Stop ebill service

I would like to unsubscribe from airtel ebill service.
How?
for subscribing we have to send a sms "START EBILL " to 121. But for unsubscribe what is the sms to send. i have tried STOP EBILL . It does not work. Pls help me...

Unable to port out from Airtel

Unable to send PORT sms to the number 1900. i able to send sms to other contacts but not to this number. i believe airtel intentionally restricting me to port out....

Sim didn't get ported

I have recently ported my number from jio to airtel and I have been asked to call 59059 once my jio sim is deactivated. I have done the same but unfortunately the call gets disconnected stating that the sim is not registered to any network along with poor network signals and I am unable to make or receive calls anymore....

I recharged my phone with Rs. 437 (Actual Rs. 455 but discounted in the app) on 25th Jan, 2022 through airtel app (Order ID.[protected] and until now its not reflected on my number. Next day, I raised a complain (Service req. No. CONRC3BLR[protected]) on the app and was waiting the issue to be resolved by the airtel but instead they closed the issue as resolved without any proper explanation and response.

On 8 January 2022, I applied for a new Xtreme Fibre connection and paid the amount of Rs.3543 as Yogesh (salesman) was there at the time of registration. Refund Recharge of order no 6860210956749832192

I made a recharge on 30.10.2021
But recharge was no successful.
I got message that amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 days. But did not receive any refund. My order I'd is[protected]
Also one more thing to be added the ivr has no link to talk to customers register officer...

Sim showing no service after porting

I have opt for porting my Vodafone no I.e [protected], today at 10:07 am on 29th january 2022 I received a msg i.e “We care for you! Your number [protected] is scheduled for port-in to Airtel-West Bengal tonight at 23:59:00 hrs. In case you are travelling, please keep the new SIM[protected]U ready and insert the same once your existing SIM displays no network. Thank you.”

SIM not activated after porting - call 59059 doesn't work

I have ported my number from VI to Airtel. VI sim got disconnected but AIRTEL SIM is not activated; SIM is not even detected by cell phone. I have been calling customer care multiple times. Response is that SIM is already active....

Unnecessary Charges & Incompetent customer & billing support.

It is with so much dissatisfaction, frustration and hopelessness I want to bring it to the notice of the concerned consumer complaint department that Airtel - claimed to be one of the most trusted providers of telecom services is nothing but a BURGLAR in the name of a brand.

A brand that is now showing its true nature of monopoly to its customers in the name of terrible customer service, unnecessary charges and incompetent...

Not Deactivating and charging bill

I have asked for deactivation request of my airtel connection from Nov 10, 2021 but airtel customer care said they are facing backend issue as some migration is happening and they cannot deactivate my connection against I kept calling them every 2 days but no resolution. On 17th they finally raised a deactivation request and now they are charging me for those 7 days.
I even asked them proof of acknowledgement everytime I called them...

No speed

I use Airtel broadband with the plan of 499Rs for speed of 40Mbps/month.
The internet has been very slow, around 1 Mbps from past week and calling customer care is of no help.
We called 2 days back and the woman said there's construction going on which is causing the issue, yet it gets fixed the second they cut the call and then next few hours later the issue comes back. Its common sense that if there is physical issue it needs...
