from aritel wallet support [protected]@airtelmoney.com.

      I registered first complaint on 10th aug and ask me wait for 48 hours when i checked after that issues still not resolved, again contacted they keep saying that wait we have taken your request and some times disconnect call especially in the evening.
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I have already lodged my complaint vide reference no pr[protected] on 16th august'2017 that inward call of mobile no [protected] going to some unknown number.

        But it was closed without taking any action to it and still some of my friends reported that when they try to call me at mobile number [protected] then it is going to someone else.

        I would like to mention that 2 months ago my mobile was missing and i got duplicate sim issued in my name from airtel customer support.

        Now please resolve this issue on high priority since it is a breach of my identity and security of my calls.

          I took a new sim of airtel in delhi-ncr. My airtel no. Is [protected]. But my mother (Who lives in uttar pradesh and having bsnl connection.) is not able to call on my number my mother. Her phone & sim both are working but when she call me every time it say the no. Doesn't exist. Her no. Is [protected].
          I can call her, but she is not able to make single call to me.
          Please resolve the issue at the earliest...

            To whom so ever it may concern

            This is to bring in your kind notice that it's been 5th week my number (+91-[protected]) is not working and i'm facing lot of issues because of this. I have been visiting one of your airtel store in rajouri garden since 5 weeks but not getting any solution from them. The executives there always say its it team issue not ours, and there is no way that i can connect to it team. They always say that they have forwarded the mail to them but not getting any reply from it team. Below is the complete case which happened:

            Step 1:

            I visited airtel store to convert my corporate plan to my family infinity plan. I have told executive there that i want to change my plan to my family infinity 499 plan, the told me that sir you are already using corporate plan so they first need to convert it to individual plan then only 499 infinity plan will be activated. I agreed, and then they have proceeded with the process. They have told me that it will take approximately 24 hours to get your plan changed. Next day got a message from airtel that my 499 infinity plan has been activated on my number, but since that message came my internet stopped working. I called airtel customer care on 121 and ask them for the problem, the executive over the call said that sir you number is under activation status that's why data is not working, they have taken my complaint (No.[protected] and asked me to wait for 24 hours. Next day after 24 hours, i called 121 again & asked for my complaint status, they again asked me to wait for 24 hours, this continued for 3 days. After not getting solution on phone from 121 i visited airtel store again and asked them about the issue, the executive over there said that it team and closed my old relationship number (That was associated with my corporate plan) but activated your new infinity plan on that relationship number, also they have activated a child plan also on with my number due to which data got mis-matched & it is not working. Then i asked them about the solution, they said this cannot be resolved as old relationship number is closed. So they suggested me to convert my postpaid number to prepaid for 1 week after that they will again convert it to postpaid. I agreed.

            Step 2:

            As mentioned in step 1 i agreed with the airtel store executive to convert my postpaid number to prepaid for 1 week. After this they have escalated y process of post to pre & my prepaid number got started in 2 days. I have properly used prepaid number for 1 week. Then the executive in airtel store processed the pre to post conversion request for which he has charged me 250 rs. & promised me that this 250 rs. Will be adjusted in my 2nd month bill. But when they converted my number again to postpaid my prepaid number signals are out & i have received postpaid signals after my address verification. I have then called 59059 for tele-verifcation. After successful verification i have completely lost the signals and it started showing no service on my phone, then i visited store again and asked for the issue, they replied that sir your number is again went under pending for activation for don't know what reason. Since then its been also 1 week that i have no service on my number.

            Step 3:

            After this i called 121 care they & launched a complaint against this (No.[protected] & waited for 24 hours, after 24 hours i called again then executive replied that sir you number is under disconnection. And asked me to visit airtel store again. I don't know why my number went for permanent disconnection without any request, without my concern, without my issue.

            Step 4:

            Airtel store executive recovered my disconnected number again today, i have completed all the activation process but after doing tele-verification my number again shows pending for activation status. Now, tell me what to do my number is not working from more than 5 weeks.

            Problems i'm facing because of these issues:

            1. Not able to use any mobile services since 5 weeks.
            2. Not able to use any banking operations.
            3. Not able to connect to anyone.
            4. Many more...

            Please help me bout this issue asap because i want my number back in working condition because it went under permanent disconnection without asking me and without notifying me. I don't know who have told you to disconnect my 12 years old number without any concern. I hope i will get asap support solution.

            Just received a call from Mr. Pankaj from Airtel regarding my issue. But i have not received any solution from him infact he disconnected my call in between, such a poor manpower Airtel has.

            Received another call from Mr. Deepak from Airtel, he asked about my adhaar card number, i have given him my adhaar number but he was not able to verify that. So, he said that he will pass it to concerned team & disconnected the call. I don't know how is that Golden Employee of AIRTEL that come and help me?

            Nowadays, Airtel network is not connecting properly i.e network, internet, and though we have signal, but we are not getting internet.Sometimes with signal facility also unable to connect.Most importantly a proper customer care number is not given.There should be a separate number for complaints.Many o[censored]s are tired o[censored]sing.If the problem won't be solved, we'll change to another network.Try to solve the issue as early as possible.

              I took a new sim of airtel on 8th june 2017 with rs.499/-plan in bangalore. My airtel no. Is [protected]. But i am not able to call my mother who lives in dehradun and having vodafone connection. Her phone & sim both are working but when i call her everytime it say the no. Doesnot exist. Her no.               She can call me but i am not able to make a single call to her.
              Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                My airtel wifi no is [protected] i upgrade my plan from 999 to 550 before 5 months customer executive told me this plan for 6 months for 4 billing cycles there is no problem
                In august at they upgrad my plan by there side to 999
                I complaint on 17 aug customer care they told me that plan upgrad by me but i am not doing there is no logic because i have use of only 10 to 12 gb and already 70 gb data pending she told me that i cant help on such situation
                Its ok. I can pay 550 extra without my mistake but airtel loose his customer who is stand with airtel from 18 months

                  I p. Saipavan with bearing airtel mobile number [protected] have recently ported to airtel in the month of march or april 2017. At first i recieved signal in roaming i. E in kerala but when i changed my location to goa i stopped recieving signals from airtel and they asked me to take a new sim from andhra itself. So i kept in "safe custody" to not to lose my number if it is not used for months. Last month i. E on julu 31'st i have taken a new sim from airtel store in vijayawada, it worked well till i crossed the border while returning to goa. I stopped recieving signal from 6th august as i just crossed the border of andhra pradesh. Here in goa again i have a new sim in local store nearby vasco and that new sim to stopped recieving signals as soon as i inserted it in my phone and it was showing emergency calls only. First i thought it was my sim tray problem but others sims from other networks are working in the same sim tray but not airtel. I have raised a complaint on this issue to airtel on 7th august 2017 but the actual complaint is registered from airtel 9th august and 11th august i got a response from airtel stating with a service request number 78555330 and our network team is working with the issue and it will be solved on or before 16th august 2017 but the issue is not yet solved and im not at all recieving any signals from airtel to my number and they are not even responding to my mails and asking me to wait.
                  And my question is???
                  1) will my isuue wil be solved or not??
                  2) how many days i have to wait for recieving signal???.
                  3) i dont want to loosed my number i. E [protected] since it was registered with all my bank accounts and all my contacts in my phone are used to this number.

                  Please consider this issue at most as i was not able to recieve any signal from airtel apart from emergency calls from the past 10 days. Please do the needfull.

                      Today (17/08/2017) i recharged my number with 399 rs.in app the validity was showing 84 days but i got only 28 days. I tried to call customer care by dialling 121 and 198 no executive attend my call only press this and press that. I searched customer care email address i failed to find it. I think they don't want to listen to our complaints or quarries.

                        I had ported my mobile no. [protected] from idea (Bengal) to airtel (Telangana) on 8.8.17.

                        On 9.8.17 i went to airtel showroom, bapuji nagar, bowenpally, hyderabad for recharging to have some “talktime”. I was told to pay rs. 144/- but i would not get any talk time out of this rs. 144. I had an argument but they said that the first user had to pay this rs. 144. I received local/std airtel calls + 2gb data on 4g handset with 4g sim and 1gb for others, validity 28 days, but no talktime.

                        I am surprised. I do not agree to this. It cannot be. I presume it is cheating.
                        Would you please clarify in this regard?

                            Sir, i mr ramchandra having airtel sim with no [protected]. I am utilising scheme with rs 348 recharge with unlimited std /local call and 2 gb data facility per day. During last 3 months i have recharged 6 times with rs 348 and data losing in 10-15 days whereas plan is for 28 days. I have recharged for rs 348 on 5 aug 2017 and now my plan expires on today i. E. After 13 days service which is not understood. Network for data and call is very poor, call droping frequently. There is no facility to call customer care representative. I am facing acute difficulties after expending rs 696 per month. Airtel doing fraud with customer and not providing entitled service. Pl refund my amount paid for services which have not provided by you, pl help me to refund my money which consumed by airtel without providing services

                            My internet data being closed whereas my entitlement is upto 01 sep 2017. I have recharged for rs 348 each time five time and service being interrupted regularly and I lost rs 1044 without any service

                              Hi sir.

                              My mobile number is [protected]. I did not get single network signal inside my flat. Out side my flat i am getting full signal.

                              I think network boosters required in my inside flat.

                              I have raised 25 complaints in last 2 months for same issue still my issue was not resolved.

                              Some of the complaint numbers are 76681887, 76795144, 76932215, 77150852, 77382803 and finally new ticket 78691462.
                              I am available in my flat today and every saturday and sunday.

                              Without my confirmation about network signal improvement don't close the complaint ticket.

                              Every technician is coming and improve the signal in my area not inside my flat.
                              Every time happening the same thing. Still i am getting no signal and mobile network is not available.

                              I think this time you will consider this mail as high priority and close the ticket with my confirmation.

                              Network boosters required in my inside flat.

                              I missed so many important calls with this reason. I have missed my office important calls so many times.
                              I have lost 5 lakhs rupees monetary transaction due to this stupid reason. Who will pay this amount?

                                    Can someone read the email i have sent to appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com, cc: [protected]@in. Airtel.com, [protected]@airtel.com and understand my concern?
                                    Sub - re: # - international roaming - please stop calling

                                    I have replaced my phone number with # for privacy purposes.

                                    I have travelled to the usa and i had activated international roaming. For the first 10 days it worked and then disconnected for more than a week. I raised a complaint with customer care. Post multiple follow-ups it got resolved. Post fix, the customer care executives started calling me for confirmation via mobile. The timing they called was night in the usa, during i was asleep. Everyday they call me and my sleep got disturbed. But before i wake up and pick the call, it got disconnected. I sent email confirmation. But even after the phone call continued during my sleep. I raised concern again with customer care via call [protected]. But still it continued. I escalated to appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com. I had also asked for waiver on billing for the disconnected period. The authorities' responses and all only on billing but not the concern i insisted on sleep disturbance. I am not sure they read the emails properly and understand the real worry of the customers.

                                        Product /subject - mera jo sim hai wo dus din phale liye hai or aaj problem ho rha hai ki 3din se mere sim me balance nai aaya sim lete samay bola unlimited data or calling bhi lekin yha to ek din baat hota 3 din nai sir ease acha to jio hai sir hum iss company chorna chate hai sir aise airtel wale randi, chutiya mather chod hai jo kab se kh rhe hai. Sahi nai kar rha hai.
