My mobile number is [protected] and i have always been a loyal customer of airtel. I have an existing data plan. But unfortunately, it's been almost a week that my internet connectivity fluctuated and i can't even use the internet when i needed it most. The network icon on my phone is showing full signal and phone calls are fine but the issue is with the internet connectivity. I can't imagine having an internet connectivity, that too 4g, which can't even load a facebook page. I've been tolerating for the past few days and the same problem have been faced by many. If the same problem persists, you will lose many loyal customers including me. If there is no positive response within 1/2 days, i will take up the matter legally and port my number to another service provider and also take it up as a social media campaign against your company. I'm not threatening anybody here, but consider this letter as a heartfelt disappointment of a loyal customer and let the problem be resolved.

      On 13 aug 2017 i bought a airtel sim from an airtel agent and said him to do recharge of 449. The agent of airtel from whom i took my airtel sim is saying he is done a recharge of 449 as i payed him to get the same plan (449) but till now no recharge is done. I talked to him he is saying that he has done the recharge but till now my recharge is done. Please review my account

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I was a subscriber of MTS-MBLAZE from February 2015. But due to deterioration in their service I have switched over to Airtel 4G Hotspot, because I am having a close relation with Airtel for the last -7- years via -3- DTH and many mobile connections.

        On 14.06.2017 one of your representatives Mr. Arup Chatterjee visited my place and handed over the Airtel Dongle to me and took my MTS-MBLAZE Dongle. Probably on 11th or 12th of June 2017, one lady from your office had a telephonic talk with me about this Airtel connection and she informed me that if I take this connection, then the Airtel Dongle will be delivered in exchange of the MTS-MBLAZE dongle and in lieu of that MTS dongle I shall have to pay a concessional rate of Rs.1200/-. So I had no hesitation in handing over that MTS-MBLAZE dongle to Mr. Arup Chatterjee. After that I asked him about the deactivation of the MTS-MBLAZE dongle. He assured me that he will do the needful. In the end of June, a lady from MTS-MBLAZE told me over phone that if I pay my last bill of Rs.1218/-, then my connection will be automatically deactivated, because they have received the request of deactivation. In spite of their assurances I have thrice (on 03.07.2017, 18.07.2017 and 07.08.2017) e-mailed MTS-MBLAZE to deactivate my connection and paid Rs.1218/ on 03.07.2017. But on 07.08.2017 @ 13:22 one lady from MTS-MBLAZE threatened me over phone that I have to pay the last bill, otherwise they will take legal action – because I have used the MTS-MBLAZE connection during 14.06.2017 and 07.08.2017. I was stunned with this allegation, because I have handed over that MTS-MBLAZE dongle to Mr. Arup Chatterjee on 14.06.2017. When I narrated the fact to her, most impolitely she blamed me that I should not have given that dongle to anyone, not even to Airtel-persons. Immediately I told the facts to Mr. Arup Chatterjee and he told me to ignore those calls. Moreover he advised me to lodge a FIR against MTS-MBLAZE. On 08.08.2017 @ 11:16 Ms. Dola rang me from MTS-MBLAZE and told me that my MTS-MBLAZE connection is still active and I shall have to pay the pending bill. This time also I have informed the fact to Mr. Arup Chatterjee and his reply was the same as before. On 14.08.2017 one lady contacted me over phone and enquired whether my dongle is properly working or not. I told her that though the dongle is working properly, but I am facing other problems i.e., I did not get my current bill and therefore the bill cycle, its amount and the due date are not known to me. Then she told me (after confirming from someone) that my bill cycles will be 12th of every month and the due dates will be 15th. But she said nothing about the amount. Then I tried to get that number for several times, but they were intentionally making it ‘busy’. I had no other alternative but to contact Mr. Arup Chatterjee. But his reaction was the same as before. Moreover he told me that he is getting ‘fed up’ with my problem. He told me to contact [protected]@in.airtel.com in order to register my number for regular billing.

        Now my humble question is : Have I done any wrong in taking the Airtel connection ? If not, then is it the duty of the subscriber to arrange for the deactivation of the previous connection ? When Airtel is giving its dongle in exchange of the MTS-MBLAZE dongle, then there must be some arrangements between the two companies. And if the deactivation of the previous connection is not done in spite of repeated information, then why the consumer will be penalized and insulted ? I, being a Senior Citizen, have never faced such insult earlier.

        Let me hope that you will look into the matter and relieve me of such tension.

          Some how my insurance got rejected with a very stupid and silly reason
          I also tc checked your policy then why sould say its not proper care by you.
          You say i am stupid so my 13000 mobile damage by me.

            I recharged for 65rs... But the balance was not updated... So called the customer care number on 15th aug @ 7.30pm (Approx)... The service was very very very poor... A person called naveen. N
            (Naveen kumar) spoke so irresponsibly... Very disappointing service... If this kind of service continues.. We will surely dump all the sims.. And switch to other better services... Please take care about how your executive's should handle their customers...
            Hope your service will get better.. And the person mentioned above will be taught how to speak to customers!

                I had got an airtel dth connection and now after 1 year the signal is at its lowest and whenever i call they only talk about money to be paid to engineer. They dont talk anything about resolving the issue. If it drizzles the tv goes off and none of the channels load. On their hd dth there are problems even with sd resolution. Their engineers over charge than what they tell when booking the engineer as well

                64317311 is the complaint number. Suprisingly the previous reps never entered our request despite hours on call with them. They also blame that fault is from our side and issue with our setup box.

                  I have been having trouble calling from last 5 months That s why I filed an Airtel service on a number of occasions but I have no use This is my service request number[protected] 77197868 Which was given to me after the Complaint If not fine I did not deposit a two month bill due to which my number [protected] was closed.                     On Monday, 14/08/17, an unsolicited service was activated on my cell.
                    I received a text message from AK-AIRSEP which read:

                    "NDTV Latest News service has been activated @ Rs15.0 for 13day(s). Txn ID S45007244, 14Aug17 12.53. ..."

                    This is the second time an incident such as this has happened to me; the first time I let it slip. Even though the amount charged was only Rs15, this activity must be stopped. I would appreciate the money charged to be refunded.

                        The dealer told it would be started in a week. But, it has not started yet. Also, my old jio sim is still working which shouldn't be in ideal case. Kindly contact me asap.

                          I had switched from Vodafone Postpaid primary no which i use for Office & Personal use to Airtel Postpaid. I finished the tele verification of the same no yesterday (Aug 14) 11 PM which is around 20 hours before now and the person in the call promised that the services will be started in 30 mins but still nothing is working. I am not able to receive calls from my clients, family or anyone, I am not able to receive my OTPs or any SMS and am not able to use the internet. This has completely affected my work and made my day difficult. More than this, I am not able to reach Customer Care to report this as there is no option to interact with them in 121 Toll Free no. And when i had raised a complaint through mail, they are telling that they will fix it by Thursday. Are they expecting me to live without my Work and Personal no for 3 days which will have huge impact on my work and will they cover my loss because of this?. Please fix this as soon as possible.

                            From 13th August 2017, my internet is giving only 1kbps of download speed. And none of your airtel store or customer care executive is giving proper solution. All of them are giving their fifferent suggestion and my problem is not solved till now.

                            On 15th August, i was suggested to replace my SIM from airtel store person. Then he sent message from my curent number "SIM[protected]U" to 121 and i got this reply -"Sorry! This SIM seems to be faulty. Please visit the nearest airtel store to get a new SIM. For store details, SMS STORE to 121."
                            The store guy told me that this is because of national holiday but customer care executive didn't approved for the above explaination.

                            I hope my words will get to you guys and my problem will get proper solution on behalf of your kind cooperation.

                                Hii, today one value added service midnight masala added automatically how it can happen ? i have been using airtel for long & this type of incident can loses trust on your service. its a cheating and hope it will be refunded as a fair deal and keep my faith on airtel. please do the needful.

                                  I have a prepaid airtel number [protected] for which i want to generate upc code for mobile number portability but after sending several msg for the same airtel is not giving me upc. Everytime i send the msg to get a the upc they charge me msg charge but not giving the code. This is seems to be that airtel is cheating their own customer and restrict them to opt out from airtel by not providing upc. My alternate mobile number is [protected]

                                    I have seen benefit of 1GB data with recharge of 65 rupees in *121# .
                                    But I got 250mb data only. I called customer care, and asked about this. They said they vl update by 2 days. So in this two days, I should recharge with one more pack if I need data. This is very worst thing worst airtel software, worst way of managing it. TRAI should take action against this kind of things

                                        I have purchased a 4G Dongle and a 4G connection ([protected]) from Airtel authorized store on 11/07/2017, but from the first day I am facing serious connection problem. I have lodge a complaint against the same by telephone on 12/07/2017 but I did not get any solution again I have sent a mail to Airtel on 1/08/2017 after that they confirm me by mail that the issue will be resolve by 04/08/2017 but till date I am facing the same connection issue. Also I have sent a mail to nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com on 08/08/2017 for the same complain but till date the issue yet not resolve. Still I am facing the same problem. Airtel are unable to provide me service for last 35 days but they have sent me a bill for the period.
                                        Kindly help me for the same.
