    Hello Team

    We are facing real time trouble with Airtel network here in Rewari (Hry) -123401.
    My complete family is using Airtel network since long but from past 5-6 months since the battle with JIO begins, we are facing issue with Airtel network.
    Most of the time network seems un-available ( its that much worst that helpdesk try to contact us & our phones comes unavailable) and if network is present the Voice quality is that poor that you cannot understand the voice over phone.
    Similar case is with internet also, poor network connection while promising a whopping 2mbps speed it seems that it never move ahead than 2kbps. Downloading seems distance reality we even struggle to browse over internet (Such a shame that, I am using BSNL wifi to write this complain – not airtels mobile data)
    We will be really thankful if you could sort this out, or let us know if its to move on and breakup with Airtel.

      I have a damaged sim
      And i got a new sim on friday at 11am
      They told me with in 4hours it ill b activate
      But still now dint activated
      I visit airtel distrubuter they dint respons well
      And they said go to retailer where u got sim
      Once again i visit retailer to check whats problem
      He called to customer care for thrice
      1st they told call after some time
      2nd they hear the problem and they drop the call
      3rd they told v ill transfer call to superior but they did same drop the call
      Again i call airtel tsm he told me that it ill b activated soon but 2daywhen i call him to ask still not activated he replied with silly reason 2dayis sunday
      So this the ussue is this is company policy...?

        I have recharged my airtel sim with 349 rs as i received a message. It was not mentioned that it is not applicable for roaming. I contacted the customer care services for 3 times. When i called for the third time they told me that that offer is not applicable for me since my mobile is on roaming. They told me to recharge with a roaming pack. I tied recharging it 3 times. My account was charged 3 times but there is no recharge. The amount is also not refunded. I demand in a refund of my amount of 93 rs. And also i want my problem of calls not getting connected resolved as soon as possible. I never expected such type of service from airtel.

          I went to retailer office (Airtel payment bank office) in jayankondan near gandhi park, ariyalur dt, they are asking 40 rupees to link my kadhalar number to my mobile number... Till i didn't link... Kindly take any necessary action. And provide direct online link option. Also in this shop, bills not given to the customer, even though customers asking bills...

            Port Request submitted - 27th July at 8 pm to Airtel field executive - Nitin - [protected] - He filled out the form, took my Aadhar card scan, my thumb print, alternative number, my Airtel new sim's number etc.

            Porting UPC - VM115136

            Verification Done by Airtel - 28th July - verified address

            Call from Airtel Supervisor in Hyderabad - Sahara Estate, L B Nagar area - Narendra Kumar - [protected] - he called to check that my Aadhar card showed that I have more than 5 connections in my name - when I refused any knowledge and told him that this was false information - he than said he will rectify this error. and he told me that the request will be sorted in 7 working days.

            10th Aug - I called Narendra Kumar again to understand the portability progress and he said there was some issue and asked me to call Imtiaz as he was traveling to Vizag. I called Imtiaz - [protected]. He said it should happen in two days.

            I called again on 11th night to understand the progress as it was the last day of porting number validity. and I told them that I do not want to do porting to Airtel as they displayed very unprofessional behaviour. Their senior talked to me and said that the porting is delayed from TRAI and will happen in 24 hours.

            On 12th Aug I make payment to my current service provider - Vodafone. As soon as my bill is paid, I get a message that my porting will initiate on 12th Aug at 23:30 hours.

            At night, my Vodafone number goes out of service. I insert Airtel sim and after that since midnight of 12th Aug I have no service on my sim.

            After repeated frantic calls to Airtel - Imtiaz, Narendra Kumar and Airtel Helpline, no one is able to solve the issue. No one is able to identify the issue. They just make me repeat the procedure of switching of cell, insert sim, switch on cell, only to find no network. After my 20th call, they tell me, it's a Sunday and porting request is still under process and it will happen on Monday after 12 noon. So which means a customer will have to be without network for 24-36 hours, whereas the usual waiting period is 4 hours only.

            They still don't know what is wrong. Sometimes they say, TRAI hasn't approved, sometimes they say network issue is there, sometimes they say porting request is progressing. No concrete answer. My point is that all messages that came was from Airtel. Vodafone sent a message that my request was successful. After that Airtel sent me message that porting will initiate on 12th Aug midnight. So why then I have to suffer no connectivity/no network at the hands of their negligence.

            This is unacceptable. MNP is a big joke and Airtel executives are highly unprofessional. They do not respond or tackle problems with adequate professionalism.

              Converting of my sim card from 2g to 4 g not get activated from last 5 days. My no is [protected]. Company making assure every day today after 4 hr it get activated. But i am very disappointed about service from airtel. I brought sim card from airtel office nacharam hyderabad. Airtel provider call to convert 2g to 4g otherwise they say phone will be disconnected. Airtel office change my old sim to new sim. Everyday i am getting problem due to number. L don't want loose my this number. Please help me out.

                I requested online for a new airtel broadband connection (Rs.1099, 100gb data plan) around two months ago at kalkaji, new delhi. I promptly received a call asking to confirm the request and informing me that i would be soon be visited by an airtel serviceman for identity verification purposes and completion of other formalities.

                Couple days passed but there was no response. Eventually, after making the same request (Twice) over the next few days, two servicemen arrived. I submitted a copy of my aadhar card, a photograph and rs.500 cash as installation charges. I have a copy of the 'customer enrollment form' as proof of payment. They said i would shortly be contacted by an airtel engineer who would set up the router.

                But there was again no response over the next few days. A week later i received a call from airtel informing me that a new connection was not possible at that time in my area due to unavailability of ports. The person asked me to wait a few more days in case any port becomes available and told me that if i wanted to have my request cancelled and my payment refunded, i would have to apply online (Fuss!).

                I have received two more calls to this day, telling me the same thing, still asking me to wait and wait.

                They should've told me port wasn't available beforehand, instead of trying to shun me all the time. Such a long wait for an just an internet connection is intolerable. An isp as big and promising as airtel not being able to cater to the demands is really surprising.

                  I had been using my number [protected] with vodafone for 9 years without a single complaint. Last month i ported to airtel and ever since then i am not able to receive or make calls. As i had ported just a month back i am not allowed to port back to vodafone. When i call airtel they tell me that there is a problem at your location and it will take time to rectify. Best part is they have generated a bill for a useless number which cant make/ receive calls. Data is a totally different issue.

                    In our area hamiltonganj, alipurduar, pin-735214 have no airtel network. Please improve your service quality because the time of competetion. If you do not serve better service qualty otherwise many port their sim to jio service provider. This problem in our area since 15 days, i allready complaint you but airtel care not helpful to me. During yesterday i have no network in airtel. Please hear the customer feedback.

                      Hello sir,

                      I have upgraded my airtel sim to 4g sim on 12th august 2017 at the airtel office. After upgradation my sms service are blocked.
                      Sms plays very important aspect in our daily routine work and my most of the banking services are linked with sms.

                      When i contacted airtel customer care they told me to wait 48hrs before they register any complain and if complain get registered after 48hrs it will take another 72hrs to resolve this issue.

                      This is very serious issue that airtel blocking sms services o[censored]ser after upgradation to 4g sim without any prior intimation.

                        I recharged with airtel 399 offer in which i should get free calling and 1Gb data per day for 70 days but I don't get it. It lasts only upto 28 days when I called to query about it they said that my phone bill date is not shown in their database of after
                        25 may. I said them that i have my bill with me and i can show it as it is dated 2 June 2017. Please do look after the matter as this incident is taking place twice with me

                          today at approx 8.00AM, i recharged my airtel no. by my airtel app of rs.399.
                          Offers expected
                          Unlimited Local + STD Calls (subject to fair usage Commercial Use policy) + 1 GB data per day (only available for 4G handsets with 4G Sim)+ for a period of eighty four (84) days.
                          AND MINE WAS A 4G HANDSET (REDMI NOTE 3).
                          I've tried to make a few calls after the recharge but of no use.I called the customer care immediately and they've replied me that this offer doesn't apply in roaming which was nowhere mentioned.This condition wasn't mentioned anywhere, I've checked everywhere(airtel official website, my airtel app, few other websites).

                            I have this airtel number [protected]. I took this sim in 2015. It has been working properly till yesterday. But then from yesterday evening my sim has been showing no service. I've tried restarting my phone but then it has been of no use. I'm currently not able to make any calls or access my internet.                               The problem is the data is not reflecting on my account and internet is not working i call customer service but they also not able to help its a technical error. Wifi working prett good but this pack is not working atall using 4g sim and pack is for 2g, 3g, 4g all.

                                  As shown in screenshot below i have recharged my airtel no [protected] with Rs.244 plan on dated 12th aug 2017.As per the offer i am not getting daily 1gb data in my no, instead i got a one time data of 1gb and the daily data plan is not working anymore.
                                  This is my biggest mistake that i have recharged in airtel instead of jio, i would have not faced such mishaps in jio.
                                  Hate you Airtel for this 😔😔
                                  I gonna move to other operator after this plan gets over.

                                    Airtel services is are very very worst not able to connect to airtel customer care from my airtel number [protected].
                                    Since few days i was experiencing major problems with my airtel connection.
                                    1.
                                    Not getting otp to my mobile if any online base transactions done.
                                    2. The balance. Were deducting for toll free numbers of other customer care like just dial
                                    3. No free offers in airtel prepaid services.
                                    4. All customer care executives we're very irresponsible in handling customer calls
                                    Giving fake advises to customer
                                    5. Mostly i am dissatisfied with airtel services.

                                    I never experienced such a worst kind of services from airtel.
                                    I think airtel is trying to fool the customers with intensive publicity of ads.& fake promises for their marketing needs.

                                    The airtel sim will be provided with free of cost to customer.
                                    Now they were charging 50 rupees to 100 rupees for sim replacement.
                                    Previously airtel was provided minimum
                                    1 gb data to airtel mnp customers who ported from other network.
                                    Now no data is provided to customer until and unless recharge.

                                    So in my opinion airtel can't provide any offers to their customers. It's waste of expectations.
                                    Airtel was totally changed. As they do as their wish.

                                      I'm dr. Aakashdeep singh residing at visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh would like to bring it to your notice that i purchased a new 4g sim from your authorised outlet on 12 aug 2017 using my aadhar card. Not sharing any personal details here online except the mobile number provided to me: [protected]

                                      The sim has been activated without any issues but i'm not able to receive/ send any text messages. Even the ussd services show me an error (538). I've even recharged my phone twice but still haven't received any messages of the transactions.
                                      I've called customer care regarding the same but unfortunately they aren't able to solve this issue.
                                      Now i'll be travelling out of country in a couple of days and i don't want this issue to drag along with me.

                                      So i kindly request you to look in to this matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                                        My airtel account of mobile no [protected] has blocked. And i am not able to regenerate new mpin through given information at the registration time. Please unblock the my airtel account as early as possible. And give me the information about procedure of regenerate the new mpin of my airtel money account. Because it is very necessary for me.
