I had switched from Vodafone Postpaid primary no which i use for Office & Personal use to Airtel Postpaid. I finished the tele verification of the same no yesterday (Aug 14) 11 PM which is around 20 hours before now and the person in the call promised that the services will be started in 30 mins but still nothing is working. I am not able to receive calls from my clients, family or anyone, I am not able to receive my OTPs or any SMS and am not able to use the internet. This has completely affected my work and made my day difficult. More than this, I am not able to reach Customer Care to report this as there is no option to interact with them in 121 Toll Free no. And when i had raised a complaint through mail, they are telling that they will fix it by Thursday. Are they expecting me to live without my Work and Personal no for 3 days which will have huge impact on my work and will they cover my loss because of this?. Please fix this as soon as possible.

    From 13th August 2017, my internet is giving only 1kbps of download speed. And none of your airtel store or customer care executive is giving proper solution. All of them are giving their fifferent suggestion and my problem is not solved till now.

    On 15th August, i was suggested to replace my SIM from airtel store person. Then he sent message from my curent number "SIM[protected]U" to 121 and i got this reply -"Sorry! This SIM seems to be faulty. Please visit the nearest airtel store to get a new SIM. For store details, SMS STORE to 121."
    The store guy told me that this is because of national holiday but customer care executive didn't approved for the above explaination.

    I hope my words will get to you guys and my problem will get proper solution on behalf of your kind cooperation.

      I had requested to Port in my Airtel prepaid no.([protected]) From Delhi to M.P. (same operator, prepaid to prepaid). It has been done today but when I have checked there is no balance carried forwarded by Airtel. I had Rs.614.13 when I had requested.

      Hope you will look into the matter and resolve it soon.

        Hii, today one value added service midnight masala added automatically how it can happen ? i have been using airtel for long & this type of incident can loses trust on your service. its a cheating and hope it will be refunded as a fair deal and keep my faith on airtel. please do the needful.

          I have a prepaid airtel number [protected] for which i want to generate upc code for mobile number portability but after sending several msg for the same airtel is not giving me upc. Everytime i send the msg to get a the upc they charge me msg charge but not giving the code. This is seems to be that airtel is cheating their own customer and restrict them to opt out from airtel by not providing upc. My alternate mobile number is [protected]

            I have seen benefit of 1GB data with recharge of 65 rupees in *121# .
            But I got 250mb data only. I called customer care, and asked about this. They said they vl update by 2 days. So in this two days, I should recharge with one more pack if I need data. This is very worst thing worst airtel software, worst way of managing it. TRAI should take action against this kind of things

            Upgrading my 3G to 4G Sim and have received confirmation of my new sim being activated with my old number. Still cant use the new 4g sim to make any call. Its been 10 hours. Only *123# works.
            Update : call recieving works but no SMS service working yet.

            I bought airtel 4g sim just before 3days and it gives poorly speed. When i m dialling customer cares no. Then they were nkt responding. I want to compain against them

              Worst service i have ever encountered. Airtel 4G is the worst service. They are simply cheater. They have cheated me with a 4G doungle with lots of promises of speed & data but all in vain.

              This scoundrels are simply cheaters. My connection no is [protected] and complain no is SR78439304.

              My request to everyone is not to go with Airtel. I dont anyone to face what Im facing. These cheaters will robe your heard earned money.

              So please deactivate old numbers and my runing number is [protected] i add adhar link so please deactivate the old numbers
              I was mistakenly paid Rs.1060 to my Airtel no threw paytm wallet as post paid. But my no was pre paid mobile number. Pls refund a money which I paid. My mbl no is [protected]. Otherwise give an idea to refund the money

                I have purchased a 4G Dongle and a 4G connection ([protected]) from Airtel authorized store on 11/07/2017, but from the first day I am facing serious connection problem. I have lodge a complaint against the same by telephone on 12/07/2017 but I did not get any solution again I have sent a mail to Airtel on 1/08/2017 after that they confirm me by mail that the issue will be resolve by 04/08/2017 but till date I am facing the same connection issue. Also I have sent a mail to nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com on 08/08/2017 for the same complain but till date the issue yet not resolve. Still I am facing the same problem. Airtel are unable to provide me service for last 35 days but they have sent me a bill for the period.
                Kindly help me for the same.

                  I have an Airtel postpaid sim I m using it from past 3 years.

                  Day before yesterday on 13 aug 2017 around 0006hrs my sim (no [protected]) suddenly lost network connectivity. I reinserted the sim but still no luck. I tried the sim in different handset still no network, while I tried different Airtel sim ant that was working, so there is no issue with my phone or network. I even tried selecting network in manual mode and it was showing all other networks other than Airtel.

                  I have lodged the complain at customer care but my query was not resolved.

                  All my communication is with this sim only and OTPs also.

                  Kindly resolve my issue ASAP

                    Hi i have 2 no of airtel i have recharged both prepaid [protected] and [protected] for 10 days singapore plan 1199 INTERNATIONAL ROAMING. now i m not getting any network. Although my Vodafone is working properly [protected]. So please clear urgently. Bcz i have recharged both prepaid no for 10 days but i m not getting anyone network how they cheated public by our best plan. Even there store members not rpl properly.

                        Am staying in b narayanapura, banglore. Am using airtel 4g hotspot dongle.
                        In our area we are not getting 4g speed even 2g speed is better than this. Tried complaint so many times but still not resolved. From may month am struggle to use internet but they are charging what they are even though its issue with network in my area.

                        Few people visited my area to check signal strength and it has issue but no action taken against it.

                          It's been more than 72 hrs my porting no has not been activated nd when asked I have been misguided by ur workers saying that within few hours it will be activated. Moreover ur agents misbehave with me they disconnects the call. When I call them they do not respond properly. Please help as it's very important. My porting number is [protected]

                            My number is [protected], on 12 august 17, I purchased the New Sim, this is first time I chose Airtel service but now I very very much disappointed for Airtel service, my sim is not active for 4G service. When I called to customer care they just raised a qurey and said with in half hour you 4G service is going to be active, same thing customer care tell like this when I called them, I call them two or thrice on 12 august, at last in the evening 5:30 pm they have raised ticket for my request and they said that maximum till 14 August before 8pm you will get 4G service. But still my 4G service is not yet active. When again I reached to customer care again they are asking me more 24 hours to resolve.for first day I am not getting proper internet not able browse the site . Now I am totally disappointed with Airtel service. I don't know when my 4G service is going to active, my three days is wasted and I don't know again how many days Airtel customer care will waste to resolve this issue. I just want 4G service in my sim. Waiting for that.

                              Hello. V.Senthilkumar. I had Airtel postpaid [protected]. Before I buy the SIM a person for Airtel they told to me in this 499 plan 13 GB for every month. After the third month completed they're telling 3 GB only the plan... You this kind of cheating is held. For this 3 GB you I want change my old network.??? So please do faver to me as well as soon.

                                I have an iphone6. Got an upgraded airtel 4g sim today. After the previous sim showed no service i inserted the new sim. It had signals but an error message kept showing up saying cannot set up the sim card. tried restarting the phone but now it shows no service. I am left with no working connection. Is there a way to get back to the previous settings or get this new sim started? Immediate help required.

                                  I have airtel app on my cell and on that 399 plan as unlimited calls 84gb data. I clicked for seeing terms and conditions which they don't show and on clicking directly mpin was asked and on entering mpin my balance got recharge without showing t& c. I called up customer care who rudely tells me that its not unlimited calls but 3000 min for 28d. Y is it not mentioned in scheme on app & tc not shown when you click on it... This is fraud as the app should have mentioned details of the scheme and falsely on show it as unlimited... So disappointed and angry with airtel

                                      Sir, i had booked a landline connection along with broadband with airtel of which application no is. Cef no. Tblr 7331134 dated 25.04.2017 and paid three month advance rent rs 2584/- but due to some technical reason they couldnot gave connection. As i had paid in advance was expecting a refund for which i contacted the persone who came to collect the payment cheque, but he is not responding me proprely and even some times dont even attend the call. I havent recevied a refund till date. So i am complaining here in consumer forum. I hope now you had understant the matter and will look after it and help me to get back my money from the said company..

                                        I was a customer of idea network. From the suggestion o[censored]r employe i changed to airtel network he told me that in this plan (For ttd employees) i would get 1gb/day but i have got only 8 gb/month. The plan 449 seemed to be best for me so i requested airtel store employebto convert my postpaid service to prepaid service but they said that there is a time limit of 3 months. I dont know what is the necessity of keeping this time limit please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
